They challenged the flight rules like it was a game and ended up grounded before takeoff. Here are five cases when entitled passengers realize they got kicked out of the plane. Number five, woman gets denied boarding and suddenly wants to bomb the flight. Officers respond to a situation at Tampa International Airport involving a female passenger who allegedly makes a bomb threat. Here's what happens next. once again. This is the last call. Something going to make you all. >> So, this passenger, I'm not sure why she wants to speak with you, but she is every right. Um, we already let her know she's being denied boarding. >> Okay. >> Um, just due to the comments she made downstairs at check-in. Um, management was just made aware at 7:30, she's automatically denied boarding and being put on our no-fly list. Okay. >> She stated if she wasn't getting to see it on our overseas flight, she was going to blow the place up and that's not a threat. It's a promise. We can't have passengers saying that, especially when staff is just doing her job. Um, especially when there wasn't a supervisor even on board. So, >> just so I can be sure, you know, you guys deny her boarding. Did you give her she's got a refund and everything? >> She's got the refund card. She has to take it up with Frontier because of the situation. It's up to Frontier's discretion. Um, so we're not sure pending right now investigation. She's just unchecked from the flight and denied boarding for today, but possibly um she may be put on the no fly list. >> Okay. >> So, um I told her I gave her a refund and we don't issue her. >> Okay. >> So, she has all the information she needs. She's just refusing. >> Sure. Can you hold on to that for me? Just give me a minute. >> I a bomb. Like really? and she was talking to another customer and I need to get on and I need you to get off the phone now. >> Officers calmly explain the airlines decision, but the woman grows visibly frustrated as the situation unfolds. >> Okay, here's the issue that we have here. They have denied you boarding for this flight. Okay, which means you don't have a valid boarding pass anymore, which means you cannot be here. She said they've issued you a refund card that you're going to have to take up with Frontier, but none of that is going to happen here. So, what we're going to do No, no, no. I will. Frontier, I'm done. >> That's fine. What we're going to do though is we're going to go get on the shuttle and we're going to go back to the landside terminal. All right. >> No. >> And if you would like to try to book passage with another airline and stuff, >> I would definitely do that. I would definitely do that. >> Did you say what they said? She said >> a bomb supposedly a bomb threat. And she's helping them over. Let's walk over. Let them talk. Don't let them talk and we'll talk. >> She said if I don't get a seat on this overbook flight, I'm going to blow this place up. She needs to go to jail. She needs to go to jail. >> She needs to go to jail. Yes, sir. Look at 790 162 163. >> Babe, look at it first and you tell me. All right. Just so we're clear. >> She was a Was she a standby passenger? >> No. >> Okay. She wasn't. Okay. So, did she come up here with an attitude? >> Yeah. She was mad because she had to pay already downstairs for that bag. >> Okay. >> So, she was already lit. She came up here twice. The first time she came complaining about the the bag she had to pay for. She asked to speak for a supervisor and I said, "Okay, my supervisor isn't up here." But at the end of the day, you have to pay for that carry-on bag. That's just the policy, right? So, she's like, "Okay, like I understand it's not you." So, she sat back down and then she came back up like, "Oh, wait." And I just realized I don't have a seat either. And then >> other lady that was here from earlier like we have to assign seats. Uh the fight is over. So, give us some time. And she busted out with this statement. >> Okay. So, she came back twice regarding the bag. >> Yeah, she came. So that means she actually went downstairs, came through security, came in here, then went back and came through security a second time. >> No, she she came up once about the bag and then the second time was about the not having a seat and that's what sent her over edge. >> Okay. She's instructed to take the shuttle back to the landside terminal if she wants to explore alternate travel options. >> Sorry. >> Um yeah, she gave more to Jerry, but um she can she can tell us right now again. I was like 104 and I was just looking for surprise and I was talking to the guy and the girl was helping another customer and she was being hostile with me. >> She was like, "I'll see you at the gate. I'll see you." >> Ma'am, here's the thing. There's certain things you can't say. >> I know. >> You can't say fire in a movie theater. >> Can't say you're going to blow up the airport. >> I didn't say blow up the airport. >> Ma'am, they said if you don't get on a plane, you're going to blow this place up. >> That's what they're saying. >> I did not say that up there. I didn't say if I don't get over cuz that's why I got my ticket. Like why would I say that here? >> What was the conversation? >> It was downstairs and I'm like I'm like are you serious? $104. >> At the ticket I just said nothing at the counter. Nothing at all >> and that's with the girl with the with the hair. She was down there and she was being hostile to me. She >> What was that conversation? >> I was because I was like $104? Are you serious? I'm like really >> and she was like getting hostile. And what did you respond? >> I said I will I was like I didn't say I will blow up this place if I don't get on the plane cuz I'm checking my >> Well, that's the information. So, what was it exactly that you said? >> I said I will I didn't say I'll blow up this place cuz I was upset. I'm like I will >> cuz if I'm downstairs, why was I say I will blow up the plane? >> And I was just upset. It was like I was upset cuz I had to pay $104 for a car. >> Did you pay it? I paid it and they're not giving me my money back then. >> Yeah, I think they said they refunded. I don't remember. >> They didn't. I checked my bank account. >> Yeah, it takes Listen, it takes a couple days when they do that. Those those credit card transactions, it takes a couple days. 79. Um, but they they they they sure >> and I'm pretty sure you're on their side. So, >> what's that now? >> I said everyone is on their side. So, >> no, miss. This is how it works. Despite her attempts to justify her comments, officers make it clear that in an airport setting, such remarks are taken seriously under strict federal safety protocols. >> Um, when you reprimand your child, >> you want to hear what the child says >> and then you got yourself. So, we got to listen. >> And she was being hostile to me. She's help and I'm like, why are you in our business when you should be attending to you have customers right there. >> Yeah. And and we weren't there for that part, but we still need >> and I did say frontier is like soul training cuz that's a it's a joke. Steve Harvey says this all the time. This is like spirit frontier soul training. I was like this is soul train. They were not satisfied. >> But anyway, uh this is where we're at. Um so you got to >> just mind your P's and Q's. Okay. >> Mhm. >> You have to notify the FBI about the >> FBI. Tony. >> Okay. I appreciate you. Anytime you say anything of that circumstance, >> she was being hostile with me as well. >> You can't say stuff like that. >> Listen, service can be rude sometimes, >> but >> I can't feed back into it. >> I mean, you know, you can you can argue, man, with somebody. No, let me finish. >> You can argue like right now. I can argue with you. >> You can argue with me. All right. We It won't be productive unless we listen to each other. But if if you argue back with me and I argue back with you, at the point that we take it to a level that there's laws that address the the extent that we're going, >> we can be breaking the law. Then if if you if you yell >> something that's not allowed by law >> in a movie theater or in an airport, >> then it's a big deal. >> So that's that's where you've got to understand that you seem like a nice lady, but that's not a question here. And I'm figuratively speaking, if right now I started yelling, fire, fire, fire, well, that's against the law. If if I start yelling, I'm going to I'm going to blow this place up. There's a bomb. There's a bomb. Well, that's against the law. There's a law for that. >> The officers maintain a calm and explanatory approach, walking her through the legal implications of her statement. >> If you call me a no good, bald-headed, whatever, there's no law against that. I said so so so trained so plain cuz that's what they call spirit and frontiers. It's like literally it's ghetto. >> I don't know the cheapest. >> But ma'am here's here's the thing. Okay. >> Bottom line. What they're saying you said can't say over there and we can't in this environment. >> We we can't look the other way. >> Okay. So that's why I double checked with what was said, >> what's being reported, what was said. Okay. and and the and the statute just says all you got to do is threaten to do it. >> Okay. And that that's like I said it now we have to notify the FBI. We had to know we have to notify our detective who's a liazison. >> We got Carol's getting the written getting the written stuff over there. >> I want to see before I sign anything. I'm not >> Well, ma'am, you know, right now I'm just informing you sign. >> Okay. So, I'm I just want to make sure I'm not being >> You're probably >> You're probably going to be arrested, but I just need you to stay as calm as you are right now. >> Ma'am, it's one of those things. >> I can't I'm looking for a job. >> Listen to me, >> okay? I'm not acting this way because I don't want you to see see me as uncaring. Okay? >> Do you hear what I'm saying? I'm just being bare bones with you. Bare bones. These are these are certain things you cannot do in this environment that cannot be overlooked. Now, it can be looked into later. They can go and they can do whatever they do, but that's that's federal. >> So, I'm being arrested. >> Ma'am, I'm I'm not going to lie to you. >> I didn't do anything. You can sit down. >> Look at my record. I'm 51 years old. Never been the worst. It never been. >> Man, we're not Listen, we're not saying anything to have to do with that. I'm Listen, I'm not. That's why I double triple checked. I asked. Although visibly distressed, she complies with their instructions and continues to assert her innocence. >> We don't always have the ability to say, "Oh, well, whatever." We You got You You're a I don't know. I don't know you well enough. You call me. >> Yes. >> Go ahead, buddy. 114. >> You've you've got to understand we can't just >> some things you just we we're not able to just say ah it's no big deal. We I mean and I and but I do I'm I'm a open-minded enough person to understand you may already >> have said something that crossed the lines but faster me like she was >> what's that? She was pressing me like why would she be talking to me and she was like getting me riled up. >> I know I'm on the show in person and I know >> but ma'am let me ask you something. >> If somebody makes me mad enough should I be able to just say anything to them or in any environment that's not I I understand what you're saying. And listen to me I I I don't want to keep I'm not trying to argue >> only got a recipe full of people. What I want you to do is if you want you probably it's normal to be upset right now, but I don't I can't I think you also understand what we're saying. >> Ultimately, she's charged with threatening to discharge a destructive device and disorderly conduct. Number four, airport outburst ends in escort, not takeoff. Police respond to reports of an unruly, possibly intoxicated passenger causing a scene at a TSA checkpoint. Here's what happens next. >> Sir, sir, sir, >> do me a favor. >> Do me a favor. >> Right. >> Yeah. >> Okay. What a line. >> Oh, dear. >> Okay. >> Plane was unfortunately delayed in milk. >> What? >> It's delayed, I think. I'm not too sure. >> Delayed. No. >> Delayed. No, >> it's so far out. >> No, I'm a little bit delayed. >> You don't tell me that. >> No, but anyway, do me a favor. Just relax. Okay. Were you here yesterday or not? >> Yeah, I was here. >> What happened? >> Go on your train. >> Tra thing was cancelled. No one. >> You going to be able to fly, you think? >> Yeah, bro. Yeah, >> but do me a favor. Don't throw at anyone. We do have kids here. >> Okay. Go ahead. Take care of yourself. >> All right. Okay. >> Hey, we got kids here. Okay. >> So, do me a favor. Chill out. Do you understand that? >> All this stuff. I mean, all this >> grab your stuff and go down there. But just to let you know, if you act out like that down there, they'll they'll refuse you to board and then we'll be back. So try to stay calm if you want to get to your destination. >> Unfortunately, a little patience. >> I'm going to ask you. >> Okay. >> Take it off. Officers attempt to deescalate the situation by advising him to stay calm and warning him that his behavior could prevent him from boarding. Despite these efforts, he continues to behave like this. >> Take off >> my uniform. >> No, whatever. You you asking, you know, people whatever. No, I'm listening because people were talking and making sure we're okay cuz we we told them that we might have an upset person. >> They don't want people who is strong to cry. Do me a favor >> to get back to New York. >> They don't want people like that. >> Listen to me. >> What? Sir, >> they don't like they don't like that, >> sir. Grab your stuff. Otherwise, you can't get back on. Thank you. >> Take your stuff. >> Let's grab Frontier. >> Yeah. Grab your Grab your stuff. Frontier. Frontier is down there on the right. >> What? >> Let's go to Frontier. >> Frontier. >> I need to fly back to New York. >> Yes. And Frontier. >> My parents. They wait for me. >> Yes. Is that your Is that your luggage? >> Yes. >> Okay. Well, you you need you need clothes to put on. You want to get >> what? >> To get away. >> Well, to go to your gate, right? >> What you want me to get? >> Let's get someone from Frontier to see if you want Hey, someone. >> Is that another bag yours? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Got to get all your bags. >> Let's get someone from Frontier. >> Yeah. Head on down. C9. >> I don't care. >> I'm voting for Trump. >> Let's go. >> I vote I voted for Trump. >> We don't care. >> I don't care. >> We don't care either. >> All the way down there. >> Go to your gate where your flight is. >> As officers try to redirect him toward the frontier counter to handle the rebooking, he continues to act erratically. Right. >> Right. >> Walk to your gate. No, I said drop. Right. >> We don't care for something. >> I'm going down there. >> It's going to be 10:15 in a minute. >> He's on He's on your plane today. >> He's on our plane. >> So, is he going to be able to fly or? >> No. If you're going to be drunk. >> Yeah. >> You going to revoke him? >> Yeah, I can. I can. >> Okay. >> So, basically, >> this be his second time being rebooked. >> Was it yesterday here? >> Yeah, but he missed it by coming late. >> Okay. So, yesterday you missed it by coming late. >> Mhm. >> So, Mrs. You going to rebook him? >> Yeah, I can. But it will be a fe. >> We booked him upstairs or downstairs? Do it upstairs. So, how do you want to do it? >> Okay. So, let's go get rebooked for tomorrow. >> No, right now. >> I need to get back right now. Oh no. >> Oh my god. So yeah, what? Tell me. >> You going to get rebooked? >> They're going to rebook you for tomorrow. >> Rebooked for what? >> Cuz you're not flying out tonight. >> Oh, really? >> Really? >> Really? >> Yep. Okay. >> Okay. >> All right. >> Don't worry. Do whatever you want. It's all right. >> Where's my nose? My nose. Where? Where are they? >> Where are they? >> I promise. I practice with them. >> Only when >> Where are they? >> When they're going to tell him to leave. >> Huh? >> Huh? Frustrated, the man refuses to accept the delay, growing louder and more confrontational. His intoxication becomes increasingly evident, drawing further concern from staff and law enforcement. Cut them. >> I got >> Where are they? >> I got I got one. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Stop. Hands behind your back. >> Stop resisting. >> Keep your hands behind your back. >> Stop resisting. >> Stop resisting. >> Keep your hands behind your back. >> Yeah, whatever. >> Stop resisting. >> You got them. >> Not in this. >> Okay, let's go. >> Thank you very much. Appreciate it. >> Oh my god. >> That's why. Take him down the airway. >> Well, I don't want to take him down the stairs. >> You guys indeed such a >> Hey, do me a favor. Do me a favor. Listen. >> Oh, really? >> Tomorrow? >> Really? >> Tomorrow you could fly right now. I'm going to just take you to come here. >> Oh my god. >> You still want to fly tomorrow? >> You know, you know what? What? Whatever you're doing is so very wrong. >> Okay. Whatever you're doing is so bitter. >> I love that. >> Listen, we got >> Thank you. >> We got family. We got kids. >> You got his ID, right? >> Yeah. >> Yeah, I got it right here. >> This is so very wrong. >> Well, just because you should. >> It's your attitude. It's your attitude, man. >> Oh my. >> Yeah, it's your attitude. See what happen when you got a bad attitude when you try to drink before you go on the flight. See what happened to you? >> Whatever you got. Oh my god. They're going to hurt me. Oh my god. >> Stop acting up. >> Oh [ __ ] >> About hurting you. >> Oh my god. >> Stop screaming. >> Oh my god. >> Acting like a kid, >> sir. You're intoxicating. >> What? What? Despite his protest, he's removed from the area while continuing to argue and claim injustice. >> Whatever this I will not ever >> come here to this airport ever again. >> Let's take him out here. >> Don't worry. >> Take him out here. >> Here. >> Yes. >> Oh, yeah. >> Yeah. Take him. >> I will come back. Yeah. Okay. >> He was eventually charged with disorderly intoxication and resisting without violence. Number two, passenger shocking behavior mid-flight ends with arrest. Officers are dispatched to an airport gate following a pilot's request for law enforcement due to a disturbance caused by a male passenger on an active flight. Here's how it all goes down. >> Well, you guys got nasty with the person. He just got really aggressive during tax. >> Aggressive like like how aggressive like pretty much punch. >> Did he punch anybody? intervention did hit a few people up and the girl that was next to him and somebody horses. She's in the back if you want to talk. She has the whole story. >> Okay. But there's no physical assault. Just guys being disrupted. >> Yeah. >> Can you call him up? >> Yeah. Get over here. Out of here. >> Who the wants me? >> Let's go. Yeah. >> What you want with me? What you want with me? I ain't done nothing but here. >> You're about to get arrested. >> Yeah. For what? For what? I ain't done nothing. >> Up the top. >> I'll go to the top, please. I ain't done nothing but ro airplanes. I ain't done nothing by the rotor airplane. >> One more buddy. You're going to jail for disorderly. >> Disorderly walking. >> Who gives a about disorderly? Where's the girl that was sitting next to me? >> Where she at? >> Get him up there. When he says, >> "Where is she at? We're going to talk to you in a second. Where's the up there?" And he says this, he me. >> Let's go. Give me a short. >> Last warning, buddy. Watch your mouth. You're going to jail. I don't give a about >> That's it, man. >> Thank you. Thank you very much. Now I go to jail. I don't give a about jail. >> Well, that went downhill fast. That's what you get when you defy the officers and unleash your entitlement. >> Excuse me. You three times what? >> Being disorderly. You get up here with all these people around. >> Man, I'm not disorderly. I'm worried about the chick that was sitting next to me on the airplane. We're past that. >> Okay, we'll find take out here. You can carry my bag. Thank you, sir. >> Your bag's going to stay here. It's going to go lost in town. >> It's not going to go with you to the jail. >> Really? I can't get my luggage. >> Nope. It's not going to be It's going to be here when you get out. But >> why you going to do this for me, man? >> You did it to yourself. I've I haven't done nothing. >> Well, you wouldn't stop cussing. We give you about 10 times cussing. Okay. Well, let's stop right here, man. Talk about cussing. >> No, just pass that. >> Well, you and cussing. Okay. >> There you go. That's why you're going right there. Well, are you kidding me? That's not a crime. >> It's called disorderly conduct. It actually is a crime. There it is. >> It's called brother. And why you got these things so tight on my >> They're not tight. I can fit two fingers on there. >> You're too. You're too, you little short little >> At least I'm letting cuffs. >> I know what we're doing. >> Let me explain to you. You were cussing. We told you to stop cussing. >> Okay. >> You continue to cuss. So now you're going to jail. >> We're cussing. >> Correct. Disorderly conduct. Boy, you got >> Yeah, >> y'all taking me to jail for cussing. >> Yeah, Florida State statute. >> I lived in Florida all my life. >> There you go. >> Longer you ever live probably? >> What you taking me to jail for? Cussing >> your mouth. You >> even while being escorted out, his profanity and taunts continue. What? What the is wrong with you guys, man? You are about 4 foot, too. You belong in a I'll be >> Is that a threat? Are you threatening? You threatening an officer? Is that Is that my target? >> Okay, that's what I >> No, I had no I could. >> I'm saying anybody could. Yeah, my my steps on good. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. You're a >> You're a What are you? 4 foot five. >> You're 5 foot six. >> The same height as you. >> You're a bunch of >> What are we doing, man? >> All the way from the airplane all the way here. Just like this. >> For what? >> All right. We're going to search you. Okay. >> I searched me. >> We're going to >> go ahead. And I got nothing. What are you going to search me for? >> Any anything really? >> Well, go ahead. Y'all have >> I didn't really need your consent. >> I know you didn't cuz you're a prick. You're you're a you're you're a >> I'm going home tonight. I can tell you that much. >> I bet you are. What you got there? Oo. Lifeaver. >> Yeah. >> Oh boy. something that get thrown out. >> That's a >> It was a We guys are something. >> Thank you. >> Who the y'all arrested me for? >> You got understo? >> Okay. >> You dropped something on the ground there. >> Yeah. That lighter is going to go in the garbage. >> Well, you going to throw my lighter in the garbage? >> Y. >> Then while being processed, he does something that lands him an additional charge. >> You're a piece of this one. >> Hey, sir. >> That's another charge right there. >> I don't give a sil. There was a little bit of a ruckus after he got on the airplane, too. >> Yeah, he got into uh resist with officers. So, he's going to go to jail for battery on a police officer. Resist and call resist battery. Uh he headbutted that officer there. Yeah. Really? >> Yeah. So, yeah, he'll go for battery on law enforcement officer felony. Resist with violence felony. Um disturbing the peace. And at one point I was I was he was starting to get off distressed. >> I was going to have a conversation with him to calm down. But then he kind of went to sleep. I was like I don't I don't want to make the situation worse at this point. So I was like let's just try to get to Tampa quietly. And he did. He slept pretty much for the rest of the flight cuz he didn't even notice that she left. But when we landed then all of a sudden he's like, "Where is the girl? Where is she? Where is the girl?" Like, "Where is the girl that was right here?" It was just like super agitated. >> I threatened to punch the person next to him. >> Bill tried to get him to calm down. He threat, he got up out of the seat, charged Bill, hit his head, and then he's like, "You don't want me beating >> racial." >> He kept threatening the guyirectly over and over. Right. Did he physically harm any of the flight crew at all? >> He abused two, but he did not. >> Yeah. >> What did the threats amount to just like you said, I'm going to beat your ass? >> Aircraft. >> Crew and passengers all back up the story, confirming just how disruptive the man really was throughout the flight. Yeah, we've got some written >> so you can all write down your thoughts and and what you witnessed. So that'll be here in just a few minutes. Um if you could just be patient. I appreciate it. I know it's been a long flight and a long morning for you. So if you could bear with us. It's the beginning of my day, so I got a lot of energy. So I know I'm asking a lot and I made my coffee extra strong this morning. So I forgive the energy level. >> But um please if there's anything you need until those paper that paperwork gets here, just please ask me and let me know. Um, young lady, same. I'm I'm going to ask if you could just be patient and I'll apologize for my energy level because I have been on a flight all night. So, >> do do you need You were struck. I understand that, right? Do you need any medical attention? Do you feel Are you injured in any way? >> It just scared me more than anything. I could understand that force, but he did swing over and it hit me like right in my neck. He just swung his arm. 22 control. He has they have more questions. >> She's trying to disengage. So if he wouldn't really let her disenage to call you. >> I told him I wanted to to take a nap. >> Let Travis know he has more questions. >> As soon as I like turn over maybe like 2 or 3 minutes after that, he just his arm over and then he goes, "Oh, I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I didn't mean to do that. I was just hearing voices." >> And I was like, "Oh, yeah. No." And then as soon as he dropped his head to go to sleep, that's when I got up and I told him that I wanted to be removed. >> Not wise, wise decisions there. >> His seatmate even says he hurled threats, shouted insults, and at one point struck them in the neck with his arm during a tantrum. >> Yeah, he was definitely not okay, >> right? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. I mean, what happened and occurred on the plane, I don't I haven't even met the the person, so I don't even know. I got here after the officers already took him and put him in the police car. So So I I don't know anything about him. I >> I can't imagine that he wouldn't have some kind of record way he was >> behaving. He kept he kept saying then he asked >> 114 but then kept using the N word >> kept using go to jail. Let him know about your passenger. When you get there just advise him again when he plugs you in. I was going to do that anyway. >> I need some help. I want to do scary. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> That's frightening. >> Well, >> make it at 40 or 45,000 ft. It gets even worse. >> Well, and when the pilots come out to use the bathroom, we have to have someone standing guard facing the cabin. And I thought that they were I didn't realize that, you know, >> what's going on, but your case >> the whole time and you could tell he kept really watching the flight deck and everything and it seemed like he was kind of mocking our procedures or something. >> I think he thinks it's funny that I'm somehow going to protect you or something. But >> he what is she going to do? If I wanted to do something, I would still be able to do something. She's not going to be able to stop me. And I'm just like, >> oh, like >> I couldn't hear him, but you know, you get a vibe for your passengers on board, you know, and you got your eye on certain people. But >> okay. >> Yeah, he was a problem the whole time. Honestly, being stuck next to this guy sounds like the worst inflight experience ever. >> Like, he's probably got a warrant for his arrest >> or he's got a history. Like, I didn't notice anything weird. >> Maybe the train sent him over the edge. >> I don't know. Like, when he first got on the plane, he just like, you know, he said hi and stuff and then he went to sleep and then he was asleep. I was watching a movie, he was asleep pretty much for like an hour and a half, a little bit over an hour and a half.
