These Karens thought they could get away with anything. Cops proved them wrong. Here are five cases when Karens think they're untouchable until cops arrive. Number five, she slashed him, then acted like nothing was wrong. Officers are called to respond to a domestic dispute between a couple after a violent altercation is reported at their home. >> All right. What's going on to you? I'm talking to her. Let's go back here. >> All right. What is going on? >> By instinct, I grabbed my pocket knife. I had my pocket >> and I said he just kept trying to come at me. No, >> I'm just going to make sure. >> Don't say anything. >> Um, separate your legs a little bit. All right. >> So, how did he You took your pocket knife out. What did you do with it? >> I went like this. >> I said I said, "Stay away from me." I said, "Just stop." And he just grabbed my phone cuz I was on the phone with 911. I said, "Just stop. Just get back." He snatched it out of my my hand, threw it against the wall, and then tried to hit me again. >> Did he make contact with you? Did he hit you at all? >> No. >> Okay. When he came back, >> does he live here? You guys both live here. >> There's a pocket knife, though. Oh, you could just stay. Nope. Just stay right there. >> I hit it in the white boot by the Christmas tree. >> With steady composure, the woman explains what happened and shares details of past incidents. >> Oh, there's blood in here. Is there like another room that we want to go down? You can just This is fine right here. >> Lights. >> Oh, perfect. Okay. You guys always Are you Does it ever get physical with you guys? Is this a first time thing? >> Go ahead. >> I mean, >> he's a night time manager. >> He's been drinking a lot lately cuz he just quit his job. >> Mhm. >> And he's been getting in my face, like being aggressive. >> Like, shut up. I called the cops like a week ago, two weeks ago >> for the same thing. >> Okay. Um, >> he slapped me in my face. >> Last time he slapped you, cops came. What happened? >> And he went to spend the night at his parents house. >> Okay. You didn't press charges on him? No. I'm just saying like >> Mhm. >> Okay. Today he did not put hands on you. >> No. >> And somehow now he's bleeding, >> right? >> Okay. And you're saying he attempted to grab >> He was trying to hit me. Okay. And then pull it out to try to scare him to have him back up. >> To have him back out. What? >> Okay. All right. Give me one second. Okay. Maybe it's my coat. It's your coat. She says her boyfriend has been drinking more since losing his job and has grown increasingly violent. According to her, the knife was only meant to create space and protect herself from another hit. >> And then where did you have the pocket knife at? Where is that? Would you always have it on? Give me one second. Let me try to figure out what we're going to do here. If we can solve this in a way where no one's got to go. Um, are you willing to leave? Are you willing to go spend the night somewhere if he doesn't want to go? Cuz I can't keep you. Or you want me to? I mean, yeah. cuz he's the one that's drinking. He's the one that's drunk. >> Okay, you got to understand right now, he's the one that's bleeding. >> Okay, >> so the way the law works, you know what I mean? Somebody's got if somebody's got some sort of scar issue, injury on them, usually somebody's going in cuffs. Okay, so we're trying to figure out, let me talk to my partner, see what's going on. Okay, if it means you got to leave the house, Okay. If I have to Whose name is it on your house? >> Me neither one of us. >> Okay. Cuz I was going to say the next thing you could do is get him evicted, but if your name isn't on the on the house, his isn't either. >> Yeah. Okay. You guys rent from her. It's just under her name. >> Yeah. >> Okay. All right. Give me one second. Okay. Let me talk to my partner real quick. Hi. >> How many times does this happen? >> Um, whatever he's drinking heavily. >> Okay. Um, you guys share? >> Yes. >> See anything? >> No. >> They're all sleeping. >> Okay. Um, my partner explain about like an order of protection, everything. She also shares that she previously called police during a similar situation when he slapped her but chose not to press charges at the time. This time however she makes it clear she wants to move forward with charges >> within the time years has ever gotten physical. >> Yes. >> Approximately how many times? >> Two or three. >> Two or three. Was it all recent or >> um how do you think we can resolve this? >> You want to press charges >> and get him arrested? >> Do you not want to press charges? >> Yeah, I do actually. >> You do? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> So, How did did you explain to her how this argument started? He >> he was mad because I hid the the alcohol from him. >> Okay. >> All right. Well, that's more >> and then he got in my face >> and said I forget what he said. He was mad because I took it and I hit it. >> Mhm. >> And that was it. Well, when I tried to talk to him, he said he didn't know what was going on. So, >> yeah, same face. Don't worry. >> Walk real quick. Last time we replace the battery. Given her visible injuries, the presence of a weapon, and her own admission, officers inform her that she will be arrested. [Music] >> This one, >> it was that one, right? That was >> the black one. Yeah. >> You have shoes on and everything, right? >> Yeah. >> She's charged with domestic battery. Number four. When a call to cops goes sideways, police respond to a domestic battery call after a woman reports she's been hit by a vehicle. Let's find out what happens next. >> Why they call the police? You can let him know and I want him escorted from my house. >> I want him escorted from my house. >> Let me let me take care of you. Ma'am, ma'am. >> Yeah, I would like a Okay. >> Since that's what >> you want. You want I'll open her. >> Hey, you want to sit here for a second? >> Sitting in your car. >> No, no, You could just done it the wrong. >> Yeah. No, you're not in trouble. I need to see your knee. >> No, you can see it right here. >> Okay. So, are you going to be cooperative or you going to keep yelling? >> No. >> I'm trying to help you, but I can't do that if you're screaming. >> This is not the first. >> Don't take your time. >> Please give me a minute. Please. >> Take your time. Take your time. >> Give me a minute. >> Take your time. >> Just give me a minute. >> Okay. >> Because I'm sick of this because I I put up with a lot. I make reports. I I leave them, you know. >> Yes, ma'am. >> All I wanted him to do was go ahead and leave. I like at first, you know, but I was just, you know, being a woman cuz we've been arguing, you know, >> and then after they said altercation, what happened? >> She pulled out with her car and like I said, I was standing in front of it, but what am I a barricade? >> So, she didn't purposely hit you. You went on in front of it, right? >> No. If somebody take their put their foot on the gas and move forward, I'm sorry that don't sound like an accident. But whatever, whatever was said, that don't sound like an accident to me. That's why I kept calling said, "You know what?" And I'm being real. I called her and said, "Do you" I said, "Well, if your sister can use her car, tell her to come back." >> Right. >> So, you don't want to prosecute or anything. You just want him to get his stuff and get out, right? Is that what you want? >> I can't prosecute him for what he did, but I can prosecute Kim for hitting me with her vehicles. >> Well, it depends on what you're alleging. You understand what I'm saying? >> Did either of you put hands on each other? >> I haven't touched him. >> I haven't touched him. I use my mouth. And I have a right to say whatever I want to say. Absolutely. >> I really do. Absolutely. >> And it's not it's not fair that you you say what you want, but when I say what I want, >> it's a problem. >> It's a problem. Right. Right. So, >> the officer presses further, working to learn the full story and gather key details about the altercation. >> I said, "What you asking for?" >> Okay. and he got upset. >> Okay. And what does that mean? He just yelled at you. Did he touch you? What did he do? Cuz clearly he was trying to get away and get his sister. So I need to understand what happened in between that. >> In between that we had already had a disagreement in the house, >> right? Which was the verbal. >> So I came downstairs. >> Okay. >> And I was already downstairs. He walked past me. So I said, "Where you going?" He saying, "What you been doing?" I said, "Well, where you going? When his sister when I seen his sister pull up, I start yelling at her cuz I'm like, "You always running to >> Yeah. Right. Right. >> They pulled around to go the other way." I come running down. Just being honest. Like I'm running down. >> Okay. >> And I stood in front and I >> You sit in front of the car. >> She used her car to go. >> Okay. Did you step in front of her when you saw her turning the wheel? >> I standed in front of her >> like when she went already. I had beat them to the literally the way they had to come. They had to go a whole block. All I had to do is walk up the street. >> I got you. Okay. >> So, I was already standing there. >> Okay. >> That's why I'm so upset. That's why I've been calling her cuz I'm just like you party >> and we could have just we could if that's the case, we could have just hashed that out. >> So, you're telling me nothing physical happened between the two of you. Not you and the sister. You and your your baby daddy. >> No. >> Okay. If I find any injury on him and get his car, am I going to find anything on him? >> I don't know. I didn't touch him. >> Okay. Okay. All I did was break his break his alcohol bottle. Just try to He tried to leave with the gift that I gave him. >> Okay. Did you try to stop him before that or No. >> What do you mean? >> Like try to stop him from leaving. >> I physically with my words. >> All right. So, I'm going to get a statement from him and if I find injury and he tells me you hit him, you understand what that means, right? >> Okay. >> Cuz this is between you and the sister now. But I need to understand what happened between both of y'all that got you to that point. And I want to make sure that nobody put hands on each other. But now you telling me nothing's happening. But I got to go get his side now cuz you have injuries from a total different. >> The officers explain calmly that they must review both sides and check for any signs of injury. If he is found with injuries, she could be facing charges, >> right? So your honesty is going to help my case and help yours. So >> I'm not going to report anything. I'm going to go home. If he want to report anything, I'm going to be at the house. I will run. Well, it's not about running either way. You understand? Like right now, because of what's going on, you're not going to be allowed to leave right now. Okay? >> So, just hang out. >> Ma'am, >> I need you to stay over here now. All right? Get the over there in front of the cruiser, >> please. I've asked this seven times now. Get over there in front of the cruiser. >> Get in front of the cruiser right now and stay there. >> All right. >> Excuse me. >> Get in front of the cruiser and stay there. >> I'm not trying to >> get in front of the cruiser and stay there. I'm ready. I'm going just Can I sit right here? >> No. Stand there. You had your opportunity to hang out here and you're not doing it. >> No, >> please just stand right there. >> Done. >> I know you haven't. >> I really haven't. I called because I did want him to ask for it, but it is what it is. I haven't done enough. I ran my mouth. I have right to do that. >> Go ahead. Turn around for me. >> What did I do? Wait. Wait. No. No. No. No. Wait. No. Please get him. Please get him. No. I didn't do anything. I didn't touch him. Please. Come on. More difficult than it needs to be. >> No, please. I didn't touch him. I really haven't touched anybody. No. Please. Please. Please. No. No. Please. Please. Please. Adam. Please. What did I do? What did I do? What did I do? What did I do? >> Stop resisting. >> Let them put handcuffs on you. >> Listen. >> All right. Hold on. Please don't do this. >> All right. But if you >> I haven't done any work. >> Okay. I haven't done anything. Listen. Can I help you out? >> Okay. I'm Listen. >> All right. Stop. Go ahead. >> Stop. Stop. >> Stop. I haven't touched anybody. I haven't touched anybody. What did I do? >> What did I do? What did I do? I can't talk to y'all. Listen. >> The officers stay in control and tell her to stop resisting. She continues demanding answers, asking over and over what she's being charged with. What did I do? Look at my >> listen to me. Listen to me. >> What did I do? >> Stop resisting. Listen to me. Stop talking for a second. >> Part of the problem is >> Okay. Wait. Wait. Wait. Wait. Wait. No. Please wait. Don't. Please don't. Wait. Wait. Ow. Please. Wait. I'm not trying to resist y'all. No. Get in the car. >> No. Can you please talk to him? Please talk to him. >> Get in the car. >> Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. And relax. Please talk to him. Okay. Ow. >> Sit down. >> Sit down. >> Can you please move your feet in? Please talk to him. No, please talk to him. No, please. I haven't done anything. >> What did I do? >> Can you please tell me what I'm being charged with? >> I will. >> Please. What? >> Please. Please. Please tell me what I'm being charged. I will, sweetheart. Please, Miss Diaz. Please. Please. >> If you keep No. Please tell that side. That's >> No. DS. No. No. No. Listen to me. I already No. Please tell me what I'm being charged with. I got you. Hold on. Please tell me what I'm being charged with. No. Ow. 34B. >> We are uh we're 104. We're 104. You can send one more. No, it's 108. >> What do you need another one for? >> Yeah, we're 1015 with one. >> See what? >> I swear to God, I didn't take them off. >> I did not do that. >> No. >> Turn to me. Stop. >> Please tell me what I'm What am I being charged with? Stay right there, baby. Stay right there, >> please. Donald, I did not tell them. Why? What are you doing? >> Get her hand. Just get her handcuffed. Get the handcuff. >> Okay, so why am I being sit down? Sit down. >> Why am I going to jail? Why am I going to jail? >> Why am I going to jail? >> Nobody can tell me why I'm going to jail. >> Yeah, we're tempor. We don't need another unit. >> Okay, I'm not trying to fight you. I'm turning around. Make sure they're good. Stop. >> Can I turn around? >> You're hurting me. >> Well, you need to listen. >> Things grow more intense. Yet, the officers keep their composure. Despite a resistance and emotional outburst, they successfully place her inside the car. >> Listen. >> Let me just turn. >> No. Listen. >> Just calm down. >> All right. She's good. She doubled up. >> Now, put your knees in there. >> Put your knees. Put your knees in there. >> Put your knees in there. >> What am I being charged? >> Just relax. You're being Listen. Stop talking. >> You can't listen if you're talking. >> You are being charged with domestic battery and resisting without violence is what you're being charged with. Now, if you don't want any more charges, stop. >> But I haven't touched >> Do you understand me? >> I didn't touch. >> Do you understand me? >> So, why is she not being arrested for hitting me with her vehicle? I haven't touched anyone. >> You said you did not want to press charges. Reference that. >> That's exactly what you said. We've been recording this entire time. >> Who wants to press charges on me? I haven't touched him. >> Listen to me. >> You want to press charges on me? I haven't done nothing. >> Wait. I don't have >> You're going to get another charge now. Knock it off. No. >> Put your knee inside. Wait. Listen. Wait. >> No. You listen to me. >> Leave your leg inside. >> Stop. >> Do you understand me? But can can you just talk to me real quick? >> No, because you don't listen. >> I have No. No. I'm Listen. My foot is right here. >> Listen to me. >> I'm not blocking the door. >> Look at me. Look at me. Stop talking. Look at me. >> I'm going to shut >> Stop. Sir, >> hold on. >> Stop talking. >> Please go inside. >> Listen to me. >> Listen to me. >> Ma'am, I'm going to shut the door and I will talk to you through the window. Now, calm down. >> So, you will talk to me. >> I will talk to you, but I'm shutting the door. Leave your leg inside. She wasn't the damsel in distress after all. Turns out she was the problem. Charged with domestic battery and resisting without violence. Number three, shuttle driver attacked after passengers lose it. Police respond to Orlando International Airport after a shuttle driver reports being assaulted by passengers. Here's what happens when they arrive on the scene. All right. All right. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. He never come over here with him and speak to him. They don't need to yell. >> Hi. What is going on? >> We have been waiting in the bus stop for 1 hour. >> Did you guys call for us? >> No. >> Okay. Cuz we got to try to figure out this is the right call. Hold on. >> Did you call? >> Is he the caller? >> Did you call us? >> Yes. >> You call 911? >> Yes. Yes. Cool. You can wait over here. >> Okay. Stay over there with them. I'm just asking you a question. >> Okay. Sometimes we don't know if it's >> Can you guys get off the bus for me, please? >> It's not there. And when I was driving, he punched me. >> I'm not going to touch you. He's lying. >> All right, that's fine. Let's go get a story. >> Being ridiculous. Come on. Let's go. >> Is there any way >> if you can talk to me? I'm sorry. I'm sorry. >> I don't know what you want. Take a seat for me, please. >> Outrageous to >> Okay, I'm going to get your I'm going to get your sword. But I can't do that when you're acting like that. >> What? >> When you're acting like that? Going up to him like that? >> No. I wanted to make sure that he wasn't lying to the other officer cuz he's been That's not your job. >> Okay. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. It's been such an upsetting night. I'm sorry. >> What happened? Were you guys together when this happened? >> Yes. We We've been waiting here for an hour. An hour. We got down here at 10:30 and they they they kept telling us the bus is going to come in 20 minutes, 25 minutes. There were no questions asking what buses on our phone record. We had six calls in. They said, "They're coming. They're coming." One bus went by and it never stopped and we were sitting in those spots. It went by and we went running after it like, "Wait, wait, wait." So then she then he called again and the woman said the bus was full. She claims she only spoke calmly to the driver about the delay, but says it escalated when he denied it and allegedly tried to shove her off the shuttle. >> So, we waited again and again. We waited another 25 minutes. So, it's to total hour. He pulls up. He's loading the back of the car. And I said to him, "We have been waiting for 1 hour." That's what I said to him. My words. And he said, "I've been here. I was here four times." And I said, "No, you weren't here four times." He said, "I was here four times. I was here four times." >> Okay. And and then I'm get in the car and still yelling at me. I said, "You're calling me a liar. You're calling me a liar." And then all of a sudden this screaming starts and carrying on. And who was screaming? >> He was. >> Okay. >> He was screaming at us. And then I then I was screaming back at him. >> Where were you guys like in relation to each other? >> We were sitting next to each other behind him in the driver's seat. He was in the driver seat. >> Okay. So you guys were already in the vehicle and he was in the driver's seat. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Yes. >> Okay. So you guys were in the vehicle and you're still sc you're still screaming at each other. >> Yes. It was We were driving along. was horrible. And then he said, well, then he pulls over and he wants to throw me out. He said, I want you, you get out right now. >> Where did you Where did you So, you got on the bus where >> CC, right? 277 279. You got on, >> everything was fine when you got on or this all got on? >> No, it started in the back of the car when I said when he was loading my bag and I said I I said very calmly to him. I said, "We have been waiting here for 1 hour." He said, "No, I've been here four times." So you you're in the vehicle and you guys are driving over here and then so >> he wanted to throw me out before that >> where >> right as soon as we pulled away from the from the place from the C79 whatever it was and he pulls over you get out. You pull you get out of the car right now. I said I'm not getting out of the car. I paid for my car in the parking lot. Not getting out of the car. So he tried to throw me out. So we get back in the car and then he gets mad at him. He grabs his tie and then we stop. >> Who grabs whose tie? >> He's yelling. He's yelling screaming at me. Me too. yelling back at him. Then he jumped out of the car to throw me out. >> So at that point, then he then he starts speaking Spanish to this freaking thing and I said, "Speak America. Speak American." And I grabbed over to tell him speak English. >> What do you mean you grabbed over? >> I reached over his shoulder and grabbed. >> Her brother admits he stepped in, reaching toward the driver and demanding they be taken to their destination. >> Said he's supposed to pull him back. >> Take us to the freaking place. You guys have your ID on you guys have your IDs or licenses on you? >> He's trying to horrible. >> I've been there since 10:20 waiting and waiting and call on the company. >> 10 I know. >> And he said he pulled in. He never pulled in. >> He and we're not lying. >> But then he's trying then he's yelling at us first. He's yelling at her first. >> Oh, he's screaming at me. And I And I You know what I said to him? >> I said when he grabbed her, I'm not going to let him grab her. Well, what when did when did that happen? >> The very first time when they were they were having an argument. He jumped out of the fight. I'm going to go get out. Get out. >> And he went to go tell her to get out. I said, "Don't be touching her." >> So So he So >> yes, he came over to me. He went I was He went to Well, he didn't get me, but he went to pull me out of the car. I said, "Did he put his hands on you?" >> No, but he tried to. >> Okay. So he did not pull you out of the car. >> No, but he wanted to. He tried to. And I said And I said, "I can't was a different story. Wanting wanting to is a different story. >> Okay. Well, all right. >> Um Okay. So, >> you guys you guys you guys get out of the car. >> No, >> you never got out. >> You said we just please take us to our car. >> So, you guys never ended up out of the car. >> You tried to get me out of the car. You tried to get me out of the car. >> Started to leave again. >> And then when he started to leave again, >> he was saying stuff to her. Then I I was caught. Then all >> I lost I was the one that was I lost it. Okay. >> So, when you're telling me about the whole tie thing, so you're still I'm trying to paint the picture for myself. So, you guys were in the van. >> We're seated, >> right? >> He's in the driver's seat. >> Yelling yelling at her. >> And then at what point did you say you reached over? I just reached over and like grabbed him and say, "Shut let's go, man." Okay. He screaming cuz he was he was screaming at her. >> Okay. Do you remember how like he did that? Like >> No, I don't remember. It was so fast. It was not even a second. It was a second of time. It wasn't long. >> Okay. And then after that, what happened? >> Both continued to assert that the driver was completely out of line. >> He kept driving. And then he kept in >> and I said to him, I said, you know, sir, I said to you, all you had to say to me when I said to you, we've been waiting an hour. All you had to say as a as an employee of the company, as a representative of the company, he could have said, you know, I'm really sorry, ma'am, that you had to wait take it up to the front office. But he didn't want to do that. He wanted to fight with me. He had an attitude. He was screaming. He had an attitude. >> I understand. So when it comes down like I I completely understand you guys are tired. I'm sure you guys are headed >> exhausted. Exhausted. You're pissed off. >> No. Our flight was 2 and 1 half hours late in New York. We're exhausted. >> It's hot. You're pissed off. You just want to get on van. I get that. >> We've all been there. We're all human. >> We're just trying to paint exactly the picture because when it comes to customer service stuff like he he was late. He was screaming at you. He was unprofessional. All of that stuff is going to go to the the um companies like corporate that's civil. The fact that he was if that's not a crime, that's not a police issue for them to be unprofessional. So that side of things, you can absolutely complain to corporate or management and you know write a bad review and all that. When we step in, it's for the criminal aspect. So although I completely understand your frustration, there's not much I can do about the corporate side of things, >> right? >> So we were called because there seemed to be some sort of heated verbal argument. That's when police come, >> right? >> So we don't want that to happen. >> I don't want to blame it on me. My fault because it's not about >> He was screaming at me. He was screaming at me and I got then I lost it to personal. It's not personal, especially with us. We're just here trying to find the facts. >> That's what we're trying to do. So when we can get, you know, other people's statements. >> Officers try to calm everyone down and get each side of the story. >> So tell me what happened. >> Huh? Just >> Okay. I was from Terminal C >> and I got my evidence and I showed the evidence and when I show her the evidence, she hit me. She was very angry because both of them she was she was more angry at him but he hit me >> and when I was driving to the 71 shel in terminal C he hit me >> but where did he hit you? >> Like like this but I moved. >> Did he touch you? >> Huh? >> Yeah. Yes, he did. >> Over here. >> Do you want FD anything? Fire department. You want fire department? >> No, man. I'm good. >> I'm good. >> What do you What do you want to do from right here? You want to press charges? >> Yes, sir. Yes, sir. Yes, sir. >> So, what happened? >> Okay, so we were we just got back from Mexico City. We were waiting for our bus. Me and him. That's my brother. Um, we sat on the bench and we were waiting for the driver. He probably took about 5 10 minutes. Didn't take long. And then we got on the bus when he pulled in. Um, we gave him the the suitcases. Then that lady came around us. the lady sitting over there. She came around and she gave him her suitcase with the glasses. She gave him her suitcase and then we got on the car, but we could hear from far away that she was like he took it took over an hour. Um they started she started yelling at him and then he got on the bus and then everything went down from there. um I have the videos and she started screaming and then eventually the guy didn't say nothing but eventually this guy was like well I have evidence on my phone that I've been around and nobody's been here or something like that and then the guy finally said something and then he grabbed him by the tie while we were actually driving. Um so that was really dangerous. >> So hold on. Let me just make sure it's correct. >> I'm sorry if I'm everywhere. >> Oh no it's funny. >> So the lady was upset because the shuttle took too long. So, she got into her back and forth. >> A witness confirms that the passengers were the ones shouting first and that the male passenger reached forward to grab the driver while the vehicle was still moving >> and then he was he took video of the incident. >> No, he took he has um records of the drives that he's done because he's saying that the driver. >> Yes, he's the driver. >> Okay, got ma'am. Um, so he's saying that he had six other drives he done, >> so he couldn't have possibly got to them because he was busy doing something else. So he says it was possibly another driver, but they insist that it's him, >> but he has proof on his phone that he's had other jobs that he was doing. >> Makes sense. >> Yes. Yes. So, um, then it escalated to the guy pulling this guy's tie and you can't really see it cuz it's dark. [Music] Can we watch a little bit better? >> Excuse me. I can't. >> No, I'm not going. I'm not getting out of the car. Take me my car. This is done. This is >> the You know what? What about us? You're telling where we're lying? >> No. No. No. Came into 277. >> Nobody. He's such a liar. We sat there one hour and nobody stopped him. One, one bus drove by and >> the guy was saying he needs to go back speaking English. >> We have the phone call. I want >> I want to speak English [ __ ] >> Stop. Stop. >> No. Shut up. Go get me my car. I've been here an hour. I've been patient. Go. >> And we have it on our record here. >> I do. >> I sat at that bench for an hour. >> When you started telling us that we're lying, that is outrageous. Outrageous. >> I don't give a about your check. I'm sitting on that bench for an hour. >> After reviewing both witness statements and video footage, police decide to take action. >> Is this your bag? >> Yes. Go ahead and put your hands behind your back for me, please. >> So, right now, I'm going to have you take his stuff with you. Um, at this moment, because he put his hands on somebody without permission, that is considered a battery in the state of Florida and charges will be pressed against him. So, he will be going to jail. Okay, this is my fault. So, what I'm going to recommend, I'll give you the information for the jail. Uh, come over here for me. Ma'am, let me go ahead and give you the information. Hey. Hey, ma'am. No, no contact with him. No contact with I need you right here. Right here. >> Okay. Give me a second. I will work with that, but I can't have you communicating with him. >> I'm sorry, ma'am. I'm sorry. I'm going to give this to your husband so he at least has a way to reach out to you. >> This is his Can I go with him? >> No, you cannot. Where am I going to go? >> He's going to jail. >> But wait a second. Can I come to the jail? >> No, you may not. >> Man, what am I going to do? My I have no way to get home. My car is in the parking lot. >> Do you have the keys to the car? >> Yes, but I have no way to get there. I have Can I just >> The shuttle will still take you to the parking lot. >> Where's your car parked? >> It's in that where that place is. is the omni. >> That's where your car is parked. Okay. So, the shuttle will take you there so that you can >> know that driver that's oppressing my charging. >> No, no, no, no. He already advised somebody else is picking up the other suitcase. What's the police station? >> Take a seat. >> You need to take a seat. >> Police station. >> This is not You have done that. >> My brother, >> you have done that twice now. We've told you multiple times to take a seat. >> I want my suitcase. >> Listen to me. Your suitcase is not important right now. I'm speaking to you. >> You know what? If you get up, if you get up and keep speaking to him like that, we're going to have a problem. I've asked you multiple times to take a seat. >> The woman repeatedly insists it was her fault and begs to take the blame, but officers explained that the physical act of grabbing the driver is what matters here. >> You acting like this is not going to change anything. >> Can I have my suitcase? >> We will figure out your suitcase. But right now, if you continue to misbehave, we're going to have a problem. >> I talked to my brother. Where are you taking him? >> We will tell you. >> I advise you. I was going to tell you where he was going to. If you have that information, >> I just need you to come from here to here. >> You acting this way is not going to change anything. We will give you the information that you need. >> This is all my fault. This is not his fault. This is my fault. >> Battery is a crime. >> Battery is a crime. >> Touch the guy's arm. >> Battery touch. >> That is battery. But what about when he tried to throw me out of the car? What is that, ma'am? >> That's not battery. >> The fact that he touched him without permission. >> Battery immediately. >> Period. >> Verbal, not a crime. >> Him putting his hands on him is a crime. We know this. We're not allowed to put our hands on each other. >> I understand that. But we're You're going to tell me where he's going? >> Yes, ma'am. >> If I could tell you how bad this guy was. >> There's a video of it. I've seen it. I understand. I understand. You both were going at each other pretty hard. >> Yes. Absolutely. Ridiculous. >> It is ridiculous. But I said to him very nicely in the back when I first he waited an hour. >> I understand you're upset, but people putting their hands on each other is doesn't happen here. >> It's not going to fly. >> So what's going to happen to him now? He's going to he's going to be in jail for how long? >> Until first appearance in the morning. So once he goes to first appearance in the morning, they'll decide how they'd work from there. >> Oh, this is going to ruin his life. I mean, this is >> No, it's a lawyer. It's a simp. Yes, you can get a lawyer. Absolutely. >> And And there's a video. >> Yes. >> Who took the video? >> One of the witnesses. >> Was it the right call to only arrest him or should she have been locked up, too? Drop your thoughts below. Number two, woman picks the wrong fight at a club. Cops get called to a nightclub after a woman reportedly goes off on security during a dispute about her brother. Upon arrival, they immediately step in to calm things down and gather statements. >> I don't know. >> Everybody good? >> My phone. We're going to leave. What's your phone look like? >> No. No. It's okay. My phone. >> Can you tell me what your phone look like? >> My friend. >> It's okay. It's okay. >> We found a phone. That's why I'm asking. What would the phone look like? Do you know the phone number? >> What's the phone number? >> It's not. It's a 309. Sorry. >> Yeah. It's okay. It's okay. It's okay with mom. >> Your boot on the ground over there. >> That's hers. We're good. It's okay. Okay. What do you want? Okay. All right. Thank you. >> Hold on, ma'am. Stop. You're not free to leave. >> Stop touching me, bro. >> Okay. >> Stop it. >> Stop it. Stop. >> You want to go in handcuffs. >> You are going. >> I didn't do nothing. >> Handcuff. Stop it. >> Stop. I didn't do nothing. Yes. You just swung on and off. >> Stop. I can't do nothing. >> Stop. I can't do nothing. >> Okay. >> No. No. We're done with that. >> Dude, you're going to get sprayed. [Music] >> It's okay. >> Baker. We got one in custody. >> I'm okay. I'm okay. >> She's going for that. >> Look, I'm okay. >> Okay, let's go to a squad car. >> Let's go this way. Go to the squad car. >> Once she's cuffed, the cops keep asking questions, trying to get the full story. >> Get my phone. I'm >> Did we ask for more? Get it. Find it. >> Baker one. Can we get at least one more out here if we haven't asked? >> I got a video on y'all. >> I got a video. >> No, I'm not even >> And then you hit a cop. That was pretty bad. >> You're not free to go. You were trying to get in the squad. >> I saw that. My brother got a video y'all. It's cool. >> I'm not mad at you. I'm not. >> My brother. Y'all hit me first. >> I love y'all for that. My brother hit me hit me first. Okay. Who's got the video of that? >> My brother. And I'm about to tell you which one's your brother. I'm about to tell you. >> Okay. Well, then we can't help you if you don't give us evidence. >> Because you hit him for no reason. I didn't do nothing to you, bro. I promise. >> He hit you. >> No. What? It was a lot of people in the crowd. I wouldn't do that to y'all, bro. I already going. >> I told you you're not free to leave. You try to enter a vehicle to get away from me. >> Yeah. That's why I grabbed you. I grabbed your wrist cuz you reaching for the door. >> I promise I won't I won't run from y'all. I don't even live out here. I won't run from y'all. I promise someone get one out. >> All right. Where where you from? >> I'm from Chicago. >> Okay. What's your first name? >> Cheyenne. >> You spell that for me? >> C H. >> Yep. >> E Y. >> Yep. >> E N E. I don't have no literally. >> I wouldn't last. I have no >> I told you you're not leaving. What's your last name? >> Yes, sir. >> Do you have a middle initial? I I thating you guys. I just look I already had situation with police. I had my my ankle broken two years ago and I the case still with that custody. >> I don't really trust >> Well, then you swung on me. >> That doesn't mean that doesn't mean you disobey our command. >> No, I'm real. Definitely right. >> All right. >> Before digging deeper inside the patrol car, they make sure to read her Miranda rights. Already I'm not diagnosed with bipol. >> Usually usually we'd search you, but you don't even have any pockets. Okay. >> Nothing to do with me, sir. That ass. >> Right now, while we get everything figured out, we're going to have you take a seat in squad car. >> Okay. I understand. I understand. >> All right. >> Good. >> Okay. legs. >> Okay. My name's Officer McCall. I got a body cam on. Okay. >> Yes, sir. >> Um, what I'd like to do is ask you about the reason we were called out there in the first place. But because you're in handcuffs, I need to let you know your rights. Okay. You do have the right to remain silent. You do not have to talk to me. Okay. Anything you say or do can and will be used against you in the court of law or other proceedings. You have the right to talk to an attorney before I ask you any questions and to have them with you during questioning. If you can't afford to hire an attorney, what'll be appointed to represent you before any question if you wish and you can decide at any time to exercise these rights and stop talking to me or stop making statements. Do you understand all this right Cheyenne? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. So, we got called out there for some kind of altercation between bouncers and patrons. Okay. One of the bouncers pointed you out and said that you kept swinging. What? What? What was that about? >> I did not keep swinging. He was being very rude to my brother. My My brother's an army veteran. My brother has been in the army. So my brother >> disrespecting your brother. >> My brother is not a rude person. >> She says things blew up after bouncers were rude to her brother who's an army veteran. She admits she lost her cool because of how they treated him and acted out to defend him. >> Yeah. >> So and I have been outside literally 2 3 months. So that's why I felt really disrespecting my brother. >> Was it someone in the bar? Like >> it was a bouncer. It was a bouncer. My brother don't do my brother. >> Why was he disrespecting your brother? >> Because my brother was turning. We was literally lit in the club and my the the spouncer was like, "Y'all too turn. Y'all doing too much. Y'all too having too much fun." What? >> We haven't even been outside in like 2 3 months. What do you mean we having too much fun? We're not hitting nobody. We're not disrespecting nobody. We're respectful people. >> So what did they say to you? Were they telling you just calm down or they telling you to go? >> They was being very rude until I said y'all go. Y'all got to be here. Me and my brother just my brother is trying to talk to them trying to figure things out. But you know how people that that's what they they called you guys. >> So then they they like put you all out there. >> Yes. They called you guys. My brother would try to My brother's never ruled. >> So they've got phenomenal security cameras cuz we deal with this stuff all the time. So I'm just going to ask straight up before I look at the cameras. Did you >> I'm not mad at you guys >> because they disrespected your brother. Did Did you swing at one of them or something or push them or something? >> But I not continuously swinging on them. They were just they didn't handle this [ __ ] correct correctly. >> Okay. >> You know what I'm saying? >> So you were upset the way they were handling things, the way that they were disrespecting your brother who's who's a military veteran. >> Yes, sir. >> And at some point they said that you guys were were too turn. They wanted you guys to calm down. And then eventually they said, "All right, y'all need to go." >> I'm not going to lie to none of them. It was probably was me cuz I was upset how to handle my brother. My brother is very respectful. Okay? >> So if they do take me, it was me who was tweaking. But none of them, they never was tweaking. I promise you guys. Literally. >> Well, give me a minute. I got to look at some security footage. We got to figure out where we're going to go from there. Okay. So, just hang out in here for right now. All right. >> Yes, sir. >> Failure. >> Beautiful. >> Yeah. She freaking reaches for a door handle and I grab her hand. I'm like, "No, you're not free to leave." And she tries to spin away and I right there and like grabs her. She just starts wailing at him and he picks her up and just bear hugs her. He's like, "Okay." Yep. >> The best way to do it. >> Oh, yeah. >> The officers then talk it over, putting the whole timeline together. All right. >> Well, then uh one of her brothers came up and he's like, "Oh my god, >> both their brothers, like biological brothers." >> I think one of them. One of them for sure. It sounds like his. >> You know which one? >> I don't know which one. I can ask. >> Uh yeah, let me let me ask. >> Hey, which one is your brother? The one with the the beer or the shave color? >> Is one of them your biological brother? All right, watch your step hopping out here. Okay, we're going to walk right over here to the processing room. [Music] >> Anywhere on that bench. All right. >> What's your name and call? Uh, Cheyenne, how do you say your last name? >> Just ain't no way I can help. >> Help. >> I don't know nobody out here for real. >> You know your brother? >> Yes, but we're not from out here is what I'm saying. >> Do you not have his phone number? >> I've never been arrested. I'm out here. >> Do you not have his phone number? >> I don't know. By heart, it's my phone that you guys got. I don't know if we got >> So, you didn't have any property with you when we got you? >> No. >> You didn't even have your shoes on? You had one shoe on and one shoe was on the ground. >> We told We told them that you'd be here. So, they probably wait in the parking lot for you. They were very adamant they were going to come get you. >> I don't think family would leave family like that. >> I've never done nothing. We told them we gave them the address, uh, a general time frame. They said they were going to come get you, so they should be waiting parking lot. >> In the end, she was charged with resisting arrest and assault. Number one, cops couldn't keep it together during this arrest. Police respond to a call about an assault at a retail store. A woman reportedly slapped another customer inside a Dollar Tree. Officers later find the suspect at a nearby restaurant and begin questioning her to understand what happened. >> Hello. >> Hi. How are you? >> Good. Good. All right. What's going on? >> I don't know. I was shopping or whatever and this girl wanted to walk by and she had I saw her do something to her child and I smacked her because I'm not with people children and I was trying to get out of the store and she was kind of in my way and then she had people follow me around or whatever and I'm not with that. But the thing about her was that I saw her touch the baby's like whatever the jock or whatever wherever the baby's private area was and then she wanted to be upset because I smacked her in the face. >> All right. Do you can you do me a favor? Could you just have a seat at the table here? >> I will definitely have a seat right here. >> Perfect. >> All right. So, Janette, do you want to explain to me kind of again what happened? >> The girl I was coming out and I was trying to get out of the store and the girl was Yeah. the Dollar Tree. She was kind of in my way, but I saw her touch her child or whatever and I was like, I'm not with that. And I smacked her. But the reason is because I've had people tell me things about that and she was like she thought she was going to get in my way that way, but she thought she was going to get in my way, but she also made a comment or or smiled at me like she she said I can't explain to you how like she smiled or she sneered or something and I was I was going to just walk by her, but she pissed me off and I hit her. But the reason I hit her is because I saw her touch the child's whatever private area or whatever the pants or whatever. Maybe she just dipped the pants. But whatever it was, when she sneered at me, when when I when she got up and I was going to get out of her way, she sneered at me like she she smiled like like real evil. And I was like, I'm not trying I'm not trying to be with you, but I'm not trying to >> I exited the store and I was I was trying to go out and these two other ladies were ahead of me and then she was looking at me and then the lady was in the way and then I was trying to pass her and she had touched her child and she zipped up or whatever and then she got up and I hit her because I was trying I hit her because she sneered at me but she was trying to like insinuate that I had something to do with her touching her child. Her story shifts several times as she also mentions that the woman was in her way, gave her a rude look, and somehow reminded her of past accusations involving children. >> I don't know. It's just the look that she gave me. You'd have to like, if anybody ever looked at you to try to insinuate something, that's all. And I was just really tired of like that I was trying to get that I was trying to get to to go somewhere to help myself to get something to eat or to do something like that. a sneer look and that's when you have >> it's not that she gave me it's like all right I I I'll look at you if if you don't mind like like smile at you like like that like a real evil smile like just something really not it was something rude and that's why I hit her she just made a look like but the thing was that she had touched her child or whatever >> how did you hit her face >> I hit her in the face just like that like I slapped her in the face >> open hand like this >> yeah but yeah she earned it because I'm not I am not any part of her and touch. I know her like that, but I've had people try to say that I've done things like that and I don't do children and I've had children taken from me for nothing because I didn't have any money. Did >> she say something about being >> No, she didn't. It's just that she touched her child in my face and I think that's wrong and that's why I hit her. >> And how'd she touch your child? >> I don't know. She zipped up her zipper or something. I don't know. I caught the tail end of that and I was trying to get out of her way and that's why I smacked her. Well, I don't know if there's any way you could see outside and see that she was doing a zipper or touching whatever his or her whoever the child was that she just walked up, but when she got up, she smiled in my face. That's all I'm trying to say. That she wanted to smile and insinuate that. I don't know that I was condoning that or that I had a part with that and that's why I hit her. >> But how do you know what she was doing if you didn't see it? >> So, she was zipping a zipper on pants. We'll say she was zipping the zip in her pants and then she got up and smiled in my face. >> Okay. Do you know what she was doing? >> I don't know. I don't care. I I smacked her because I didn't know what she was. >> So you didn't know what she was doing and you hit her? >> Yes. I just She looked like she was touching her. >> She says she felt like the woman was implying she had something to do with a child being touched, which made her more upset. But you don't know if >> okay >> there's any negative wrongdoing in >> I smacked her cuz she was in my way and she was touching her child. That's what I I think it was very negative. >> Smack her cuz she was in your way. >> Was there any way you could walk around her? >> I was trying to go this way and there was two people in front of me and then going around them. I had to go around her and I smacked her. That's why. >> Cuz the two people ahead of her I was trying to go this way. They were going that way to get in my way. >> So you smack her cuz people were in your way. I smacked her cuz she was touching her kid. That's why. >> Okay. >> But when I see that for me, I don't care for any of that for anybody else. I'm not there to justify or be any part of that anytime. Anytime you bring that up, you can kiss. But then people want to be like, "Kiss my ass. I'll just I have nothing to do with that. I have absolutely nothing to do with that." And that's why that's all. Sorry. It's just I'm tired of people on their their stereotypic over a song I wrote. That song >> over a song you wrote. >> Yes. I never mind. Just strike that. Forget people think they're going to >> the lady. You think Do you know her? >> No, I don't know her. She just doesn't need to be touching people and rolling her eyes or looking at me and trying to smile in my face. >> Didn't say anything to you? >> Nothing. She was in my way. That's all. >> And there was two people previous in my way, too. What did you hit the people that >> No, no, I was trying to go this way and then I had to go her way. >> So, the other two people, what happened with that? >> Nothing. She wanted to continue to follow me around and irritate me and film me or whatever. And like one day I stole some some uh uh uh Taco Bell and this guy wanted to follow me around cuz I was hungry and I had no money or whatever. >> Okay. So, the two that were in your way earlier today, you just pass them or what? >> What is it? to that. >> No, they were they were in this way and so I couldn't go that way. So I went this way, I went his way and then she was in my way and I >> The officers explained that her reasoning doesn't hold up, especially since she admits she wasn't even sure of what she saw. >> You understand where that's an issue? >> Yeah, I understand that's an issue. Ask people not to get in my way when I'm trying to get out of the store or whatever or harass me like that because she was harassing me like that. There's a lot of look you can >> multiple times. You won't let me speak is one and the other thing is you are not with me 24/7 but you can check my record and you can also say I'm not in your record and then you want to go and say I'm not in Florida's record and then you want to be like you're the nuisance. You want to make it look like I'm the problem when somebody sent her there to harass me. But if somebody sent me some money, if somebody sent me some money via you or I had an air mail or I had something with my ID on it or my food stamp card was found, you wouldn't give it to me. But you most definitely want to jump down my throat for her coming to with me. That's all I'm trying to tell you. >> Whatever the state of the whatever she came to with me and you want to side with her, it's like you in Florida on I4. >> That's all. >> How did she come? >> I don't know. Oh, she got in my way already and I smacked her in the face. >> You say that she's >> Yes, she did come to me cuz two people came and I was going to go this way. So, I turned her way. >> So, I turned her way this way and snapped her in the >> there. We've ran over it like 10 20 times now. >> I have. And your story makes no sense. >> Yeah, it makes no sense. People coming to because you wrote a song. >> Okay. >> Again, the song I don't know. But either way, you're going to get arrested. >> All right. Cool. Oh, that's wonderful. Here, don't touch me. Here's Don't There you go. That's like Don't squeeze. There's my other bag. Get my other bag. And that's cool at night either. Boom. Make sure you check out the back of vertebrae. 500 million and 500 million. Get my two bags over there. Get my two bags over there. >> That's right. Stop squeezing my arm. When they move to arrest her, she resists cooperation, talking over the officers and going off on different grievances. >> Get my two bag over there. That's right. Bang over. >> Hold up. Hang on. >> Let's go. Let's go. $500. Let's go. Come on. >> Got it. >> Come on. You want to be able? Let's go. >> Stop. >> There you go. Open the door. Open the door. >> Not be kicking door >> now. Don't be people like you. That's right. >> Get my bag. Don't be regretting it later trying to a ho ho ho. You good? You good? You good? >> You dumb. >> That's right. The door then. >> Yeah. I >> let go of my arm. >> The woman is ultimately charged with battery and resisting arrest. In the end, every single one of them learned the same lesson. Nobody is above the law.
