When the entitlement hits max level and the cuffs come out, you know it's one for the record books. Here are five cases when cops arrest one in a million unhinged Karens. Number five, tow truck driver teaches entitled Parker a lesson. A woman parks near a school claiming she's just checking out a rental for 2 minutes. A tow truck driver disagrees, saying she's in a restricted spot and starts towing her car. Here's what happens next. So, uh, this week the same thing happened. Okay. And he got what? Your vehicle got towed. Yeah. Not not mine. So, it was with a parent at the school that my my kids goes to. Okay. So, he was, you know, he was doing the same thing. He always trying to do that. So, I just came to see my friend. She was going to show me a um a place that is available for rent. He was here for 10 minutes. There is camera. You can check the camera. That's a civil issue. The towing issue is a civil matter. We don't Yeah, I know. involve it. But when I came, so I tried to go inside the car. He pulled my clothes. Okay. Pulled your clothes. Yeah. Yeah. Trying to What is he saying to you? Yeah. You cannot go inside your car. Okay. Okay. And then after that, he started recording me and saying that he was getting my car anyways. Then he said uh that I was going to you know I tried to pay so my friend offered me to pay. Okay. I don't know where she is. Let me just call her. So what do you need me for? Yeah actually. So he he touched me and he's saying that I touched him. I touched his clothes. I did. So you guys Okay. What do you need me for? What would you like me to do? Yeah. I'm so nervous. I know that is a civil is not it's not up to you. Well, when you guys start like what do you what what's the ultimate outcome? What would you make? Sorry. Go ahead. Talk to him and let me talk to this guy. Can you hang out over here? The tow operator on the other hand tells a different story. What's going on, bud? All right. Um I had her hooked on the North. Okay. Um it seemed to be going all right. I asked her if she wanted the drop fee. She said she was going to call the manager, have them come. Okay. And get her out of that or whatever. Um, so she are they paying the drop fee or I was trying to get her to at which point she then assaulted me when I did ask her about it. How did she assault you? Um, sorry, a little shaky and she punched me in the throat. She smashed me here. What would you like to do? I'm trying to press charges this and all that stuff. Yeah, this happens every few days on this property. Okay. I'm honestly getting tired right here. Okay. Second time this week. Yeah. With this guy. So, you came here the last time. But I I I read it was Yeah, it was not me, but he touching my arms. You want to write a statement? Yeah. Okay. You uh you work inside here, man. You work or your child your work? My my friend works over here and then she said that I had a a spot available for rent. I was going to take a look. So she said that I could park over here. So I really I literally parked for 2 minutes. There is cameras. You can check. I know that is a civil future resident parking. So yeah. So there I don't know why he's towing my car, you know, but he's doing this. So he did this to this to a parent this week. So you know Did you have your ID? Can you get that for me, please? Any weapons or anything in the vehicle? No. Okay. Is your friend still here that we could take to your friend to? Yeah, I just told her to come. Was anybody else out here when this happened? Yes. When it's when your vehicle got towed? Um, I'm not sure. When it started. Yes. And it just called. The officer now has two conflicting stories. So he asked both sides to give their version and also speaks to a witness. You were out here when this started. You're not speaking English. What do you speak? Hold on. You speak Portuguese. Portuguese. Okay. Hang on over here. Let me see if my partner can ask you what happened. So I just need to know if she was down here when she was trying to get in her car. Don't lead her, though. Okay. Just see what she says. Okay. So, I just need to print your name here. Uh, what happened? You came over here to visit a friend. You want to be a future tenant? Um, and from there. Okay. You want me to? Yes. Um, she's saying that she asked her to come by just to be here. Um, and then all she saw was them talking and she was she was upset, but she said I never saw either one of them touch each other. Okay. She didn't see her try to grab his phone at all. He never pushed him. She just saw her put like push her hand in front of his phone. Why did she come over here to meet with her? Because they're friends. And then she came to talk to her real quick at the her job and then she was like, "Oh." She asked her if she could park. He's like, "Yeah, it was real quick." So she said yes. What were they talking about? Like it's just a a friend talk about people in Brazil and stuff like that cuz they know each other from Brazil. Not about getting her. No. Okay. We can just get her name or get her ID and get her name information. Contact. The story continues to shift as video evidence comes into play. The tow truck has four cameras. Swear and what you read is correct and true. Yes. Yes, sir. And she already signed. Okay. And I see the video when she Yeah. And then the next video. Oh, now you're going to jail. That's assault, ma'am. Also, there's four cameras on this truck. They don't. Yeah. Oh, can download it. I need to see that, please. I hear sworn above the attached stain. Mr. Correct. So, now she writes, "Did she grab me by the arms and the clothes?" Initially, she's like, "Grab me by the clothes." Now, I have to ask questions, okay? cuz there's cameras all over that truck and he's got video. So, I'm reading your statement and I have your initial statement recorded. Okay. Is there anything that you would like to change about what you told me and what you wrote on there? Because he's got a lot of cameras on there which are pretty good at recording. Yeah, actually. So, I I did touch him but he said that he has scratches. So, yeah. But did you see in the camera that I didn't touch his neck? Well, he has the scratch and you're grabbing his clothing. So, my question, you're you're you made the allegations that he grabs you. They say that you cannot go inside the car. Okay. Did he grab you? He tried. He tried. He tried. He didn't. He tried. He never touched. So, I'm so I'm so Because you were in the car, right? Yeah. I was so nervous that, you know, I didn't even remember. Okay. So, he never touched you. Correct. The other day. No, we're not talk. We can't talk about the other day. I know. The other day is its own thing. Okay. Today is today's thing. He never touched you when you tried to get in the car. Correct. Yes or no? Yes. Okay. So, he never put his hands on. Okay. The woman who first says she never touched him admits to grabbing his clothes. The officer checks her earlier statement and points out the changes. So, cuz he has a video was able to watch. So, he's got a small scratch and no matter what, small scratch is a small scratch. I didn't touch it. It was not from me. You can do the the I don't know the name of this in here, but you can you can see that it was not me, but you can see that you're reaching and grabbing grabbing hold of his clothes. It was only his clothes, sir. Yeah, but you officer, I didn't touch it. I wasn't. But there's video of me or video of you guys right here. But I can see clearly that you're grabbing you're reaching. You grabbed around his shirt. You have his shirt in your hand. No, I didn't touch his neck. I didn't touch his his body. But he's got a small scratch. It was not me. I did. So he he he went inside the car. You can check the camera. He he didn't want to talk. My friend tried to Right. After that, he didn't want to do anything. Scratch himself. You think he scratch himself? Yeah, I do. Okay, hang tight. You know, I had my kids leaving the school in an hour. I know. Right here. I hear you. There's no reason to do that. Unfortunately, when somebody alleges, are you going to arrest me for that? Uh, yes, I am. Do you need to call somebody to pick your kids up? Cuz he wants to press charges. So, are you able to call somebody and let them know? Yeah. One second. I'm sorry. She's going to go. Okay. cuz she she battered him. She put her hands on him. But he did it first. No, he didn't. She admitted it didn't happen. Plus, there's cameras all over that truck. Did you see his truck? Yeah, there's four. See those black things right there? Those are cameras facing this way. Those are cameras facing this way. Ma'am, one second. Hang out. No, wait here. always unattended. So, with visible scratches on the toe guy and footage showing her actions, the officer decides to take action. Got to go. All right. And nothing in your pockets, correct? Pockets are empty. People are going to hold on to that. You just throw it on the front seat. Hands behind your back. If you put them behind your back like that, like you're praying. Interlace. It's easier. It's more comfortable. Okay. Just have us So, the easiest way Yeah. Just step in and then I just got to get the seat belt here. The woman was ultimately charged with simple battery. Number four, traffic stop goes off the rails after woman refuses to cooperate. An officer spots a car crossing the center median in a spot where it's clearly not allowed. There's no opening or traffic control there, just a sign that says not to enter. The officer pulls her over and approaches the vehicle, but the situation escalates almost immediately. Driver, lower the window. Driver, lower the window. Lower the window all the way down. Morning. How you doing? You understand the reason why I stopped you this morning, ma'am? Okay. Well, oh, that's not nice to talk to. I've been chained for I love you guys. Moments later, the officers confront her friend and begin to question her. [Music] What was the argument over? Um, who was who was um, we came from the bar, we were both drinking and we got in the truck and I insisted on driving because I felt like I was more sober, which not, but she was very confident on driving. So, I let her drive. We hit this curve right here coming out and I stopped her and I said, "Caroline, let me drive. It'll be fine. It's not. I'm not okay to drive. Which curve? This close. This over there by the white side. And um I felt her hit it and I was like, Caroline, let me drive. She No, I'm fine. I'm fine. I'm fine. And I got out and I tried to put the the slip in that we got coming in. And the young lady over there talking to the other officer, she she came over eventually and said, "Do you need help?" And um I said, "Yes, ma'am." It's just like you're in the wrong lane for I don't know the exit or whatever. Yeah. Yeah. The wrong exit. That one's for like a a primary resident and this one is for visitors or whatever. So, um and that exit she said Caroline said, "I'm fine. Don't worry about it." After the lady came over and tried to help us and told us, "Hey, you're in the wrong lane." I said, "Let me drive. I'll drive. I'll take care of it. And she's was that's where our argument began because she wanted to drive and I wanted to drive and in my heart I knew neither one of us could drive. Yeah. And um she got very aggressive and I just walked away. I just w I walked on the street and then she came and then she came out saying the cops are coming. I was like if you have to come they have to come. The friend admits neither of them should have driven but they had an argument about who should take the wheel. She's like, "We have to leave." And I'm like, "No, we're not leaving. My purse is in the garage. My phone has to work in the morning. It was not supposed to end this way." So, is she being nicer or no? No. Yes, I am. I have done nothing wrong to be contained. What if I darn girl? I had to start loving the out of the car my wallet for a bit. All right, you can hear me. Is that a yes or a no? All right, so my name is Officer Johnston with the Fort Myers Police Department. Okay. Officer Warlick is doing the traffic crash investigation. Okay. Now, I am going to conduct a DUI investigation. Do you understand right explained to you? No. What do you not understand out of this? Nothing. Would you like to start again? Yes. My friend Haley went to jail. My friend Haley got to walk away. No, my friend Haley got to walk away. As the officers reader writes, she keeps interrupting, expressing her frustration over the situation. So, I'm going to read this again. Why did my friend Haley get to walk away? So, once I get to finish reading this, then you can then you can ask me questions and I can ask question to walk away. I can't answer. Why did my friend Haley get to walk away? I'll wait till you're ready. I can't I can't understand until you tell me then. Because unfortunately, walking down the same sidewalk. Unfortunately, the only way I can answer your questions is for me to read this question unless you tell me why. Then we're just going to sit here. Me and Haley were walking down the side the same sidewalk, right? Oh, wait. Right. Let me know when you're ready and stop interrupting me. Okay. I have to talk to the sheriff. That's very neat. Well, unfortunately, you can't do that. Okay. Well, why was I walking down the same sidewalk? In order for me to answer your questions, I have to read this. Walking down the same sidewalk. So, I'm going to read this again to you. Okay. I don't give a So, you have the right to remain silent. Understand it until you tell me why. Haley, so anything you say can be used against me. You have the right to talk to a lawyer for advice before we ask you any questions and have with you. I cannot understand that. What do you not understand? Because Haley was walking down the same sidewalk as me. So, and we got arrested for walking down the sidewalk. Let me know when you're done. So, why am I arrested for walking down the sidewalk? You're not under arrest right now. No. You're being detained for what? So, in order for me to answer that question, I need to read from here to here. No, no, no, no, no. My friend Okay, but listen. You didn't provide your name and I asked you multiple times. You're very also we're going to talk more once we get to the police department. And I'm giving you my name for what? I live in this complex. This is a private complex. There's no way that you should be arrested in fine. I'll take that to court, too. Okay, that's fine. Thank you. Don't search me though. What's that? You searched me illegally. Yeah. Your body cam should have it. Searched. Searched what? Your body should have it. Yeah. Search what? Yeah. A female should have all of that cuz I'm studying. Yeah, cuz I walk very legally. Okay. Male officers are Yeah, whatever. We'll see about that. Go ahead and stand at the counter. Yeah, I'm here. Okay. Once I take the handcuffs off, put your hands on top of the counter for me, please. Sir, I can care less about the hands. I'm telling you what to do. Thank you. So, once at the station, she ramps up her complaints, arguing that the arrest was unlawful and making her frustration loud and clear. Thanks. My face. Yep. Once I said I said once the handcuff Oh, thank you very much. Now, can you take your coat off for me? Yes, I could. And where's the female? Nope. Go ahead. I'm not going to search you right now. The female. I'm not going to search. Can you pick your code up for me? Female. Cuz if I'm getting I'm not searching you right now. Can you pick your code up for me right now? If I'm getting undressed. Nope. I just wanted you to take the coat off. So, real quick, while we're standing here, I'm going to read this to you since you are under arrest. Okay, that's fine. Okay. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can be used against you in a court of law. LA. You should have said that when you arrest me. Too bad I don't hear you. Oh my god. Uh uh uh uh uh uh. Call your manager. It's not going to happen, love. I know my rights and y'all is not going to play with me. Sorry. Uh uh uh uh uh uh uh. Hello. Help. Help. Okay. So, you're going to be charged with DUI as well, baby. Ain't no DUI cuz you won't see Well, you won't even let me talk to you drinking. Based on your behaviors, you're going to be you're leading me to believe that you're suspect. You put the handcuffs on. I didn't ask you any incriminating questions. So, I'm reading your rights now. Are you willing to listen to them or not? Impossible. Love. Stop. Get somebody up in here cuz I ain't trying to hit. You didn't bring me my rights when you put my handcuffs on. That's what you supposed to. I told you I to be a police officer. You don't know the law. What are you going to ask? How come I don't? Because did I ask you any questions once you custo? No, I did not. Did you not see it on my record? I'm going to school right now. Doesn't show that. I'm going to school right now. You clearly know nothing. Can you listen to what I'm trying to tell you? Hands me when you put my pen. Officers stayed professional throughout, calmly correcting her misconceptions while keeping the situation under control. You did it. You waited till I got here supervisor. Ma'am, listen for a second. Ma'am, stop talking and listen for a second. If you're going to school, I would probably drop out now cuz you're going to fail terribly if you think you know. Well, I didn't yet. You're incredibly wrong. Stop in that class. So, do you want to know what class I'm going in? No, I don't. So, are you going to listen? You supposed to You supposed to um Miranda me. Miranda dies. You don't even know the word. There's no way you're top of the class. So I know the word. I just can't pronounce it. Right. There's several words. Not nothing that several words. There's several words you supposed to did that when you So what we're going to do is um you can either you can either cooperate with this process or Hey, you can like him cuz he wasn't wearing a white shirt. No, you can leave the code on the counter. I didn't tell you where you could put that. Okay. You can put me in the sale. I need your supervisor. I need you to listen. Ask him, "Do you supposed to mirandaize me?" Take your necklace off. Your necklace. Your jewelry. Your necklace. Not your shirt. Your necklace. If you're not going to listen. Oh, I'm listening. You're not listening. You haven't listened this entire time. You're not going to win my right. Put your necklace on the counter. I'm listening for sure. But you supposed to did your job out there before you handcuff. Ma'am, I would like you to pay an attorney and tell them what happened so that they can say thank you for the free money that they're about to give you. I'm going to pay a lot. I promise. I'm sure you will. And it's going to be for nothing. Oh, no. It's because you don't know what's going on right now. And what's your name? My last name is Flurry. It's going to be on the document. D10 is my badge number. It'll be on the documents. Okay. Furry. I'm sure you'll forget that because you're right. Yep. Go ahead and put the necklace on the counter. You'll probably forget that because you're drunk right now. I swear to God I'm not. Well, I promise you I'm not. Would you like to do some tests to show that you're not? I will. Okay. Can I read you this first? No. Okay, that's fine. You're not going to read me. Would you like to guess? You should have brought We can uh we can do some tests then if you're okay with that. You told me that. We can do some tests then if you're okay with that. No, I'm going wait till my lawyer come. Okay, that's fine. Can I call somebody? Uh, not right now. Cuz I promise you I got a lot of lawyers. Okay, that's fine. As the interaction goes on, her entitled attitude becomes even more apparent. I'm going to do all that. Oh, that's Yeah, I would recommend it. Oh, really? They will. Yeah, they need to get paid too. So Mhm. They will. Yeah. You just worry about where you're going. Okay. Besides you mandizing me, manizing. Yeah. You have the right to this and that when you did that. You should have did that when you put my handcuffs on. That's how that goes, too. So So I don't know. I don't know if you're very familiar with case law, but with Miranda, it's once you're in custody and I ask incriminating questions, which did that before. Oh, okay. You did that. You don't need cuz you saw it on that one cop. Did you arrest me for again? Oh, for obstructing obstructing a peace officer. I gave you a lawful order to find your name because you're on a traffic stop. Because you were stopped in the middle of the roadway. So, can you please continue with your jewelry? I was stopped in the middle of the roadway. The roadway that you guys was stopped in front of. No. Yes. Uh, just so you're aware, I do have a female officer coming back here to search you. Hold on. I wasn't done. I wasn't done. But just so you know, because they obviously didn't teach you this in whatever class you're in. It's not a requirement to have a female searcher. And that's fine. It's not a legal requirement. No male should. It's not Well, unfortunately, that's not a legal requirement. That's a requirement. No male should touch you. It's not a requirement. So, just so you're aware, we'll figure that out. Well, that's what it is. I get done with this. Yeah. But I'm telling And I'm going to be on that, too. That's what it is. There you go. Right there. Can I go in here? Nope. Not yet. We're having a female officer come and search you. Okay. Can you take the uh bandana out too, please? Thank you. All right. Any other jewelry or anything? No, nothing. Nothing. If we had another officer come in to see if you're intoxicated, would you be willing to do some tests? I mean, intoxicated. Yeah, because I believe that you're under the influence of alcohol. I don't know why you do because the smell of alcohol, your eyes are glassy, and you're stuttering your speech. I do smoke. Okay. When did you Okay. And I did that when I was where I was just at. When I pulled up to come back to my unit, which where I live, where you pulled me over at cuz that's where I live at. Sure. When asked to take a breath test, her response is far from cooperative. Um, yeah. Okay. Would you be willing to do tests? No. Okay. Hey, Valentino, do you want to go in one of these cages or do you want to go in this cell where you can have like a bathroom and stuff? You might have to pee because you've been drinking, so I don't know. I haven't been drinking. Okay. Do you think we should do that over there? But thank you for keeping Oh yeah, I guess we don't even need fields. So I have suspicions before this. So actually we are going to come over here. Valentina, what's your name? Detective Klein. Okay, that ought to be on my paper, right? Um it'll be on the I need yours on there, too. Okay. Um if you'll let me just stop interrupting for a second. All right. Well, then don't then don't worry about my name if you're just going to interrupt. I think you would have a lot of the answers you're looking for if you just stopped interrupting. And what's right? I never did this before. So I don't know like by So just all you got to A lot of people like they stick their tongue in front of it or they don't like have like a long consistent blow. Just long consistent blow into the thing until it clicks and you'll be People put their mouth on it. Nope. It's brand new. I just stick around the plastic. Oh, okay. Yeah, you got this. There we go. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Don't suck. Just blow. Blow. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. putting your tongue in front of it. No. You know how you know when you blow up a balloon? Exactly what this is. Okay. So, did you see the bar that was that went up right there? You want that that bar to get like right here? A typical person that's blowing up balloon can get it to like right here. Okay. And you're only getting it to like right there. Okay. So, it's just a little tiny breath that's getting into that, too. Keep going. Don't stop. There you go. Don't stop. Don't stop. Okay. She grows increasingly frustrated during the process, claiming she tried and asking to go again. But by then the opportunity has passed. Uh now what this means is that technically since it was three tries, it would be a refused test. Would you want to try again? What? Yeah. So it only the machine only allows you three tries. But if you're willing to try again to show I will try. So, the machine shows it was an insufficient sample. So, it just means you weren't providing enough oxygen. Okay. So, would you like to try again? We could set the machine up again if you'd like. I'm I'm just going to That's crazy. And I just did this all this time. I was willing to do it. But I denied it because it was an insufficient, which means not enough amount of breath. So, that's just what that means. So, are you willing to try again or no? Yeah, I will try it again. We can set it up again. It just takes a minute to set it up and we can try again. So, so if you look at me real quick, just listen to me. So, deep breath and then continue to blow until the machine will click and then you're good to go. But if you if you don't do a strong enough or if you don't do it long enough, the machine's going to say that you're not trying. Even though you might think you're trying, but you just got to do it the way the machine wants you to do it. You know what I mean? Don't stop until I tell you to stop. Go ahead. Keep going. Keep going. There. There we go. Okay. Started strong, but then you're sucking in. You were right there. Don't suck in. Don't use your tongue. Don't suck in. Keep blowing. There you go. Keep blowing. Keep blowing. Keep blowing. Okay. It's going to be a refusal. No, I didn't take it. Um, just sign this copy and I'll meet you with the others and then we'll sign this one too and get the one. Just to show that we get it, too. Like 12 signs. I'll do it again. No. So, it it doesn't take people that many times. I've done this plenty of times with people where um you know, more three is plenty. Um six is definitely plenty. So, if you can't get it by six, I did. You did six. After six failed attempts, officers inform her that not providing a proper sample is considered a refusal under the law. You can do it again. No, that's okay. Um we're we're it's just going to have to be a refusal at this point. Six is too many. I don't typically give people a second opportunity um because they usually get it on the first three tries and you weren't able to do that. So um it is going to be a refusal. Okay. Um so in the meantime, I have to finish up some paperwork um with all my name and information on it so that you have that um so that when you talk to your attorney, you can give them all my information. Lawyer. Oh yeah. Yep. Attorney lawyer. They're synonymous. They mean the same thing. Um, synonymous means the same. Um, so I will uh make sure all my information is on that. In the meantime, I'm gonna have you come over and sit in the cell while we get the paperwork done. Okay. In the end, she's charged with DUI, obstruction, and traffic violations. Number one, she tried to play boss. Now she's in big trouble. Officers in Florida respond to a restaurant's request to remove a customer after a disturbance. Staff at the location say the woman is intoxicated, aggressive, and refuses to leave. Here's what happens when the officers arrive to intervene. No. Grab your belongings. Excuse me. Grab your belongings. We're going to have a conversation. Oh my god. Are you kidding me? No. Walk [Music] downstairs. Come on out here. Did you do some jackpots? Yes. What happened? Um, we got in an argument for nothing really. Okay. And were you there, too? Yes, sir. All right. Go inside then. And that's all I have to say to you. I have your ID real quick. Yeah. So, the two ladies that work here that were down there on the street, did you see them at all? No, there's somebody else. Okay. Well, they those two work here. Okay. Standing right here. When she came and confronted the lady came off the bar and confronted both of them right there. She was drinking here with And then they got up and right here manager. Those were like Yeah. Yeah. 30. Could you turn that 30? I'm hold my sunglasses. No, I'm not. 20. You can uh come by the Pegasus there. Big Can I call Alex from Kia? My my husband. Can I call him? No, we're going to have a conversation right now. Okay. Here. Here. Pull your ID out. I don't want your wallet. Looks like the other parties packages. Do you want to make That's a medical marijuana card ID. Sorry. Sorry. I'm sorry. She insists she's done nothing wrong, repeats that she's lived in the area for 20 years, and claims she's being harassed. That's what he said. That's what I That's what he said. I've lived here for 20 years. What do you want from me? What do you want? I didn't do anything to you. Okay. You're You didn't do anything to me. You're right about investigating a crime. You came here to to be in my grill. No, I came here to Okay. So, basically, we're, you know, trying to get them out, paid and out. So, she comes off of the bar. You got both of my the the manager and Ashley right here confronting them and grabbing them and scratching and whatever. I came in from around the bar, stepped between both of them, grabbed her by the arm, and let her out and said, "Yeah, you've got to go." She's arguing the whole time. Let her out the door. The lady, what did she do to the bartender? I from what Ashley told me, she got scratched. No, I I got in between them. I got you. And then I took over and got her out of here. So, she wasn't doing anything in here. Got her on the side. Gotcha. Just basically I was, you know, the body in between and she this, that, and the other. But yeah, she definitely All right. Yeah, I'll go meet with them now. Yeah, they've got they've got the lady, right? They found her. So, I'll go basically got her out of restaurant, removed her from All right. Thanks, Mark. I live here. Okay. I've lived here for 20 years. I don't need your Okay, it is your No, ma'am. It's whatever. Why you coming in my Why are you coming in here and bugging me? What happened to Jack Flash, man? What? What happened in Jack class? Here. Here you go. Put it down for me. I want to beep down. Oh, beep beep. Are you being detained right now? Yes. Here we go. You good? You good? Okay. Bend over. You good? Okay, that's fine. I know. Perfect. Good. As she's handcuffed, the officers try to speak calmly, but she interrupts often and behaves like this. You good? Stand right here for me. Okay. You good? You good? Stand right here. Oh, I got to sit down there for you. You don't have to stand. Just stand there, please. What do you What do you need? I just told you. What do you need? Ask you to stand right there. Okay. What's going to happen next is Officer Stan's going to come. We get the information that happened. For what? For what? for apparently a battery that happened at Jack. Oh, I had a battery over there. Yes, ma'am. I touched somebody. Apparently for who? I didn't touch somebody. Are you kidding me? I touched a bartender over there. What? I'm being told. I swear to On my dog's life, I didn't touch Okay. Well, we're trying to investigate, but you're not being very cooperative, are you? You're cussing at me and yelling at me. I swear. I swear at you. Yes. What did I say? Ma'am, I'm not going to sit here and repeat it. I understand you're talking. So, do me a favor. Yeah, I am. Bring it down. Let us do our job. You wouldn't have went in handcuffs till I got everything done. But since you can't act right, you're in handcuffs because I don't want you to escalate anything further. Okay. Okay. All right. So, this is how things go. When you act like an adult, I treat you like one. When you don't, you get handcuffed. Okay. Okay. Baby, nobody's laughing. I'm not baby offic. Yeah. Yeah. I know. Okay. Meanwhile, the restaurant staff give consistent accounts to the officers. What's that? I said I had to follow her just to make sure you guys got her. Okay. So, tell me what happened. So, she was sitting at the bar. She was intoxicated. We decided not to serve her because basically she was intoxicated. She got upset about the situation. We put waters in front of her. We asked her. She kept yelling, "I'm a local. Y'all can't do this." And like, "We're all local here." You know, and this is what happens when, you know, we feel you had too much to drink. Uh, basically she came like basically just kept cussing and screaming or whatever and like basically we came like we didn't come around. She tried to come around at us like come in. Where were you? Were you on the other side of the bar? I was on the other side of the bar and I told her the bartender had already alert alerted me and told me like, "Hey, basically this lady's intoxicated. I don't want to serve her no more." She was cussing and screaming. So I came over and I told her like, "Sorry, we're not going to serve you. We're only going to give you water." and she that's when she got all upset and then basically tried to come around the counter and I tried to come out so that that way I wouldn't she wouldn't come but then she started attacking the bartender and then like basically she that that blonde girl. Yeah. So she has scratches all over her too where she was pushing her up against the bar and like wrestling whatever and we were telling just leave just leave she didn't want to leave but then she started fighting like basically all of us trying to get her off of Ashley. She started fighting all of us. I had a scratch right here to where she grabbed my arm and then Ashley had a couple uh scratches on her arm, but she didn't hit Ashley. Like basically she was trying to elbow her and like basically swing back and hit her with a piss. So we feel like I feel like my staff shouldn't have to go through something like that and I just want to press charges on her because it's not right that she came. Okay, let me go talk to Ashley. The woman, on the other hand, continues trying to downplay the situation. What do you want from me? You know what you're doing right now. What am I doing right now? What are you doing? I'm not a Yeah, you are. I am. I don't know why you're putting me in handcuffs. Cuz of the way you're acting and I have a potential Oh, please. Are you really Have you ever done this in public in your life? Done what? Got in a fight and cussed out a cop? I didn't I didn't cuss out anyone. Definitely. I didn't do anything to anyone. But I think that when you drink, you probably make bad decisions. Do you? No, I don't drink. The investigation continues as officers speak with more employees to gather details about the incident. So tell me what happened. So um I was serving her. She had a drink and then they had um a shot and she seemed fine to me. And then um when I was taking care of this couple on the end here, she started yelling cursing. So I was like, "Okay, well, she's clearly more toxic than I thought." So I told my manager, Lena um and I um we discussed what to do and I used them two waters to kind of open them up. But when I gave her two waters, she took it offensively, I guess. And um she started arguing back with us and we were just like, "We're just trying to keep everyone safe. We want you to stay so like you know, we want you to be a little sober." I gave them a food menu, seeing maybe if they eat something. with that. She then she started screaming like I don't even know about what or what she was saying. It was just loud screaming. We told her that she needed to leave. She was get she was trying to get into um like over the bar area. So I came around the bar and I was just trying to like be like, "Okay, we're going to go, you know, like not no hands at all." She grabbed me and um where did she grab you? On my arm here. And then she grabbed me on my hand. Where was that? Like right here. I was about like right here. Okay. Um and she grabbed me and then um she had my arm like this way. And then Mark came around and gra um grabbed her off of me and then I kind of blocked away and then she kept going at me but Mark was like trying to block between us and other than that then she we were outside and then she and how did she how did you get how did she when did she hit you? Uh she grabbed my arm and scratched me like only a little scratch right there but she grabbed me and like try to she wrestle all three of them. You want to press charger? It's up to you. I mean I I don't know if you should be able to go around. Meanwhile, outside, the woman's behavior escalates. Her insults becoming more aggressive and unfiltered. So, are you good now? No, I'm fine.
