I did not have enough to try and put an end to anything, unfortunately. One officer then speaks with a homeowner, informing her of the party's aftermath, including the mess left behind. So, we cleared that with a report. I still got to type that tonight. Um, have you been inside yet? No. My husband's in there right now. He goes, "You might not want to come in there." Okay. It's trashed. Um, it's trashed. So, whatever you guys need to do to take pictures for insurance, work that out. Um, what did they let you know was going to be happening here tonight, if anything? They they're like, "Oh, we wanted to have a gathering." And I was like, "Okay, well, the noise says 11:00 p.m. You can't be crazy. It's a quiet neighborhood. You can't park on the street. You can't, you know, because it's, you know, we're deed restricted in here. It's nice, quiet place." So, but it says right in my, you know, VBO listing. I called them before I called you guys cuz I was like, "What can I do? Can I go kick them out?" I was ready to come over here myself to kick them out, which is not a great idea. Um, but I was like, "Can I kick can I make them vacate and trespass them?" and she said, "Yes, you can do that cuz it says right in my listing there's no parties." Like, so what we've got right now, um, and I have to my sergeant is on the way cuz he was out here with me earlier. Um, I've got the on. Um, if you wouldn't mind. Mine isn't going to offic. Hold on. I did not want this to happen, man. I pay I'm We're going to pay for all these. I'm going to clean this house. I got you. We'll pay cash for that table. We'll get through the same table. We'll get through all that. Okay. The individuals hosting the event claimed they were trying to keep things under control, but officers make it clear. Intentions aside, they're still accountable for everything that happened inside. anything exactly. If you wouldn't mind, I'm just going to read these to you, so I got your attention. Okay. All right. We got a a list full of names of people that that paid for our tickets. Everybody that was at our date at our gate had tickets. Then we started all the people coming birthdays on that too. They they sure have birthdays. You can check their Instagram or whatever there. But like you can check them run their names. They It's a full name on all the all the um the list. We got everybody's names and all. Okay. It's like we they just try to be professional as possible. 18 and older. Uh we going to mark it down. We mark it down all the 18 other 21. We didn't have no alcohol like that. We only had a few bottles. Well, so what I'm saying then they started bringing in salsa drinks and little can cans and [ __ ] Well, so as as I explained to your your partner earlier when we were out here earlier that it doesn't matter what you guys provide or what gets brought in as the people in charge of the party, so to speak. Uh you're responsible for everybody. And I can tell you, I went in that back room and that room reeks of reeks of that back room right there. I see Twisted Lemon. She representative of the party. Huh? You go to jail. Despite his efforts to justify the situation, he's handcuffed and taken into custody. I'll grab your phone. It's going to come with you. Okay. Yeah. Your boy's a coward for leaving you on the hook. You got to get better friends. Clear. 91. All right. Um, I've got his information. All right. We're going to go down my car over here. Uh, this homeboy, while he was trying to get out of here, turned his wheels and crashed into the side of their house. So, I detained him for a minute. All right, my man. We're going to go this way. And I might have had something you just got to see on the body cam real quick. I'll explain it in a minute. Okay. All right. We're going to go to that car that's flashing over there. My my small business is in that car. I have to keep that car. What? My I have a small business. I clean I clean carpets. You want to hit that real quick? I'll work with you on that before we roll out of here. Okay. Hang tight. We'll get you out of here as soon as we can. All right. Organizers are told they could be facing charges related to underage drinking and violating local ordinances. Number two, pregnant woman explodes after being kicked out by boyfriend's mom. Officers in Ohio respond to a domestic disturbance at a residence involving a young couple. Here's what happens next. Hello. I c um One second real quick. Do you need a mega to come look at you? No, I did. My So, I can cancel the medic is what I'm trying to get. Okay. 123 dispatch, you can cancel medic. It's just a little cut on the lip. Yeah, just my lid. That's all right. Okay. She Well, I call I told her to bring the medic because she tried to hit me with her vehicle. Um so, we um we was in the house. I just woke up. Um she told me um about 2 or 3 days ago that she's um pregnant. Um so, she's like, "I've been having mood swings and stuff." I'm like, she's been having me with me. Okay. So, um I work third shift. So, I told her I just got off work. I'm like, I'm just now getting up. Um I we can talk about everything when I wake up and stuff. So, I wake up this morning. She's irritated. I don't know why. I'm just like I'm like, "Well, if you just want to leave and go home, just you can go home today. We can you can come back over tomorrow. If you don't want to be around right now, I don't want to argue with you. I just got up." Mhm. Taco come just get everything. I'm going to get my stuff and just leave. She grabs her stuff. She goes out the door. I thought she was gone. I go take me a shower. Once I get out, I hear boom boom at my door. I hear banging at the door. Open the door. She like, I left my her slides, her um boots and stuff. She said she left her clothes. Said, "Okay, grab your stuff." When she grabs her stuff, she's walking back out. On her way back out, she throws everything in her hand at me. Um, I tried to close, she was outside the door, so I tried to close the door. She's in the middle of the doorway. She got me by my hair. She punching me and I'm like, my stepdad's upstairs and he come back. She's reaching through the door punching you and by your hair. Yes. She's I'm in the door. I'm trying to close it, but I don't want to like She's in the middle of the door. I don't want to close. So, the body's cutting her door in half basically. Um, so I thought she was all the way out when she started throwing stuff and just tried to shut the door. She was walking out the door and I had the door like open letting her go out and on her way out she she hit me with it. According to him, his girlfriend re-enters, throws items at him, pulls his hair, and gets even more aggressive. Um, so I'm like, "Okay." Um, I grab her the rest of her stuff. I'm like, "Just just get your stuff and go. I don't want to call the police. I don't want to fight you." Uh, she ran. She go put her stuff in the car. She runs back up and grabbed me. She ripped my shirt. She I'm like, "What are you trying to fight me for? I don't want to fight." As I'm on the phone with trying to call the police, she's out here. She's punching me. She's just hitting me. I'm like, "Okay." My stepdad's like, "Mark, just come in the house." So, um, she parked like right where you guys was. The second cruiser. Yes. She had a black empower. She drove her car like right here. She pulled up on the curb like she was going to hit me. And I'm like I'm like, "What?" Like, "What's your problem?" I'm like, "I didn't It wasn't that sick. We just had a a misunderstanding this morning. I'm not sure why she woke up mad, but it wasn't no reason for her to be fighting me. And I I don't I'm not know I don't hit females. I don't get into that stuff. So I called soon as she did it, I called. I didn't try to fight back or anything. I called you guys. So let me make sure I got this right real quick. You or she woke you up in a bad mood. Yeah. Saying she's having mood swings, don't feel like being around. You said that's fine. You can go home for the night. Right. She started grabbing her stuff after she was I show And I want to show you something, too. She tells me and tell me when the police get there so I can pull back up. I'm not scared of them. telling me that I'm a for calling the police. Like, I don't want to fight her. I don't want to fight her. I don't want to fight nobody. I don't want no problems with her. Can you give the second caller in uh call, tell her we're at location. She wants to talk to us to come back. My mom don't want her to go and um she don't like my she was slamming the door. My mom don't want her to be here. I can't breathe no more right now. Yeah, that's No, 100%. But like we need to find out what's going on. Like I'm not saying to lying to you, man. Okay. But you, she's going to say something that's probably not going to line up with your story. You get what I'm saying? So, we got to fill out some paperwork. We want to talk to her. She said she wanted to talk to us anyways. She was around the corner. So, she wants to talk to us. Come back. She's not going to stay here. But he shows officers minor injuries, including a cut on his lip and scratches on his chest, which aligns with his account. I'm going to get her right. My stepdad right there. I'm clear. Just have him stand. I don't want any arguing back and forth, man. You can go in there and wait if you'd like. I have a um my ring camera is up there where you can see where if you'd like you can wait inside. I'll knock when she comes back. Okay. Cuz she said in there that they had an altercation. Nothing physical. And I can see clear scratches. Oh across his chest and then when he when I first got here I don't know if you real close enough. He's got like a like you know like get hit in the mouth real quick real soft and a little cut on the inside. That's what he's got. Like his tooth or something. Just a little good one. Yeah. So yeah, she'll go to jail for domestic. I figure we'll give her a couple minutes and if she ain't, I'll grab the packer. There she is. When the girlfriend returns to speak with officers, she presents a very different version of events. Hi. Hi. Are you okay? I don't want to butcher it. All right. What happened? Long story short, it's my boyfriend though. Um, he told me like he was about to leave and stuff like that and he was about to ride with his cousin and I was laying down. I had just woke up probably about an hour or two ago. I'm pregnant. So, I've been sleep. So, he told me like he about to ride with his cousin. I'm like, "Okay." So, he my back is turned in the beds towards the wall and he opposite way. So, I'm guessing he done went in the dresser and got some clothes so we can go take a shower. Um, so as he go upstairs and stuff, he text me like, um, he let me I'mma read it. I I'll call you when I get back. I said, if you wanted me to leave, just say that. Cuz this his mom house. This not his house. This is his mom house. I have my own place. I stay off Germantown. So he said, I'll call you when I get back. I said, if you wanted me to leave, just say that. He said, ma'am, by this is irritating. I just um He said, this is why I need a break. This is why I need a break. This irritating. I said, you talking about you going to call me when you get back. So, long story short, um he was upstairs. I came out, got my stuff, and I left out the house. And he asked, "Why did I slam the door?" I didn't necessarily slam in the door. The door is hard. So, I came to the car. He was still in the shower. He had text me and stuff and all of this. I'm like, "Um, you said you was leaving." So, he had locked the door. I go back. I'm like, "Can you um unlock the door?" I text him like, "Can you unlock the door so I can get grab the rest of my stuff?" And he said, he was like, "Come on, hurry up." So, I had walked up to the before I went in there, got my stuff out the drawers and stuff, and I had had my stuff, it was fallen. Mhm. He come from out the kitchen cuz when I first walked in the house, he unlocked the door. He wasn't in the room with me. I was getting my stuff out the drawers. So, I get my stuff out the door. He walk back in the room. I'm asking him like, "What's the issue?" Like, he been acting weird for two days. What's the issue? You feel me? And he not saying nothing. He He not really saying nothing. So, I did hit him out of anger and he smacked all my stuff out of my hand when we came outside and that was just that. He, according to her, she's completely innocent and accuses her boyfriend of lying about everything. I was calling the police while he was calling the police, but I'm not I'm confused on what you call the police for if I didn't really do nothing to you. Like, is that how he got like the little lip split is when you hit him? I didn't even see the lip split. Honestly, that's on the inside. What about the scratches across his chest? I don't have no nails to scratch him. I'm asking questions that I've seen. Okay. I mean, I probably scratched him, but I don't have no nails. I got you. It's not like a scratch scratch. It's like Yeah, but that was it. And he called the police, but I'm not understanding what you call the police on me for my car. My car. Every time I tell my son she got to go home, she come with every time. Every time. I got you. Just and I got cameras in my house. Why you calling the police about somebody put inside my car? Then move your car and stop my car. Go inside. Talk about I call the police. You're supposed to call the police. You talking about somebody. Hey, go. Go. I'm going to put you in custody. mother. [Applause] We're okay. And he didn't say I had to leave. He go to the house. You want pat her down or if you I just have to for safety reasons. Okay. All right. But things escalate fast. In a matter of moments, she's arrested and placed in the back of a patrol car. Can I call my mom to come get my car here? Let me get your information first before you do. But this is the thing. Why am I going to jail? I didn't even do nothing. You see how his mom got out the door going talking to me? This is how she do every female. I didn't do nothing to her. Her mom always come off disrespectful like she do to the baby mama. I didn't do to her. He called the police on me first. Then y'all get a call from him first. I called as he was calling. She talking about some this that for I didn't do nothing. Did you talk about talking? And then didn't then I just tell y'all in the messages he told me he was going with his cousin. She talking about she told him he I had to leave. He didn't tell me that. Okay. We'll talk about that when we get in there cuz I'm going to talk cuz like when you guys are arguing back and forth, it doesn't do anything. Okay. But handcuffs and she was she didn't do anything. What? What you mean? You were yelling at her, too. That's just nothing. The reason you're going to jail is cuz you told me you hit him. You punched him is your exact words. Correct. Yes. So that's why you're going to jail. I'm not arresting you for yelling and screaming at her. I just don't want you guys yelling back and forth while I'm trying to figure out what's going on. I told you what's going on. He called the police for me first and then and then honestly honestly I didn't even I said that he hit didn't hit me cuz I didn't want him to go to jail, but he did hit me. He hit me in my face. His he hit me in the face in the room and pushed me on the bed and I'm whole pregnant with his baby. like Maria [Applause] time I come home. Throughout the interaction, the mother becomes more vocal, expressing frustration over the girlfriend's repeated visits and refusal to leave peacefully. All right. I was trying to get her. Drew caught a police for when I'm trying to get or something and then I got you both. You get what I'm y making my job. I'm sorry because every time she female and I be mad cuz he like m get home and I'm like what happened? So I'm over here as y'all was cool. What the I'm over here asking her what happened and she was like because I tell him to call he called her and she called. I tell him to call. So I had her come back so we could talk. Well, when she was talking, she's like, "Yeah, I punched you." Okay, there a minute. I'm trying to get the whole story, right? Okay, you get what I'm saying? Okay, but she got to keep her hands, but then you came up all hostile and then you're yelling. So, I'm getting you back trying to get you away so she can finish telling on herself. And then I got you and then your other son yelled. Yeah, Jaylen. Yeah. Yeah, I just make my job harder. Shut the door. You get what I'm saying? Yeah. I don't want to put nobody in cuffs that don't deserve it. But if you got to calm down, then I got to put you in the back seat cuz I'm It's always something with him and a female and that's the only time y'all come to my house. Freedom and they [ __ ] and they kids. I'm like just But you coming hostile on me for what? I would I was yelling at I said it's always something about behind the car. Then you came around her car too, hopping out, yelling as soon as your foot hit the door. Yeah, she's going to go to jail for domestic violence. No, it does not matter. She said it does not matter. She admitted to hit him and he told me she hit him. Domestic violence, there's no say so. Once I get a domestic violence complaint, somebody goes to jail. Officers try to keep both parties calm and gather facts from each side. Swear to God, I'm about to raise him, too. He should be the one that's going to jail cuz he smacked me first on the bed. That's really why I hit him. I just didn't say that because I didn't want him to go to jail because the previous stuff that he went he been through with his first baby mama and went to jail. He hit me first. That's the only reason why I put my hands on him. I was packing my stuff. I was talking stuff to him. He said, "Why you keep slaming my mama's door?" I'm grabbing my stuff. The stuff falling. I'm picking it up. He throwing he threw my shoe at me. And this is in his room. So his mama don't have cameras in his room and he punched he punched me on my arm. It was my arm right here. And I fell on the bed. My stuff had fell. And I picked my stuff up and it but my stuff kept falling cuz I got so much stuff. You can look in my passenger seat. It's all the stuff that I had got out his house. After that, we came outside. Him right there with no shirt on. Her husband was looking basically like what's going on and stuff, but I didn't, you feel me? I didn't had talk to him cuz he was already calling the police while I was calling the police. So, they already had a call from him first as I was calling. Can you call my mom off my phone please right now? Honey, I got it. I'm going to have to shut the door though. Okay. Okay. Okay. [Music] [Applause] She said though that she hit him. She said I might have I guess that's when I hit him when my clothes were falling or something. She said I hit him. You get what I'm saying? She got to learn how to say what you say can and will be. No, you got to learn to keep your hands to yourself. Said just get your and go. I don't know how many times. Just get your stuff and go. I don't know how many times my parents told me, "Keep your hands to yourself." And he know better. That's I'm like I'm like I know she ain't said you done hit her and we got camera right down. So I said, "Was y'all downstairs at the door?" It's camera right there. Yeah, I got them just for that reason. Will you uh the other Oh, yeah. Yeah. I can get them off. They remain composed, stressing that no matter the circumstances, crossing boundaries or getting physical comes with serious consequences. Just because then it's not he said, she said. I was trying to get him just to come back in the house cuz I know that the camera is in the house. You know what I'm saying? And it's that one upstairs that you can see all through here. You can see y'all. It is too hot for this for y'all to come out. I'm good. George, George, where you at? Can y'all please pull up on the east right now? Please my car. Okay. Hi, this is Officer Harris. No, let me stop first. No, me and Moris got into it. He hit me and stuff. He called the police on me. Now I'm going to jail. We're still figuring everything out. But at this point, we need someone to come get her car. Yeah, we're still trying to figure everything out. Everything's because he called the police on me first and said that I hit him. He hit me, too. But they going they the police over there still talking to him. They still working on it. But this is not fair that how they got me in the back of the police car with handcuffs right now. That mean you going to jail. It don't matter, George. It don't matter. We're still working with dudes. It don't matter, George. He called the police on me. I And then I had no choice but to call cuz he caught on me. George, we're supposed to be at work. We on our way. Okay. Yeah, we're still working on figuring everything out. And I still got to talk with my officer about what she told me. Put this up front. Okay. I can't. It's I'm hot. I feel like I'm pass. I will go up front and I'm going to get all the AC on you cuz I've got that thing's blocked. I don't want her to go to jail cuz she got a baby. You already called the police. But look at this. She wasn't leaving. If she wasn't leaving, would you rather her go to jail for something like this or your son go to jail for something? Because nine times out of 10 when someone calls, it's usually the man. That's why when he called, I'm like, you see like like she called like I don't want to go. I don't want to I got to go try to find his calling him dumb. I'm like because I'm like, you know, when you get one like the officer takes a moment to give some straight talk to both the son and the mother about the situation and the choices that led to it. Put her hands on people to go. You got to go. You can't be, you know, scratching and she know that. We already been through this. We already talked with a whole another morning and she woke up mad. I don't I don't know why she been over here for a whole week. But do you see how I said she'll when I told you to go inside? Let me talk to her. What did I tell you? She'll have a story. I need to know what's happening. Cuz I'm not saying you're lying, but there's normally your side, her side, and then there's that fine line of truth somewhere. Every story cuz sometimes people will be like, "I don't know what happened." Well, why is that eye black? You get what I'm I don't want her to go to jail. I just No wonder she's going to jail tonight, boss. Sorry. Told her just quit and leave. I just told her to leave. That's why I was trying to get her just and uh she doesn't live here. Will you trespass her? No. And I'll fill out the FIC from mom. Okay. Make sense? Yeah. Hey. Yeah. This is for warranted cuz we call we called somebody for her to come get the car and they're probably going to roll up. Let's get her out cuz then I'm not going to listen to them yelling. We're about done here. You guys just stay in your house. There's camera. Something happens. Call us. Hopefully they just stay over that way. I'm really about toing go crazy, bro. I can't do this. I cannot, bro. I'm really about [Music] [Applause] to I can't do this, bro. I'm really This ass sent me to jail. She's backtracking now, saying that she hit him because he hit her, right? She didn't say that at first. At first, she said no altercation. So, now she just wants him to go, too. So, no. That's why that's why I'm not. All right. I'm going. Meanwhile, the girlfriend continues to protest, questioning why she's the one being arrested when she believes the boyfriend is just as responsible. So, so I'm confused. They not going to do nothing to him cuz he hit me. Um, he is currently figuring out everything. He is just saying that we're go ahead. We're good to go. Okay. Can you tell me a phone number on my phone before I go there? So when I get downtown, I can call. Yeah, they they'll let you do that. Um, I don't even care no more cuz when I get out, I swear to God, I'm about to show my I'm not playing. And they need to search his mama house cuz she got too while y'all at it. Why y'all trying to take somebody to jail? I'm confused on why he ain't go to jail. He hit me too though. That's stupid. He known for hitting females and going to jail for doing. So, I'm confused on how he how he's not going to jail. So, what is the other officer still doing cuz he ain't did nothing. He just sitting here talking. Uh he's got paperwork he's got to do and then um and he's got a I don't know how far along he got and knew what his process is. So, what am I being charged with? Domestic violence. As long as you don't have a prior, it's just a misdemeanor. So, if you've never been convicted of it before, then it would be a misdemeanor. The woman was ultimately charged with domestic violence. Number one, wild tenant meltdown ends with police eviction. Police are called to a residence where a young woman named Kristen refuses to vacate a property despite being told to leave. Her behavior is described as erratic and those involved are frustrated with her refusal to comply. When officers arrive, Kristen refuses to open the door or speak calmly. And the neighbors in a real want. The lady said, "Don't even I don't want her in here. Put her on the curb." I'm I'm sorry to be like this, but No, not at all. Understandable. It's a shame. This guy does everything for her. That's my brother-in-law. Okay. Okay. You could probably shake my Yeah, shake your Have you guys been up there? I won't touch you cuz you're pay enough. Get him out. You get out. No. Come on, Kristen. Stop touching my officers. Kristen, we're going outside now. That's an officer. Yeah, that's an officer. Kristen, get out of my house. Just walk. So, what's going on? Get out of here. What happened with your dad? What? What happened with your dad? What? Get the Yeah, that girl. It's all right. We got her. We Let's just cover her up. Eventually, officers are left with no choice but to remove her by force. As they try to detain her, Kristen physically resists. Kristen, it's okay. Take your time. Tighten them up. Tighten them up. Tighten them up. Make sure they're tight. Yep. Let's double lock off. Tie them off. Press the yellow button. Oh, that makes a beep. Yeah, that makes a beep. Okay. All right, let me go get my camera. You get punched off me. Ain't that? Come on. Come on, Kristen. No. No. Kristen, let's go. Please. No. No. No. Kristen. Relax. Okay. Come on. Come on. Do you want to carry you? hurt me, dude. Do you have a leg? Help me. Okay, you just had to stop and not hit me. [Music] Look at you. I'm too busy carrying you. Yeah, get out. No, you can't. Ouch. You're hurting my leg. Don't kick me. Stop. As soon as you do, don't kick me. I don't know who you are. Don't kick me. Please turn my leg around. There you go. Now you can stand up and walk. Okay. Yeah. You got her. Oh god. They got me. Despite a resistance, they handle the situation without escalating it further. Which car you want her in? This one. I'll take her money. Other side. Other side. Other side. Coming in. Search her real quick. Oh, no. You're not my father's hamster. Don't touch me. Yo, Kristen, stop. Y Christian, stop. She's good. All right, take a seat. Take a seat. Take a seat. Take a seat. I'm going to hold you. We get to the other side. Good. Go to the other side. Can I get your face? No. You ready? You already punched me. So, all right. Secure. You want me to follow you over? No, it's his car. She's ultimately charged with two counts of aggravated assault on law enforcement officers. Um, she's going to be charged with two counts probably of aggravated assault on police officers. What's going on with the apartment up there? Are you going to secure it? It's only three days old. The parents, that's the problem. I'm the uncle, but they pay for everything, dude. Everything. And then she's got an problem right here. What are you kidding me? That convenience, right? She don't have that drive. Yeah. Call 911. Tell them we lock Kristen up for two counts. They walked in like they owned the place. They walked out with nothing but regrets.
