so he'll text me and then schedule him for a rideal along all right so we are in rout to a missing person from what what the reporting party told dispatch so according to the reporting party this person's been missing for a week and the reporting party is a neighbor of this person um this person does have some medical history that include strokes and different stuff like that there's no vehicle that this person is known to operate so um the RP doesn't have much information on who this person really is just knows knows them at their as their neighbor did did give us a description and uh the RP is also saying that she has the gentleman's phone which is a little odd have to get some more clarification on that so we're going to go and speak with the reporting party and see what information we can gather from her and how we can further the investigation there's just a lot of questions I have right now and hopefully she'll be able to answer them and we can find out where this white substance inside I'm like that's meth so I've seen enough math I know what it looks like I'm not dumb and then when I went to go tell him to stop putting his wallet in his back pocket he didn't want to do that so I grabbed the wallet and he grabbed me and that's when I stopped playing nice guy not a great place to hide your MTH all right so let's restart okay when you opened your wallet saw the meth in your wallet I know what it looks like the way it works I see something I immediately recognize as drug paraphernalia drugs things like that open containers I have the right to search and I have the right to search your vehicle it's called the warrant exception to the Fourth Amendment okay okay so not cause any problems okay now reaching back and grabbing me is not cool that's battery on meth right here I'm like I'm like hey what's that he's like oh that's medicine okay so when I went to grab the wallet because there's drugs in it he reached back grabbed me grabbed the wallet so I put him against the front of my car he's calmed down now I think he realizes that we're not playing um but we're going to have a can9 in route to the vehicle um there's a lot of junk and just crap all over so we're going to run the dog and see if we can't pinpoint exactly if there's anything else we need to find in there because he does not want us in that vehicle it could just be that he doesn't want us in there but there could be more meth in there all right there all right just straight up yep all right so that was fun he ended up calming down towards the end um he realized The Jig was up I mean it's kind of a dumb place to have your meth right in your wet where I can see it so I gave him like like I said I gave him the opportunity to be cool about it but I had probably will caused to search him in that vehicle at that point um he kept reaching around he challenged the reason for my stop he tried to get out of the vehicle when I first started uh to pull them over all red flags I knew something was up when I saw the bag I knew it was over so his uh little RV is getting towed tonight and uh he's going to be facing charges for possession of me and [Music]
