on the morning of November 24th 2022 an officer responded to a motor vehicle crash at an intersection in Georgia hey good morning just got my truck out of shot Friday now I got again tell me about it what happened I'm coming down she in that lane I'm over here she took that blanker on and she jumped right in my damn Lane so I didn't have time to blow my horn or to stop are you all right yeah but this is just stressful I just got my car from here the ground too I'm not in your away for me man back up from me dude get back from me stup about her Bering me she will not leave me alone because you don't pay attention you do not pay attention alive she call me I don't give a I just got my and you I literally hit my car what are you talking about you jumped in my Lane honey you did not give me time you jumped right in the line with the blanker I cannot wait like come on I turn down the street I was the only freaking car right here what are we talking about tell me what happened to D I'm getting over to turn down this street she riding my and now sheing my I can't even explain to you because she's going crazy right now she's riding my I get over and it wasn't even immediate impact that means she was literally still coming after she seen me get over you hit me like 10 seconds after I got over what are you talking about right the car right here beside my car but you hit me in the she's like your ug out like look you see like she literally will not leave me alone the whole time I'm on the phone with my mom I can swear I swear on everything I'm like I just want her to calm down she keeps walking up on me calling me all kind of stupid I'm like I'm just glad we both have insurance and it's okay and she keeps on like I swear to God she keeps walking around her car getting close to me yelling at me while I'm on the phone and then my family gets out here and she's doing the same thing so it's only right that they upset cuz I'm not getting upset cuz I don't want it to be all this like look at all this I'm just happy that my car can drive away from this like I'm just happy about that like this lady is all in my face like literally I don't even know she's all in my face I know she's upset you know what I'm saying who would not be upset about that car but then she started saying about something that happened to her yesterday I'm not even from over here I don't know her so she's like oh I just had to get my my car at the shop you should have been paying attention I'm like I'm just happy we can even walk away from this live right now on Thanksgiving like what the it's not that serious it's not this serious nobody got hurt that's okay like I don't understand I just want everybody to relax but she kept berting me she's like in my face like they just here to come get me here they're my family they're just here to come get me so what's going on with them she she was the same way from the moment she got out the car until just now she was screaming in my face she was walking up yes threatening to stuff over this car accident and then they came out here and she's doing the same thing and they're just like you just going to be all up in her face you need to stop talking trash to her or whatever we just going and I saying just going to wait till the police get here and she's not it's like she's not understanding that so she start to walk up on my family and my ma' ma' that's that's too mad Cal now I'm ma' ma' all right so look we don't want we don't want anything more get off me we don't want anything more than we have to right now okay there's a lot going on they taking her to jail this is Thanksgiving can't believe this and honestly I don't feel like this is fair this is too much for an acent because that's what I'm saying she just wouldn't stop walking up on me sir I swear to God she kept walking up on me I'm on the phone my mom she's just like yeah you yeah you I swear to God she's just going crazy for no reason and then when they get here now my family had to suffer because she wouldn't back up off of me like she I don't we not from out here my family just came down here for Thanksgiving they don't know anybody I just had to call and tell them come get me you know what I'm saying cuz I'm not from this side of town but she wouldn't back up regardless whatever this is has nothing to do with the accident she wouldn't calm down that's literally it she wouldn't calm down I just wanted to wait till the police offic got here you can ask the guy who's in this car I said I just want to wait until you got here can you please get her out of my face cuz she keeps walking up on me he just stood there he didn't he just got our information and got back in the car so he just let her berak me he stood there and let her cuss me out and I'm like we whatever it doesn't even matter this is some she should have just calmed down from the moment I got out the car I'm like I'm just trying to make sure we're okay and she's just going crazy she had already called the police so I'm just standing here on the phone with my mom you know my mom's trying to she's trying to C me down and whatever so I'm I smile at my mom on the phone and she's like you think this is funny you just hit my I just had to get my car out of the shop or whatever I'm tired of paying for car I'm like that doesn't have nothing to do with me though you know what I'm saying I don't have nothing to do with that I don't know this lady my car is okay like I'm just got my car is okay and I didn't say nothing I'm like let me just relax because there's no point if both of us to be get going back and forth and the police are already on the way and we both have Insurance what is the problem and she's like I just got my car out of the shop I just got my car out of the shop these stupid don't know how to drive you got over my Lan Boo Boo Boo and I'm like okay but I understand you're mad about your car but we can only wait for the police to get here like that's it right right and I mean she's really she's clearly way older than me I mean I'm 24 you know what I'm saying I'm just trying to keep the keep the situation y'all why I just don't understand why I just don't understand why we just can't why we just can't why you didn't take a second to talk to us you just put how am I going to take a second to talk to anybody when everybody yelling I'm trying to people and stuff like that but officer yo you should have heard what she was saying to my sister slamming on the window and stuff that's why we was it hurting your sister did it put your sister in in your mouth because all your out here look look I've been doing this for a long time I'm not brand new if I could have recorded the cuse I promised you officer you would have heard the way that girl was at her window yelling my sister is a calm person she don't do all of that stuff you know I'm saying so when you got here on scene so when I got here and she was was she jumping on your sister put her hands on S her nothing I didn't her but she was in her face words kill anybody no okay but was it respectful who was respectful to me sorry but see I didn't see you at the moment I was on Tunnel Vision so I didn't quite see moment I understand it yeah it's just she didn't do us right I was literally I got a 3mon old I came out here from LA to spend time with my family literally got a three-month old at home I was cutting yams ran out the house because of how she was on the phone crying and how old girl was yelling at her on the phone so when we came yes we did come on the up and up because we was worried already knowing like she not going to do nothing we don't know what this girl got going on so yeah we did come on some ra for whatever type but at the end of day Thanksgiving day I didn't come out to Atlanta to get arrested I ain't never been arrested the day of my life I didn't come out here for that but I'm also not going to let nobody disrespect my family at the same time due to y'all both of y'all statement and the impact on the two cars it shows that you failed to yield them okay she has had the rideway coming down this this left lane here uh we'll give you this right here it's got the report number on it for the accident get a copy of it off this website uh you just down for the holidays yeah okay IA that'll be the best thing for you then just get off that website I have to you for the violation uh it's f f e need information about doing that you call that phone are you going to be able to drive your car yeah my car looks fine okay it's just all both
