Um so we're just going to make sure he acts >> like an adult and doesn't try to cause any problems with the medics. lighting. >> These guys have dogs. >> I knew they were out. You're okay. I will wait. >> You know what? I'm in no mood. >> Did he fall down again? >> He did. Okay. >> Okay. He fell again. >> Star. >> Okay. He He fell yesterday in the barn. Okay. >> Okay. >> He's a diabetic now. >> Okay. >> A bad one. I just checked his blood sugar. It's 135 and it's a 2-hour peak. And he didn't have >> 19. Can you copy drugs? Call her horizon. >> He didn't have any carbs. It was a half of a wrap. >> Okay. >> I mean, and I I've had a calling the VA for a month. Okay. They finally called me what? Monday. And so, we now have an appointment on the 18th, next Friday um for uh the pharmacy and his nurse practitioner at the same time so we could get him on something. But because of the dementia, the bipolar, when his sugars are high, he's just his horns come out and his chin gets pointy. >> Okay. Uh where's he at right now? Because usually him and I usually have a good conversation. >> He's on the phone now with the VA crisis line. >> Think she's called locked. >> Okay. I I don't want to walk on the property cuz I know I know one of your one of your It's either this one or the one over there by the pool that's that doesn't like me very much. >> Okay. Let Let me see. I'll try because of the not minding very well. So, let me see if I can get them in the house, honey. Okay. >> Okay. Thank you. >> If not, I'll see if I can get him on his scooter and he could come and talk to me. >> That would be much appreciated. >> There's the oldtimer. How you been? >> Come here. Come on, Johnny. The the VA is on the phone, so I'd like for her to hear. >> Okay, that that's fine. >> Okay. >> John, how are you? >> You don't look okay. You look like you fell. >> No. No. No. Then why am I getting word that you fail, man? >> All right. So, here here's here's what's here's what I'm going to do. Okay. Um, I can't remember your wife's name. What's your wife's name? >> Brenda. >> Amanda. >> Come on, sir. >> Yep. >> Come on. >> Hey, Amanda, once you get the dogs in, can you open the gate for me? >> That's what I'm trying to do now. >> Thank you. I appreciate it, honey. All right. So, here's what I'm going to do today. Okay. I'm going to call medics over here just so they can come check you out. Okay. Hang on. Don't don't don't. Uhuh. Uh-uh. [laughter] Uh-uh. >> I'mma have them come check you out. All right. If they need think you need to go to the hospital, you probably should go to the hospital. Okay. But as right now, I'm just going to make sure you're okay. Is that fine? >> Yes. >> Is that all right? >> Yes. >> All right. You You're going to be good with the medics, right? Yep. >> You ain't going to be grumpy with them? >> No. >> You ain't going to be honory with them? No. >> You ain't going to be a with them, right? >> All right. 12. Can you send medic? >> How you been otherwise, man? I haven't seen you in a minute. >> Yeah, I'm fine. >> Yeah. You still keep keeping care of your horses or is that the wife's job now? >> No, I do both of them. >> You do both of them. The problem is she had such a bad she don't get them fixed. >> Huh? >> She got tunnel tunnel. Carpal tunnel. Both of them. >> Both the horses got carpal tunnel. >> No, her hands. >> Oh, both her her hands got carpal tunnel. So, she has trouble with the horses. >> Yep. >> Okay. Well, Megs are here to come check you out. All right. Once uh once you're once Amanda comes out here and unlocks the gate, then I'll have him come check you out. All right. >> But like I said, >> oh, you got the key right there. Here, give me the key. I I'll unlock the gate >> for you. Okay. >> All right. >> I called VA hotline. I know you got 100% disability and I she was saying you were on the line with the with the VA. I know I know you you and I know each other pretty well. I don't know if you remember me very >> I got it. >> Okay. Well, I just want you to get checked out and make sure you're okay. Okay. Is that all right? Why don't you kind of wheel your car over here? I'll I'll open the gate the other way so you can get out. >> If you want to roll up right up here in the light so they can do their job. >> Are you okay? >> Are you okay? I know you've been having a rough year. Every time I come over here, you guys have seem to be going through it. >> I went to my doctor Thursday. I asked him to help me find a therapist. I need because I'm getting where I don't like you. >> He fell down. >> He fell down yesterday. >> You just want an evaluation? Yeah. >> He already cussed me out yesterday after the >> Did he fall out of his chair? >> No, he he ate. Okay. Two hours after he ate like clockwork, the chin gets pony and the horns come out. Okay. And I tried to talk to him tonight. >> He's not on anything. I've had a call in the VA. Finally, Monday, they called. We have an appointment Friday video for um the pharmacy and his nurse practitioner to try to get him on something. This morning, his blood sugar to wake up. You said it's when he eats. >> When? Yeah. Almost as soon as he eats it starts about 45 minutes into it and then his twoour peak, forget it. >> Is he an insulin dependent either? >> No. That's what we're working on now. That's what Friday is going to be. We're going to try to get him on something. That's why she's doing it with the pharmacy and her. We've never done that before with the pharmacy. >> Who's caring for the horses? >> I am. >> You are? >> I'm doing it all. >> I mean, I I mean, I get up at 4:00 4:30 literally every morning, sir. And I cry for a minute cuz I hurt, but I get up. I do all the birds. I change all the waters. I do the dogs. I do the birds in the house and the cats. And I do the horses over here. >> Yeah. >> I mean, I do it all. And then I And him to get him to help. I mean, just to take out the trash >> and do the couple little things I asked. He doesn't want to get done until 10:30 at night. And by then when I get it's forget it. It's I might as well just do it myself. >> Yeah. >> It's just too hard. >> But I'm getting tired of the 15 16 hour days. >> Yeah. I don't >> especially with no sleep. I've got so much damage in my hands and stuff right now. I supposed to go to a neurologist yesterday for them to do the electro test to see how much damage I have because I have an uh a surgery scheduled for the 22nd which is a week after next on Tuesday to get my right hand and elbow fixed. It's all the way up into my shoulder. So anyway, so having said that, I couldn't go yesterday because of his fall, >> right? And I if I if and I have to I had called um my work to see if they can have somebody sit with him on Monday, but they're so short staffed out here. So, I'm scrambling calling friends. I mean, I'll pay you 15 bucks an hour. Come and sit with them. >> And then we're still having problems with somebody hacking. >> Well, I'm going for >> hacking into the Wi-Fi and the phones and I made a report with the sheriff and they said I got to go to the FBI. I'm doing that Monday. >> Yeah. >> You know, I'm doing everything I can do without being two people, >> right? I get it, darling. I'm like, I get it. It's it y'all are I've been watching you got I've been watching you guys get stretch stretched so thin baby. >> I get it. I get it. You're doing a good job. >> I'm a good woman, man. I need something. >> You're doing a good job. Okay. You're doing a good job. But you also got to realize you're trying to take [laughter] care of a farm over here, too. Like, >> it would be >> You got so much stuff with this. >> You got so much stuff you got to take care of, and you're doing a good job. Okay. >> Okay. Um >> for noticing. I I see it. I do. >> His friends don't come around anymore. Nothing because he >> we are right now. He's got no medical complaint. He's answering all of our questions appropriately. >> He's not altered. You know, he's like >> because of the sh crashes, he'll be different. >> No. And I'm and I'm I'm not doubting that. But uh um like he's not at the point in his dementia where he's not answering questions inappropriately. >> No, I understand. Yeah. So, >> he was like that yesterday when they came, but he scared me to death because when he walked in from that barn, >> he was like acting lethargic and he was complaining about his back. Well, the first thing I thought it was a possible hairline fracture or something >> because of the brittleleness of the bone. So, you know, I wasn't playing. I >> Yeah, he said he's probably having just those es and flows of the sugar, you know, the highs and lows. >> That's what I tried to talk to him tonight about. >> We just checked the sugar. It's 126. He's refusing everything else. >> That's all that hibernation. I was 135 a few minutes ago. Hey, John. You're going to need to swing your cart. >> But, uh, we're gonna >> a little bit so you can get through the gate. >> If anything changes, call us back. Okay. >> I will. >> All right. All right. Darling, >> I'm sorry. >> Call us if if anything happens. You need us. Okay. >> Circle. Turn around so you can get in. >> Both your feet in there so you don't fall out. >> John, you need help? Oh. >> You sure? >> All right. Let's see you turn around then. >> Let's not run into the fence. >> Maybe turn the speed on that thing down a little bit. You kidding me? That's a That's a That's a riser right there. >> All right, y'all have a better night. Okay. >> Thank you, officer so much. >> You're welcome. >> So, medics evaluated the male or the old old-timer. He was fine medically, I guess. Uh he's alert oriented. I guess they have no reason to take him to the hospital, but I mean, he's he's I've known them for a while, but he's he's going downhill. Hopefully, he gets better, but he's getting at that age where it's there you you only go downhill. There's there's no going up at that point. Um they're a really good family. They like I said, I've known them for a while. Um but yeah, he's he's going downhill fast. Yeah, hopefully hopefully they figure it out. All right, so we're heading to an agency assist. This started out as a medic call. It said that uh need a lift assist because they she can't get her husband out of bed, a 75year-old male. um later turned out and said that the female is screaming at the top of the of her lungs for the male to let go of her arm. And the male is yelling that no one is hurting you, but the free the female was screaming ow. And now the female is starting to say that everything's fine. She's trying to get him out of bed. Um the female is claiming that the male had hit her in the hip and she's crying on the line and yelling. Um so while she's on the phone with dispatch, she continues to yell at the male things like he needs to get in the shower and to stop being so crazy. Just different things like that. Um so we're going to go head over to this agency assist. It sounds like it's possibly going to be a domestic incident. So, we're going to go see what exactly the medic's got and go back up our other sector deputy on this. So, >> so we're arriving on this agency assist incident. couple new CAD notes saying that the uh female keeps yelling and they're trying to get them to separate, but the female is, I guess, upset because the male wet the bed and she can't get it changed. So, we're hopping out with our other deputy. He's advising that uh the medics can proceed in. So, let's see what's going on. All right. So, it looks like this was not uh domestic. It was a agency assist. She was pretty distraught because I guess he wet the bed. Um, so she's kind of like doesn't really know what to do or what help to get. It sounds like she hasn't had much sleep because she's trying to be like his caretaker. Um, Deputy Carlin over here gave them some pretty good resources to utilize, maybe some inho inhome hospice or something like that just to kind of, you know, be able to get her more support to get him the help that he needs. So, negative domestic agency assist. >> Uh, we're just running into this casino real quick. Made contact with an employee. She got her plate stolen and it should be a quick report. Just got to figure out the time frame of when she last saw the vehic or the plate on there and that way we can get in as stolen. So if someone's driving around with it, then it'll pop up as stolen plate. So we know. So we're just can't take a report for a stolen plate. Um, however, >> we're going to double check the for >> truck. Um, she said that it's only registered to her friend whom she bought it from, but she does not have the title with her or anything for us to verify that. So, we have to either get a hold of the current registered owner and see if he wants to report it stolen based upon what she said or have her show us the title so we can verify the ownership of the vehicle. So, no report at this time. Uh, we'll check back with her tomorrow. She said she has it at home. So, as long as she has a title tomorrow, take a report. Okay. So, we're getting dispatched out to a call. There's a a male that they described with a you description was that he was potentially under the influence of narcotics. Um, he's standing on a bridge um in the area of Friendship Road. Uh they're concerned that he's going to jump off the bridge. Um so we're keeping an eye out for him. Um one of the officers just said that they're having negative contact with him. So they haven't seen him. Um so we're kind of just going to stay in the area, see if we can't find him and get him some help. Um potentially get EMS to come out and take a look at them. One thing about Friendship Road, uh the bridges that are on there are not tall bridges. uh probably at most a 10-ft drop. They're just going over small creeks that run through Oxford. Um there's really no bridge on Friendship Road that would cause anybody significant harm jumping off of it, which kind of adds into the he's potentially under the influence of something. Um so we're we're going to keep an eye out and he's probably not going to be in his right state of mind. I don't know. I don't see him. 747. I'm having negative contact. >> All right. Well, >> maybe he went home. >> Uh, we're getting sent to an address out here. It's one of the subdivisions off of Macintosh Road. U, according to the caller, there is a juvenile that's ran away. So, we're going to go out there and see if we can't find the juvenile. Um, if not, we'll uh put the juvenile in as a missing person's and get all the proper documentation together. That way, we can get the juvenile submitted to NCIC and start searching >> a little bit quicker. Uh, probably going to end up putting out a alert to some surrounding agencies and if we can kind of pinpoint the location of the juvenile's friends or other family members where they may be at, uh, that'll usually help us. um if they're in another jurisdiction, we'll let that other agency know that the way they can try and make contact with the juvenile. Uh so NCIC uh when what we're going to do is put the juvenile in NCIC. NCIC is the National Criminal Information Center database. Uh essentially it tracks anything stolen, TVs, guns, vehicles. It also tracks persons, missing persons. um you can pretty much put in anything serialized um including social security numbers and uh identify that person, but it lets other agencies know who's missing, who's not missing, items that are stolen, make contact, >> things along those lines. 747 1023. Hey, >> juvenile sent back. Uh, I don't know where his parents were located, so we need to figure that out. >> Everyone that called said that he was here, I guess that wasn't passed initially. >> I thought the kid ran away from here. >> Yeah, that's what I >> Hello. >> I got here and they said, "No, nobody called." I was like, "Well, is Preston here?" [snorts] He's like, "That's me." I was like, "Great." Awesome. So, okay. >> He's 17. >> And now, do you live here? >> Yes. >> How old are you? >> Two roomates on the way here. >> Okay. >> And there's an adult inside. >> I've talked to two people that live here. Who's where's the owner of the house at? Is he the one on his way? >> She's on her way. He is Bree's little brother. >> Okay. >> So, my roommate, that's her little brother. >> Okay. So, just mom and dad don't know that he's here. >> I don't know. I don't know what the situation is. I just got here. >> So, you didn't call though? >> No. >> You know where Bree's parents live? Bree's mama lives in Georgia. Bree his dad or her dad where he lives, they live in Greenbr. >> Do you know how he got here? >> No, I wasn't. >> All of these cars belong to the people that live here though. >> Yes. >> One of these is not his car, right? >> No. >> Okay. So, why are you here? >> I just left. >> Why? >> Just left. 7265D. >> Okay. >> Is there wanted to leave? >> Yeah. >> This this is what I'm saying. >> I want to make sure you're okay. >> I'm fine. >> So whenever >> I didn't have a parent's house, so they called APD. APD track. >> Okay. >> So APD's at his parents house. >> Okay. This is what I'm saying. And I'm not I'm not trying to give you a hard time. You're fine. I don't want to take you back to your house if you're not comfortable being at your house. But I have to know what's going on. >> I mean, I'm not trying to start nothing. >> It's fine. You don't have to start anything. I'll start something. >> I'm fine. >> Has anybody been hurting you? Anybody been being abusive to you? Okay. All right. Well, we're about to take you back over there. So, if you need to let us know something, now's the opportunity. >> Okay. All right. Are you Are you his girlfriend? >> Okay. Who are you to him? >> I'm one of his really good friends. >> Okay. Is there something going on at his house? >> What do you mean? >> Okay. So, this is what I'm saying. We're about to have to take him back to his parents to the house. >> Is this going to be on TV? >> They're filming me. This is not on TV. So, it's not going to be sent anywhere or posted anywhere >> and probably on YouTube. >> We can talk se We can talk separate if you want to. We can go over here. Okay. Come on. >> Who y'all? The other two roommates? >> Yes, we're the other two. >> Who's sister to this? >> That's my brother. >> Your brother? >> And you're the homeowner, too, right? >> How you doing? >> My parents. >> Oh, I talked to you earlier or a few days ago. Yeah. >> Yeah, a few days ago. I remember you. Yeah. >> All right. So, just to explain it to you, uh, apparently he doesn't have permission to be here by y'all's parents. >> My parents? >> Yeah. That he has no they had no idea he was here. He ran away from the house, had somebody pick him up. >> Oh. My my dad and my stepmom. >> Yeah. >> Yes. Okay. >> Uh, he got his phone taken away and he got pissed off and decided >> Well, I've actually I left their house, too. So, I'm I completely understand where he's coming from, so that's why I let him come over. Um, >> can you explain to me how you understand where you're coming from? >> Because it's just a very in that house everybody's very disconnected and they kind of they treat you kind of like a person. You're only there for chores. You only you just do the work and everything. It's not really like a family like you know what I'm saying. >> See what we're asking is there any physical abuse at the house? >> There's no physical abuse. >> He's allowed to eat. He's allowed to drink. He's allowed to sleep. Yes, there's nothing. >> Yes. And I told him how to go about that and not to just run away. I told him to go to his dad's house, >> you know, and talk to him about it >> and to do it the right way. But >> yeah, >> he's a little bit >> less immature and doesn't understand all of that. >> Okay. >> Well, he's coming to your house, so he obviously looks at you as a as somebody he can trust. You need to stress to him that he's 17, that runaway juvenile is a criminal charge, that nobody in law enforcement wants to charge a juvenile with runaway juvenile. That's not fun. >> I've told him I've told him plenty of times. I told him to go home, you know, do the right thing. >> But he's obviously looking to you as a role model and somebody that he trusts. So, you need to make sure you stress that to him. >> Yes. >> All right. So, um, ended up having the juvenile was at his sister's house, um, out here off of Macintosh. We were able to get in touch with the parents of the juvenile. Um Anderson Police Department actually found where the juvenile's parents lived at out in de Armville. So officer Yates and myself are going to be taking him back over to his parents. So all well it ends well. Uh we won't have to do any significant documentation of this. Um it'll just more or less be a quick documentation report saying that we found the juvenile and brought him back. >> Uh we just got dispatched to a man down call. someone potentially laying on the side of the road and might need medical assistance. So, we're going to check the area and see if we can locate him. For I don't have contact with him yet. I'm just trying to figure out where this person's at. Maybe that look like something under the tree there. Yeah, I located him. Uh, I don't like the fact that he's face down. >> Really don't like that. Sir. Sir. Ma'am. Ma'am, ma'am, ma'am. Waw Police Department. Ma'am, can you wake up? Ma'am. Hello. Yeah. female. She's She's alive. She's just mumbling. Doesn't want to wake up. Maybe >> ETO. >> Hey, how you doing? I'm >> with the Witchaw Fire Department. What's going on today? >> Yeah. >> Somebody stopped by and said they saw you laying here in the grass and they worried about you doing okay. You know where you're at right now? What's that? No, ma'am. You're not. >> You're doing okay. >> 16. It's going to be a black female, black leggings, white sweatshirt laying under a tree face down. She's conscious and breathing. >> What's your name? >> Just Miss, do you need anything from us? Like a ride anywhere? Do you need to go anywhere? >> No. Put them >> do the what now? >> Yeah, she was living there. She may be back up. >> She used to be in building 12. That was Well, someone saw you sleeping under a tree and cold. So, do you need anything from us? >> She's pretty out of it. >> Christine, >> do you need anything from me, ma'am? >> You don't you don't need a ride anywhere or anything? >> So, I don't really know what to do with >> Okay. >> So, we got dispatched to a disturbance in the 1800 block of North Minneapolis. Uh calling party said there's a vehicle parked on this street blocking traffic. They asked the person to move the vehicle and the person got angry with the calling party. So they have not had any other interactions with the person. So they called us. That's actually that truck right there. And our back is almost here. So we'll go talk to them and see if they'll move their truck. >> Hello. When got your tree, huh? Whose house is this? >> This is Henry's house. >> Henry's house. Okay. >> You give me any problems earlier? >> Yeah, they was coming out, screaming at me. This other lady was cussing at me. >> It's just his house right now is I keep on putting out I keep on putting out cones. People keep on taking them and throwing them away and stuff like, you know, >> we're just trying to get this stuff out. >> Yeah, I I see that. >> There's a city min. Hold on a sec. Plus, I have a proper LLC e proper. >> I don't even know what those walls were. >> Yeah. >> Wow. >> You need to move the tree. We get that. It's It's okay. >> Nothing like nothing happened or anything like that. >> No. Somebody Somebody called and said that she contacted you about the truck and that there was like a verbal altercation or something >> and I just want to make sure everything's okay. Everything's calmed down now. >> We'll be better. >> Sorry. What happened to your house? That sucks. >> Yeah, that's that was a big tree going. >> He So, he's he he considered that, but it's already hooked up to the the trailer itself. Okay. So, and there's already the trailer is already dug into the Someone stole my cone. >> They took it. It's right in the middle of the road. Bright orange. >> Okay. >> About this big. >> Cylindrical. >> Yeah. >> Yet triangular. Okay. What? That's That's petty. Would you like to make a report about it? >> Yeah. >> I don't know. >> I'm sorry that happened. >> I mean, it's just so crazy. There's >> debris everywhere. So, I guess you should understand. Okay. Look, >> this is not miles. This is just Okay, this is half a block, >> correct? >> Not even a long block. Just go around, back up, just, you know. Um, so for this call, uh, there's nothing wrong with him being parked in the street if he's actively working on something like removing massive giant trees that are on houses. He did have permits and such saying that he's allowed to work on such things. Um, so with that in mind, there's he's not blocking anyone's house. He's not blocking anyone's address. there's no reason that he can't be parked there for the duration of um his job. So, we're not doing anything with it. He's going to be done when he gets his trailer loaded up and the street will be open then. Until then, people can come from the south or come from the north, but everyone has access in and around that truck, so it's not an issue. [laughter] I >> bet that's his gum. We're going to go ask cuz he described that So, question for you. >> Yes, ma'am. >> What does your cone look like? >> What? >> What does your cone look like? >> How tall? >> It's about 3/4 the size of that top. That one. >> Okay. >> And it's cleaner. >> Okay. >> It's more It's more of a brighter orange. It looks more Well, it looks reddish than this. >> But it's it's the stereotypical >> Yeah. >> orange cone. >> Okay. >> But like it's it's three it's it's a little bit shorter than that one. >> What does the base look like? >> It's it's >> Is there any tape on it or anything? >> I don't know. >> So, does this happen to be your cone? >> Yes. This is my stupid dirty cone. >> There you go. >> Put my name on it. >> Yes. Uh I would put your name in maybe like a email or something on the inside. That way if cuz they toss it over by Grove. >> Thank you. Thank you so much. >> Yeah, no problem. I I saw that. I'm like, "Oh, shoot. That's a cone." >> See how truly that is? >> It is. People are just They're just Look at this patty. >> Yes. You have a great night. So, we're going to a burglar in progress at Allstar Sports Entertainment Center. >> Sounds like there's five juveniles that have broken in. >> The place is closed down, but um security's calling in saying they got some people on the property. We're going to have one of our officers send up a drone and do a little recon before we all move in. We'll see what we have. The benefit of sending the drone is we're going to have an aerial view. Um, we also have some equipment on there uh to help aid officers in seeing I don't know that I can specify what the equipment is. So, good. >> Um, but we have specialized equipment on the drones. All right, we're pulling up here. See if I can find a spot to put us in. 31 to 136. Are you on the east side? Are you walking with your flashlight out? 31. Myself and 38 are inside the property with no lights on. We saw someone moving north with a light on. That might be you. Okay. Someone was heading north with a flashlight on the inside of the property. Let me hear someone messing with the gate. Oh, that's them. Okay, so it sounds like there's a kid on the east side of the building walking around in a white shirt. Blue. blue. I was asking 136 if he had eyes on him still. Oh, are they stopping for you? right here. Don't move. Put your hands out. Okay, it's behind your back. Go and let your hands go. There you go. All right. Go ahead and roll over for me and sit up. You got any weapons on you, partner? >> No. >> Go ahead and stand up. >> Yep. One foot at a time. There you go. >> Yep. Good. You're good. You're good. Whichever way. >> That better. All right. There you go. >> I don't know if you want to take my AirPod out for me. >> Nice for you. >> Right now, I'm going to just pat you down for weapons. Okay. >> Yeah. >> Front pocket while Okay. We'll >> talk about it in a second. How many of you were there? >> Um, five. >> Five. Okay. >> We got these three. >> We have one more outstanding. >> All right, let's start walking this way. >> Where'd you guys come in at? Huh? Where'd you come in at? >> The front. Okay, we should have that gate open so we can go back out that way. All right. All right. Watch your step here. Okay. Watch your head. We're going to walk toward that police car with the lights on. Here you go. All right. Figure out which gate they got open here. Not that one. 31 and 33. Is the gate open south of the entrance where your cars are? >> All right. Come over here. Have a seat. >> All right. I want to ask you some questions. Before I do, I just want to make sure you're aware of your rights. Okay. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can will be used against you in the court of law. You have the right to talk to a lawyer and have him present with you while you're being questioned. If you cannot hire a lawyer, the court will report one for you. If you choose to answer questions now without a lawyer present, you still have the right to stop answering any questions at any time for any reason. Do you understand each of these rights I've explained to you? >> Yes, I do. >> Having these rights in mind, do you wish to talk to me now? >> It's just yes or no. >> Oh, >> having these rights in mind, do you wish to talk to me now? >> Yes. >> Okay. So, what brings you out here tonight? >> Um, it was just a dumb idea. We were going to play hide-and-seek. Nothing more. >> Okay. >> We didn't cause any property damage or we we were just like well exploring the park. >> Okay. Just came out here to explore the park. >> Yeah. Okay. Dumb decision. >> Um Okay. And do you know all these guys that were with you? >> Huh? >> Do you know all the guys that are Okay. But I mean like how do you know them? >> Oh, they're just all friends through like school. >> How did you guys get in? Where'd you get in at? >> Um I think it was either along there or along here. Was it along over there? >> What? >> Well, that's okay. I just want your recount. I can't have you talk to him about it. Yeah, it was like it was just a like hole in the gate. >> Okay. So, you guys found a hole in the gate? >> Okay. Does your mom know where you're at? >> Um, I told her I was just meeting some guys at Walmart. >> Okay. Do you have any wants or warrants that you know of? >> Any what >> warrants? >> Oh, no. >> Okay. You ever had police contact before? >> No. >> Okay. All right. Um, >> so what I'm going to do, I'm just going to take a photo of you since I'm not going to take you down to Jak just so we have a photo on record. >> There you go. >> Send me down here. I'm not sure what's going on. She couldn't get out of work. So, >> who you who you here for? >> Jose. >> Okay. You have like ID on here? >> I don't. You could look me up though, boss. >> Okay. Um, you have I think Hillary has my case book. You have a case book or something? Can I just get your address? >> You guys have a good night. >> Later. Take it easy. >> Yeah. Look at me. >> So, we made five arrests tonight. Um, three of which were juveniles. So, we did all of our paperwork here for the juveniles. The adults were taken to jail. Um, we for the juveniles, we're just doing um notice to appear and release to their guardians. So, we had all our officers gather around a police car as our modified desk to fill out our paperwork. Um, the juveniles would come up with their guardian, both agree to the paperwork saying that they're going to get it taken care of and make an appointment so that they can see a judge about the matter. That way, they can go on their way tonight without having to be booked into JAK. Yeah. [music] Heat.
