vehicle pull up to that room later and leave we're going to stop it there she is she's pretty nervous about us too starts walking faster she's going to get to all right so if we see a car pull up going 155 later what's going on my bad boss man yeah a motel is a Motel 6 or that super eight over there if you see all of their doors the entrances to their rooms they open up to the outside a hotel is like the ones down there the nicer ones where you go into a Lobby and you go like the Hilton you know what I mean those are nice hotels so what you'll see is these are a lot cheaper and because they are a lot cheaper uh there's a lot more crime so here what they can do is a lot of people instead of selling dope from their house they'll go get them an ounce or two a meth and on a Thursday or Friday night they'll come get a room here for Thursday night Friday night and Saturday night and they'll set up shop and sell dope out of the motel for the weekend because people can just come straight up to the door knock on the door you can open it give them the money give them the dope they give you the money they go and you can go back inside you don't have to worry about having it at your house nothing like that so to Station 200 you'll see a lot of things like prostitution you'll see a lot of prostitution you'll see a lot of drug activity in these Motel um I mean there there's a number of things that you see in motel so anytime you see a a motel rather than a hotel you can usually guess that there's more crime associated with it so we actually refer to these you know you've heard us call it we use the word it means drugs okay it's drug Rel related so we call these like motels because there's so much drug activity here see like this is interesting okay that tag starts with 11 so that means it is a yeah it's associated with coun County so why would you go get a motel if you have a house in coun county it doesn't make sense a lot of times what you'll see too is these cheap motels people that are cheating on their wives or their husbands they'll they'll they'll meet up here and stay the night with their mistress or you know with whoever they're messing with at the time so I like to start my shift if I'm in zone 4 like riding around these motel and just checking out like what vehicles are here um you know see if I see any activity any people coming in out of rooms cuz they're not really out and about this early in the morning but later in the day after lunch like if we see we see a vehicle that we saw here this morning like I it'll PE I remember I saw that in the motel this morning I want to stop and see what it is you can run tags here and find people with warrants 756 code 5 with three individuals near Hail Street Yellow Jacket [Music] Drive where' y'all go McDonald's yeah I saw the bags and I was like okay so I'm guessing they went and got food but and I didn't think y'all went to Taco Bell cuz I was like oh they Clos no they're Clos and that okay I don't know how much it would be been so bu it being for uh two weeks I probably won't be able to go through it all okay um because you've been suspecting it for a while and since that to go ahead and take her tonight on uh possession controlled substance she does have a warrant with Aniston police department they haven't confirmed it yet but if they do we'll just place a hold on her um we're also going to take the other female in the back for possession of drug paraphernalia cuz she has the baggie that uh also had cocaine in it it's got cocaine residue and it cut straw in it so I'm pretty sure she's using as well um but we'll go ahead and take her tonight as well and go from there turn around put your hands on your back drop it cigarette for me okay there you go hand like to jail for possession of a controlled substance for the little baggie of cocaine you had in your purse you one um stand by on that I will let you know okay she has a warrant through Aniston do you you have anything hidden on you oh I I I I don't the bath I don't know that's I just tell everybody the same story cuz as soon as we get you there we we have you checked so I have a female that's going to strip search you and make sure there's nothing else on you that's why I'm asking before we get there it's like I keep telling I don't even have a problem I just got out the bathtub okay so we're going to get back to uh the jail and uh make sure either occupant doesn't have anything else on them we'll have our uh female dispatcher come back there and do that and then we'll get them booked in and hopefully they have the ability to bond out because if not we'll be Tak them over to the county uh after we get all the paperwork done uh one of them is going to be taken on possession of a controlled substance uh for possession of cocaine the other is going to be taken on uh possession of drug paraphernalia they've got a cut straw and a baggie uh that has cocaine residue all in it along with the straw having residue so she'll be booked in on a misdemeanor charge for possession of drug paraphernalia yeah the registered owner uh arrived John scene and took possession of the vehicle luckily uh that way the male had a alarm uh ride home cuz he admitted to drinking and uh smoking marijuana so was he highly intoxicated I'm not really sure his driving behavior wouldn't have suggested that he was highly intoxicated at the time so we didn't even bother running through filed sobriety with him uh there was a sober drive driver there which was the registered owner so it's easier just to go ahead and let her take him home um and at least he'll get there safely [Music] [Applause] [Music]
