You'd think a gym would be the last place someone wants to get arrested, but these Karens managed to turn a workout into a full-blown police call. Here are four cases when dumb Karens get arrested at gyms. Number four, a gym day turns into a criminal charge for this mom. Police respond to a report of a child left unattended in a parked car outside Crunch Fitness. When officers arrive, the car is locked and turned off with a young girl alone inside. >> Can you open the door? Can you open the door? >> What's up, Captain? I guess she's being good not opening the door for a stranger, but it's locked. No, it's off. >> I'm going to go inside and see if I can't get >> Hi. How are you? Can you open the door for me? Mommy's coming out. She said open the door. Can you open the door for me? She's coming out right now. Thank you, baby. Uhoh. It's okay. >> Get mom. Where's the mom? >> I don't know where the mom is. She's okay though, right? >> Yeah. Are you able to call her like on a PA to the front? Christine. Christine, if you can come to the front, please. Are you Are you Miss Christine? >> I'm Miss Christina. >> Okay. >> My apologies. >> We might have to ask one of the employees to go see if she's in the summer. Yeah. >> I work here. You want me to check the female bathroom? >> Yeah. We were just going to ask her if you could. She looks like obviously. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Please. >> I'll be right. >> Thank you. >> She's in there. Did Did you ask her if she could come out? >> Yeah, I asked her. Her name is Christine. She said, "Yeah." And I told her to come out and she said, "Okay." But she was just showering, so I don't know. >> Yeah, she's in there. She is. >> Yeah. She said she was showering, but she's coming out. Okay. Talk to >> Okay. >> Is my daughter okay? >> Well, let's talk over here. >> Okay. >> She's okay now that the car is open. >> Oh, I literally went in there for like 5 10 minutes. >> Okay. Well, other people have said otherwise. Okay. Oh my god. >> Even 5 10 minutes that's fine. What if something happens to you in the gym? >> Oh my god, you scared me. >> I thought something happened to my daughter. That's all I cared about. Woo! I almost >> If you cared about it, then you wouldn't leave her in a car off. >> Oh my god. I thought it was like 15 20 minutes she was sleeping and I was going to come right back. >> Christina initially claimed she was only inside for 15 to 20 minutes, but later admits to spending more time between working out and showering. >> You scared me. Do you have your driver's license with you? >> Um, it's all in the car. I'll definitely make sure it doesn't happen again. Um, can I go see her? I need >> Can you give me a second? Please. >> So, what time did you get to the gym? >> I got here like 15 20 minutes ago. Like 20 30 minutes ago. I I went to the gym. I did my um my workout and then I went I showered and came right back out. >> So, you did a 15-minute workout and shower >> 15 20 minutes like 5 minutes and I came back out like 20 25 minutes total. >> Okay. >> Yeah. And it never happens before. So, I'm like, "Oh my god, what happened?" I've never ever ever left her to where she's alone and she's like, "All right, let me just quickly go here since you're sleeping and I'll come back up." >> Let me ask you this, and I hate to be up front or out of line. Are you guys living under the car or >> No, not at all. I can actually show you a paycheck. >> Okay. >> I'm working. This This is like a mistake. That's why I was scared. I'm like, "Let me run out. I can show you my paycheck." >> Okay, I'm fine. >> I can literally pull it out and show you how she gone. She's been in here for almost 2 hours, right? >> Okay. Can you Is there like Can I see it on the computer? She said she's been in here for 15 minutes. >> 711 11. So, she's exactly 2 hours. >> 2 hours. She said she's been here 15 minutes. >> Yeah. >> And I can take it out right now. I thought you guys scared me. I just want to make sure she's okay. >> What was your name, man? >> Christina. >> Christina. Do you want to go to jail for child abuse or do you want to tell us the truth right now? >> I'm definitely telling you the truth. You checked in the gym at 7:27 this morning. >> Do you know what time it is now? >> If if you ask her, I came back out. I went >> It's 9:00. You've been You've been here for almost 2 hours. >> I I will tell you. I'm telling you the truth. I walked back out. >> Okay. Regardless, she was still in the car >> for like 15 20 minutes. Yes. I That's true. >> Okay. >> But I can literally tell you I walked out. >> All right. Let's go get your driver's license and uh we'll go from there >> and I can show you my paycheck and everything. >> My daughter has never been harmed. >> Okay. Well, we don't know that and this is our first encounter with you, so I find that hard to believe. >> When police confront her about the story not adding up, she gets emotional, insisting she's a good mom and only left because her child was asleep. >> Well, I can't trust you because you said you've been in there for 15 minutes and you've been in for there for 2 hours. >> 25 like 25 at the gym like 5 10 minutes. >> Hi, Mom. >> How are you? >> Good. Gabby's good. >> What happened? >> No, she didn't do anything. uh a passer by called it in cuz they saw an unattended juvenile in the back put the car off. >> So with the biggest issue obviously in Florida and everything else is one they don't want to leave unattended for long at all but also the car has to be on. Okay. >> All right. >> Do you have your ID? >> Yeah. >> But she's okay. She got no complaint. She was she's been great. Okay. >> All right. Gabby, feel better. We'll see you later. >> Thank you guys. I appreciate it. >> All right. No problem. >> And I'm so sorry. I know you guys hate me right now, but I promise it's a mistake. Can you give my partner your ID? >> Yeah. And you can call her. They came to help me with my car. I literally And you and I literally had a flat. >> I'm not worried about your vehicle right now. >> I know, but I wanted to tell you why we're here. We had a flat and they stopped by and changed everything. >> Okay, cool. You could be doing whatever inside, but your child's in the car. No AC. The car's off. It's locked. So, we can't get in unless we break the window. Do you understand what I'm trying to say? >> I understand. And it'll never happen. It never happened before. That's why I'm like afraid that will happen. >> Where are you going? >> I'm just trying to make sure that >> Why is that a concern if the driver's side is open? >> No, I'm just making sure that she's okay cuz she gets scared. I don't want her to be afraid. >> So, you had to drive the close the driver's door. >> It just literally I just closed the door. Honestly, I'm telling you, it really is a mistake. And I know you don't understand, but it is a mistake. >> I don't think anybody will understand this. >> Just put your bag on the hood. >> Medical bag. >> Yes. Let's step over here to the front. >> She starts mentioning other things. A flat tire, work stress, trying to make excuses for what happened. >> So, do you want to tell me what's going on then? >> It's the It's the honest truth. I wish you would believe me. I promise you. I can show you the text message and I can you can even go to the tire shop. >> Can I tell you what happened? And then you can kind of see if I'm if I'm guilty or not. >> I'll hear you out. Let's start with this. >> What time did you wake up this morning? I woke up this morning probably like around 6 something going on 7 because and I'll tell you I'm trying to tell you I have proof. >> You woke up at 7:00 and then what happened? >> I called to see if there's a nearest gym. I normally go to a gym. I do a good workout and then I stop driving back. The reason why we're here I have proof. I'm trying to tell you kindly my car. We got a flag. I'm glad we weren't on 95. The tire popped. I purchased it for $60 something. Our car our tire blew out. this Saturday. >> Yesterday, last night around 11:00, almost like 10 something around 11:00 and the time >> where you guys coming from, >> we were literally planning to come home and then what was happening is I came back down here. I was going to go to see her and the tire caught. So that's why I'm like, "All right, let me see if you guys can help." And I can show you proof. I would love to. >> So you got a flat tire at 11:00 p.m. >> And I can show you. I want I don't want you to think I'm a liar. I my daughter's the most important thing to me in my life and I've never done anything wrong. >> Says otherwise and I don't want you to feel like I'm the right she's a happy child. She like my daughter she doesn't even know what's going on. She's never been around a cop before and they and that's how I found the um flat tire that blew out. >> So this this tire that was switched out >> again. >> Oh >> that has nothing to do with anything right now. I'm just telling this has never happened. I'm trying to say that was the reason why we're here. Our tire blew >> No, the reason you're here is because you were taking a shower and working out, not because you have a flat tire. >> No, not not really. It's because the tire blew out and I normally work out and this was the only Crunch Fitness nearby. >> So, we drove here. >> Okay. So, then she would have been left in another Okay. She would have been left in another Crunch Fitness if you didn't have a flat tire. >> The officers stay calm but firm, reminding her how dangerous it is to leave a child alone, even for a few minutes. So, just hang out right here with my partner. >> Never happened before. This is the first time because it is higher. >> Do me a favor. We can hang out over here so my partner can talk to her. >> Yeah. Yeah. But you can make sure she's okay. >> She's okay. >> Did you Did you think about if she was okay when you left her in the car by herself when you went to work out >> for the first time? I didn't think >> this You can hang out. You can hang out over here. She's fine with us. Hi, Miss Christine. Let me talk to you without your daughter. Okay, let's go over here. >> So, I'll ask you again. >> Where were you last night? >> I was Oh my god. Can I show you my phone? Is would it be easier if I show you my phone in the Mexican? >> It'd be either It would be easier if you told me the truth. >> I just told you I I I'm one of I stopped at a Firestone. The tire blew out. The tire is still with us. >> Okay. You told me a Firestone. What were you doing last night? >> Nothing at all. I came for I got off of work. We drove. The tire blew out. >> Where were you working at? >> Where was I working at? >> That's what I just said. Yeah. >> I work I'm a sales representative. I told you I work for a call center. Do you want me to show you everything that happened? I got off of work driving. How are you going to show me what happened? >> You're supposed to tell me what happened. >> I just did, sir. >> Okay. But there's a lot of inconsistencies in this story. You repeated my questions because you were trying to think of something. I don't know what's going on. >> I wasn't. I have it. I have the proof as a text messages. It shows you I wrote her. I said, "Hey, my tire blew out in front of the Firestone. Here's the address. Can you please send someone to come help us?" >> You got off work at what time last night? >> I got off of work probably around 8 or 9. >> Okay. So then what were you doing driving at 11:00? >> Christina insists it's all a misunderstanding, but her excuses don't hold up. >> I was driving around 9 something from Fort Lauder Delta down there. The tire blew out around 10:00. A man named Moses at 5. What happened in between 8:00 and 10:00 p.m. >> The time around I don't know what else you're talk I don't know. I'm not looking at the time. I'm telling you after work I drove around 9 to 9 something 910. >> What county and city are we in currently >> in Lake Worth? Right. Palm Beach. >> Where do you live? >> I live in Fort Lauderdale. My friend lives in Boon. >> Okay. >> So I drove to Palm Beach and the car stopped in in Palm Beach in Boon. >> Okay. That's that makes a little bit more sense. He's asking you, "Why are you over in this area?" And that's what my friend lives in Palm Beach. >> After your tire was fixed, then what happened? >> Then after that, we stayed at her house for a little bit. We came here. I drove. I said, "Let's go to Crunch Fitness." So, this is my first time here. She said, "Oh, we just opened December 31st." >> Can we go back for a second? Where did you Where did you spend the night last night? >> Last night after I went to her house, I stayed with them for a little bit and then after that around 5:00, we drove here. So, I wouldn't even say we slept because we were up with the tires the whole time. You know what I mean? I wouldn't even say like I was sleeping like a baby somewhere cuz I wasn't. I was literally terrified. I had a flat tire. >> What was your plan for the rest of the day? >> Oh my god, it's Sunday. What is my plan? I don't know. I was going to drive back, see my dad. You don't really do much. >> All right, hang on a second. What I'm trying to figure out is like, you know, why was it like important >> after dealing with all that to be like, "Oh, you know what? I think we need to go check out this gym." >> I go to the gym every day, so I thought Crunch Fitness was the closest one. Let me go for 15, 20 minutes. My daughter was sleeping. >> 15, 20 minutes is one thing, but you weren't here for 15, 20 minutes, were you? >> When I came here, I came back out. I stayed with my daughter and I went back. They explained that what she's done is considered child neglect under state law. >> So I'll say about 20 25 15 >> in the gym. You were in there for about 15 minutes, >> right? >> I was in the gym and I came back out. I stayed I stayed out for probably like 30 40 minutes >> and then what? >> And then I went back. I went to the gym 15 25 minutes, showered 10 minutes, came back out and they're like, "Are you Christine?" I'm like, "Yes." And then that's like the cost. >> So 15 minutes and then you came out for 30 minutes and then you went in there for another 20 minutes. So 30 plus 20 is 50 minutes plus 15. >> I honest I honestly wasn't >> that's an hour and five about an hour and 5 minutes, right? >> No, I was I was in the gym for about 25 30 minutes and then I came out saying to >> in total about an hour and 5 minutes. You were checked in the gym for almost 2 hours. So what happened in the other hour that we're missing right now? When I came back out, I came back outside because my daughter was sleeping. So, I had to make sure she was okay. So, I came back outside. I stayed. She was still sleeping. And then I spent time with her. I'm like, "Okay, let me work out for a little bit. Maybe you'll be up after." And then I think And then that's when you guys >> All right. But I think like you're 15 20 minutes is probably a little bit longer based on the fact that you were here for >> I'd say 15. I was working out. 20 minutes over 2 hours. >> About 25 30 minutes probably the time I was in the gym. >> Yeah. But you've been checked in for 2 hours and you were still in the gym when we got here. >> No, I checked in and I came back out and when I went back in and for that 10 minutes, that's when someone told me you guys are out here. >> All right, miss. So, here's what's going to happen. I'm not going to take you to jail today. >> Thank you. I appreciate it. >> Okay. >> Very, very much. >> It's not a there for a thank you or anything like that. >> I know. I know. I'm so sorry. >> Um, what I am going to do is I'm going to make a report. This isn't the first time that you've left your daughter unattended in the car while you're in the gym. Okay, just hear me out. Just just hear me out. Okay. >> Christina keeps pleading, saying it was a mistake and asking officers not to arrest her. >> I don't need the words anymore. I'm going to notify DCF. They're going to pay a visit to you at your house. Check on the welfare of your child. Okay? Do not let this happen again cuz now that it's on record, I guarantee you would be going to jail next time. >> Okay? >> Give me a second. If the gym is such a priority to you, >> well, now it's not because >> listen to me when you finish. >> If it is, then find a gym that has a daycare. >> Okay? >> Because it's not acceptable to you just to get your your exercise and your workout in. You leave your child in the car. >> Sorry, this is my friend. >> Okay. Can you lock your phone screen and put it in your bag or something? Here's the severity of the situation. Okay. I had to reach out to my supervisor. Okay. And a detective. Okay. This meets the criteria for yes, you to go to jail. Okay. So, do you mind calling your father to have him come pick up your child so we do not have to give her a DC? >> Can you tell me why? >> Because you left her unattended in the car with it off. >> But I literally I literally I went in there for like 25 30 minutes. >> Regardless, it could be 5 seconds. >> Can you guys literally like see the tire that blew out? Can you stop? >> The tire has nothing to do with this. Nothing to do with this. You understand that, right? She's clearly shaken, worried about what'll happen to her and her daughter. >> That's the reason why that's the reason why we iced out. >> I It doesn't matter. It doesn't matter. You could be a crunch in Myar. You could be a crunch in Fort Lauderdale. You could be a crunch in in New York. It's the same thing. You understand that, right? >> Leaving your child unattended. >> The thing is I The thing is this is not something that happens to me. Like I've >> it happened today. I've I've always I've always been the type of person to make sure my daughter is well taken care of. And I've >> So, do you want to call your father and have him come pick up your child? Let's go ahead and give him a call. >> It's going to take It's He's >> I don't care. >> I don't know how he's going to get there. Like, >> he doesn't have a car. >> He has a car, but he's he's like a senior. He's going to I don't know how he's going to make it to Crutch Fitness. He's a >> How old is he? >> My dad's about like 75 76. >> What other family members live close by? >> No. Any other family member? that's nearby here that I can call her that I can call like literally I wish somebody would believe like literally she just called me too. >> Give me your bag. >> Please >> go ahead and call dad. >> Is there any way like >> no >> can I speak to him and I'm like telling you guys that >> I can call my dad but there's no way he's going to be able to come way down here. >> Put your phone on the on the roof. >> You want me to try to call him? Please >> face the car. >> Please don't do this. Can I Okay, let me I'll call my dad. >> Okay, I'm going to take care of that. I'm going to have you on speaker. Okay, stop. >> Do not do that. >> Please let me call my dad. Please let me call my dad. Let me just let >> Okay, we'll call him in a little bit. Okay, right now that's not going to happen. >> Please let me call my dad so my daughter is safe. At least I can call her grandmother or something. Please >> just take a seat. >> Can I at least call her grandmother? >> Take a seat. I don't want your child to see. >> I don't think I'm I might say. I mean, please let me talk. >> Take a seat. I don't want your child to see. Keep drawing. She's okay. They're just talking. They're just talking. >> He just has to speak to her in the car. >> A seat. >> Once she's in cuffs, police make arrangements for a relative to pick up the child. >> Take a seat. >> Gabby. Mommy is Mommy. >> I don't know why, Mommy. I'm arrested. Okay, >> that's good for your child, but that's not what I wanted to happen. >> I'm so scared. >> I don't know what happened. >> I don't understand why you put your foot in. >> I don't know what I did. >> NICE. [crying] >> Mom's right here. Come here. You want to talk to mom? >> NO, I might I might faint. I'm so serious. I I might f I might faint. Please have somebody I know what I did. I might faint, you guys. I'm serious. >> Is it dad? >> Yes. I've never never been locked up before. Ever. I might faint. I'm not going to make it back here like this >> at all. I will not make it. [crying] >> She's not going anywhere. >> I promise you. >> She's not going anywhere. We're hanging out. >> I will I will faint and literally back here. I >> Okay. Can you not say that right now? >> I'm It's not true. >> I can't make it anymore. just this sob story you're trying to do and play us against with her. It's not going to work. All right? So, just stop. You're going to make it worse in front of her. Okay? You're lucky that we're letting her stand right here with you. So, just stop. >> What other family members can I call? Cuz he's not answering. >> Oh my goodness. I have my my friend that >> No family members. >> Oh my god. I don't know anyone else. >> Okay. >> You can try to call maybe my friend that that >> family members. >> She's she's close to my dad. I just called him twice. He didn't answer. >> Tommy's fine. We're not going anywhere. Okay. We're just hanging out. All right. >> We can call a fire truck for you. It's not going to change anything, though. >> I think you might have to. I'm I'm really >> Your daughter's going to be here by herself with him >> cuz somebody You're not coming out. >> Please don't hurt her. >> You're not coming out of those. Why would we hurt her? Why would we hurt her? This is the example you're trying to set for your daughter right now. Like, we're the bad people. You're the one that left her unattended for 2 hours in a car. We are not the bad people here. All right. So don't try to don't try to pin us to be that in front of her. >> A friend soon shows up and officers explain the situation. >> She's going to jail right now for child neglect. Okay. >> She I don't know why, but she's having a hard time understanding of the totality of the circumstances of what she did wrong. Okay. That's neither here nor there. Her story is just very very inconsistent of what's happened from yesterday until the moment we met her. Okay. I don't know what's going on. It's none of my business. My concern is her child. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Um I appreciate you coming out here and taking custody of her child. Um I'll see if she wants to talk to you. I'm sure she will. >> The whole reason you're handcuffs has nothing to do with your tire being blown out. It has to do with your decision of leaving your kid in the car unattended. Does that make sense to you now? >> I'm so sorry. >> I did take a little bit of look at your record. You've had, you know, quite a few traffic infractions, but it's not a big deal. But some of them are not sealing your child. Okay. Yeah. I've seen all up and down the state of Florida. So, you just got to make sure that you're making those smart decisions for your your little girl cuz again, you're her mom, right? You're you're in charge of her. The rescue's here and they're going to check you out. Okay. Can >> I ask you what happens when I like how do I come back to my daughter? Like, what do I what happens? >> Well, I will be I'll be she'll be able to come my will be able to go. >> Yeah. Please comment if you post a bond and they'll be able to, you know, bond bail you out and all that good stuff. Okay, here we're going to be here to check that. >> The case ends with her being charged with child neglect. Number three, police step in after Crunch Fitness billing dispute. Next on the list is a male Karen making a scene at a Crunch Fitness due to a membership dispute. Staff called police to trespass a member after ignored emails about a cancellation turned into an argument. When police arrived, they clarify that the trespass notice has to be given in front of them to be valid. >> They leave. >> No, they're still here. >> They're working out currently. I'm going to go run their neighbor. >> Okay. Check if they're interested. >> Yeah, very exciting. Sunday. >> I hope it's exciting. >> Hopefully it's >> Have they been by us? >> Oh. smalluit. We don't really know all of a sudden it was like our came in know they'll have to I think he said they have to be trespassed. >> They have to be trespassed by us for us to arrest them today. So that's what I was hoping was happening, but now listening to you, I guess they haven't been trespassed by us. >> I think this is just us having >> an actual trespass. What do they look like? >> What do they look like? What are they wearing? >> Yes. They're going west. >> They're just following right now. >> Are they coming down? >> They then approach the man who's still working out and ask him to head to the front area. >> It's okay. >> I see them, too. Yeah, I'm like >> they don't need to know yet. We'll figure it out. >> I need to put my >> in the wallet. District 33. Business panic alarm 710 East 21st Street 2100 North. >> We're going north. Sorry. >> Did you guys want them trespass from all Crunch gyms? Sorry. I think so. >> Is the lawsuit between Crunch and them? >> Yes. >> Okay. Then all Crunch Gyms. Okay. Nice. No, they said they misunderstood. They want them trespassed from all transgents. So, we have to bring them and tell them to that they're being trespassed. >> All righty. >> Yes. Well, you guys have to tell them. >> Yeah. In front of us, one of you have to say it doesn't have to be the manager. It can be anybody that works here has to tell them, hey, you're being trusted. You can't come to any of the problem. >> Yeah. >> So you guys >> and then we'll tell them too that if they come kill you. >> Hello. Can you guys come off the stairs? I'm >> sorry. >> Can you guys come off the stairs? >> He stays calm and asks questions about the legality of it. >> This is about >> Yes. Uh there is an active >> we just got from that. >> Interesting. >> So here I'd like to talk to him. >> You can do you have Did you get the confirmation >> like I It's only because the state police trooper by himself >> to go. >> No, there's plenty of >> people wanted. >> Thanks, sweet. >> Oh, yeah. Yeah, no problem. I know. >> 100%. No traffic. Roads are dry. I'm coming up on 46 Street. No traffic coming. >> I'm not going to >> You guys want to explain to us what's going on? Obviously, I can't go. >> No. Yeah. Yeah. No, it's a civil dispute. >> Yeah, there's a civil dispute about the contract and some terminology. I tried to resolve it and it >> yeah they're they're ignoring my demands after about a week of constant hey you have a deadline of yesterday >> sorry [clears throat] my heart rate's up on traffic >> I have no problem >> I heard >> they're holding traffic >> officers explain no crime was committed but the gym has every right to ask someone to leave private property. >> Can we get your guys' like names just in case we Yeah, >> we'll get that taken care of. >> Oh, and then um can I possibly went through all them talking? Can I get a case number? >> Yeah. Yeah. Thanks. >> All right. 7. You said name, right? and >> and last name what >> 38th Street now >> you Hold on. >> Date of birth. >> Phone number. >> Thank you. >> Yeah. So, this is just all about it's a civil matter. >> I got you. >> That's it. >> It's Yeah, it's a civil matter. And this is being trespassed like is not for a crime or anything. It's just if the agents of property want you not to be on their property anymore. We have to do it. But you just can't come back on how this was overall. So I'm not surprised at all. >> I am >> I wanted to lesser how they chose to take it. >> I know you guys are just doing your job. I know they're doing their job. Not sure if that car was already dead, but there was nobody in it. >> If only college and threw him out. >> Before leaving, the man asks for copies of all documentation, including confirmation of the trespass and a record linking his ongoing legal correspondence to the case. >> Quick question. I'm sorry. We're just hang we're just listening for >> sorry this will be a good question. So if I wanted to attach the [clears throat] emails that way I have the proof so they can't pass them. It's all just >> put them here on >> Broadway. >> Attached to it, but just our list. to see you again. >> I understand. Is this is this >> in the alley of Broadway? >> I I was just curious. >> Alley, West Broadway. >> I've got a guy running westbound alley. >> I think it's West Broadway, whatever this one is here that I just went down. >> He's running now. >> Good. That means we can actually >> because I said they're going to terminate. >> We went to Broad. >> Yeah. >> 600 block. >> Yes. >> Oh my god. >> College and Broad. >> No way. >> Yeah, but he's running now. So that's >> I was just there. That's >> an officer then asks an employee to provide her details for the report. >> Oh yeah, you got somebody. >> Let me get her in. Um, >> I'mma get her info because she trespassed. I don't do the trespasses. >> Let me just get your info to put your name. >> Yeah, >> I'm a very good way to >> Yes. >> You're a Crunch employee. Is that it? >> Yes. >> Okay. Uh, well, AGN, but I don't know if that matters. >> What is it? >> Yeah, >> that sounds more fancy than employee. [laughter] >> So, put it on there. What's I'm going just put the store's phone number. So, what's the source phone number? Uh 46. >> Once everything is finalized, the owner shows up and escorts the man out of the gym. >> We'll be filing. >> We're good. >> Okay, it's fine. >> So, >> let's go. So, well, do I have confirmation of cancellation? >> Yeah, you'll be cancelled. Get out of my >> Can I have a receipt showing that, please? >> Yeah, you'll be emailed. See you. >> Correct. >> The whole thing between this is civil. There is nothing. >> We'll we'll give you a CAD number with the trespass. Somebody start college. >> Thank you for the tax. >> We're good. >> Confirm it. >> We're good. >> That's fine. At this point, I'm not your >> I'm just tired of dealing with this guy. Like, this is insane. >> I get you. We're good. >> Okay. >> All right. He's trespassed now. So, >> thank you. Somebody's chasing. >> Hopefully someday I'm rich enough to be like, "Get out of my gym." Like >> Yeah. All right. Thank you. >> I'mma get the card number for them. >> Yeah. >> I got her name because she trespassed them. Then >> I'll take all the stuff. >> I don't know if you get that. I'll get >> then info. >> Yeah. All the info. >> All right. So >> her shirt and then the phone number for crunches on the back. >> What's the description of his location? >> T-shirt blue jeans. He's got tattoos on both arms tattoo on leg and a black tattoo right leg. >> Officers complete their report, confirm the trespass order, and allow everyone to leave voluntarily. You'll have to go through um I'm >> sure there's like a records request. >> Call this number. >> Okay. >> And see if they >> send you a record. Usually for our documents, you'll have to have an attorney who like ask for them, but I mean they can confirm to you that you've been trespassed by just looking through our system. If that's the issue, you can confirm. This is this is enough because we put in our in that uh CAD uh it's a CAD number, not a case number cuz this is not a case cuz there's no criminal thing that happened. So it's a CAD number. We put in our CAD number that you and her have been trespassed from here. So if they go back and look at it, it shows that you guys have been trespassed. >> That's fine. Perfect. >> Uh it's all crunched. >> Yeah, I understand. I had a feeling that it was going to come to this. So even though I said that doing this is kind of retaliation. >> Yeah. >> So >> all good. You guys stay safe. Thank you. >> You too. Just work down. You're going to bike. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Nice. >> The man is ultimately trespassed from the gym. Number two. This is what happens when you overreact at the gym. At a Planet Fitness location, a man reports his iPhone missing and asks the gym staff for assistance. When staff are unable to help him locate it, he grows frustrated. When he starts going full mail Karen on the staff, they don't waste time. Police get the call >> lock to the truck. >> Okay. >> Have you tried to get them to call it so you can see? >> Yeah, someone called it inside of the gym. Um, someone else caught it in the locker room. >> No answer. >> Have What type of phone is it? >> It's a iPhone. >> It's a iPhone. Uh, have you tried to ping it >> like from another iPhone? >> Yeah. All you do, all you would have to do is go into the either the iCloud browser, whatever the case may be, and you can try to actually locate it, see if it's still inside the facility, and you actually still >> one of you all. >> You have it on you. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Yeah. So, it was ping it still. Even if it's off, it was turned off, it was still ping. >> Well, it's on because when they called it was >> Okay, that's cool. >> It was ringing. >> That's cool. So like we got called because I guess you was upset because you lost it in their facility. You was you trying to make it their responsibility? >> No, of course not. But you know it just when when I had the phone, >> okay, >> and then go take a shower. >> Okay. >> Still had the phone. >> Okay. >> You know, and then they got lost in them telling her no, I wasn't making her responsible. But when she put it on my mind that oh someone could have took it home with them that that made me get upset, you know, because I it made me think think in my mind, okay, now I feel like somebody stole my phone, you know. I just went all the way around this. >> Yeah. Yeah. Cool. But I said we was just cuz I was just trying to get here and figure out like how how did it become their responsibility? No, I didn't make it their response. >> Well, that's that's how they they came out over the radio far as you was dispatched to it that you was make try to make it their responsibility that your phone was stolen cuz you got into argument with them any kind of way how to do it. >> No, leave it with you. >> I'm thinking like, okay, well, if it's not in the truck, it's not in this truck stop. >> I mean, it's not in this uh locker room, then it's been stolen. Somebody just came in here and they just stole it. >> And where was the last place you have it? in a locker room. >> The man says he only wanted help and never threatened anyone. Frustrated that he's being treated like the problem >> and I really don't want to handle it inside there. That's why I came out >> cuz I don't I'm not looking for a scener scene scenario. >> That's fine. >> I just want to be able to try to get my phone, man. I got a load that's like 90 miles from here that I'm trying to finish. >> That's fine. I understand that. So, I'm just trying to make sure what was done was to the staff. So the staff was one that call. So it came out as a disturbance. You see what I'm saying? That was how the call came out originally as a disturbance. So right now I'm going to go figure out talk to them real quick. I was talking to that gentleman outside. I guess what's the issue between you guys or anything going on? >> The issue is is that he lost his property in the gym. >> Yes. >> He was not using the lockers like he's supposed to to lock up his property. >> Okay. >> And he lost his cell phone. Cell phone has not been turned in here >> and he can't find it. >> Okay. >> Whenever he asks if I would call the I told him I could not call the police on this phone to report the phone as stolen. That was going to be something that he had to do. He's going to have to get with somebody and reported his stolen on his own. >> Okay. >> He got angry about that and threatened us that he was going to act a fool up in here. First of all, he I I've tried to help him look for his phone. I've checked the lost and found, checked all the doors up here cuz normally we stick them in the door if somebody turns them in. >> Yes. But for him to become violent after we've helped him with phone and everything, okay, >> was unacceptable. He doesn't even have club membership. I can pull it up for you. >> You say he does it. >> No, he hasn't paid his bill. So technically whenever he walked in, whoever was here on overnight should have denied him entry. >> Okay. >> Cuz it says check in denied. >> Okay. >> He's not even a member here. >> Okay. >> He's a member of somebody else. >> All right. So basically, he say you say he wasn't using the lockers like he's supposed to. So, how how was he not using it? Did he not store it inside of it or he just left it? >> He left I don't know what he did with it. >> Okay. >> Um he left it apparently somewhere for somebody to pick up. >> Staff give their statement explaining that members are responsible for securing their belongings, >> but it wasn't in a lot locker. We have lockers up here. >> Okay. >> And we have lockers that you can bring your own lock in the locker room and lock your stuff up. And we're not responsible for your property if you leave it somewhere. >> Okay. So far instance, you did because like I said, I'll explain it to him. Um, it came out as a disturbance. So therefore, that's why we come here approaching, >> right? Because he threatened violence back here. >> So what would y'all like done here? So right now, >> he's not allowed in the club. >> So he pay this particular one or what? So he pays his bill. >> Go wherever he wants to, but he can't come in this club anymore. >> Okay. Come in here. So you trying to trespass on you? Yeah. Trespassing. Okay. >> Once you threatened violation, I lost back in his closet. >> Okay, >> that's cool. >> Phone was inside of the locker. I left it unlocked for only like a few minutes to take a shower. So, if somebody went inside of the locker and stole it, >> okay, >> while I was in the shower, then it was stolen. >> You know, it's just as simple as that. Like, I had I still got to get on the highway and I don't like to put stress on my brain while I'm on the highway. >> That's perfectly understandable. Like I said, I just need you to >> Yeah, that's pretty much all I got to say. I can't find the phone. I was not >> Yeah, but you left. You also >> But you left your locker unattended for about 5 10 minutes while you take shot, correct? >> Yeah. Not even that long. Probably like, you know, Yeah. 10 minutes at the most, but not even that long. Like I was in the in the locker room >> and you know I had the phone going inside. >> Yeah. >> Because I did a little ad machine. I was still listening to music to the music. >> That's fine. >> You know, like I say, >> what exactly is it you want me to say? Cuz I don't really know what to say. Everything you tell me right now. >> Okay. >> That's all you That's all you write on here. You're telling >> police explained the situation, but the man continues to protest, saying he wants to file a formal complaint and report the theft. >> 4:30. Go ahead. You're telling me everything right now that you need to put on here. >> So, I lost it in the shower. >> That's That's all you say. That's what a statement is. You're >> telling me somebody stole it, though? >> What? That's We're just putting that everything in. Everything that you tell me goes in my report for and that's all it is. All right. Um, I need a description of the phone. >> Okay. >> I need your description. Yeah. Like I say, this is the the description of the color, make, model, like say what version of it. Uh, you say you don't have the serial number with you right now, that's fine. If you go ahead and get in contact with T-Mobile, they can provide you with that. Okay? We may not have it at this very moment, but at a later date, you can call us and provide that number so I can go ahead and put in the system as stolen. Until I have that serial number, I cannot mark it as stolen. Well, I won't have a serial number because I don't got the phone. And then I'm not even from here, bro. Like, I'm going like 90 miles towards Jackson. >> That's fine. You can stop at any >> I was just in the area stopped in this jail. >> That's fine. Listen, you can go to any T-Mobile store. You can call over the phone. They can provide you with that. All you have to do is write it down. >> I don't even know how to get to T-Mobile cuz I'm not from here. I don't know. I I mean, I got a trucker's GPS, but I don't know the address to a T-Mobile. I'm lost. Like right now because I don't got a phone, I'm completely lost. >> I understand that and I sympathize. I empathize with you on that situation. But in order for me to to move further, I need those information. Now whether you can't get it today, that's fine. You can you can send it to us or call us and provide that at any day anytime you when you have it. You know, that doesn't have to be at this very moment. I'm just advising how you need to move forward. Officers explained that without a serial number or exact device info, they can't classify the phone as officially stolen at that time. >> Okay? >> You get what I'm saying? So, like I said, you have stuff you have to do. That's fine. I just need you to write your statement. If you want to be deported as such, I need you to go ahead and make a statement for it. Now, if you don't want to do anything about it, you want to go about your business, that's your >> I can't go about my business, man, because I don't even know the next place to go. Like I almost got to sit here and try to figure out what to do next. >> What else say far as >> I don't even know where to go. I don't even know how to move around. >> Well, I I can't help you in that situation, but I'm trying to help you in this situation. >> All right. >> So, I just need you to go ahead and just be distrib. >> Yes, please. So, as far as them, they also want me to tell you that they do want you trespass from you. >> Well, I'm not a trespasser. That's why I'm saying it. It got to be a serious report here because this is I come to this gym. I got a black car membership here and nobody can say that I'm trespassing when I'm complaining. >> They're trespassing you from this location. >> They can't say that I'm trespassing. If I'm being about then we need to go. I need to file a lawsuit there. >> You can do Listen, you can move forward, my man. You can move forward however you need to move forward as far as that. >> Nobody Nobody can say that I'm trespassing. That's not saying you're trespassing. They're trespassing you from the property. That means that you're not allowed to no longer come to this location here. >> Why is that? That's okay. Well, you need to make a larger require. I don't even got nothing else to say, brother. That's it. That's all I got to say. Cuz I'm not a child, man. And I don't and I don't want to play child child children. >> Like I told you before before I interact before here, you take this, brother, and and that's going to be that. You know, I got to if it needs to be that, then it needs to be a larger report than this. You know, it needs to be something else more than this. >> The man continues to push that he's in the right and that the gym is being unfair for banning him and not helping him out with his lost phone. >> How it typically works, like I told you, I got called here for a disturbance. Now whether what took place prior to me got listen my phone >> okay let me speak you got you talked to the staff okay how have you talked to the staff they told me that you was being loud you threaten them and everything like that I don't again >> somebody said I was being loud or I was threatening >> when I talked to the staff this is what happened this is what was said to me >> okay now this location here >> you need to go inside of here let me get this person's name yes sir >> listen to me listen I know my rights and I know evidently don't listen to me what I'm saying to you. >> This this is not a game. >> You're being trespassed from the property. That means that you're not allowed to go to this property. >> We're not going to play a game. If if if I'm being trespassed here, then I need to make sure that I handle it in the most professional way because if I need to sue this place because they stole that's like somebody saying you I stole from you >> and you better not come back here because I stole. Like that's like me stealing something from you and then I tell you don't come to my house anymore. >> The staff did not misplace your phone. The staff didn't do anything to your phone. I'm inside of this establishment. >> They're not responsible. >> I got a business, too, bro. They're not responsible. >> I got a business with this truck. >> How are they responsible for your property that you had your possession? >> They're not They're not responsible, but I'm in this establishment. And while I'm standing in this establishment, on this establishment's property, >> I asked them to call the police. >> Okay. And they also advised you when they told me they advised you that they are not allowed to call the police on their phone. >> Okay. Okay. >> And when I told them that I don't have a phone, my phone was stolen, I asked her, can she call from her personal phone because I needed the police to be here. >> And I understand that. But once again, like I told you, the >> how how is anything like I'm not understanding cuz it's starting to seem very childish now, man. >> The officer stands firm, calmly offering advice on how he can take legal action if he chooses. My man, I got called here for this service. Now, if you got into argument with them, I don't I was not present at this >> argument, >> but that's insane. I was not present at that time. I am just a mediator at this point. >> They advised me they want you no longer to return to this property. That's how it is. You are not allowed to come to this particular Planet Fitness. You can go to any other Planet Fitness you want. >> Go to Planet Fitness. But that's what I'm saying. That's why I need to know at this time I need to make a report about this time about that person about your your name so that I can be able to handle this in the most professional way because I'm not a child. I'm not banned from an establishment because somebody stole some from me, brother. That don't even make no sense. >> Like I was saying, I'm trying to do your part. But like I said, I'm here. Like I told you before, I said, "Hey, I got called here for this reason. I'm going to go and address your situation accordingly." But let me go and address this situation here first. So doc, I move to your situation. So basically, I'm working two situations at a time here. But right now, their situation that I was called here for the disturbance that that we was I got called here for, they want you trespass on this property. That's that's if no if now you if you have a issue with that, >> I do have an issue. >> You can call corporate and address that as such. I cannot provide you no name for anybody in there. Nor and I'm advising you not to go inside this business. [clears throat] >> I just need to because I don't want nobody putting something in the computer saying, "Oh, he was banned from this establishment because somebody else stole his phone." >> I'm 77 ly. I apologize. My man say I understand that. Like I say, if you have a problem with how they conducted themselves in this particular situation, you can call corporate to file a formal complaint with them. I am just the mediator in this situation. When it come here for a disturbance, I am just the mediator. >> Yeah, I'm the person that's calling for the disturbance. I didn't have no way to call you. >> That's what >> How are they saying that they don't want me in this establishment? >> Because they're the ones that called me. As the situation escalates, the man repeatedly refuses to leave the property and insists on his right to stay and be heard. >> So, how is that making any sense? Okay, they called you for me. >> They are the complaints. They called because >> I'm the complaints. >> No, >> I'm complaining about my phone. That's not a It was no scenario that happened between me and Planet Fitness. They stated to me and >> we going We going around in circles. >> You're not, brother. Not because this >> because you're not grasping what I'm telling you right now. You really not. I've explained to you like several times already. >> I want to make a report about this. If this is a different situation, then this is what I want to make. I want to make a situation. I need a report. You can definitely tear that up and we can start. >> So, you don't want to do anything about your phone. >> I want to do something about this. >> So, you're not doing That's fine. Again, go ahead. get in get in contact with >> because I got to be able to I can't be in a situation where I'm being removed from an establishment about someone else doing something to me. That's like somebody hurting hurting a farming. >> This is a This is a This is a business. This is a private business. >> This is a business. This is a private business. >> And I'm a business owner. So I know exactly. >> But you don't own this business. >> No, I don't own this business. >> You're allowed to trespass. >> Somebody can be sued for telling somebody then do it. But I can't I'm not here for that purpose. I am here that's a civil matter. >> I am not here for that purpose. I here >> I am here to assist the business accordingly. The business is the one that called me for a situation that you was involved in. That's right. >> They called for me. I had no way to >> They didn't call for you. They called because what you was doing. >> No, they didn't, brother. No, they No, they didn't. They called because I asked them to call. >> That's what I was That's what I was told. That's what I'm trying to tell you. I'm told >> you asked her to call. >> Yes. They stated to me yes he call asked us to cause it when I told him that we cannot do so you start threat according to them that you start threatening them in every kind of way being disrupted to the what was the threat again you started threat >> if it was a threat why didn't they tell you what the threat was again >> police reiterate that regardless of the situation the gym has the right to deny access and request a trespass order but the man insists on his truth and refuses to accept the situation Exactly. If it's a business, then what was the threat? I should be being arrested if I threatened. >> No, my man, you're being trespassed. You're making something like God don't like, dude. My my man, you're making the situation worse than really is. I'm be perfectly honest with you. The situation is like going beyond like like way way beyond. And cuz I came here, explained it to you. I said, "My man, let me go ahead and get this situation situated and I'll be more than happy to address your situation." I did that. And I'm still explaining that to you as such and I am still willing to address your situation, but you're making a situation worse than it really is. So I am speaking on the business behalf right now stating to you that you're being trespassed from this property. And by mean what that means is that you are not allowed to return to this particular location for the duration of that trespass order. >> Okay? >> And if you step foot on this property after this trespass has been issued, you will go to jail. >> If you if you refuse If you refuse to leave the premises, you will go to jail. >> Am I on the premises now? >> Yes, but right now we're talking. I'm explaining. >> Well, I mean, I can't I I can almost guarantee you that I can't leave from right there until I can try to figure out something. >> Well, you're not allowed to come to this parking lot. This parking lot is Planet Fitness's parking lot. Now, if you want to sit right there and call the corporate and phone to call nobody, >> see, that's where we at. I get that. >> Okay. So, how is this report is this report? >> This report right now is a trespass. >> Are you making a report? Are you giving me a sick or something? >> I am making a report for them for trespass. Now, we're working two calls right now. Two calls for the service and I'm trying to do it peacefully and come to a resolution best I can. And like you say, so you're aware same thing as that business there. You are trespassing on that business because you're not be you're not allowed to park on that premises there. >> Rather than walking out, he keeps pushing back, arguing, and making excuses to stay in control. >> Well, I'm sparked there because I was >> and I understand that situation. Again, that's something that the business owners has stated to us in the past. They're not allowing truckers to sit at that property no longer. They have a sign somewhere. I want to say is that the fact >> I came here if they do got a sign I mean I got here like 4 >> and that's cool. >> Once again I'm not here for that part. I mean for their complaint. >> Now if they call me then I would be for their complaint >> right? >> I'm just letting you know hey my man so you're aware this is what it is on that side of town. Well, what's actually happening is they're you're putting you're you're opening I'm not doing anything for them to say like I ask that's like that's like this if I lost my phone. >> Okay. >> And I'm and I just I walk >> somebody just jump me, robbed me, whatever. And I'm walk and and you and you off duty. >> Okay. >> You off duty with no no uniform on. walk up to somebody just robbed me. They took my bag. They took my phone. Can you call the police for me and let them know that I need some sort of service? >> But they also have a policy for their business that they're not allowed to do that. I can't make them do it. >> How can >> I cannot make them do it, my man? I can't. I'm sorry. >> They got a policy that says what? >> I'm assuming they cannot call 911 from that phone unless from for for your situation. This is what I was saying. >> So they're not supposed to call the police if something is stolen. >> Once again, this is this this is the situation I'm here. If you have an issue with that, you can call corporate. I'm not here for that, my man. I don't know what their policies is. I'm being honest with you. I do not. I am here for the fact that you start you call a disturbance or unsafe environment for these people here. >> Okay? >> That's what I'm here for and I'm addressing your issue at the same time. >> At this point, the officers said it all. Will the man finally give in and just leave peacefully? >> Okay. >> Now, if you don't want to do any further with that, then dude, you're more than welcome to go. I'm just telling you what I was >> I got to keep trying to look for my father. >> Okay, cool. Well, like I said, like what's >> Maybe maybe they maybe somebody brought it up by now. >> That's probably I've been sitting here explaining the same to you over again. >> God almighty. All right, so what are we doing here? All I can do is hope for the best with my phone. >> So, we're not doing this part anymore. >> Yeah. There's nothing else we can say. >> Well, like I say, you're not you're not allowed to be here. But like I said, I just you're been advised of it. So, you can leave. You're free to leave. >> Yeah. I mean, I'm going to stay over here. >> Once again, you're Well, that's fine. >> I'm going to try to figure out come back to this property. >> Okay. So, what are we doing right now? You going to go inside? >> I'm going to go get dinner done so I can go ahead and finish this up. You say you don't want to do anything about this and no further. So therefore, once again, you have no more to say. Cool. Be great. >> Can't believe I done lost my mind. >> I'm I'm sorry. Like I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I really am. But like I say, this where I'm at. But like I say, hey, I hope you I hope the rest of your day go better than it today. But you free to leave. >> Okay. So So that's it. >> You say you don't want to do anything. >> It's nothing. You can't really do anything. >> Okay. And and that's perfectly fine. You have that right. You do. You do >> have a right for what? >> To to not want to do anything. You have that right. But like I said, I'm going to go ahead get their situation situated. We go from there. I like So, you've been advised that you're not allowed to return to the property, but dates for that trespass. >> The officer reminds him again that he's not allowed on the property. Still, he keeps arguing and making excuses. >> Okay. >> Yeah. I mean, um, and I I need to make a report. If that's the situation that they're filing towards me, >> call them. File a complaint. I know you don't have a phone right now. >> There's no complaint for me to file. They're complaint. They're the complaint and I'm defending myself from that complaint. >> And I've heard you. I heard everything report they need. I would need I need a copy of that or something. >> Well, you'll have to file a complaint for this is >> no complaint that I have. I'm defending myself from a complaint that's being made once again in Lake City. >> I state it to you. >> So you're aware. They also state this is Lake City. This is Lake City for Yes, sir. It really it is. >> And so you're aware technically according to them you was not should have not been allowed to be entered because your your membership has been cancelled. >> My membership hasn't been >> according to their system. Your membership has been cancelled. My membership isn't cancelled. >> I don't know. >> I owe a $25 >> and I was getting ready to pay it this morning. >> If I if I just had my phone, I would have just paid. >> Well, once again, I'm just letting you know. >> Okay. Well, we need to get it all handled then, man. >> I I did. >> So, why did they just let me in for two hours then? >> Because somebody was >> somebody messed up somewhere, dude. I I cannot answer that one. I'm sorry. >> Come on, man. >> I can't answer that, dog. >> Way that all this stuff just came up all >> I can't answer that, dog. I'm telling you. I really can't I tried I tried I tried desperately explain to you but we're we're spinning the block. >> Okay. So the house is the me the membership is cancelled. >> Yes.
