when we were behind him which I don't understand why but um cuz then he made one mistake and then it was just a whole C fluffle of just mistakes cutting off other cars and freaking out because we're anymore I'm I'm I've got heart issues I don't need the aggravation you just got to go help trying to help him get his car fixed I spend as much money as I'm going to spend on it and I'm not spending anymore and I bought that to which the moped yeah yeah which I was going to let him ride I said you got your choice I'll spend some more money on this or I'll get that fixed he wanted to try to fix his car which didn't work so he's unhappy about that he didn't want to one of the physical altercation happened yeah just this morning so how did it start he said he was in his car he was I didn't know he was in his car okay I came out here this morning I had three bags sitting down here and two bags up here of his belongings huh of his belongings of his belongings yes okay and he last night my wife had put some stuff that you can see on the on the ground out there um she had put some of that up on here he came along knocked it all off spr all over that moped was up against against the side of the building he took that out threw it on the grass okay and so I uh this morning I took his stuff and his his car door has been open for days so I went to throw it inside I didn't see him in there cuz he tucked up behind all that crap okay so he was sleeping in the car in the car somewhere yeah so he started cursing at me and I reached in told him to get out of the car and he wouldn't do anything so I reached in to grab him and I guess I guess I inadvertently slapped his head so he gets out and he starts kicking at me okay and my stepson Greg came out and defended me did he hit you at all oh yeah you got any injuries on you no he no injuries he kicked me three times in the stomach okay were you down on the ground when he kicked you or no I was standing up you standing up okay I spent excuse me I got this nose issue that's problem that's um I spent seven years in the Marine Corps a long time ago were you trying to hit him or you were just trying to like get him out of the car trying to get him out of the car okay so then he gets out of the car and he he started threatening me and kicking at me okay and then your son Greg came out and they got into it they got into it okay is Greg inside or he threw are you okay threw a rock and hit Greg in the back as he was as he was leaving do any of you guys need medical attention no did you want to press charges against your brother for no I just came out h on you to him kick him in the stomach I was like oh hell no how long has he been here well count of the time he slept in his car I don't know well he came back he was here and then he left months ago and then he got arrested mhm and he had to have a place to stay between 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. for his conditions yeah so we let him Park and live in the car I think that was March so he's been here since March okay he has to relinquish his res cuz technically he's a resident here so if he doesn't go willingly you'd have to evict him which is a process he sounds like he's willing to go but I'll go retouch base um I just want to make sure that his belongings are all out here yeah um and we can go from there a report's going to be generated for the altercation between the two of you guys he didn't want to press charges against you for the brotherly altercation but because you're your dad and he son there's got to be a report generated there it'll all get sent over to the DA you don't have any substantial injuries and he doesn't have anything substantial that came from you just the original slap punch whatever you want to call it um and like I said he doesn't want to press charges against you for anything so it's domestic between dad and son however there is no substantial injuries on Dad and there's nothing substantial on son that came from Dad um I'll generate a report for the domestic side of it Brothers don't want to press charges against each other for the simple battery brother versus brother that's non-domestic um right now I'm going to see what I can get figured out with the vehicle and getting Jason off the property cuz obviously they can't play nice and avoid conflict so we're going to head back over to him see how he's doing and see if we can get him to find someplace else to go for the rest of the day okay so I'm going to generate a report for everything that happened today um no one's going to jail obviously you stay in there as an issue yeah have toct me out and they and they don't want you there anymore I so I can't but I can't have you there right now while everyone's still flustered and I'll take off for the day but they're not throwing me off that property they're going to have to evict me out there okay okay and right I there for five years they can't just come and throw me out well it's been off and on but they said you have been there since March pretty steadily so I've been there since since I moved here in 2019 okay so and I told them that that if if you didn't want to go they were going to have to evict you so they know that um but obviously you guys are having issues and I I can't have you going back over there now cuz I don't think it's going to get any better my shoes that that's that's fine we can get your stuff but if there if there is somewhere else you can hang out just for maybe a few hours to kind of cool down let them cool down too all right me again so he's he's not going to leave willingly uh you're going to have to evict him to get him off the property permanently he is going to leave for the next few hours remainder of the day just to give everyone time to cool off but does this having me meth pipes in his bags count for anything can't I can't go through his property I if he's got meth pipes he's got meth pipes I got to have a reason to go through all his things and I'm sure if he's got meth pipes he's not going to let me go through his stuff so um just include that include that in your eviction um I would head down there first thing today and to the courts yeah they've got a big old Podium with all the paperwork you need you'll have to you'll have to go down and you'll have to grab like a 30-day um and then you'll fill it out give it to us we'll serve him and then after the 30 days if he's not out after the 30 then it'll go down to like a seven or a three he's still not out it'll go to a 24hour and then we remove him so it's a it's a paperwork process but unfortunately because of his residency here it's the the route you got to take um the legal the legal route now if at any point he does leave willingly and relinquishes his residency he's no longer a resident how do I know that if he has all of his stuff and he says I'm leaving and never coming back so I highly doubt that I highly doubt that's going to happen but in the event well he's going to use my property as a urinal he's not going to be using the bathroom here so you can take him to you can take him to civil court for any damages your property suffers from from him um just document everything and and take it to the courts when when you need to why you got to be childish you're a grown man you don't got to act like that that's funny that's funny to me that's what we have to put up with yeah no I'm that's normal that's it's just what it is are you going to hang out for the Medics no I'm just going to leave okay so uh domestic like I said uh no substantial injuries for Dad the only substantial injuries on the mail came from the brother um he did end up wanting to press charges for simple battery so it's just a misdemeanor uh no one's going to jail parties are kids and the mother's custody as of right now and they were arguing over the kids so right now we're just going to take a report so um my partner roou he ended up going back there to where her trailer is that she has on the property he ended up uh checking to see if she was back there seeing if she was maybe back there hiding or something and she wasn't so she's gone we have deputies driving around looking for her to see if they can find that moped that she was last seen on and if we can't find her get her side of the story then we'll just take the information what we have and just do the report that way for what all right I'm just going to detain you right now all right for what I'm detaining you because you possibly have a warrant they're going to confirm it that's it traffic okay but the agency who has the warrant out for him does in fact want him so he was taken into custody um thankfully judge is cool and she was like Hey I still want to see him for his court case cuz he came out here from Vegas um so he's going to go to his court case for his kids and then from there he is going to be taken into custody for his warrant so it works out because he gets that warrant taken care of of course unfortunately he gets taken in custody but he at least gets to steal go to the judge and see and plead his case in regards to his kids [Music]
