Um call came out as a domestic. uh sounded like there was a firearm involved, which there ended up being one, but it was not in use. Um the female, according to this guy, uh got into an altercation with each other while they were driving down I20 and the female punched him in the face. Uh he does have a little cut on the top of his lip. Uh the female threw all of his stuff out of the vehicle at the Waffle House and then left him here. Uh he said he doesn't want to pursue charges. Um we determined the incident, the actual crime did not happen in our jurisdiction. Um so there's nothing that we can really do on our side for it. Uh he also stated he does not want to prosecute. Uh so we just loaded all of his stuff up. He's going to go to a hotel across the street for the night. So, we've got a call at McDonald's of possibly an indecent exposure.
