He's got wine next to him. What's up? You ain't going to arrest me. >> I'm not home at the moment. >> I can hear you. >> Well, we can hear you inside those biscuits. No, they're not going to see [Music] [Music] Going to a call of an intoxicate 18-year-old sitting in his driveway. Apparently lost his job, showed up drunk, parents called. There's a sheriff's deputy driving right by. Um it they're I guess they're afraid he's going to drive away drunk. So, we're pretty close. We're going to go to it. This guy, this kid has a history of fighting cops and is overall usually not compliant with us. So, um we're going to see what the heck's going on, what's his deal, and go from there. Really not a whole lot of information right now. It's going to be that white truck right there. recording. >> How's it going, Jason? >> Hey, it's Deputy Davis, Knight County Sheriff's Office. What the heck happened to your truck, man? >> Same [ __ ] different day. >> Well, I don't know what that means, dude. So, >> cuz I see the hammer. >> It's been through Holland back. Yeah. >> Well, I mean, like, >> so what's going on? >> Well, your parents called. They're a little concerned with you. They want to make sure one, you weren't going to drive drunk. Um, I can't start the truck. >> And then, like I said, I saw the hammer. I see the broken glass. >> I'm like, are you okay? Did Did you do this? Are you just having a bad day or what? >> No, sir. I mean, yes, sir. The windows and stuff were me. >> How old are you, man? >> Uh, 18. >> Okay. So, how'd you get alcohol? >> Uh, I'd rather keep that between me and myself. >> Okay. All right. Do you have your ID, man? >> Uh, yes, sir. Um, >> do you have any weapons in the vehicle? >> Uh, no, sir. Um, >> hold on. Don't reach for it if you do. >> Yes, sir. There is a knife. Oh, I'm not okay. >> Center console. >> That's it. >> You talking about like a pocket knife for work or something like that or >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. >> All right, man. I appreciate it. So, like I said, um please don't put your keys in the ignition. Don't start the car >> with me. You can you can look at me. I have no keys on. >> Did you Did you have words with your parents or something, too? >> I've had a couple words with them. Like I said, I'm out here. >> They called more concerned that they didn't want you to drive off and then get into an accident. >> Yes, sir. No, I'm not going anywhere tonight. >> Um All right, man. >> I'm just going to sleep here for the night and then deal with it tomorrow. I sober up. >> Sit tight for me. Okay. Um, >> but you don't need medical or anything. You don't have any cuts from the glass? >> No. >> All right. Sit tight. >> I'm just going to I'm just trying to go to sleep and then that's it. >> Okay. >> All right. >> He's just sitting in his car. >> He's just sitting in his car. He's underage. So, I mean, we could cite him for underage drinking, but he's on his parents' property. Um, I'll probably just make contact with him. >> The parent. >> Hey, Jason, do you live with your parents, your grandparents, or who lives inside? >> I did live with my parents and then they kicked me out. So, >> okay. Who lives here? >> Uh, my parents. your parents. >> This is I'm at my parents house. Yes, sir. >> Gotcha. So, you you don't live here? >> Uh, not anymore. No. >> Okay. How long have you been staying here? >> Uh, I have been here since um reaching for my phone. >> Yeah, you're fine. >> Um, >> well, like I said, man, this encounter is is What's up? >> What time is it now? Sorry. >> It is 9:30 p.m. >> Okay. So, I've been here for maybe 3 hours, if that. 2 hours. >> Okay. So, you actually don't reside here, right? >> Uh, no, not anymore. No, sir. >> Okay. >> Hey, how you doing? >> Pretty good. Copy. Thank you. Your dad? >> Yeah. Nice to meet you. So, I'm Deputy Davis Knight County Sheriff's Office. So, talking to him, I mean, obviously he's intoxicated. Um, he doesn't have the keys in the ignition. He states he just wants to sleep in the car. He already admitted that he does not live here. Um, obviously I see that the glass everywhere, the damage on the vehicle that he states he did. Um, so what would you like to do? Cuz like I said, we can't we can't get him for DUI. Um, I could cite him for underage essentially being intoxicated under age of 21. Sure. >> It's going to be a ticket. It's not going to do anything. Um, but it's completely up to you. We can trespass him off your property. >> He's going to have to call somebody to come pick him up. >> I can leave if needed. >> Uh, so not in your current condition, man. I don't want you getting a DUI. Okay. >> Not driving. I can have someone pick me up. >> Can you? >> Uh, I mean, if any worst case scenario, I can walk. >> Okay. Are Well, I don't know about that either, man. Because if you're under the influence, you get hit by a car. That's on us. >> No, sir. I'm not under the influence. >> Well, I mean, you smell like all call and you're not 21, so We need to >> Okay. Um, so what would you like then? >> He needs to go. >> Okay. You want to trespass from here? >> Yeah. >> Okay. All right. All right, man. So, because you're under the age of 21, man, we can't. Technically, you're under the influence, period. If you have even 01 in your system, technically, you're under the influence because you're under 21. That's all. I don't If you want to call someone for a ride. >> What's going on tonight? What What am I? >> So, you're gonna be trespassed from this property. Um, when you come back here to pick up your vehicle when you're sober, you're gonna have to give us a call. We'll escort you to come pick up your truck. Okay. Do you who can you call to come pick you up? Do you have anyone you can call? Cuz I don't want you walking, man. >> Back. I'm sorry. >> Yeah. When I'm done with it. Yeah. So, >> um >> I don't want you walking, man, cuz I don't want you get hit by a car. Okay. I'm going to be straight up with you. >> I'm not saying you're absolutely annihilated, man, but I can smell the alcohol. So, >> you know, it's probably just the antifreeze you smell cuz it's leaking, but whatever. Worst case scenario is I can just cuz I don't have I don't have the keys for this. >> Okay. >> Um so, I can't get it out of gear. >> Okay. How'd you get it here? >> Um, it I before I started drinking. >> Okay. >> I'm not trying to he up, man. I'm legit. If you don't have the keys, I'm asking. >> I You can see the key snapped. This is to my other car. I rammed it in the >> Gotcha. >> the ignition and got it here. >> Um, and then I started drinking. But anyway. Okay. >> Um, so u if anything I can just get my I have a car back there. >> Um, I can push that off the property, get it on the street because if it's on the street, they can't do anything. It's not their property. Um, if I I can get that on the street and then I can just sleep in that. >> Okay. I don't I don't know if it's really going to solve the issue, man, because like I said, >> I'm away from I don't have anywhere to go if I'm honest. Like I can I can try and find a buddy, but it's >> You have money for like a hotel room or something? >> I do, but I really don't want to spend the money. >> Okay. You don't have any friends or other family out here. I can try and get a hold of a friend, but I mean worst case scenarios again I can I can >> Can we try that and then if that doesn't work out we can go through like a contingency plan because like I said I just don't want you A contingency plan means like a backup. >> Yes sir. >> And then we we can figure something else out if you can't get in touch with someone. So yeah. >> Um yes sir. I mean um I can try and get a hold of someone. >> Okay. Can we do that? >> Yes sir. >> Okay. >> I ain't going to argue with you. >> Well I appreciate that man because you seem like a nice nice guy and I don't want to argue with you. >> Yeah I mean I am nice. I mean, you know, I do want to blow off on you, but I'm not going to. >> Okay. Well, I appreciate that. >> Things to do. You know, I appreciate it. >> Is there like any way I can just push that Camaro out and sleep in that? I know it's public ghetto, but I mean, I'm on technically I mean, if you want to get technical, it's on public. It's not It's on It's on a street ride. >> It's not on 210 Mondo Court on >> I I know, man. But honestly, what's going to happen is other neighbors are going to call. >> I I know, but other neighbors are going to keep calling. Oh, we're going to keep coming out here. >> Do you have anywhere that we could give you a ride to? So, we can do that. We can actually give you a cursy ride somewhere. >> Um, >> so that way we're not pushing cars. >> It's already too late. I mean, it's already so late. I mean, >> so he's got nowhere to go. He says he's got a Camaro in the back that belongs to him. He wants to push on the street and sleep in it there. >> I mean, he's technically right. I mean, this is I mean, I don't know if this is a private drive or not owned by the HOA, but I mean, if they have a problem with it, they'll call us. we can just advise him that it's been dealt with already. He's just sleeping in the car until the morning. >> All right. So, basically, he's saying he's got nowhere to go. We can't allow him to drive. Um, his suggestion was that he was going to push the vehicle out to the roadway. He he can, though. He can because it's a public road, and if he sleeps that way, like I said, there there's nothing against the law that says he can't do that. >> So, obviously talking to him, I told him, "Well, obviously if you're not driving, I can't get you for DUI. Um, the most I can do is cite him for being the, like I said, the underage drinking, but beyond that, that's pretty much what he's suggesting. Has he been causing problems in your driveway? Just guys just don't want him here. He has >> obvious. >> I mean, I see the glass and the hammer everywhere. There there's not much we can do. He's destroying his truck. He's obviously intoxicated, causing, you know, he's he's causing a nuisance. But >> well, the problem is is this is my house and he's >> I understand. Um, >> so >> but I also can't tell him to drive that truck and he says he can't move it because the key is broke off in the ignition. So he can't even get the damn thing out of park. So he's probably going to have to have it towed at some point. >> So it sounds like it's going to be the Camaro. >> Gotcha. >> Camaro plan. So here's your ID, man. Yes, sir. >> Um, like I said, after >> No driving tonight. >> No driving tonight. And then after this, like I said, don't say. >> What was your name again? >> Deputy Davis. >> Deputy Davis. Jason. >> So after we leave here tonight, like I said, you've been trespassed from here. going to get a call tonight and I won't be on this property tonight. Let me um get you the keys to that Camaro. >> Okay, perfect. >> What year is it? 88. >> 89. >> 89. >> Can I come back there and help? >> Uh, hang on one second, man. I just want to make sure this ain't going to hit nobody. Um, >> yeah, if you want. Do you mind him coming back? And like I say, he's going to help us push it. >> So, what's wrong with it, man? Why doesn't it run? >> So, I just bought it about two weeks ago. >> Yeah. Um, it's been sitting for seven years. >> Oh, okay. >> Fuel pump and [ __ ] like >> Yeah. Gas is gelled. You never know. >> You ready? >> I know. >> Hey, Jones. You want to give me a hand or you going to stand there? >> I'm sorry. Mr. Jones, I'm sorry. >> There we go. [Applause] All right. All right. You got the brakes, buddy, in case. All right. >> Let it roll. >> All right. Hold on. Watch out for the cars in the trash can. There we go. >> Cool. And if you steer it. Yep. And we'll push you from the back. I wouldn't get too close to your car. >> Yep. So, showed up to the residence. Um, the male was behind the wheel of a car. It was not running. Didn't have the keys in the ignition technically. It appears he broke several windows on the truck out with a hammer. Um, it's his truck, so he can do whatever he wants to it. Just like if you own a house, you can kick in your front door, break a window to get inside if you want. So, he smelled like alcohol. He wasn't slurring his words. Um, his pupils were fine. They responded fine to light and dark. I tested that a few times. So, at some point, he either got alcohol on him or consumed alcohol. Um, but he didn't appear to to be, I guess, heavily intoxicated. Um, but with him being 18, any amount of alcohol, um, he's not supposed to have. That's his parents house. Apparently, this kid got kicked out of the house he was staying at. Parents didn't want him there. We trespass him from the property. um the truck he's parked in, apparently the key snapped in the ignition and he can no longer have it started. Can't get it into gear, so it's going to be stuck there until he gets it towed. Um luckily he had another car there that was an 89 Camaro. We push it out to the public street so it's not a hazard to traffic or blocking anything. So this individual can sleep off whatever's in the system and um hopefully go about about his business tomorrow. He states the Camaro does not start. he won't be driving tonight. Um, and from there it's going to be, you know, probably an ongoing thing whenever he does wake up, especially with dad being down the street and them clearly at odds. So, I have a feeling we'll be out here again in a couple hours or tomorrow, but for now it's solved. He's not behind the wheel of a running car. Um, and we'll just kind of play it by ear and go to the next call whenever we get assigned. So, >> my name is Brandon Ross. I own Ross Speed and Repair in Perump, Nevada. And the US Cops guys hit us up, said that they had some issues with their 6.0 Ford, and we told them to come on down so we can get them fixed up. [Music] We specialize in gas and diesel from general repair to performance upgrades. And uh if you need anything you can give us a call at 7027159134. [Music] recording. >> Oh, we love dogs. Oh, we love dogs. [Music] says ring doorbell. >> Sheriff's office. >> Can I help you? >> Hello. We're trying to speak to the residents. >> And Daniel, if he's here, >> it's a sheriff's office. >> What do you need him for? >> Well, it's a sheriff's office. We're doing an investigation. We need to speak to him. reference that. >> He's not here at the moment. >> Okay. Can we check to make sure? >> Uh, no. I'm not opening my door. I'm not home at the moment. >> I can hear you. >> Well, we can hear you inside. So, we know you're home. >> Okay. I am not opening my door. >> What do you need? >> We have a search. >> We have a search warrant. So regardless of whether you want to open your door or not, we have the right to come inside and conduct a search for him to make sure he's not here. So either open the door or we'll figure out another way to get inside. And then you're going to be charged with obstructing our investigation. >> I'll tell you what. I'll tell you what, I'm going to put my hand out. I'm going to get dressed first and put my hand out and I'm going to read the search warrant before I let you in. >> That's not how that works. >> I also need to put my dogs away. I don't have >> Yeah, put your dogs >> place to put them other than a bedroom. >> All right, we'll put them away and come to the door so we can discuss a search warrant. >> Thank you. I also have minors in the house. >> All righty, that's fine. >> I'm hanging up. Give me just a moment to get dressed. >> All right, sounds good. Thank you. He's not here. >> What's your name? >> My name is Jay. J E N I. Do you have an idea? >> I left. You know what? Probably from right here. military ID, driver's license, both names on it. Okay. >> So, this is just >> What do you need this for? >> What kind of case? I will inform him that you were here, that he came by or that you guys came by for him. But I don't know how it's going to go after that. I will let him decide his next action. Uh, please leave cuz he's not here. He's not here. Would you like a toothbrush or something? >> No. >> Because he's not here. Is he in pro? >> He's not in prompt at the moment. No. >> No. It's going to be quite a while before he gets here. >> Thank you. Um, so we're here to assisting uh detectives uh for a search warrant. So they have a search warrant for an individual's DNA. Yeah, we're just working on something with the neighbors, but of course. So, the detectives have a search warrant for an individual's DNA who's more than likely presumably inside the residence. His vehicles here, his wife, who answered the door, doesn't want to let us in. Um, saying he's not here. Um, so we have a warrant for him. If he answered the door, then we would have been able to take use force to, you know, affect the warrant or execute the warrant. Um, however, since his wife is being suspicious and her answers and her mannerisms and acting like she's kind of hiding him right now, we're just kind of hanging out. Another detective is applying for a warrant to search the house right now. So, we're just going to hang out on the perimeter, make sure he doesn't try to leave the residence or sneak out. Um, and then once we get the warrant approved for the actual house, then we'll be able to do a search warrant on the residence itself for the male. So, we need to explain that to the wife who was here. Um, she said they want to let us search inside the house for him. So, once the warrants approved, we'll get the uh rest of the house surrounded, make some announcements and call outs, see if it'll come out, and if not, we'll go and affect the search warrant on the house. So, we're just kind of standing by for that right now. Oh, he did. All right, bud. >> All right, man. >> I had it to you, Seth. I believe you just pulled up. >> Scorpion coming through. >> Recording. >> What's up, Daniel? So, we're we're just here as a precaution for our detective to talk to you about something. You're not in you're not going to jail or nothing like that. Um, we were just trying to ask her cuz she was your wife was being a little bit weird. Like when you asked her if someone was home, she's like, "Nobody's home. We could hear inside the house, but she didn't want us to look inside to see if you were there and she wouldn't tell us where you were." But the detective just has some paperwork she has to go over with you. Essentially, it's a search warrant for your DNA. All right. Um, so as long as you comply with her, we're just going to stand by and do nothing and she'll explain all that to you. I know you have a CCW. You don't have it with you right now to you. Okay. All righty. So, she'll explain all that to you in a second. All right. So, we just got done helping out a detective with a search warrant. Initially, we showed up here. the male who were looking for his truck was here and then uh >> warrant was >> when his wife >> when his wife answered the phone >> or the door she answered through the ring doorbell first she said nobody was home but we could hear that she was home inside the house so >> did you want to leave >> so it was kind of strange and then she wouldn't tell us where he was just that he wasn't here so they were going to get a search warrant >> however another detective is able to make contact with him and he ended up coming back to the house. They were able to do the warrant for his DNA and everything they needed and everything went smoothly which is good. So, she got what the technical guard what they needed. So, we're going to clear out of here, let them do their thing or on about our day. Our next call. We're heading out to my partner who's out on a person stop with that same um 18-year-old from earlier as I accurately predicted. We were not done with him. apparently decided to walk across the street to a gas station. Um, started filming one of our deputies, which whatever, you know, it's public place. We all got cameras. I don't care. >> But right now, he's got him detained in front of his vehicle. So, I don't know if he's not the subject was given multiple chances to return to his house. >> Yeah. So, it's going to be jaywalking. He's probably intoxicated more. Um, probably tried to buy alcohol, but we're going to we're pulling up to her right now. We're going to figure out what's going on. So, >> and then the subject was flipping me off, yelling at me the entire time. >> And apparently he's just being an idiot, >> giving officer's middle finger, yelling, just >> being obnoxious. ride. Does my car look like it's a taxi? >> Okay. So, the fact that you walked over there barefoot car and then you're going to sit there and then ask me for a ride back to your house, which is right across the street. After you, in fact, walked over there barefoot on your own accord. That's on you. Correct. >> All right. So, then you're going to come over to my window and you're going to break out your bone. You're going to Right. No, it's not >> because I didn't give you a ride. Correct. >> Yes, sir. So then I gave you multiple chances to able to return to your house. >> Yes, sir. >> At which time you walked around the whole entire Circle K chasing me. Correct. Yes, sir. >> On video? Yes, sir. >> All right. So, you wanted attention, so now you got attention. Correct. >> Uh, yes, sir. Um, I I'll delete that video and I'll walk over. >> I don't care if you delete the video. >> I'm sorry. I'm sorry. >> You can do whatever you want with the video. You post it. Just makes you look super stupid. >> Yes, sir. Yes, sir. Yes, sir. I'm sorry. I'll I'll delete it. >> There I was. is enjoying my break having a snack. >> I'll delete it right now. I'm sorry. >> So, what's your deal, man? Do you just not like cops or Cuz you're giving me attitude when I was over here. >> Way of behavior. >> Uh, yes sir. I'm sorry. I sound very no. >> Yes, sir. Yes, sir. I I just went to a Circle to get a little snack. >> So, he was he was following me right here. >> All over the place. >> Hey, man. We're not telling you to delete the video. >> I'm sorry. I'm sorry. Well, because I got it. >> That sucks. >> Canon 424. He appears sober. He's just acting like an idiot. >> So, you're flipping me off up and down and up and down and up and down, but then when I'm over here and I get out of my vehicle, that changes. Correct. >> Yes, sir. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I I I have no right to flip you off. You help me out. >> Well, you have every right to flip me off. >> Freedom of speech, man. No, sir. No, sir. I What's the purpose? You at the end of the day, you helped me out. I'm sorry. >> I did help you out. This is my second time helping you out. >> Yes, sir. And I'm sorry that I that I flipped you off. It was not right of me. >> It doesn't hurt my feelings. I'm just trying to figure out what what is your thought process. >> Can I can I can I can I don't mean to be Oh, >> go ahead. Your turn. >> Um >> I don't mean to flip you off like that. It's just I've been going through a lot and um whenever I saw a cop following me I just you know [ __ ] cop respectfully you know I I respect what you guys do and you guys have have helped me out a lot and it's just you know I was just going through a lot sir and I'll I'll gladly walk home tonight and I will not get I will not cause you guys problems. >> So is it a fair assessment or let's >> I can't I can't get arrested tonight. Please >> let's make this deal. >> Yes, sir. All right. >> Yes, sir. >> If I see you again in the next two weeks or any kind of I'm taking you straight to jail. >> Life. >> What? >> Life? >> If you see me If you see me in two in two weeks, that's that I deserve life. >> No, I'm saying I don't want to see. >> Oh, yeah. >> Highway patrol. All right. Hey, >> no, that's one of us. >> High patrol's not out here, man. >> That's why we're asking about how much you had to drink, man. And you think >> I had a I had a little bit, but I'm just walking. And then if I if I'm going to be honest, uh the officer was uh pissing me off. That's all >> you were pissing me off. >> Okay, we're going to end We're good. >> But I was trying to enjoy my snack, right? >> Yes, sir. Yes, sir. Yes, sir. >> I'm going to take a little break. And then here you are asking me for a taxi cab rack. >> Yes, sir. I'm sorry. I >> And then I'm sitting there trying to enjoy my my little my little snack. And then you're >> And then I'm over there acting like a dumbass. Acting like a dumb ass. >> Where is it? It's not okay for me to follow you and make sure you get home safe. >> Can you Can you put my glasses up on top? Can you Thank you. Um, well, I I didn't know that's what you wanted to do. >> What did you think I was going to do? Kidnap you? >> Follow me. I'm sorry. >> Okay. Well, you were asking for it. >> Yes, sir. >> I'm sorry. I'm sorry. >> You're just not >> I am sorry for >> You're not You're not acting normal. Let's put it that way. You didn't walk to the store, grab something, and then walk back. You see what I'm saying? >> Yes, sir. >> Out here doing stupid. >> Yes, sir. I >> Where are your shoes? You didn't have no shoes. >> There we are. Uh in my Camaro >> on the side of the road on Montdale. Uh you see where we're going with this? >> Yes, sir. Yes, sir. I'm >> I'm the dumbass. How >> cold out? Yes, sir. Yes, sir. Yes, sir. Yes, sir. You guys >> turn around and face my car. >> Yes, sir. >> I ain't got time to waste on you, man. I got other I want to do. >> I'll go home and I'll just talk to you when you're at your car, sir. >> Yes, sir. Yes, sir. Yes, sir. I'm sorry. >> All of a sudden, you >> I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm just tired of this [ __ ] you know. >> Stop getting us called for you. >> Hey, you don't have to worry about following me. All right. >> Stop being a dumbass. Have a good night. >> Uh, how about you stop following me? >> How about you get your hand out of my face? >> All right then, [ __ ] You want to be like that? All right. You let me go. You a right. Oh, >> all right, bro. >> Have a good night. >> Yeah, be like that. Have a good night. >> I was trying to be civil with you. >> Have a good night. >> Get this Get this on camera. What's up? >> What's up? You ain't going to arrest me. >> I got [ __ ] on me, bro. >> Well, now you want my attention again, Quick. >> No, I'm walking away. >> Oh, >> but you just called me a [ __ ] >> I'm not. No, I didn't. >> Where are you going? >> I thought you wanted attention again. Well, I'm walking away. >> I'm sorry for the way I acted. >> You got a big house. >> Go home. >> Hey, next time you're going to jail, bro. >> Hey, every sing every every one of you guys, go sleep in your car. Have a nice night. >> Oh, there you are, [ __ ] >> I told you a [ __ ] again. What? What? You got to chase after me. >> All right. So, out with that guy again who wants to act like an idiot. He was detained standing in the roadway just just being a punk. Uh my partner cut him loose after he was very very apologetic. And as soon as he cut him loose, kid started running his mouth again. So it's the second time we've been out with him today. He didn't appear to be intoxicated. He's just just being an So pretty much told him if we're out a third time with him tonight, he's going to go to jail. He's going to keep uh standing in the roadway and and being an idiot. Like we're not going to keep doing this all night. So, we'll uh kind of see see how it goes. I have a feel on that. We'll be back out here in no time. All right. So, we're in route to a theft. I guess the RP's vehicle was stolen. Uh we recovered it and I guess her stuff was stolen out of the vehicle and the male and female at a gas station have her stuff. So, it's a WFA. black shoes and jeans, brown hair and a crop top and a WMA and dark clothes. They have her metal cup and >> some other stuff. And they possibly have her keys and wallet. So, >> we're going to go see exactly if we can make contact with them. >> I was with him in Comtock Park. However, I'm check in the area for this subject. >> Okay. Did he did he give a direction or are they still at Green Valley cuz I'm here right now? No, they were walking out the store leaving Green Valley on known direction travel. >> Copy on black or head southbound. >> Let's see. So apparently the two individuals who stole their stuff are somewhere on black or 372. So we're just going to ATL right now and see if we can locate them. We're looking for a WFA with a crop top, jeans, and black shoes and a male wearing a hat and dark clothing. >> Okay. >> All right. So, we atl the area, attempted to locate uh those two individuals. Unfortunately, we weren't able to locate them. So, we attached this CAD call to the actual case that we took the report under for a stolen vehicle. So, that way we can um if we do in fact see them again or if the RP does call us again, we'll be able to relate this CAD number and the details of her stuff that she's missing. So, we are going to go deal with this kid another time for repeatedly calling 911 with no emergency. So, he's probably going to end up going to jail for misuse of 911. We'll see how he acts when he's in handcuffs. He was very apologetic when he came out of handcuffs last time. He was very very belligerent. So, we're just we're done dealing with them. Um, >> copy. >> He has a history of fighting law enforcement. So, we'll see if it goes downhill or not. Hopefully not, cuz that's always not what we want to do. But [Music] and we're about ready to pull up on him right here. >> He's got wine next to him. >> What are you doing? Go ahead and get out of that vehicle. Go ahead and get out of the vehicle for me. [Music] >> By the way, this car doesn't run. >> I know. manufact uh for what? >> You're too young for that. the calling 911 repeatedly. >> Yeah. >> The possession of alcohol liner >> under arrest >> or by someone under age 21. >> Cool. We'll do it with it this way. You couldn't be cool, man. So, >> probably should have stopped when you were ahead. >> Can I Can I please just go to sleep? >> You can go to sleep in jail. Go ahead and get in. >> Please, officer. Can I just >> put your feet on? >> Yes, sir. Can I just please >> put your feet in? >> Yeah. Please go to sleep. >> We tried that earlier and you wanted to run your mouth. >> Go to sleep at the jail. >> No, you are done. You're going to jail. >> So, uh, he's going to jail for misuse of 911. Um, in plain view in the vehicle was a container of wine. Which means at some point after our last interaction, he acquired more alcohol. And when I asked him when I first spoke to him earlier this evening how he got alcohol, he didn't want to tell me. So, he probably had his buddy drop it off or some or maybe that circle case sold it to him. I have no idea. >> Easy with that mail. >> So, he's going to jail for misuse of 911. He wants to act belligerent and you know this is what happens. He couldn't just sleep in his car or sleep at a friend's house or do anything like that. He had to just constantly keep being an issue. And unfortunately, this is what happened. So, he called 911 repeatedly from his cell phone with no emergency. Would call, wait for dispatch to answer, hang up. Dispatch would call him back to verify if there was an emergency. He would send him the voicemail. So, he's done that three or four times. So, he gets to go to jail for that. Um, so that problem will be solved for tonight. Heat. Heat. [Music]
