As he's pointing at me and car just said, "Bonnie, just let go. Please let me go." >> And she beat me up. >> Go ahead. Stand up, woman. Can I get those biscuits? No, they're not going to see. [Music] [Music] All right. So, we are in route to an abandoned vehicle. Reporting party stating that it's on the dirt behind the dairy. class A motor home and another old class C motor home and an old U-Haul type truck. RP saying that it's been sitting there for years near the Tweaker House. That's RP's words. So, we're going to go and see if these vehicles are on private property or if they're in county easement. We're gonna go see what we can do about it, but at the end of the day, if they're on private property, we we can't do anything about it. But we'll swing by and see exactly what vehicles RP's talking about here. Oh, yeah. She definitely seen some better Holy canoli. >> She's definitely seen some better days. Oh, yeah. Well, we'll check it out. They'll do probably out with that uh motor home. All righty. Well, she's definitely seen some better days. >> Unregistered. Sheriff's office. Anybody inside Sheriff's Office? Well, nobody in there. Definitely abandoned and seen some better days. See if maybe we can find some sort of vehicle identification. [Applause] Yeah. Well, it's going to be a good question about the VIN here. All right. We're getting dispatched to a domestic. We'll deal with uh the motor home here in a bit. All right. So, right now we're getting dispatched to a domestic in progress. The RP stating that he just got into a scramble with his dad and he ended up leaving the residence where this happened and is now about four houses down and using the neighbor's phone to call the sheriff's office. Um, the RP according to dispatch is not being cooperative when it comes to the Intox questions, which are the questions pertaining to any of the parties intoxication levels. Um, so we're going to go see what's going on. The RP stating that his father is bleeding, but not really giving us much more than that. So, we're going to go check it out and see what's going on. if we can get some further information on this. [Music] All right, so we got an update and now the neighbor is saying that he went towards Wells Fargo [Music] eastbound on Wilson. Neighbor thinks he left with his mom in a red car. So, it sounds like the neighbor's left address goes into a red car that's heading eastbound. The neighbor thinks it's possibly his mother that picked him up in the car, but is unsure. >> Copy. I'll be at I'll be in the area of Linda and Wilson here shortly. All right. So, It sounds like now the neighbor that he went to the house and called us from is stating that the male that wanted us that wanted him to call is now gone and he left in a red car possibly with his mother eastbound on Wilson. So I am Linda and Wilson right now. I'm going to ATL and see if I can find the vehicle from the call notes. He didn't leave too long ago, so I might actually just run into him here. All right, so we at for the vehicle a little bit. Didn't see a vehicle really matching that description, nor did we see any tail lights for a distance. So, we're going to head back to the residence and back up our partner here. recording. >> So, he's going to be in the back somewhere. He says there's a trailer, contact box, stuff like that. So, >> okay. >> If you want to go around. >> Yep. How you doing tonight? >> I'm doing good, sir. >> All right. Have that. And that. Go ahead and stand up for me. Bring your hands behind your back. Palms together. All the way together, B. There you go. Any weapons right there? >> No, sir. >> Let's go. B, bro, David. Come here. You heard me ask you a question, right? Can you tell me what's going on? Get the statement from him. We'll try and get the son back over here so we can talk to him as well. >> Okay. >> And then we should be good to go. >> He just said he wasn't going to talk. He just didn't talk. >> Oh, okay. >> No, I have blood on my hands. Um, yeah, just do a vault for him. He saw everything. That's going to be the grandfather and his his father. >> Okay. >> So, basically stated that >> uh his son and his kids were I guess around Dies and the kids were trying to find the dad. They couldn't find the dad so they called the grandpa. after like 40 minutes or an hour, still couldn't find him. So, the the kids walked back over here, >> which is the sun. >> Okay. >> So, he walked back over here and then when he showed up back over here, cuz he walked back, he immediately went over and smacked the son in the head and and then the fight started. So, uh but he saw everything. So, that's enough. Okay. >> For me, if we can't get a hold of the son. Did you want a written statement? >> Yeah, if we can get a written statement. >> All right, let me grab one. Oh, wait. Hold on. >> This might be the other party. Oh, never mind. Hello. >> I live there >> at the 1890, >> huh? >> At 1890. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Yeah, you're good to come in. >> Okay, but I got to go in here in the gate. >> Okay. Let me move my car. Okay. >> Okay. Okay, no problem. >> All righty. 22 DOS too. The gentleman uh that's in this red Lexus states he lives here. So, I'm going to ask him and see if he saw anything. So, uh per the RP notes, there was a red forer that went and picked up the other half of the party. So, the red for just pulled in. I'm going to go see if it's him. >> Sir, did you pick anybody up today? Huh? >> Did you pick anybody up just now? >> No. >> Okay. You didn't pick up any of any sons or anything that of him in the back there? Daniel, >> I took somebody to the hospital. >> Just now? >> Just now? >> Okay. >> I said I'll come home and I take you two hours in the hospital. >> Okay. So, you did pick somebody up, take them to the hospital. >> Yeah. >> Okay. All right. I'm just going to come right inside. Okay. I got to talk to the other gentlemen. >> Okay. Did he tell you anything that happened tonight or anything like that? >> I don't know nothing. I know he need to go to the hospital. >> Okay. >> His mother >> Uhhuh. >> was going to walk and she asked me to take her take him cuz she can't find her keys to her car. >> Okay. >> So that's all. >> Was he Was he all bloody? >> I don't I didn't see any. I don't know. >> You didn't see you just had him hop in and took him? >> Yeah. >> Okay. All righty, sir. So, I know you spoke to my partner earlier. >> Yeah. >> Um do you mind filling out just a quick written statement for me? >> Whatever I know. >> That's fine. I just need something quick from you. Okay. >> All right. So, we got one of the parties on a written statement right now and is going to let us know what he saw. So, this is actually the vehicle that the uh neighbor was talking about that went and picked up the other party. So, speaking with him, he did say that he did go and take the mother and the other half of the party to the hospital. Um, he didn't get a good look at him, so he wasn't sure if he was all banged up or anything. He just provided them more of a courtesy ride. So, that part of the investigation solved and we don't have to look for that vehicle anymore and at least we know where the other half is. So, we're going to grab the statement from them and then we're going to shoot over to the hospital and see if we can talk to the other party. So, we went ahead and collected the statement from the grandfather who witnessed a altercation between both parties. Right now, we're at the hospital. We're going to interview the other half of this whole deal here. Um, but due to the hospital's rules and regulations, we can't film in there. So, we're going to go in there and and speak to him, take some pictures of him, and have him start on a written statement and get his side of the story. And then, uh, we'll see what we can gather from there. We're going to go scam scan him into the jail. It sounds like uh the other deputy had ran the other party over to the to the jail already, so we're just kind of sort of cleaning it up, grabbing some statements, and scanning them in. Is >> Kayla with you? >> No. >> No. >> Lights were >> I see that. >> I didn't even see the >> Was that like That wasn't like that this morning. >> Yeah, it was. >> Was it? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> It's got zip ties and screw in it. >> Is Kayla still your girlfriend? >> She's my wife. >> She's your wife. >> She's my wife. >> Okay. >> I actually have the marriage license. >> Okay. You know what's going on cuz we just got a call for about her fighting with whoever she's at on Majestic View. Whose house is that? >> I believe that's her mom. her mom's house. Okay. I guess they're fighting her something. You know nothing about that? >> I I don't. >> Okay. Only reason I stopped you right now is cuz they said you might pick her up. >> No. >> Okay. Does she have a vehicle that you're aware of? She >> She has a PT Cruiser. >> A PT Cruiser. >> A blue one. >> Which like that? >> Like that one, but a convertible. >> Okay. >> It's got the cloth top. >> Okay. And did you know if she drove over there to her mom's house or >> uh No, her mom picked her up. >> Mom, so she as so far as you know, she's walking. >> Yeah. >> If she left. >> If she left. Yeah. Okay. >> I don't know. We kind of been arguing a little bit here and there because of uh you know the whole situation with the kids. >> Mhm. >> And stuff. So and her mom don't get along. >> Okay. You know, do you know why they'd be fighting? >> Why they'd be fighting? >> Kayla's not with him. She He's advising she'd probably be on foot. She didn't have her vehicle with her today. So, we're responding to a domestic and uh the initial details was just a bunch of frantic screaming that a addict beat somebody up and then further details sounds like it's going to be the daughter-in-law apparently of the reporting party. Um, as the notes are being broadcast, they said that her husband might pick her up cuz I guess she left the house on foot from what I'm gathering here. And they said that they thought her husband was going to pick her up who happened to pass us as I was looking at that call note. So he stopped him and she's not she wasn't with him in the car. So she allegedly according to him doesn't have her car with her today. So she's supposedly walking around on foot somewhere in the area. So we're headed over to where the incident took place initially. And we're going to see if we either see her in the area or if she's still at the house. Um, if not, we'll figure out what happened with the reporting party and then try to figure out if we have got a domestic or or what exactly we have, but some dispute of some sort. So, we're going to head over to the residence and figure out where we got from there. >> Yeah, go ahead. You can disregard her. We're just going to take a message. Okay. Thanks. >> What's going on? >> Take care of her. >> All right. You got to calm down if I'm going to understand you. >> I'm not going to calm down. >> Okay. Well, I can't understand you if you're yelling. Okay. >> Oh, crazy. >> She beat me up. I'm the mother of her and I'm taking care of her kids. >> Okay. Hey, listen. >> And she beat me up. She hit me in the face. Take me to the ground. [ __ ] her. >> Genie medics. [ __ ] >> No medical attention. >> Yeah, I need medical attention. >> Okay. What's your complaint of injury? >> I have pain all up on my right side. >> All right. You want an ambulance to come check you out? >> No, I don't. I want her to go to jail. That's all. >> All right. >> So, no ambulance? >> No. [ __ ] no. [ __ ] no. She comes here for one day. >> All right. Let's take it from the top. What happened tonight? Why are you and Kayla getting into it? >> Because she's high on >> Okay. So >> because she doesn't want her kids. She smoked outside on my garage today when I brought her home to spend two minutes with her kids and she took a lighter and she lit up and I said, "Fuck you. Get the [ __ ] out of here." And she smacked me on the side of the face. >> Can you show me where she hit you? >> Right here. >> Oh, don't fall over. >> Okay. Not that I haven't been drinking. I break after that. >> Nope. All right. All right. Well, where's she at? >> Um, she is off of Brian Street. She's at a Miranda's house. I have the address on my phone on my map. I was just there today. >> Sure. Go ahead and look it up. >> Absolutely. >> You just had your phone somewhere in your hand. >> Absolutely. >> Did Robert see what happened today? >> No. >> Okay. So, it was just you and her. >> He's too busy trying to finger [ __ ] her. The house was disrated because I couldn't find my daughter because I thought she was dead because of Ryan >> and Robert. >> So, she just uh Kayla just slapped you in the face. >> It mean she kicked me down to the ground in my own house in front of her own kids. >> Okay. >> They said I'm taking care of >> Are the kids okay? Are they safe in the house? >> I have no idea. >> Is somebody with them in the house? >> My husband's in the house. >> Did he see what happened? >> I have no idea. Can I go talk to your husband? >> Absolutely. >> All right. >> My front door doesn't open because I broke the lock. The side door is the only thing that opens on the right side. >> And my husband's a piece of [ __ ] He ain't going to [ __ ] answer anyways. He don't give a [ __ ] [ __ ] off. [ __ ] off. She get a little bit beat up by him any other day. >> Okay. >> [ __ ] off. And then my husband sits there and makes it okay. like, "Oh, yeah, you know, whatever. Whatever. [ __ ] you. [ __ ] her. She wants to lose her kids over. [ __ ] her. I want them out of my life. These poor kids don't deserve this. And they don't deserve me." >> Mhm. >> Obviously, if I'm too pissed off because her mother can't act, right? Maybe they don't deserve me either. And maybe they don't deserve to be with family. Maybe they do deserve to be >> split up. >> Maybe they do. >> Mhm. Hey. Uh, >> that's your mother. That's not me. >> Your, uh, grandchildren. >> That is my grandkid. >> You got some beautiful grandchildren. Um, so do me a favor. >> Go inside, relax with your husband. I'm going to go try to talk to Kayla. If she >> [ __ ] her. She's >> Okay. >> So, we initially responded to a domestic disturbance uh reporting party who who I ended up talking to was very intoxicated. She was pretty much just screaming at the um call taker. Couldn't really get that much information from from her, but we got there and she just kind of yelled at us. Didn't really seem like she wanted our help. So, couldn't get that much information from her. She had claimed that there was some kind of altercation from what I could gather between her drunken banter and um >> said something about her being injured, but there was no injuries that were visible on her. She looked fine. >> So um she was given domestic violence information card. If we give more information later on, then a report will be generated. But for now, the other party had left the scene, couldn't find her. So we just gave her information card and let her go sober up and she recalls and we'll handle that. But yeah, that's pretty much it. >> South 24 traffic >> flag Wilson with Nevada 255 yellow 31 white to camera. [Music] Oh, I guess we're going to stop here. >> Hey, buddy. Can you pull off? Can you pull up over here just off the roadway? >> I've dealt with him before. So, this is the guy who works security that I've pulled over for having a suspended plate one other time. Another deputy pulled him over one other time. So, this will be his third stop. So, how's it going, buddy? Hey, so I know I've stopped you before. So, your plate's still showing as suspended. So, when when you gonna get that squared away? >> Well, I have to uh come up with some money to pay. >> Okay. Because I know I stopped you once. I know another deputy stopped you. Uh my partner here, Deputy Murphy, called out your plate and I recognize the vehicle and it's still suspended. We're going on how long now? I know you got insurance for it and I know your license is good, but I mean how long until you get this squared away? I understand it's a money issue. >> Yeah, it's money issue right now. >> Okay. So, I mean, what happens if we end up towing your vehicle? >> Well, then pretty much screwed, >> right? So, do you have your uh do you have obviously your driver's license, proof insurance to the vehicle? Oh, I know I've done this before, but I got to check it every time. So, you can reach for it, man. I I don't mind. >> You're at the hospital, right? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> All right. And then any kind of proof of insurance by chance? >> Yeah. >> How much is it looking like it's going to cost you to get your uh your plate squared away? >> I think it's like 600. >> Like 600 bucks. Okay. >> It's going to take a little bit to try to >> I mean, I get it, man. That's not You know, I mean, we're not exactly millionaires over here, and that's that's a pretty big dent. So >> figure with 1,100 and >> month for just print. >> All right. Let me see the VIN on it. I appreciate it. All right, Mr. Just I'm going to close your door. It's a little chilly out here. Okay. Just sit tight for me. Okay. >> All right, Mr. I'm not happy about this, man. Um I know I've cut you a break before, but I think this is the third time you've been stopped, so I got I'm citing you for the suspended tag. Okay. Um, so here's your license back. We'll review this real quick. So, if you get it fixed, man, I'm telling you, I've done draft traffic court long enough to know that if you get it fixed and you go in front of court, you tell them you're on fixed income, they'll they'll they'll work with you on this. Okay. All right, Mr. I hope you have a good rest of your evening, man. I hope it gets better for you. Yep. It's good to see you again. Just I wish it was under different circumstances. >> Have a safe one. >> I'm trying to get direction on travel. >> Copy. So, right now we're being dispatched to a kidnapping in progress. Looks like it's between a husband and wife and the wife's father. Supposedly, the wife's father put a gun to her head and kidnapped >> the his daughter. So, we're going to try to get to the area and see if we can make a stop on the truck. Dangerous ARP stating that the father had a pistol on him and just forced the wife into the truck. >> What's the description of the truck again? >> It's going to be a bluish silver truck. >> Can we get more details on that truck? >> Be advised, fathers are cautious of weapons, violent instructions, false does have prior pulling firearms on people. just had a history. >> Can you also advise NHP to be on the lookout for that vehicle? >> Responding to Oakley, be advised RB disconnected on us and we're unable to call back. South 22. Has any unit arrived at the RP's address yet? >> Hey, I'm arriving now. >> Copy. >> There's a couple people in the back of the house. >> So, right now we're still getting more details uh coming in. Sounds like >> 21. >> Additional people at the house are stating that the daughter wanted to go with the father and that she was trying to get away from her husband. >> The destination is on your left. Arrived. >> Thank you. >> Are you the one who called? It's your wife. >> Huh? >> Is this live PD? >> No. >> No. >> Uh, why is he recording? >> Cuz he's filming a documentary. Nothing to do with anything that you got going on. >> I do not want to be uh I do not wish to be recorded. >> Are you the one who called? >> Yes. I'm assuming you don't have ID on you. >> Let's see. >> Go ahead and tell me what happened. Um, allegedly he let them stay here for a couple days, was going to kick him out cuz he's been causing problems. >> This guy. >> Yeah. Okay. >> She told everyone else in the house that she was she he has a Facebook Messenger message from him and her chitchatting saying that she's going to get someone to come pick her up today, but she doesn't know how Chris will react to that. And Chris is that guy, the reporting party. Doesn't know how he'll react. Um, but she's trying to get away from essentially an abusive relationship with him. and was essentially sneaking away from him. And he said he didn't see the interaction when he when she got picked up, but there's like there was like three four people outside when I pulled up. He said they've all been here. He said there's no kidnapping or anything like that. >> In the back, >> huh? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Still. So he said there's no kidnapping or anything like that. She voluntarily called her dad to have her have him pick her up. >> Uh we've been married about two and a half years now. >> 2 and 1/2 years. Okay. And her dad lives out here? >> Yes. >> Okay. what transpired today. >> Um, my wife uh came to the RV franic just a moment ago and said that one of my business partners had threatened her life uh at first and said that um they threatened her if she stayed with me >> and that didn't seem right because I >> does she not stay with you? >> No, no, no, she stays with me. >> So, she lives with you? >> Yeah, she lives with me. So, wow. >> She said that a business, one of my business partners, cuz I ran the Nevada Civil War History Association. Sheriff Willie fired my cannons. I even got pictures on my phone about cannons. >> I've been in a lawsuit for my business cuz my business partner, James Jr., was murdered almost uh 2 years ago. It'll be January uh 26 will be week. It was in Reno. >> Okay. >> I've been suing my business partners. They stole my homers and everything else in between. >> Okay. Um, and there's it's it I got threats by some of my business partners. If I continue to pursue lawsuits, my life would become a living hell. They were going to get everybody involved, including they have some had mafia connections was their exact words. >> Okay. >> Um, so she your wife came home to you frantic saying one of your business partners was telling her she needs to stay away from you. >> Yeah. to literally stay away from me. They were going through a ill. >> So then what happened? >> And I said, "That doesn't sound right." >> Okay. >> What what what's really going on, hun? She said, "I I just take care of my rats. I will be back with you. Just just take care of my rats." And then when she said that, I was like, "Wait a minute." Cuz um she had heard from her father a minute ago. And her father had already threatened both of us when we first got together. And um then I said, "Honey, what's really wrong?" She said, "My father threatened to come in the backyard and kill you if I didn't get in the vehicle." >> Okay. >> So, you never even spoke to the father? >> No. I >> You never even saw him? >> No. I walked up here and I was like, "Honey, don't go." >> Okay. >> You know he's not going to stop. You know he's not going to stop. And all a sudden, she gets in the in the car and he immediately pulls out his pistol and is starting to release it from the holster as he's pointing it at me. And Car just said, "Honey, just let go. Please let me go. >> Just let him take me through. And then I just let go. I was literally on the car. I held on to the handle and the door and I'm driving with the car and I let go and landed right there. >> I'm not that fast. [Applause] >> He had the firearm pointed almost at my head right here. >> Okay. Do you guys have cameras over here? >> Uh, I don't know. You'd have to ask Mr. >> Did anyone witness it? Um, >> was anyone else outside when this happened? >> I think Tim caught a portion of it. >> Who's Tim? That guy. >> No, one of the other. >> He's out back. >> All right. How does her dad know your business partners? >> No, that's that I don't That's why I said I called on that because >> So, you called on her story with your business partners? Yeah, because I noticed she had that a certain look and I know when she's telling someone whenever she's talked to her father, I know that. >> Was she with her dad earlier or something? >> No, she's been with me all day since the last night this morning. >> Well, at some point she wasn't. If you're saying you were back there and she came running around >> decided to go in there for a half second and then came back out. >> What color is the gun? >> Uh, it was black. It was a pistol. >> A pistol. And from looking down the barrel, it looked like 9 mil. >> Are you familiar with guns then? >> Very. >> Okay. >> I ran the Nevada Civil War History Association. We dealt with everything from antique firearms all the way up to modern firearms. >> All right. Have you been drinking today? >> Negative. >> Any type of prescription medications? >> Negative. >> Do you smoke? >> No. >> Little slow on that. >> I don't care if you do. Do you? I mean, here. >> It is legal. That's why I'm asking you. Do you? My wife smoked. >> So she smoked. You don't smoke with her? What happened to your lip? >> Oh, that was uh from the other day. >> Where at? >> I was inside the RV. I was helping pack because we were supposed to be out by the first. And >> so you're getting kicked out of here? >> We're moving out of here? Yes. Yes. >> You're moving or you're getting evicted? >> He told uh he told us a few uh a few days ago that we had till the 30th to get out of here. Okay. >> So, we >> So, that's today. >> Yes. And >> you have kids? >> Yes. And >> are they here? >> No, they're with CPS. >> And her mother was found with 15,000 plus milligrams of in her system that CPS did a toxicology report, both hair and urine. They do UA on her as well as a hair test, and they found that she had all that. >> Okay. All right. Hang tight right here. No one else is in here? >> No, this is completely >> Is there any weapons in the vehicle? >> No, sir. Okay. Fear for our life. We already made a report to Willis. He threatened to burn this thing down. >> Who? >> The gentleman over there with the blue beanie on and him. We already made that report to Willis. Me and my wife both. >> Who? >> Who takes who uses the prescription pills? >> Uh, that one. >> Am I allowed to go in here? >> Yes. >> So, you do take prescription pills? I asked you earlier, man. >> Sorry. That that won't click. Do you smoke? Ew. >> No. >> All right. Just hang tight at the front of this truck. >> Did you call me? >> Hey, gamer. >> Yeah, I left my phone out my truck. >> Oh, you're good. So, uh, talking to But anyway, so the, um, so she's is talking to Finn and she's saying so Jerry told me he's in the driveway of the residence where you guys are at. Yeah. and he's in the window, the front passenger window where she's sitting in and he's trying to leave with and take her out of the situation and he's in the window saying, "You're not going to make her blah blah blah blah." And then uh he's like climbing in the window trying to grab at her and all this stuff. And then Jerry, you know, basically said he flashed his gun, try to, you know, be like, "Get the [ __ ] out of my car type thing, self-defense." And then they they ended up leaving. Um Finn asked her about domestic battery. um now and uh apparently she alleged last night that he he uh he choked her um bit her and punched her um and just said she has marks so it sounds like it's it's a domestic >> Okay. >> Um so that the altercation happened last night. She called her dad and tried to like secretly leave with without an altercation between the dad and the boyfriend. Okay. And that set the boyfriend off. And >> the dad just pulled out the gun and showed it to him. He didn't point it at him to uh you know let him know to let go of the car cuz he was like hanging on to the car trying to keep her from leaving and he let go. >> So was like the was the window down and he's reaching in trying to >> Was the window down? >> Was the window down? Yeah, the window is down. >> So she he was reaching in trying to hold her. >> Yeah. >> So she's saying that he strangled her or attempted to or choked her or >> Yeah. >> Get a little more detail on that so I know whether I'm looking at by strangulation or just bad like >> if she felt like she was going to pass out or how he was choking her. >> Yeah, no problem. I will. >> All right, Chris. So right now I want you to be honest with me. No more cuz now I'm catching both stories. >> I haven't I'm telling you my side and what I know. To my knowledge. >> To your knowledge. Are you on your prescription meds? >> Yes. >> Did you take more than you're supposed to? >> No. >> Okay. How'd you get the busted lip? I told you I fell into my refrigerator helping her yesterday when I was helping Pat. >> Okay, >> I'm telling you the whole truth. I'm being honest 100% with you. >> I literally just rode on a car like a superhero action film. I don't got time to lie about this. Do you understand your rights as I've explained them? >> Yes. >> She's telling me that you two got into a physical altercation yesterday, which makes sense. You told me that you >> never got into a physical altercation. If we would have found and then would have said something. >> Why would Well, not if they're not in the trailer with you. >> No, those things are paper thing. You can hear everything that's going on here. You told me you busted your lip in the trailer, which makes sense with what story I'm getting from them. >> All right, I gave you the opportunity to be straight with me about it. I'm getting two people over there whose story matches more. >> She's being coerced and I'm not joking on this. I'm literally suing the state for half the crap. >> The cops out with him right now. She wanted to get away. She had every opportunity, but she didn't want to. She just told us what happened. He relayed the information to us. Make sure these aren't locking on you. >> Like I said, I'm promising. >> Go ahead. Have a seat. >> I'm willing to go to jail if you keep that promise. Jasmine, >> this one right here. >> Will you write it down, please? >> Jasmine, Circle K. This one right here. >> Yes. Will you write it down though, please? Jasmine. >> Jasmine. Circle K. It's not that hard. >> I want to get it in writing. >> It's on camera. But you can't view that until you get done with that. Write it down. I'm serious. Please. >> Jasmine Circle K. Is she even at work right now? >> Should be. >> Okay. >> All righty. So, upon gathering all the facts from both parties, we were able to determine that the male half, who was our initial reporting party that called in the kidnapping, was engaged in a domestic battery with his girlfriend or his wife that occurred last night. So her dad came to pick her up today. He didn't want her to leave. They were able to get away anyways. And so we determined that the male half is going to be the primary aggressor who battered his wife. So he's going to go to jail. Yeah. [Music]
