Please stop putting me down. >> Stop. >> I can't tell him to stop recording because we're in public space. >> And that's when he knocked me down like two or three times. [music] >> [music] [music] >> You fresh to death, man. You tripped out. >> So, we're responding to a domestic violence call. The female is saying that her the father of her child's uh the father of her child uh came over to her house and physically assaulted her. Uh we're going to check to see if she has any injuries. Um see what she has to tell us and potentially issue a pickup for this uh gentleman or maybe even try and contact him. and a park. Park right here. >> What's going on? >> My dad was holding her. So, he was trying to >> he was trying to pick up my son and he just wanted to tell him that he didn't want to go with him and he was like, "Well, I'm just going to go out for dinner. Come with me." And he started saying that he was just using him because he had bought him a phone. And so I told him like, "You can just keep the phone. Let me just turn off my location so you don't have mine." And then he started yelling at me. He started saying, "Hurry the up." >> And I was like, "Hold on." like step away cuz he was in my face and so he pushed me and then I kind of pushed him back and then he had me against the floor where the >> he was just like choking me in front of him >> in front of his his other daughter >> and he had a gun. >> He does have a gun and >> he was about to >> You want to talk to a little one? >> Yeah. >> I want to show you like how he grabbed me. He was like he's like this. Um, he just started pushing me against the floor so you could see it was right there. >> That's when I started yelling for the for the neighbors to come out. >> Are you a neighbor? >> No. >> No, he just got here. He's my husband. >> I'm the I'm the [snorts] husband. >> Okay. >> He's the He was the He's the dad of the >> You weren't here during any She just called me. I was somewhere. >> Okay. Are you injured at all? The only thing that I see is just this boost right here. >> Okay. Do you want EMS to come check you out? >> No, we're fine. >> Okay. Can you move it at all? >> Yeah, it's just numb right here. >> But >> mama got here. >> Okay. And you're saying this right here? Yeah. >> Okay. >> If you want, we can sit out here. Um, they can go inside. I mean, you can take a seat if you want to kind of relax. If you don't mind, can I take some pictures real quick? Could you put your arms out like that? >> [snorts] >> Okay. Can you just lift up your neck? Do you have any Let me see if you have any injuries on your neck. Can you brush your hair back a little bit more on this side? >> I told her to stop talking to her cuz I didn't want her like him to let me Okay. So, he was here to pick up Adriel. Yeah. >> Correct. >> What time did he get here? Do you know? >> It was like 8:30. >> Okay. And what happened when he came over? >> So, he had came and I I had told him like, "Why are you picking up why are you picking him up this late?" I told him that I needed to be in bed because I would wake up at 2:00 in the morning tomorrow. And he said, "Okay. um that he he could spend the night if he wanted to. Hedro responded that he didn't want to. And so they were kind of playing around in this area. You know, he picked him up and try to make him smile cuz he didn't want to go in the first place. And so they just told him that he didn't want to go and so just, you know, whatever he decided that's on him. So then he he was like, "I just feel like you're just using me." He told Adriel like, "I just feel like you're using me for like material stuff." And I told him like, "How about I just buy you the phone? Like I can pay for the phone and I can just, you know, pay you like that so you don't have to take it away." >> You said that to him? >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, he bought Adriel a phone. >> Yeah. >> Okay. It hasn't even been a month that he had bought the phone, but it was for better communication between him and um his dad because they don't really often see each other because Adriel doesn't really want to go. Like I just stood back and then Adriel was like, "I don't want to go." And that's when he started getting a little bit more aggressive and he just told him like, "Let me just get your phone. I'm just going to get the phone back." And so I told him, um, give me the phone so I can just take off my location so that way you don't have it. And he started yelling at me. He started saying, "Hurry the up." Yep. >> And so I told him like, "Relax, take a step back." Cuz he was too close to my face. So I kind of like not pushed him, but kind of like uh holding him. Um, and so when he started getting aggressive with me, I kind of just grabbed his shirt and that's when he knocked me down like two or three times, he thought I was reaching for his gun, but I was [music] reaching for his for his shirt. So, he would like I would pull him back, but obviously he's taller. Obviously, he's stronger than me. And so, I had Adriel kind of like tell him [music] like, "Stop. You're going to I don't want you to hurt my mom." >> And you fell to the ground. >> Yeah. He even grabbed me. He pulled me by the hair, too. >> Um, and what is he doing when you're on the ground? >> Just holding me down. >> Okay. So, he's just holding you down. >> He's pulling my hair and he's just putting me against the floor. Maybe my neighbor has a camera where you guys can >> can see this incident. >> Okay. You just know he's he's you're on the ground. He's on top of you, kind of grabbing you all over around your neck area, just keeping you like down towards the ground. Um, does he take the phone then? >> Yeah, he took off with the >> Um, but did he took the phone from you? Yeah, he snashed it out of my hand. >> Okay. Um, so he grabs from your hand and then that's when you see the neighbor and you said call the cops. That's when he takes it and leaves. >> Yeah. He just What kind of phone is it? >> Um, it's an iPhone 16e. >> Hey. >> Hi neighbor. Hi. >> Okay. >> So, that is the house I have the issue and >> what did you see? >> I s I saw Well, there you see the bush right there. >> Mhm. >> I can't really see the thing cuz I want you to know I was coming inside. >> What I saw was her cell her >> what? >> Her son in the red light off my mom. um frantic and um I put her in the house. I came back out and then she said, "Call the police." Then I went and grabbed the phone, took her off the leash, called you guys. >> Okay. >> I came out the other car, SUV, I think it was the SUV or truck. I can't remember. It was I'm in a car, so you know. >> Yeah. >> And I called 911. I came over the other vehicle was gone. And then I gave her the phone. >> Okay. Did you see? So he's like, is he on the porch? Is he on the grass? >> No, he was in the grass. He was over there. >> Okay. So he's in the grass. He's saying get off my mom. >> The sun was Yes. The red shirt. >> Where was she? >> On the floor. >> Okay. So you saw her on the floor. >> Yeah. >> Did you see anybody? >> But I barely could see her. I saw her clothes. >> Okay. Did you see anybody on her? >> The the other dude that was on there. I don't know who that was. She said it was her >> son's father. >> Okay. I saw him bent over, but I could not see his hands. I will admit that one. Okay. >> You know, so it could have been like a choke, but then again, it could have been like, you know, >> either way, you're >> Yeah. >> All I see is bent over >> and bent over. >> You did good, buddy. You were helping mom. That's a good job. >> So, we just finished up with that uh domestic violence call. I talked to we spoke to the female. The female didn't have any visible injuries, but we had enough to issue what they we were going to call a felony pickup. Uh, I did have a location for the suspect. I'm going to send officers over to that address to see if they can contact him. If those officers have contact with him, then they can take him into custody and I'll meet him down at the jail. If they don't have any contact with him, then I'll have to issue a felony pickup for uh for the arrest and I'll get my report written up. That way, we can try and book him and get get him into jail. So, we got dispatched to uh unknown hit and run accident. >> Um we're looking for uh any damage um any vehicles that could possibly be um involved. And if we're not able to locate anything, then we'll contact the calling party and see if we can get more information from them. Uh try to narrow down where exactly all this is happening at. Can't get no better than that. We good. >> Is it your car? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. What happened? >> I don't know. I just pulled up. I just got here. It was already like this, so I don't know. >> Okay. >> Yeah. But we're okay. >> Okay. No one was in the car. >> No, nobody was in the car. >> All right. Do you know? >> I don't know anything. I just pulled up. >> Okay. All right. >> But it's okay. It's in my yard, so it's okay. He >> said he wants to worry about it tomorrow and make the report then. >> Okay. So, it was clearly facing What way was it? >> It's over here. He just He's just pulled up. But there's It was parked right here. >> So, it got pushed >> pushed that way. But someone slammed the front right there. >> That is a pretty good hit. >> Yeah. >> Scratch marks right here. So it was parked right here. That >> That's what I mean. I could have come over here with like a broom or something, just cleaned up everything and then dipped. >> I mean, he's parked where the act >> Yeah. But there's no there's no debris underneath it. Yeah, it's all gone. >> No. >> I came up to him, he immediately said, "I'll just report it tomorrow." >> I was like, "Okay." And then he just walks away. >> All right. So, >> the uh victim of the hit and run uh was on scene. He didn't have any indicators that he was intoxicated. >> He said he just rolled up on the scene onto his house, saw his car was like that, and did not want to report it tonight. Um, he said he's going to do it in the morning. So, I just going to write a miscellaneous report saying that we came out here, attempted to take the report, but he didn't want to do anything tonight. Um, that way it shows that we actually came out here, that we uh attempted to write the report, but he wants to move on. It'll make sure that we uh don't get hemmed up with anything. But we'll be heading out and on to the next call. >> So, we're going to a domestic violence call in which uh the calling party is saying there's a PFA in place in which law enforcement is supposed to take her children from the dad. I need to go make contact with her, look at her paperwork, confirm that um this judge has signed off on law enforcement assisting taking um the children from the dad, which can be a a pretty messy situation. So, I'm waiting for my backup right now um before we go make contact. Hello. >> Hey, this is Jennifer. >> Hi, Jennifer. This is Officer Rue. Are you nearby? I'm over at the house. >> I'm actually I'm at the quick trip on Harry and Web. >> Okay. Do you want to come over here toward Chateau and Blue and I can meet you here? I need to review your paperwork before uh we go any further. >> Yes, sir. I'll be there in a few minutes. >> Okay. Thank you. >> You're welcome. >> Bye. Hello. >> Hey, guys. >> Hi, Jennifer. >> I've been hanging out with you guys all day. >> That's from what I've heard. >> Okay. Okay. So defendants parentage of the children has not been established through marriage or the prior person has no right to custody. So basically what I'm seeing right now is that um they're not under the protection order but it is saying that um you have custody of them. Okay. So, there's not going to be any violation of the protection order, but uh let me call my supervisor just to anytime that law enforcement shall assist in obtaining children because it can become um get really messy. >> Yeah. >> Um I'm going to talk to my supervisor and just make sure that he's 104 on everything before we go forward. Okay. >> Um otherwise, we can um do a if if he's not willing to give the children over um willingly, we can do a protection or a violation of district court order. Okay. Um, but let me call him real quick. >> Hey, Sergeant, I'm on. Um, just so you know. So, I'm on this PFA basically. Um, there's a PFA filed on for both parties. The he filed one against her, she filed one against him. Um, but on hers there, the children, there's two children involved. They are not protected. But the um court order is saying that she has full custody. He doesn't have any parenting rights. and it's signed off that law enforcement shall assist plaintist in obtaining physical custody of the minor children. Uh just because it's the law enforcement shall assist. I wanted you to make sure that you were 104 on this before we go make contact with dad. We're going to try to make sure he does it willingly. But if not um and we can confirm the children are inside the house. Are you wanting us to to go in and grab them or do you want to stand off and do a uh district court order uh violation? He did. Um you were you were served back in May, correct? >> Yes. >> Yeah. And he was just served uh June 2nd. So she got hers after. >> And it sounds like um it says that he doesn't have any like parenting right like he was not he's not recognized as the parent or guardian of the children. So I don't know that is he biological father or no. >> Yes. Yes. On on okay. because it shows it says here that he is um that he's not um it shows that he's not the parent. >> He is >> it says uh defendants's parentage of the children has not been established through a marriage of the parties or pursuant to the KSA 232201 and the defendant has no right to custody or parenting time with the following named children Jackson and Mia. >> He he has been established. >> Okay. But according to the the document that I'm looking at, it says that he has not been established. >> See right here. >> Okay. >> Parentage of the children has not been established through marriage. So from this paperwork is saying that he's not Hello, police department. Are you Elias? >> Yes, sir. >> Hi, Elias. Do you have Jackson and Mia here with you? >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, I have a court order that says that um they custody has been granted to Jennifer. Okay. >> Okay. >> So, do they have anything that they need to pack up because we have to we have to have them go with her today. Okay. >> Okay. Why have you got to talk to my lawyer? >> Okay. [clears throat] >> Because I think it was a narrative. >> Okay. Well, while I'm doing that, um, do you mind getting their stuff ready? >> Yeah. >> Appreciate it. >> This is this this I >> I'll talk to them, but I have a I mean, I have a it's signed by a judge. So, >> I understand, but I think it's an error. >> Okay. Well, regard until they correct that error and you may have to have your lawyer go down and have it corrected, but at this point I have physical copy in my hand that says that they're to be taken. So, um, do you mind getting their stuff ready just just on the off chance you know that? >> So, the other thing is Jennifer has a >> your call has been forwarded to voicemail. The person you're trying to reach is not available at the record. When you have finished, you may hang up. There is a Hey, Anna. Uh, the police are here and they're here to take uh Jackson and Leah. Can you please give me a call back? >> And I also need to say you guys I was supposed to give you guys this a copy of this. >> Okay. >> Yeah, if you don't mind. >> Okay. This one's from May 29th. This one it's from June 2nd. I believe. Oh, no. This one's still filed May 29th. Okay. They're both filed same day. Okay. >> I think there's some kind of error in the paperwork and they they're saying that that is not true. >> I mean, this looks like kind of like the paperwork I'm looking at right now. Hold on. Cuz this one, it shows her as a plaintiff. You're the defendant. >> So, where it says protected? Uh, >> so they're not they're not protected. So, they're not under the PFA. Yes. But al if you want to look I can show you on here where it shows. Okay. So the defendant's parentage of the children has not been established through a marriage of parties or pursuant to the Kansas parentage act KSA 232201 and the defendant has no right to custody or parenting time with the following name. Children Jackson Christopher Mia Brook Jess. >> Yes. >> Hold on. And then law enforcement shall assist plaintiff in obtaining physical custody of the minor children. Sign this is initial by the judge with the judge's signature. >> Yes. So here I'm going to show you the email from my attorney. >> Sure. >> Cuz >> so what I have is that it's check that the sole legal custody is going to be granted to the plaintiff until this order expires. And I'm I'm telling you what my attorney tells me and I'm telling you what >> I I I'm and that's I'm confused why what she's trying to tell me is not being checked. I I I know and >> because everything on this form it is saying that all the the custody is to be so if she can you pull it pull that um the one up that she had highlighted because >> what I have physical copywise everything is error in the paperwork and I I'm gonna call in my attorney right now. >> Yeah 100% >> do me a favor. Can you >> start? Keep trying to contact your lawyer. Keep trying to figure stuff out, but try to get the kids ready. >> Can you call your supervisor? >> He's already on his way. >> Okay, good. >> If you can just get them bags packed, leave them in the house, but just get bags packed, stuff like that, so that we're ready to go if if need be. Okay. >> Okay. >> Thank you. >> Okay, Jennifer. So, there's there's some discrepancies in the order, and I want you to bring it up to with your attorney. Okay. Okay. What do we >> So first one right here, this box isn't checked. We're planning is filing on behalf of minor child. >> Okay. >> Unchecked. And then we have the defendant's parentage of the children has not been established through a marriage or parties or pursuant to the Kansas parentage act and the defendant has no right to custody. So this we we had the 2017 case number of which he was provided sole custody of the children. Um, >> okay. >> Okay. So, >> we've been to court since then and we have joint, >> right? And then then there's joint. And then he said that you guys went to court again on the 23rd of May in which he was granted full custody and it's still in filing. >> I I I can't I can't confirm with that right now. Um, >> so under that, we talked to our city attorneys um all the way up to Jan German, who's like our top city attorney. She says, "For right now, don't do anything. Talk to your attorney tomorrow." He's on vacation for the next month. >> Well, >> talk to someone in his office, okay? And see if they can help you because >> um >> the only attorney in that office. >> He's the only attorney. And if he's gone for a month, then you're going to have to because it looks like your court date is for the 12th. So, you're going to be going to court. You're going to have to address it then in court. >> So, I don't get them. >> Yeah. We're not we're not going to we're not going to take them out of the house today. Um and and that's for like our attorneys. Like, we talked to them. We explain the whole situation and they're like, "Don't do anything with it now. I'm making a case. I'm going to give you a case number." Okay? And then you need to you might try calling him and see if he'll give you a phone call back. Let them know it's an emergency and to >> this doesn't override that. >> It does not. >> I haven't seen or talk to my kids in months because >> I I hear what you're saying, but I'm not in a position right now where I can go and take them. Okay. Like I I've got everyone. I got my sergeant. I got my lieutenant. And I've got and I talked to we went all the way up to city attorney. There's I there's nowhere else for me to go. Okay. This is This is what we're being told to to follow. >> The whole reason I filed this is because another detective called me and told me to cuz he's abusing his 17-year-old son, David. That's the whole reason I did this. >> Okay. Well, this hasn't this is not checked for plain filing on behalf of minor child. See this box? >> Okay. But but but it it says that I'm to have the children. So that doesn't that doesn't matter. >> It Well, it doesn't say what it says that the last line is is what the only thing here that says that you're supposed to have the children is this initial spot. That's it. Everything else doesn't like this one just says that he doesn't have right to parenting. This one that has check sole legal custody granted to plainif hasn't is not initialed. Okay. But this one is this one is not initial. >> There's no initial here under B because this is an or. See? So it's three. >> What are these X's for? >> That's that's a box that's checked, but an initial has to go here. See how this one's initialed? >> So three A is initial. >> Just go online and file another one. >> 3B is not check is not initialed and sign again. And the PFA portion is still in effect for both of you. Okay. >> What about the children? >> I just checked their living conditions. So everything >> Of course, they're fine. They're locked in their bedrooms 24/7. Okay. >> The house is immaculate. They don't come out. They're not allowed. >> Okay. [laughter] >> Okay. >> All right. Well, there's nothing I can do this time. Uh, I am going to document it and and until you have something new or further, there's nothing we can do for you. Okay. So, we're 3 hours out here on this call. I've had my sergeant come out, a lieutenant come out. Basically, there's some discrepancies between the PFA paperwork and then some c custody paperwork that is filed by a judge. um the custody paperwork saying the dad's supposed to have the child, the PFA paperwork saying that the mom is supposed to get um emergency custody of these children. Due to the discrepancies in two judges orders, we ended up contacting the highest city attorney, Jan German, and she advised at this point, we're not going to do anything um due to the contradictory orders. Um, and then the mom can go and uh talk to her attorney about further steps she can take in the matter. >> All right. So, right now we're heading to a domestic. From what I understand, both parties are separated. One of them left. >> So, I have a deputy pal. He's he's heading over to the other address to figure out exactly what happens. Kind of sent him on a wild goose chase because I didn't give him the rest of the address just cuz we don't have it yet. But we'll we'll see it. We'll see if he's able to figure it out. >> But yeah, we're pulling up on it right now. >> 13 arrived. >> 12 arrived. 4. Awesome. Sheriff Sheriff's office. >> Hello. >> Okay. She's intimidating. >> Yeah, she's a She's a big dog, isn't she? >> Oh, can we not film? >> So, I can't tell them that they can't film outside. >> That's fine. So, what exactly happened inside? >> I mean, I can come inside, sure, but I would rather not be around the dog. We can put the dogs out. He's filming. >> So, I got the camera crew with me. They have every right to bring him out here to film. >> Okay. >> So, what what exactly happened? >> So, she was here. She was dropping off. >> All right. My daughter, >> your daughter is >> 22. Jasmine. >> Jasmine. >> She was dropping off >> her brother after the pool. We were at the pool. We switched off. Went to mom's. >> Thank you. >> And then she just dropped her off. >> Stop recording. I can't tell them to stop recording because we're in public space. >> Okay, you can stand right here around the corner. That's fine. But I can't tell them to stop recording because we're in public space. >> Outside. >> We're okay. >> I don't like that. I want to >> I don't want Grayson to hear it. >> Okay. All right. >> So, we're okay. >> So, she asked to use my brush. >> Okay. >> I said, "Okay, you can use my brush." She went to their old bathroom, the kids bathroom, spare bathroom, and I told her, "Okay, insurance is due on this day. truck was doing this day. >> Um, she bought the compressor for the AC. >> She broke his glasses. Huge blowout. She broke his glasses2. Do you ever owe him a pair of Oakleys? I said, "So Tony will do it. Just buy him new glasses. It's been almost month. Just do it." >> This escalation, >> it got really bad. Her best friend walked in and really escalated it. Grab the shirt. Grab the shirt. Here. >> Okay. So, what did Jasmine or Jamie do? >> She got in his face. >> Uhhuh. >> I was telling Jasmine, "You just need to go give me the key. Give me the key. Give me the key." And then he walked up because she was doing this to me and she reached over me and hit him >> and hit >> hit him. >> Tony >> Tony. I did this to her like we're not. So, you tried to push her back. >> We're not doing this. We're not doing this. We're not doing this. She grabbed hair. >> I mean, I'm It hurts. I'm not feeling good. >> Jamie ripped a shirt in the meanwhile. >> Okay, now read that shirt. All right, >> but okay. You know, >> so that real quick. >> Jamie did that. >> Read the shirt. >> Where are from? >> Okay. That I don't care about. >> I know. >> Um I'm not Again, if you don't want to be on camera, stand over here. >> Okay. >> Okay. Um, so when it comes to when it comes to the shirt and when I say I don't care what don't care about it, I don't care what it says. What it is is I care about the actions of what occurred. That's what I'm trying to explain that that I don't mean to be insensitive. Okay? I'm just trying to explain everything. Okay? >> And I I get it's a sentimental shirt. I'm not trying to dismiss anything sentimental to you. That's not what I'm trying to do. I'm trying to get to the details of exactly what happened after. >> Okay. So, what happened was we got sent to a domestic that occurred. By the time we got there, no one or the the the suspect wasn't there. Um, we talked to the victim. The victim said that there's there's two parts of the two uh people in the other party. Um, what happened was there was an argument over a truck. Mom said, "Hey, you can't drive the truck anymore." Um, the victim threw the suspect threw a fit and I guess started swinging at people uh or swinging at the the mom's fiance. Uh, the fiance ended up getting his shirt tore. So, mom jumped in the middle of it to try to break it up and then the daughter or the the suspect started beating the hell out of the daughter. Um, I'm I'm sorry. The suspect is the daughter started beating the hell out of mom. Um, they took off before we got there. We're going to go head over to the other house, see if we can track her down, figure out her side of the story, and see what she has to say. Hello. Sheriff's office. Hello. Hello. Sheriff's office. Hello 13 >> 12 I got an open door at this house. You mind sending me a second? for >> domestic. >> Domestic. I came here to talk with my suspect. That door's unlocked or that gate's unlocked. >> I came here to talk with my suspect. I guess Pal already came by here. He never said anything about the open door. The gate's unlocked. The door's wide open. >> I would not say, >> huh? >> I would not say that's justifiable to go in that house. >> Okay. I mean, doesn't look like anybody else is home. So, we went to the house that the uh the address the victim provided. There's nobody here. They had an open door with a screen covering it. And the car that they said that they were using >> uh down there where we last were, it's not here. So, we really don't have a whole lot of urgency to go in the house to even check if there's anybody inside. It's just it's very apparent that they're not here. So, we're just going to have to try to make contact later, whether it's later tonight or later this week. Uh we got to go to take care of this unconscious. Apparently, somebody fell as unconscious, not breathing. Uh RP heard her scream when we went when they went to check on her. It's still not she the individual is not responding to RP. Uh essentially we are going to try to figure out what's going on and hopefully save her life. We're going to hope and pray. Nice. 21 right here. I found number five. This could be enough corner a yellow. >> So essentially we got in there. The female was conscious. 21,000. >> Essentially it came out to be nothing. She's awake. She's alive. She's breathing. Medics are just checking her blood sugar. On to the next one. >> Going to a call of a >> driver. [snorts] >> A woman that >> Kimberly, date of birth 92385 >> is, uh, I believe homeless, but also has a mental disability. So, uh, we got called on her last night, what I was told. And she's out here again. and uh someone called on her. Apparently, she was laying down in the parking lot. Guess they were out with her last night or this early this morning. You get a ride down here? >> No, I came on the ground. >> Okay. In Anderson. >> Yeah. >> And walked here. >> Yeah. >> Why here? >> I don't you know I mean I really don't know, ma'am. There's there's things about my life that I don't know. Okay. >> There's a lot of things about my life that I really would like to know the answers to myself. >> Okay. >> And when I figure out those answers, I will let you know and we will both know. >> I just normally ask, >> but there's things about my life that I don't know. >> No. >> And I'm going to have to um I'm just going to have to just take it one day at a time. >> Yeah. No, I get it. I just always ask because I hear that a lot from people that take the Greyhound or whatever. They come to Andison or Oxford from a completely different state and I just like to ask. >> Yeah. It's just, you know, there's things that I I've got to figure out. Um, at this point, it's a mistress still. I'm thinking 5 years. I'm hoping less than that, but I really don't >> What is What's the name of that? It's St. Sand name. >> Just tell me the address and the name and I can um I'll see about it when y'all. >> And if they don't have a place, they can point you in the right direction. Thank you'all. >> Thank you. >> So, yeah, she didn't want any help. Uh there are some uh homeless shelters up in Anderson. There's one that came down and actually spoke with us that actually will get them help and a bed, food, whatever that that they need. And um she didn't care for it, so we just asked her to move along and not sleep on the side of the road or in a parking lot or whatever because the town will definitely call and we had multiple calls on her. So hopefully she can uh find a place to go to or after some time be willing for us to drive her up to the shelter and get some help. I didn't do anything wrong. >> I just showed up. >> Break no law. I didn't do anything to break the law. >> Stop approaching me. >> Okay. I'm tired of dealing with the police. I'm sick and tired of dealing with the goddamn police when I ain't done a goddamn job. >> Do me a favor. Breathe a little bit. Just breathe. >> Why the do I got to breathe? >> Because you're getting you're getting up. You're getting upset. >> Police is in my ass. >> Well, >> I'm sick of it. >> There was an incident that happened at Circle K. >> No, it's not. >> Yes, >> it's [ __ ] >> How? I HATE IT so bad. >> Okay. >> Please stop scaring me. >> Go ahead. 104. So, do you want to go up to the hospital for mental care? >> No. I want you >> Stop approaching me. >> Okay. I'm disgusted. No, that's not it. It's a safety issue. >> No, it ain't it ain't a safety. >> I don't care how gross you are. >> What the do you mean? You don't care how gross. You literally just said that. What are you saying, lady? >> I basically said you said I'm gross. That's why I don't want you >> police officer right now. >> Stop approaching him. >> Saying this is a goddamn camera. >> You You got to need to you need to >> No, you knock it down a couple notches. >> You need to stop because you're gross. >> I'm gross. >> Yes. Okay, what? >> I don't want to go to jail. >> Well, if you continue what you're doing, >> you're probably most likely going there. >> Okay, I'm not trying to go to jail. Please don't take me. >> Like I said, >> please don't take me. >> Take a breath. >> I'm tired of being in jail. >> Well, I'm tired of >> Is it because of your actions? >> No. I'm tired of being in jail. Please stop putting me in jail. Stop approaching him. Stand up next to my car now. Stand up there. Lean up against it. >> I don't want to be in jail no more. >> Then you need to relax. Take a breath. >> I don't want to be in jail no more. I don't want to be in jail no more. I'm so tired. >> Then there's no reason to get aggressive, loud, cussing, none of that stuff. Not at all. >> But I don't want to be in jail no more. I'm tired of being in jail. I've been in jail. >> Well, the only way that I can help you with that is either you can go with medics and get some mental help or you need to calm down. >> Take a breath. >> How are you? >> My name is Kim. >> I'm Michelle. >> It's nice to meet you, baby. >> Nice to meet you. Love, baby. >> What's going on? >> Ain't nothing going on, baby. >> Um, I'm just >> I'm just so heartbroken. >> I'm so heartbroken. >> You got off a bus. You came down here and we've been dealing with you for the past two days. >> Are y'all going to go to hospital? >> My body is so No. My body's so full of hate right now. >> What? >> But that's what I'm asking. Do you want to go to the hospital? No, I want to be left alone. >> You can't be if you're going in there and causing problems and businesses. >> No problems for nobody. I'm going to go sit my ass down. I'm going to be a lame ass. I'm going to not say nothing. I'm f to not say nothing. And that's what I'm going to do. Okay? I'm tired of dealing with the goddamn ambulance drivers. I'm tired of dealing with the police. I'm going to say nothing. Okay? Cuz I ain't done a goddamn thing wrong. >> No. >> Okay. >> Not at all. >> Right. I have not done a goddamn thing wrong. I want to be let go. I'm not I'm not doing anything wrong. Please let me go. Please stop stalking my goddamn life. >> Do you understand that the reason why we're out here is because of your own actions? I hate my life. I hate my life for getting in bed. >> You guys want to back up? >> No, you guys are good to go. >> Hey, Butler, will you do me a favor? Will you go down to Circle K and find out what actually happened? Cuz all we had was a disturbance. >> I hate my life. >> I'm so tired of people with my life. The more you escalate and start cussing with other people around, you will end up in jail. >> Why are you so goddamn calm? Please leave me alone >> because it's not a big issue. You're making it a bigger issue than it needs to be. >> I'm sick of the goddamn police. I'm sick of the goddamn police. >> If you do not calm down police, I'm calm. I'm home today. >> Hey, sir. I'm so sick of people with my goddamn life. I'm going to lose my goddamn mind. I'm going lose my mind. Stop. >> Stop yelling. There are people and kids over there. And now they're also looking this way. >> I don't care. >> Yes, you should. You don't want to go to jail? Then you need to stop cussing and stop screaming so loud. >> I'm tired of people my life. >> We're not with your life. >> Yes. No. >> Yes, you are. >> We're called out here because of you. >> No. Yes, you are. Every time around. >> Yeah. Okay. Put your hands behind your back. >> Drop it. Keep your hand. Drop it. >> Put your stuff down. We're going to put it on the car now. Twist your wrist. Don't grab my finger. >> Stop. This is >> great, ain't it? >> No, not really. Cuz that's not something I want to be doing. >> It ain't. >> No, actually. I would like to have a nice relaxing day and not having to deal with this again. But because you're going to keep getting high and then low, I'm going to detain you. Do you have anything in your pockets? Do you have any weapons or needles? Anything that's going to hurt me? >> Stand up. Stop doing this. stand up. >> LEAVE ME ALONE. >> OKAY, >> LEAVE me alone. >> Come on. Hate you so goddamn bad. I hate you so bad. I hate you so bad. >> Get in the out of my goddamn life. >> Get in. >> [snorts] [sighs] >> We dealt with her earlier today, but it was just because someone called she was laying in the in the grass. They thought she might be dead or her or something. And I was told earlier that they dealt with her last night around 1, give or take. And >> where she from? She said she uh took a bus and came here, stopped at Andison and came down here. She wasn't like that earlier. She was calm, just relaxed. And >> maybe she just got aggravated over there. And I'm not sure if she has a mental disorder or it's due to past drug use. I'm not sure, but I'm going to assume that it might be drug use, but that's just an assumption. I don't know who she is. She stated earlier she came from Atlanta and took a bus ride here to Aniston and then came down to Oxford. This is the third time that we've gotten out with her, second time for me, and this is the most I rate that I've seen her. And with kids being over at the carnival next door and just the way how she was escalating up and down, I knew if things didn't get taken care of, either we're going to get called later on tonight for somebody getting attacked by her or she's just going to end up causing a disturbance somewhere else. So, with her cussing, people looking, causing a disturbance, I just figured I'd take her in for disorderly conduct, give her a place to relax, um, get some food, uh, get a shower, and hopefully calm down and get things set straight, and then if she bails out, then she can go off and do whatever she wants to. But right now, it's not not a good place for her. So, Dumb ass. Take me to jail. Take me to jail. Don't talk to me about nothing. Nothing. Every life. Don't talk to me. I HATE YOU SO BAD. I can't take it. Put me in jail. I'm tired of being IN JAIL. I'M TIRED OF BEING in jail. I'm sick of it. I'm goddamn tired of it. You let it go. Let me go. Let me go. Let me go. Let me go. [screaming] Let it go. Let it go. >> Walk over to that blue door. >> You been drinking? Love [music] heat. [music] >> [music]
