come down and talk to the magistrate uh to decide about a warrant um they were asking about protection from abuse orders and so explain that process to them um and then the one female agreed to leave the property and so we are back tonight back in service ready for the next one so right now we're headed to Martin's we have an off-duty officer from a different policing agency call one of our sergeants and tell him that there there was several subjects inside of Martins um taking tags off and concealing clothing items so we're going to go try to make contact with them see what's going on off be able to cut it loose so that'll go into evidence and this is our receipt that Martins has from them right now we are at a grand total of $2,067 um we read them Miranda um giving them the opportunity to speak on if they have anything else on their person because if we get down to the jail and when they get searched if anything else is found um it will will be added to them it'll be added to the charge so we'll just have to get down to the jail and figure out all three of the female subjects that we have they're going to be charged um with a felony tonight so we're going to be transporting them down to the ox city jail and then after we do our booking process and arrest reports we'll be um transferring transporting them to the con County jail since they have felonies so some of them have warrants but with us having our own charges at at the time those will come first and then those other agencies after they get the chance to bond out or something like that they'll
