They skipped the rules. They refused the staff. And they treated the terminal like their own playground. Here are five cases when airport Karens think they're above the law. Number five, woman's attempt to outsmart airport police with fake ID backfires. Police at an airport begin questioning a woman attempting to fly with suspicious identification. Let's take a look at what happens next. You been here in Florida >> like a week. >> Were you with friends or vacationing or >> just good friends? >> Was that the individual who was on the phone you were talking with? >> The person that you talking with? Did they hear in the airport? >> How tall are you? How much do you wear? >> Um like 170 hair color. >> Black is your natural color. What's your eye color? >> Can we go outside? I need >> Okay. So, you came here from Fort Lauderdale. What time did you arrive here? Um, I don't know. >> Why did you come out? >> How did you get on the plane down the line? >> Call 293 29 109. >> Officers quickly noticed that the ID she's using was recently reissued from a state she admits she's never had a license in. Here, I'm going to read you something from one of our state statutes here in Florida. Okay. >> It's state statute 322.212, unauthorized possession of and other unlawful actions in relations to driver's license or identification card. said it's unlawful for any person to know that they have inherited or possession or display on a blank for stolen contentious counterfeit or unlawfully issued right or identification card reinstrument in the citude of the driver's license or identification card unless possession by such person has been duly authorized by the department. So, state of Tennessee never gave you that driver's license you were in possession of, right? >> And you knew that the driver's license did not come on you since you just told me you never had a driver's license. And you advise that someone gave you the driver's license. Correct. You acknowledge you came from Fort Lauderdale with that driver's license, the TSA down there. Correct. >> And you attempted to go through here going back through with that driver's license. So, my decision right now is I'm trying to determine whether or not it's in your best interest for me to make a physical arrest of you or is it in your best interest for me to just let you go. Okay. I'm going to think about a few minutes and then I'm going to check. Okay. I'll be back with you. >> She doesn't have any ID. >> No idea whatso I can't check her first. you know, she she looked she's opened it up and she hasn't got a my reward card that doesn't have a name on anything. I just has a number on it. >> She said her friend gave her the driver. She's out by Minnesota. >> I'm going to run her, see if she comes back. She says she's never been arrested or anything like that. The woman says she's been in town for a week and is heading back to Minnesota. Her answers about travel and ID history are vague. >> Do you have a driver's license in Minnesota? ID card. >> No, that's why I'm going down to Minnesota to go get homeless in Minnesota. Aren't you down? Can you run the 29P on the white female and check? >> You don't have any ID in that wallet right there. >> Nothing. >> Nothing else. This is the card that they gave me with that ID. >> This goes with that ID. >> She knew I had this. I gave it to her earlier. >> And there's nothing else in their that wallet. >> That's who died. Yeah. >> Have you ever had a driver's license? >> Yeah. A long time ago. >> From where? >> Out of Wisconsin. >> Wisconsin. You don't remember what the number was or anything like that? >> Have you When was the last time you had that driver's license? >> Years ago. >> Years ago. So, why would somebody have had that driver's license reissued yesterday? >> They shouldn't have. It has been renewed as of yesterday. >> My sister. >> I don't talk to her at all. >> What's your What's your what's what's you say your sister? >> What's her name? >> Scarlet. >> Write that down for you. Please write down her full name and her date of birth. >> When officers press her further, she reveals she was previously arrested for possession of illegal substances. Okay. I asked you earlier, have you ever been arrested for any arrested? >> From where? >> And was it underneath the name that you provided? >> Oh, you just like picture. You have a picture of my picture. >> Okay. >> It's all right. >> I'm not going to get to see my kids ever again. >> No, we don't even know what's going on yet. We just want to We just want to find out your name. We're worried about your safety first. >> I ran from my husband cuz he was abusive. He came and stole my kids from me and refuses to let me see them. >> Is there a phone number I can send this to? >> Can I see it? Do you mind if I take a picture? Can I take a picture of it? 285. >> Can you go car >> to car airport? They finally find a photo ID tied to her real name and learn there's an active warrant for her arrest from another state. >> Hey, I'm with her. She is St. John. She has her uh picture of her ID card. I can give you a number. >> I'll be right around. Sorry. No problem. >> She has not taken >> like we have cameras on so we're not going to he's not going to look at any other picture. You're just taking it. That's it. >> He's not I promise you that man is a good man. He's not going to We ain't He's just looking at the ID and that's it. >> You look Can I tell you right now how much relaxed you look? >> I'm not relaxed. >> I know you're not. But you know what I'm saying? Like you know like you kept digging deeper and deeper when we couldn't just figure we can just figure this out. You know our s your safety is our number one concern. >> You could just use that ID. >> You could use that ID for your plane ticket. They told me I couldn't cuz it's not a physical copy of my ID. >> You could have just went to their No, you could just use it and then you have to go to their booth and just say, "Hey, I lost my ID." And then it would just you would answer some questions. >> I didn't know that. >> I'm going to jail. >> I don't know. I want to go see my kids. I swear to God, I bought this for my daughter. the blank. >> If we had to if I if we had to rewind it all over again, I wish you would have just shown that picture ID in the first place. >> It's stupid. They told me it was the word. >> No, but I wish you would have shown the officer the picture ID in the first place. >> While the officers remain steady and professional, she grows increasingly emotional during the identity check. I never got my Minnesota ID. I applied for one. I never got it. >> Hold on here. >> I think it is going to be >> This is the one that he >> Yeah, Scarlet. >> Yeah, I think I think it's going to be a sister. Cuz the other picture that I have >> uh No, >> this the same person. >> That's her. >> This is the one you sent me is from for Scarlet, correct? I mean for >> the one that I sent you. It is >> Samantha. Scarlet. >> Hey, send me a picture of her, will you? Take a picture and send it to me. >> Can you take your mask down real quick? Let me see. Stand up for me, young lady, please. >> You got to get ideas. >> I don't need to get promoted. I'm already >> Looks so >> there is a warrant for your arrest, >> but there they want extra. So I think it's in Minnesota maybe or something. So just when you you might want to call him when you go home. >> Most definitely. >> I don't know what there's a warrant for me before [snorts] my kid. Listen, >> I haven't seen him since Easter. >> I know. But you were think you kept digging and digging and digging instead of just giving us your right name. That's the problem. >> Sorry. You know what I'm saying? >> She's then informed she'll be held on the warrant, but that she won't face the fake ID charge since she admitted what she did. >> Oh, am I a bug? >> Yes. >> What's the bug? >> I'm not sure. I'll let you know when I finish your >> Can I smoke a cigarette? >> What if he goes with me, please? Are you ready to go now? >> Yep, I'm ready to go. >> Thank you. Slide one hand in. Slide the other hand. I might as well put it over you. Sure. It's not going to be comfortable. Sorry. >> It's better than the cuffs, that's for sure. >> Yeah. >> All right. So, all right. >> All right. >> That's better. Right. >> Yes. Thank you. >> In the end, she's taken into custody and processed for the outofstate warrant. Despite the deception, her honesty about her identity spares her additional charges. Number four, drunk passenger threatens flight crew mid-flight. Deputies are called to Punta Gorda Airport after reports of an intoxicated couple causing [music] a disturbance on board a flight. Here's what happens next. >> Um passenger 31 A and B. Um they were served each of them served a double. Um they then appeared to be intoxicated. They were threatened by flight attendant saying that they were going to be in the parking lot and they murder. Another passenger reported it. at all. >> All right. Um, so they're intoxicated. >> They appear to be intoxicated. >> All right. So, here's the deal. >> We may, depending on your level of intoxication, we may go ahead and arrest him for disorderly intoxication. We just going to need a quick statement from somebody. >> All of us will need just make sure we're going to need the statement. >> Okay. 31. Charlie is not with us. You, too. >> Yes, sir. >> You're an A. This one >> and you. Let's go. >> Move out the way, please. >> Get up and get out. We got to talk. >> All righty. >> Oh. Oh, excuse me. I'm I'm going. >> Yep. >> Soon after, officers meet the couple outside the plane and explain why they were taken off the flight. >> What? >> So, here's the deal. I I really am. >> First of all, we got a we got a call from the flight captain saying you two are causing disturbance. You got cut off, I guess, drinking or whatever and somebody had made a >> I'm talking. >> I'm sorry. >> Don't interrupt me again. >> Okay. I'm sorry. >> So, you two are causing disturbance. You've been drinking and someone made some threats about taking care of some flight attendant out in the parking lot. >> Yep. They're willing to spur a statement on it. So stand against the fence. >> Stand against the fence. We're going to conduct some business. >> As long as you act like a gentleman, you've been treated like one. >> If you give me or my deputies any problems, >> you're going to have a bad night. >> All right. >> No problem at all. >> Well, because you guys are drunk. >> Yeah, you're drunk. I can smell it. I'm not >> Oh, we've been drinking. >> I can tell. That is not >> It's obvious you've been drinking. I can smell it. >> We had a drink on the plane, but >> Yeah. Yeah, I know you did. It filled me in. >> Apparently, you didn't like the way some things were handled by the flight crew and you guys said stuff you shouldn't freaking problem whatsoever. >> Well, you know what? I >> I'm just going to say the only thing that I save it. It is what it is. You can't when it comes to flights, there's no tolerance. We're >> apparently wrong. So, >> there's no tolerance on flights. It's too dangerous. You >> can't you can't act a certain way and make threats. >> So >> I know we >> Well, somebody did. >> It's okay. Somebody's accusing us. Some Just shut your mouth. It's our fault. Okay. >> Anybody here been in trouble before? >> And nobody's on any kind of probation or anything like that, right? >> No, I'm a car driver. >> Okay. I don't mean you're not on probation. I know truck drivers are on probation. >> Yeah. No. >> So, all right. >> I know some should be, but >> Yeah. So bottom line is when we get called it >> officers meet with a flight crew to hear exactly what led to the decision. >> But I shut up. So >> so going to get some we're going to get with the flight crew once they get all your off the plane. Apparently they were drinking on the plane. They got cut off basically and it's talking >> and another pastor even mentioned it and that they were threatening to beat the flight attendants out in the parking lot. >> Okay. >> So, I'm I'm going to hook them for this talks. They're going to go to jail today. >> So, but I'm going to get the statements from them first. >> Yeah. >> But they definitely want to pursue it. >> So, so can you tell me exactly what uh what occurred here today? Oh, it did. >> Uh, we had two passengers who had boarded. >> Do you remember what time that boarding was? >> Uh, Connor, what time did they boarding >> up there? Um, I can look online. >> Okay. So, you had boarded and then what happened? >> Passenger boarded. Um, when they came on, we observed that they were loud a little bit, but they were friendly. We were communicating. um kind of making some jokes, getting everybody seated and everything was fine. >> Okay, >> we went to serve our snack and beverage service, which is usually about 30 minutes into the flight. >> Um they were a little loud and as we served them beverages, they requested doubles. We served them to them. We had not observed any slurring, anything that all four of us didn't recognize anything that they were inebriated. Okay. So they in your opinion they were sober when they walked in? >> Yep. Was that agreeing with everybody here? We didn't notice any alcoholic behavior or anything. No, nobody observed anything. So we did serve them doubles. Um after we passed them and we were about three or four rows ahead, the woman seated in a and I don't her name is in here. She was cursing. It turns out the pair seemed sober at first, but their mid-flight behavior set off red flags. >> And I politely walked back and kind of quietly addressed her and said, "If you could just please not curse and just kind of keep her voices down." Other passengers were eyeing us and asking us to speak with them. So, I just did that. >> Why was she cursing? Do you know >> she was using the word >> and it was in general or talking to the husband? >> Um, just outward. They were talking to each other but they were very loud with it and it was disturbing other passengers. >> Okay. >> So I just asked them to please just you know tone down the volume and to please not curse. Other passengers were disturbed. And apparently after that we went on and completed our service. And then once we got back to the uh back galley area, I had a passenger come back and inform me that she had made a verbal threat that she was going to find me after the flight and she was going to take me out. >> And who did she say that to? Did she say that to you or just in general? >> She was talking with the husband. I assume is her husband seated next to her and it was quite loud and the passenger seated in Charlie which is the aisle seat in front of her came back and informed us that she had made the threat >> and she was going to do what to you after >> I believe what she said but she was going to take me out. She was going to find me after the flight and take me out. >> Okay. And that was a statement from passenger A. >> Correct. from uh the one that was >> 31 alpha. >> Okay, she said that. And who was who was that passenger sitting that told you that >> she was sitting in 30 Charlie? And I have her name and phone number. >> Charlie. >> Cabin crew remained at the back of the airport doing their best to avoid confrontation while keeping watch and >> her name is >> and then then what happened? How'd that happen? >> Um then at that point we just became aware and we started listening and she was you know she was getting very aggressive making faces at people and to our staff and she was talking loudly looking for me. Where is she? Where did she go? Um just continual >> those types of statements like not letting it go. She was just getting more aggressive. They were talking loudly. Other passengers again were observing it. So, I continue to just kind of stay in the back and, you know, not bring any, you know, not poke the bear, so to speak. >> Did she make any threats to you directly or was it just being mousy any of that? >> I did not hear anything directly to me again because I stayed in the back not to further amplify the situation. >> Did any of the other passengers complain? Did anybody else say anything other than that one lady at 3C that that overheard that comment? >> I feel like everyone was in agreeance though with it. It's not like >> I feel like everyone was in agreeance with it. It's not like what passengers said, but it's the eye the eye contact as we walk by and then looking at them. It's the silent communication that we received. >> Okay. and it basically gave you the evil eye >> just to try and get our attention to get >> the other passengers to >> um boarding started in Louisville at 7:30 p.m. >> Whenever you're finished with her statement, we'll go inside to get her. >> After that, officers returned to press the couple for answers. >> All right, Stephanie. So, we talked to all the flight intens and tried to figure out what goes on. >> I would like to know what went on too because I really don't know. >> You don't know what happened. >> I was told at one point that uh I was to watch. >> I am naturally loud. I am really naturally loud >> and I was told to watch my mouth and I said yes ma'am. >> And I didn't say anything the rest of the flight. I just looked out the window. Well, apparently it was several of the passengers that were disturbed by what you were doing, what you were saying. Apparently, you uttered a a threat >> to what? >> Again, sir, can you stand up for a second for me? >> Uh, yeah. Yes, sir. Yes, sir. >> Turn around. >> So, the charge is going to be intoxication. So, you're going to have to go you're going to have to go to jail tonight. You're not going to go to jail, >> but she is. >> What did I say? >> Give me your Thank you. I am, but you don't you don't remember. >> No, I >> they they only served you one double drink. You can't be that intoxicated from just one one double drink. So, you probably came on the plane already intoxicated, didn't you? >> Processing. >> It got a little out of hand. >> That's all it is. So, it's you're going in for public >> intoxly intox and that's it. >> I know it is that. So, uh what it what what's going to happen to me? I'll I'll take you down to jail, drop you off. Okay. >> I'll talk to the all morning. >> And uh and what about my husband? >> I'm coming to get you. >> So, okay. You ready? >> I'm going straight to book and stuff. >> That's my That's my >> I have all that. >> Thank you. >> Yeah, man. >> I appreciate. >> She's arrested for disorderly conduct. Her husband is not detained and allowed to leave. Number three, furious traveler forces entry onto plane. she wasn't booked on. Police at Tallahassee International Airport respond [music] to reports of a woman trying to force her way onto a flight she's not booked for. Let's see how that plays out for her. >> How you doing? >> What's going on? operations. >> I have a flight for this evening, but I'm trying to um check into the same same place, >> but the system is not working. I can't >> What did What did the ticket agent guy tell you? >> Well, I told him I tried to tell him, but >> So, you don't have a ticket? >> I have a ticket, but it's for a later >> Okay. And I want to take it on to earlier when I'm trying to change it if it won't let me change it. >> Yeah. So, you try to get on the plane? >> No. >> Yeah. >> Okay. You got to have a ticket for that flight though, right? >> That's my understanding. >> Okay. >> Why you he wouldn't do he wouldn't help you? >> Okay. Let me see what your phone is not working. >> What's it saying? >> Where's your This is your ticket. This is your current ticket. >> My current ticket. >> Oh, you cancelled it. Okay. Okay. Yeah. I'm not I'm not going to this. >> Yeah. This is probably already booked it, but you got to go through them. You can't do it on Yeah. cancelled. It's right here. >> Oh, you still have it. Okay. >> We're trying to change it to earlier. >> Okay. Cuz they have flights all day, you know. >> I didn't get >> You're not allowed to go right now. >> Yeah. Just sit down. We're trying to work We're trying to work this out. >> You're not allowed to leave. >> We don't know what happened. They said you tried to get on the plane. You didn't have a ticket. That's >> Is that a big deal? It can be, but we don't want it to be. So, just relax. You're not in trouble. We got to figure out what we're going to do, though. All right. And up to us up to the airport. We're those cops that work at the airport. Okay. Work with us a little bit, though. A little bit of cooperation will go a long way. Okay. If >> you're able to like tell us exactly what's going on and help us help you. Okay. >> Well, she said she wanted to get on the ear flight, but there was some issues with booking and just jump off flight, >> right? You just can't open a door and run on. >> She's told by officers that entering a secure area without authorization is no small matter. But instead of cooperating, she continues to argue and demand answers >> cuz that that would be bad. That's like trespassing, you know. Um, >> do you do you have any identification on? >> All I wanted to do was change my flight from it's the same flight. >> Yeah, >> same place. I'm changing it from a later time to an earlier time, but the system is not letting me do it. >> Okay. So, then it probably means you're not able to do which means you're not going to be able to fly early. >> Yeah, you couldn't get on this flight. >> Yeah, you couldn't get on this flight because probably already booked and >> you didn't have you didn't have the boarding pass for this flight. So, that would have been That's okay because they can redo it. They can do you do it right here and assist you with that. >> I would like to go on this. >> That one's already done. That one's gone. >> It's full. There's no room for you. >> It's already loaded up, >> which is probably why he didn't hit you on that. >> Excuse me. >> Yes, ma'am. >> Okay. >> Um hasn't taken off. Is it too late? >> So, >> uh the agent wasn't here. >> It's probably too late. What time were they? They already boarded. >> They boarded, but my flight doesn't leave till 7:07. >> Yeah. What's past? There's a cut off time. Like 15 minutes cut off time. So it's it's I got 658. So you pass the cut off time. Uh somebody will be back here in a minute. If not, you can go up front and go talk to the ticket agent and rebrook. I'm not sure where we got this other thing. But he was just here. He may be he may be coming back in a minute. The American agent. Like I said, boarding ends 15 minutes before departure. So you kind of missed it because the line of TSA, >> so you probably got to rebook, but just hang out. and somebody will be here in a second. >> If not, go back out, you know, and go back to >> Can I have someone help me, please? Because they won't let me leave the airport. >> They won't let me get on the flight. They won't let me leave. What are you doing? >> What did you just try to do? >> Get on the flight. >> Okay. That you're not allowed to be. >> But you guys are not letting me change a flight >> and get on the flight. >> She's got she's got a question over here, too. But it's something. >> Officers ask for ID and offer her a chance to explain, but she stays defiant and refuses to give her name. >> What are we doing? Sorry to look at the video. What's her name? >> I don't know. >> You got anything? She said she had a flight. A later flight. >> You're not sure that you're not >> here. He can now explain something. >> Yeah. Show him your ticket stuff. >> Just No, I don't trust you. I don't trust anything. That's all right. You're not leaving. >> This is not your bag. My bag. >> You need to let go. >> You're not leaving. >> I'm going to call someone cuz this is not right. >> Passgers are advised not to leave baggage unattended at any time. >> You don't have information. >> All person. >> Can you show him your ID, man? >> Would you want to show him your ID? >> He's going to maybe try to help you. >> I'm going to go uh I'm going to go to primary. >> What are you wanting done with her? Are we Are you filing. >> I don't I mean I guess because I don't know her. She was trying [snorts] to get on my aircraft. So that's not >> Are you allowing her to fly on another? >> The problem is I don't know what's going on. >> Did she pull the door? Walk on a jet. What happened? >> I had the door open. I was finishing boarding >> and I asked I did my final boarding. She went down. I was like, "Man, your boarding pass." She didn't show me anything. She was like, "Oh, look at this." >> Did she get on the drip bridge? >> So I tell her, "Hey, what is your name?" So I looked the people that was missing. She was not in there. >> I'm not at A5. >> And she said, I'm on the later flight. I want to get on this one. I was like, man, you cannot do that. I mean, you you have to have a ticket for this flight. >> Then she >> there was some >> she sit down. >> She's in normal. >> Okay. >> And at some point she tried to force her way on. >> Yeah, she went down >> and I got her quick before. >> How far down she get? >> No, you can just tell me. >> Because I'm sitting with >> I'm on Charlie. We're going to cancel this. We're going to call us. >> Let me recreate it. So, >> so basically she went down there and I grabbed her really quick like say man no you cannot go please and she didn't resist or anything but I mean close >> that make me feel like >> as officers gather details from the gate agent and review surveillance footage they determined that the woman tried to access the jet bridge without proper authorization >> Brian says that >> Brian the ticket agent name >> Brian Guerrero He said, "Uh, she's sitting uh the door's open. He's he's the last people that boarded." She said, "I'm trying to get on a flight." He said, "Sire, you can't tell." Sat down. He was dealing with something. She got up and tried to go and she actually entered the jet bridge. >> Yeah. >> He said, "No, no, no." She made it like a three or four steps in and pushed her back. Where did he go? >> He's He's right there. >> Oh, I got his information. >> Oh, well, the the videos it looks like from the video, >> she's not Jimbo's Fisher's kid's like the last one to get on. >> He closes the door. And then it looks like he's probably making the final boarding call. >> Like probably like a minute he lets Jimbo's Fisher kid on, shuts the door like a minute later. I assume he's making the last call. She starts walking up and he opens the door like inviting her in the door and then he kind of stops her and I'm assuming he's like, "I need a boarding pass." And she shows the phone and I think he's pointing to the scanner. >> Yeah. And she scans and something went wrong. So it looks like he pointed for her to sit the door wide open. He pulled the manifest and then she just while he was screwing with the manifest probably getting ready to give it to the captain walk. >> She tried to walk on and he jumped in front of her and kind of struggled. She resisted a little bit cuz she put her hand like >> So were you that TPW or what? BA52. She's not cooperating. She won't give us her name. She called 911. T She's got to go to jail. >> She's got to go to jail. >> No, she's got She said she had one for a later later flight today, but she wanted to get on this flight and she tried to rebook >> despite clear evidence showing she violated airport regulations. She keeps protesting and voicing her complaints. >> Video is pretty conclusive that she tried to get on when he was busy. He thought she had she tried to scan but didn't work. He started looking at manifest. She tried to run on the plane. He had physically refrain. >> 37 >> probably. We'll wait and see. He's going to make the call. >> But she hasn't given you her name right now. >> No, she's refusing. She's kind of like not talking. >> I'm going to try talking. >> Good. I'm trying to go at her. >> She was very nice in the beginning. >> She was trying to get up and go, but I told her she's >> then she called 911. So, we're going to stand. >> I told her she's not free to go. They sent the call to us. So kind of makes sense. >> So we're trying to help you here. All right. You got yourself in a pickle. >> If you want to talk to us, the pickle might be able to get better. If not, >> it's not going to get any better. So can we start with your ID, your phone, something? >> Okay. You're not free to leave >> until we identify to start with. >> Thank you for your cooperation. I know these officers are super officers and been super nice to you. All right, >> so let's start with producing. >> But my thing is, why are you not allowing me to leave or I can't go on the flight? I can't leave. I can't do anything. >> You're not free to go. >> Why am I not free to go? What did I do? >> Because you're being detained right now. >> Why would I be detained? >> Because you went through that door without permission. >> I'm just trying to get on a flight, an earlier flight. The system is not working. So I asked him. He wouldn't help. >> Let's see your boarding pass. trying to go under and I'm not going to give that to you because I do not trust you. >> I would like to leave and you're not letting me leave. That seems very [music] illegal to me and you're cops. You shouldn't be doing this. You cannot hold a person against it. Well, you can't tell them they can't do it's like you're just trying to trap me or something. What are you trying to do? >> She refuses to comply, claiming she doesn't trust the officers or airport staff. >> Well, I'll back off you a little bit, but no, we need to identify you with a driver's license or some type of ID card. escalate a situation and I'm telling you I'm just going to leave and I'll find my own way, a different way because I don't know what's going on in this airport. I've been here before. I had a suitcase here and some things happened here and I do not trust this airport, but I tried again and it's some it's another thing. So, I just would like to leave and I don't want to deal with this anymore. >> And everything that you guys are doing right now, it just >> you understand because what's called a crime >> when you tried to force your way to go on a flight. >> I have a ticket. >> You tried to do something to go on the flight >> because it's not for this flight. >> Okay. But I have a ticket. I said I was >> You said you had a ticket. You've not Look, I watched the video. What did the gentleman tell you when you were getting ready to get on? We We're walk over here. >> Even as she's placed in handcuffs, she argues about her belongings and questions the legality of the arrest. Officers remain composed and escort her out of the terminal without further incident. Let's go. >> Yeah, we got a girl. Come on. >> Yeah, I'll get a chair. All right. >> No, we don't need a chair. She's going to run. Come here. I got your purse. >> You got to explain to yourself. We don't understand. I'll tell Mike you're transporting if you switch. >> She's placed under arrest for trespassing in a designated airport operations area. Number two, police officer's daughter tries to cheat [music] airport security, regrets it. Airport police are called to check on a visibly intoxicated [music] woman. She's scheduled to fly to Orlando, but is struggling to maintain her balance, seems confused, and is acting emotionally erratic. Officers try to assess her condition and quickly suspect something more than alcohol is involved. Well, Gina, the way you're acting right now, they're not going to let you fly >> cuz you seem like you're intoxicated on something, >> right? So, >> have you had anything? Don't just be honest with us. >> I will I'm um I have shots in the airport. Um, but I >> What time is your flight today, Gina? Gina, when's the last time you drank something or took something? >> Have you been drink? Did you have some drinks last night or today? Just be honest. >> No, not today. Um, I just saw my sister and >> Okay. Well, right. Hey, you're acting like I said, they're not going to let you fly. So, what time is your flight today? Cuz right now, if you went to the gate, they probably would not let you board. >> So, but do me a favor. Finish tying your shoe. We don't want you to trip. >> I'm What I'm telling you is that if they don't let me board, it's going to be a huge problem. >> Well, see, that's the thing. They're trying to avoid. >> So, >> I know. I I >> I will do anything to you. We'll start by tying your shoe. >> Okay. Go ahead and tie your shoes so you don't trip >> and then we'll go from there. Okay. >> Let me see if I can get a CCS. Do you have anyone we can talk? >> I I don't. It's okay though. It's It's fine. It's okay. >> Who are you flying out with? First of all, >> I'm not flying with anybody. I'm flying alone. >> No. No. >> Gina tries to reassure officers she's fine to [music] fly, but her body language and erratic speech say otherwise. >> So, I'm going to Orlando. >> You're going to Orlando. And who are you flying to get to Orlando with? Like Delta. >> My sister. >> Which airline? like Delta, American, United, >> Southwest, >> Southwest. We just want to make sure >> bad so bad. Tell me everything. Let's go. >> It's not alcohol. >> Cuz if she was that like let's say if she was that intoxicated, you'd be able to smell it. >> You're not smelling anything. >> There's there's no smell. Your thighs are dilated. Uh and basic based on what they're saying, whatever she took, she took right before she like got on this plane. I think it was probably like uh something to help her be calm. >> Miss Gina, we can't sit here all day. I just need you to do me a favor. >> I'm not asking >> No, no. I'm asking you I'm asking you to get up so you can start walking so we can get you out of here. Okay. >> All right. So, I'll >> All right. Officers are calm and offer her help, suggesting she take a seat and let them assist her to another area, but she resists. >> All right. >> All right. Well, do me a favor. >> Can you start walking forward a little bit? Cuz you are wobbling like no other. So, do me a favor. Take a seat right here. You don't have to sit back down, ma'am. Look, you're not in trouble yet, but I need you to start listening. You can call your father and I'll talk to him and then he'll probably talk to you and not know the way you want to be talked to. Or you can just hop in this chair. We'll take you on the other side. You can sit down there. No. Well, then you need to stand up and show us that you can actually walk without any problems. Yeah. >> I just want to talk to my dad. >> I want to talk to my dad, please. I want to talk to my dad, please. >> As her behavior worsens, officers attempt to take her into custody. She's handcuffed and continues screaming, accusing officers of mistreatment and demanding to speak to her father. >> Christina, you had every opportunity. >> Don't hand on me. >> It's okay. Come on. >> Oh my god. I need help. Help. Help. Help. Help. Let me talk to my dad. >> She's kicking. Okay, >> then get up and sit in the chair. You got >> There you go. There you go. >> You got the hat. You got that. Here's your hat. >> Is what it is. >> Shoot your feet. >> Push your >> I asked you for this. I asked you for my dad now. >> Is she >> I I swear to God my dad will. You have no idea who the you're messing with. My dad will and I'm not being my dad will literally so worry about it. He will in the next week I promise you my dad get the elevator. >> Okay. Where's my phone? >> Your phone and stuff is in here. Let's go. >> Okay. Good. Dude, >> there's no APS here. Just >> sit down, Miss Up. Just >> somebody help. >> MISS GINA, >> NO. STOP, >> Miss Gina. >> YOU'RE DONE WITH YOU. SO, you're going to sit down. >> And you're going to listen to this officer. >> She fights being guided out, thrashing and crying for help across the airport floor. Sit down. Put your feet up right now. >> No. No. >> Do you think we got an AP up upstairs? >> Help. Help. >> Go get an AP, man. >> Let me know if there's one upstairs or not. >> Dude, can you stop? >> No. No. No. You're treating a woman like this. >> Is wrong with you? >> We're trying to be nice to you. >> No, you're not. >> Just relax. >> Somebody help. [crying] >> Different colors. She take a photo with that. >> How did she get that? Yes, sir. [snorts] >> Good point. Good point. Okay. >> See? >> Yeah. >> Yep. There you go. >> It's a zany. So, she took his >> That's why she's so jacked up. >> Yep. >> 163. >> And she doesn't have a prescription bottle. >> No. >> Why did Why are you putting me in handcuffs? cuz you were intoxicated. >> Let me talk to my father. >> Sorry. It was And then other things that talk to my father, please. Let me talk to my father, please. >> I'm I'm a young I'm a young woman. I am I I need to talk to my father. >> This is so wrong. >> No, we're in Georgia. Savannah, Georgia. >> This is so wrong. >> Please, I'm not trying to fight with you. I just I just want to talk to my father, please. >> She insists her father is a police officer who will retaliate, begging them to call him and fix things. >> I sir, the only thing we do is contact jail. >> Please, please. >> They try to we try to work with her. >> My grandfather, Chicago PD, and so is my father. >> So, they know what's up. Just please let me speak to him. Your dad told you to let What did your dad say to you? >> My father >> What' your father say to you? >> I'm I'm I'm >> What did your father say to you? My dad. >> No. PLEASE. >> PLEASE. I need to talk to my father. >> No. What are you doing? the other leg. >> I got to go. I got to grab a leg. >> Even when placed in the patrol car, Gina continues her intense outburst. >> No, >> I want to talk to my dad. Come on. I'm a young girl. Oh no. >> Come on. >> I just meant to get a seat belt. >> Go. Got it. You're slack. >> Push all you want. PUSH ALL YOU WANT. MADAM, YOU'RE ADDING WARRANT YOUR CHARGES. What are you going to do? What are you going to do? Go ahead and hit me. I don't care. I don't care. >> She's charged with obstruction, [music] public drunkenness, multiple felony counts of narcotics possession, and for having prescription medicine in a different container. Number one, kicked off a flight. These sisters took it way too far. Officers at Orlando International Airport respond to reports [music] of a disturbance involving two sisters who had been kicked off a Frontier flight. The sisters don't take the decision well and a confrontation follows. As officers arrive on the scene, the sisters are quick to claim mistreatment. >> I can't. I'm literally I can't I can't I can't I literally can't. >> Okay, >> I want I want Stay over here. >> I have anxiety. She has anxiety and depression. >> Medical [laughter] off 20s. Stay right here. >> I'm There's a cop here right now. Okay. Okay. Stay right here. >> All right. I will I like >> Okay. No, you're not going to say that. >> Right in front of >> Yeah, he that guy pushed her >> to the ground. Let me let me get everything situated, right? >> Okay. Cuz everybody's yelling. Everybody's talking. >> Sorry. I'm just I graduated. >> She graduated tomorrow. So, she's just trying to get >> You have an ID. >> We have video. >> You have ID? >> Yes. >> We have video. We have video. And I have [laughter] relax. >> She's got so much anxiety, too. So, maybe talk to me. >> I'm literally You stay here. Don't say anything. Don't >> give me their >> Who is she to you? >> She's my sister. >> You are my dad works for the >> Relax. It doesn't matter. It doesn't matter. >> My whole thing is where exactly did all this occur? >> No, no, no. Wait. We were on the plane. She had to use the bathroom and they asked her, they go, "Are you intoxicated?" She goes, "Yeah, I had a few drinks and that was it." >> Okay. >> Do you have a boarding pass or anything? >> Yes. >> She does. >> Can I see it? >> Yeah. Where's that boarding pass? >> Wait [snorts] a minute. >> I just >> So I I told her she's got really bad anxiety, so you got to let her come home. >> I'm literally just lean against that for me. >> Okay. You want me to go against her? >> Yeah, just lean against. The officers try to piece together what led up to the incident, where the push happened, where threats were made, but the sisters insist they're in the right and playing the victim. >> They gave us next. You're fine. >> The flight attendant pushed her man. Push me. Push me. You said it cuz it's fine. >> Okay. What does the flight attendant look like? Okay. >> He He's a man and he has >> Was that a gate 13? >> Yes. Yes. >> Did the incident happen here or >> are any of your subjects there going to need medical? So far we have one and possibly another one. Do you need medical attention? >> Yeah. >> Oh, how old are you? >> She's 26. >> 24. I have another one. She's 26. >> Leg pain. >> All right. So, >> your leg. >> Okay. So, Do we have any witnesses? >> Nothing. We don't have nothing. >> Okay. You are the person that was dealing with. So, what happened? >> I'm taking a seat. >> So, 184. >> And do you have an ID? >> I'll get that in a minute. So, please just explain to me why the best way you can. >> The flight attendants informed me that that the girl was wrong. She was in the restroom for a while. >> Which one do you know? the youngest one, the little short one, >> not the one with the tattoos, but the other one. Correct. >> Yes. >> So, go ahead. Go ahead. >> When they informed me that she was intoxicated, I had to call a GSC, which is my supervisor. >> Then the airline employee steps forward, recounting how the younger sister turned aggressive toward her. >> 28. >> He showed up. >> They started screaming. They were in the aircraft. I got asked to call you guys because they weren't leaving. >> Okay. >> She finally left the jet bridge. I was kind of following them out a little bit. I told him to retract the jet bridge. She turned around, got in my face and said, >> I said, "Thank you." She turned around or when she was facing me, she pushed me >> and then turned around and then the sister came up and shoved me again, which I tripped over on this. >> So, both of them hit me. >> Yes. >> Okay. And then I tripped and then my shoe and I fell on the ground. >> Okay. >> It was the young the short skinny one first that pushed me and then the the bigger her sister pushed me right after. >> Okay. >> And it was all stemmed from the facts of they you were saying that they was drunk on the plane or somebody said >> I I didn't even say anything to them. >> Okay. So what what was the whole thing that happened? >> They were intoxicated. >> Okay. who approached them about the talk. I told him to take [cough] me outside because she was already at the door that started. >> She did saw siding with me inside. >> She called her sister and her sister was sitting in the back and then her sister ran forward and they both started yelling at >> Okay. Miss, who seen uh the girl pushing? >> I did. I saw pushing. Are you willing to write a statement? >> I am. >> Okay. Do you have your ID with you? >> My bad. >> ID bag. >> Tensions spike as officers explain the consequences. The sisters push back with tears and attitude. >> What's going on? >> I don't matter in Florida. >> My dad I'm not trying to do anything. My dad works in New Jersey. He's for the same. Yes. Like like I promise you I graduate tomorrow. School and college. The guy Jose pushed her and said like you have to go. He's a spirit. >> Yeah. No. Frontier and I'm psychology. Like I understand it doesn't matter. Just relax. Relax. >> You guys are not home tonight. Has she been doing? >> Yes. She had a few drinks. >> I don't know what I could I could see it for myself. >> I tried to go back to my seat. So right now like there's something >> originally when we got here cuz it was she was >> you know what they did they went up to her and they're like are you intoxicated and she goes yeah I had drinks so she admitted that she was >> so listen the thing is that >> she gets anxiety >> so every airline is different right so airlines are private entities so they have their free will that they can decide whether you want to fly or not right it's a security let's say she's intoxicated. They didn't know where she might create a disturbance or anything around the aircraft. So that's why they decided to get out the aircraft. Okay. >> But what about Jose pushing her? >> Yeah. That's why he's trying to get the information from Jose trying to see what actually happened. >> Yeah. >> To go home >> right now. >> And then the other girl fell after Jose pushed her. The other girl fell and she's like, "Oh, I got her." >> The other flight attendant. I didn't get her name, but I was like, "Are you kidding me?" I watched her fake it and fall down like, "Oh, my wrist." The older one jumps in defending her sister's outburst with a stream of excuses. >> So, just try to keep her calm like she is so we can try to see what's going on right now. Like I said, medical is coming check up on her since she's intoxicated. Right now, >> well, yeah, obviously she drinks. She gets nervous. She's obviously going to have a couple of drinks to go fly, you know. >> Yeah. The thing is that you can have a couple of drinks, but once you start getting like a little bit rowdy or whatever they No, no, I'm not saying once they can see visible or anything like that, they're not going to risk anything. You know what I'm saying? >> So, I'm trying to understand this. >> No, I I totally understand. My boyfriend's literally going to a state trooper right now in New Jersey. >> I got you. So, you're on the plane. You have to go to the bathroom. >> You go to the bathroom. They stop you. They say you need to be escorted to the bathroom. >> Yes. They No, they say escorted off the bathroom. and I graduate Stockton University, right? Literally tomorrow. And I I I'm like I got >> So you needed to be escorted out of the back? >> Yes. >> So you're already inside? >> Yes. >> Okay. So >> and soon as but they didn't they didn't bother me when I was in the bathroom. >> Okay. So then what's the what happened? >> So I went out and I was like, "Okay, I'm going to do some scene." They're like, "Oh, you need to go out out the bathroom." And I was like, "What? Like why?" And then I was like, "Okay, like that's like whatever." And then like I don't give any my boyfriend literally like when I tell you that my boyfriend is state trooper and then my boyfriend had literally like been with him for 5 years to state trooper. Um they begged me to take safer test. I'm just I'm focused on what happened with the pushing and the disturbance. >> So I was like okay like I'm just going to go to the like to my seat because I'm like this makes no sense. Like I'm not like I'm literally not trying to keep anyone. Like yes, I had a couple drinks, but like I'm not trying to get >> officers split them up and focus on getting a clearer version of events from the younger sister. >> Okay. >> So thing plus my whole family has been law enforcement. Like that's my oldest sister. We're five. There's my brother's a law enforcement officer. My dad works for the state PBA which is the >> I understand. I need to please stay on track. >> Okay. >> I understand your family's law enforcement. I appreciate them very much. I need you to stay on track with me and just walk step to step. What happened? Why were you pushed? What was the escalation? >> I went to the bathroom and they're like, "No, you can't get back in your seat." And I was like, "Why can't I get back in my seat?" Like, "I don't understand. Like, I'm not like because I had a couple drinks and I'm at Disney." Like, whatever. Like, we're say we're um >> Did they say that to you? You're like, "You're drunk or whatever." >> Yes. Yes. Yes. No, they didn't say I was drunk. They was like, "You have to get off." And I was like, "I don't understand why I'm getting off. Like, I have graduation. Like, I'm graduating forensic psychology." >> I understand. So, they're telling you you've been drinking. You need to get off the plane. >> Yes. Yes. Yes. >> What happened next? The next day I tried to I was like, "No, like I'm fine. Like I'm good. Like I'm not going to get sick or anything." Then he pushed me. >> He pushed you out. >> He pushed me like I was like, "So I'm coming off the plane. I'm just going to reenact it." Like he was like, "No, you have to get off the plane >> to your chest." >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Yes. And so he he assaulted me in that way. And I was like, "No, especially cuz it's my so like I can go further that way if you if you would want me to." >> Okay. Are you guys Did you guys witness everything? >> Just got here. >> They They weren't there. I know. I know exactly who it was on that plane. >> Okay. So, what do you guys need? Are you just >> I need our boarding pass. We get to write a whole report. >> What happened? >> Okay. >> Yeah, I can get it for you. >> Uh relax. I'm relaxed. I'm good. >> It's fine. If it were stay night here and we'll fly home tomorrow that >> she's saying it happened in Jet. >> Okay. Did it happen on the jet? >> Yes. So it didn't happen on the plane. >> No follow the jet bridge. No, I was So I went to the bathroom and then I came off and they're like, "You can't get on the plane." And I was like, "Okay, like why can't I get on the plane? Like I'm fine." Like >> this announcements. >> I was dropped. I'd be like, "Okay, I don't want to fly." >> She insists she was pushed in the chest while officers try to determine whether the contact was aggressive or an attempt to guide her off the plane. They didn't even ask me if I had what I'm trying to figure out. Was it if it was like him trying to guide you guys out the plane or push you guys? >> No. >> No, it was it was to my >> Yes. >> Did you I'm And I'm sorry because I understand. >> So, did he push you with the intent to hurt you? >> That's all right. >> With the in with ill intent. >> He He was just trying to get us off out of >> He was just trying to get you guys out. out. >> That's what got me fired up. My lay hands on my sister. >> So, at any point during the flight, did anybody put hands on the girls at any time? It was just verbal and they was telling them to come off. >> You guys need to come off. They know we're going to the car. Oh, okay. >> And they was willing to come off. You know what I'm saying? Once they got in drip, they at that point they was willing to come off because they I don't know what person they're telling heard to say, "Come on, let's go. Let's go. Let's go." They willingly came up and she she walked through the jet bridge >> and then the one the younger girl pushed her down >> and the big one push her. >> So both of them push me at the same time in the middle. >> So both of them put their hands at the same time. >> Okay. So both of them would be going to jail cuz you're willing to write a statement >> and then I got another witness saying the same thing. So the thing is we Teresa stated that we need to get them medically cleared before we even go back to operation. >> You want good? >> Yes, she's good. >> Thank you all. Appreciate it. >> Hallelujah. >> All right. You want to put your phone away? >> Okay. Do I have a copy of the report as well? >> In a second. Okay. your cousin. My cousin. >> You're being detained right now. >> I have >> Why am I detained? >> Once the officers have all the pieces, they make their move. >> Why am I detained? Nikki, >> why am I detained? >> Okay. Okay. >> What? Wait. Why? >> All right. We'll get We'll get everything from >> Can I tell them or can you tell them at least? >> No. Let's Let's Let's go over here. >> Let's We have to talk to >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Whatever you guys need. Whatever you guys need. >> Okay. >> Okay. Cool. >> She is she going to be able to carry them all though? >> No. >> Can I come back to carry them? >> Okay. >> Why is she being handcuffed in the chain? >> Relax. Okay, >> right now she is being handcuffed, >> right? Why are you handcuffing her? >> Relax. Relax. >> Depends on that that person that is injured right now. >> Yeah, it was the girl that faked it that >> there's other people and there's witnesses. >> Yeah, all them. >> It was you guys that pushed it. >> What? >> No. Okay. >> You were not handcuffed. I'm >> coming. No. No. No. No. No. Okay. Wait a minute. Okay. >> Don't worry. I'll call you. I'LL CALL STEWART. I'M CALLING. >> STAY DOWN. STOP. STOP. STOP. STOP. STOP. STOP. >> Leave me. >> Are you kidding? >> Stop. Stop. >> Are you kidding? >> Okay. >> Be cool. Here. Give me back up. Give me back up. Are you kidding? >> Take a breath. >> Back up. >> Thank you. Stay like that. Stay cool. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Just stay cool. Can you answer that phone call? >> Yes, we'll get all their information from the parents. We'll let them know. >> Okay. Are you kidding? Do you believe these? >> Both sisters end up in cups. Officers escort them from the terminal while continuing to manage the scene calmly. >> Mora, take a breath. >> Stand up. >> Hey, stop. Stand up. Stop. >> Laura, you're doing good. >> You don't need more. >> You don't need more. >> Okay. All right. I'm gonna take it. >> Are you close to her? Close to her. [laughter] >> [snorts] >> I could I could help. >> I get arrested. >> We'll call someone to help her like wheel it out. >> Why am I getting arrested? >> Why why you tell me? Why? >> So, they're saying that it wasn't just it was wolfy on that. >> Okay. And it's it's it's not we're not only getting word from her. There's others who are saying this. >> Look at the video. >> My phone. You can open it up and look at it. Look at my phone. This is so bad. >> Can you at least take my gloves off when I sit in the car? >> No. No. Can't do that. I'm sorry. >> I'm not a criminal. >> I understand that. >> I'm not searching. >> Please search me and take these off. I don't want them on. >> Please relax. >> No, I can't. I don't want these on until I try to be cool with you. Can you please take the gloves off? >> Okay. Your sister's going to be here with you. >> The sooner you get us through this, the sooner it will come off. We need you to relax. Your sister's here. You guys are going to go together. [laughter] What I need to ask from you is, do you have anything else on your person? We're going to search you. Okay. >> Search me. >> Yeah, we'll have >> surgery. I don't care. >> I need you to just relax. >> They resist verbally. The older sister pleads about her cuffs and complains of pain. Did you do Is there cameras in the flight plane? Like, is there cameras there? Did you guys just look at them on me? Why are you there, please? I'm a hairdresser. My eyeballs are right. >> Laura, it's fine.
