On March 31st, 2022, the Orlando Police Department was called to the scene at Universal Studios for reports of a potential assault at the theme park. Originally, we had made plans to have dinner with my two we go here with my daughter and your friend. Okay. >> You know, earlier in the day, we kind of said, "Hey, let's eat dinner at 5 or whatever." So then we got off the start. It was like 4:00 4:30. We kind of walked around a little bit. >> I think we're both, you know, somewhat crabby because of, you know, kind of a lack of food, standing in line. But anyway, I saw some ice cream. I said like, "Hey, maybe I'd like some ice cream." Then he's like, "Well, no, we you know, we made a sweet." And I'm like, "Okay, fine. It's totally my fault because I was acting. It was It wasn't like, you know, >> so you asked for ice cream. You said he said no cuz you guys have plans." >> He would have bought me ice cream. But he did say, you know, why do you want our hair? >> Why do you want ice cream? And then what happened? >> And then um we just started walking. We were, you know, try to find we they had told us that they were by the Kong, right? So we made walk that way. >> Okay. And then um he was kind of pointing out different things and I was just like at this point like I said I was really hungry forever. >> I don't know I don't know where he what is the ground. >> Okay. >> So then we met the girl. Oh no the place. So we walked back we met place walked back to the burger place and that's totally my fault. He um >> break from one of the team members that have witnessed it from burger dig to the car and get our snacks because we had snacks today. >> So what you guys are over at the burger dig over here. He decided to they decided to eat there and you decided to go get snacks. >> No, he was the burger. He >> stayed me to stay and eat cuz it was my daughter's birthday. So and I should I don't know why I didn't. So >> then what happened? And then um I I just I did walk away um basically to go to the like you know you guys get food out here >> but yeah it's your birthday that it's her birthday and she could pick she you know pick where she wants to go. I should have just stayed as a good mom. Um, so then I I turned away >> to walk out and then >> the reason why he got so angry is >> Who got angry? You did or he did? >> No, my husband. The reason he got angry and did yank >> he grabbed you on the shoulder. >> Like was it a hard yank or was it he just trying to get your attention or what? So I went like grabbing her. Yeah. >> So then like in this same position he was over here. So she was crying. He was grabbing her. So when I yelled at him I said, "Hey, stop it. I'm calling security right now." He kind of like got startled and then he >> both. So then she came running over here. So I followed her cuz I was afraid for her security cuz she was she was crying and she was upset. She kept saying that it was her fault and I said it's not your fault. >> But that's you know did he make it over to the city? >> He said he made it over to the uh parking garage. She said it was in uh cat or Dr. Seuss. Yeah. Okay. So, you don't remember having an argument with her? 97 go. >> You know, I don't know that I really want to answer any questions right now. >> Don't? >> No, I don't think I do. >> Okay, cool. All right, go ahead and stand up. Turn around and just go ahead and place under arrest. So, you're being placed under arrest for battery domestic violence. Okay. Um, and I had maybe multiple guests, like six kids and their family and plus little tiny kids in the stroller. And all of a sudden, this guy comes out of nowhere. He starts running after his wife because his wife start running away from him. >> Okay. >> And he goes, "Your [ __ ] kid is crying in a bathroom and he's cussing at her. He pulls her hair and slaps her and then he start hitting her when he stopped her." >> Okay. and she tried to get away from her from him and he continued doing that. Meredith was standing ne on the other side of where I was working at >> cuz I was on this side, she was on this corner >> and she just took off at her. Not not in the bad way. >> And he said, "You," she goes, "You get the [ __ ] out of here." And multiple people are saying, "Get the [ __ ] out of here." you know, you don't do that to your wife if they were married. I don't know if they know. >> And it was bad. >> And when he took when she went to go see if she was okay, he sat by the end of the games the table cuz I was watching every move he was making >> and he was rolling up his sleeves like this and I noticed a tattoo and he took off his j his hat and then he ran. >> Okay. >> And he took off. >> Okay. Uh, and he slapped her just across the face and she >> he slapped her. I don't know exactly where he slapped her, but he pulled her hair.
