my proper property go stand over there remember what street it was MOX beat me sh up and beat me up can I get those biscuit please no they're not going to see you to see okay [Music] [Music] man Blake Jones he's this fugitive in town he's been running around over the place supposed to be in possession of some stolen vehicles he's got a misdemeanor warrant but he's taken um deputy on a couple Pursuits in the preceding weeks so um a couple of citizens we put out information citizens to contact us if they see him we've been flagged down a couple times as far as the whereabouts of where he's at um so right now we're going to an area a deputy was flagged down and given information that the male might be hiding out in this area or storing some stolen vehicles that he's been using to to run from us in this area on a particular property so we're headed over to attempt to locate him or any vehicles that might be matching the description of the ones that he ran from units on so hopefully we can find him and take him into custody if we do find him he's more than likely going to run since he's Runing every other time um if we happen to find any of the vehicles that he's used to flee then we can tow those off the property but right now it's just a hunch so we're going to see if we see anything once we get over there3 oo [ __ ] hey dude oh Jesus all that beer oh many cars over here bro Chop Shop of glore [ __ ] motorcycles everything he doesn't want to answer so the guy I'm at Green Valley grocery the guy tells me hey I know you guys are still looking for Blake he's uh he's got this address he shows me on a map he's like he's driving an orange KTM motorcycle the day we did a freeze aor on the way back to the station I was driving near to Ringo aor gets into a Pursuit with an orange km over there and uh n whatever six canceled it and uh didn't know it was Blake Jones I come here property owner says yeah you guys can watch the property gab stays there so the citizen the complaint of the uh the tip I got today was hey he stays with Gabe follow him behold here's Gabe so he doesn't answer the door but you [ __ ] look around there's all this [ __ ] chopped every every key ignition here is punch freshly towed we just got told that Blake's Towing [ __ ] there's parts to an orange motorcycle that are fresh on the back not even covered by the rain or anything yet so and then there's that [ __ ] full of tools and like ready to tear down [ __ ] there's also a chop motorcycle over there so I said hey let's call snag out right oh they're on know they're on elely Nevada I'm like oh that's great so I told I told Augie to come out here cuz I was like this is a paradise not from us but for somebody oh Jesus I was looking at it and the every single one of them they're all old as [ __ ] every single one of the um so earlier uh we we were just doing a well earlier uh one of the deputies depy Hagen got flagged down we've been looking for a guy he's been running from us constantly last few weeks uh several Pursuits he always takes us off in the desert and the dirt bike so we can't chase them um possibly suspect some other thefts and all that kind of stuff but we've been looking for him we got a tip that he was at this address in this property so with the permission of the property owner we did a search of the area located what appears to be some kind of Chop Shop there's several catalytic converters in one spot chopped parts from other vehicles all over the place um none of the vehicles on the property are registered to to anyone who's renting the unit from the property owner or the owner of the property and all the registered owner that appear to be pretty elderly um none of them were reported stolen but all the ignitions are punched so it appears that they were um maybe the owners either passed away or aren't aware that the vehicles were taken either way it looks suspicious information that we got lines up didn't find them today but if we keep on pressing them we're going to find him eventually but those of you that see him on the news and stuff like that should you see him feel free to flag us down and let us know any information that might help us find him but that's all we got for right now all right so we're going to a keep the peace um the RP needs to go to this address to get his belongings apparently he was trespassed from the address yesterday so we'll go make contact with the RP and see exactly what's going on Hi how are you doing good how are you I don't want that that thing recording in my face can you tell them to something they're just doing a documentary on me I know but I don't want that please I don't want that please so what's going on today I don't want that you to take the on my face talk that's fine is it him who's the one yeah please can you take the on my face can he can he that yeah over here I don't want him over there I don't want camera come over here he's over here I'm the one I call not him I don't want that my face what's going on they're just going to edit you out anyway so no but I don't want that I don't want that he told to resp cuz I came from a family from a police officer that's fine all right so what's going on today okay I'm the only Deputy on the streets today so it's okay uh you've been here right yeah you've been here is that Andre's house yes okay he got 69 something what is it6 86 69 um so he doesn't want I don't know about this so he doesn't want him over there Andre doesn't want yeah so he came and knocked my door he said KY I want to get my stuff let me call the cops better for you MH so there's things that he has that what he does MHM and I saw the videos right now that's not good mhm I want you to to see him but I want him to pick up his clothes and maybe you guys can help him to take him somewhere where he can I walk but look I've been helping these guys out for a month they put in jail once already on a [ __ ] battery but he's hitting he's hitting him with pans and [ __ ] it's that's not right I tell that video right now I took a video I've been here he abuses me because he I he's like get me a cigarette get me a vodka get me he drinks gallon and a a liter 75 Andre does right yeah so is Misha m the other guy just shits and pisses himself all day so I've been cleaning up laundry is non-stop I've spent all my money they took my money when I went to jail the first time but they're hitting each other with pants I get 86 out of here with all my [ __ ] in you should show him the videos what kind of people he is I didn't know he you should show him the videos so I told just you know I'll call the cups for you so you can pick up your clothes cuz I don't want to look like a bad guy anymore I'm I'm a critical care medic nurse the only thing is you so like if he doesn't want you in the property he obviously he can get his clothes then he has to go be like that so as far as as far as with the clothes and stuff like that would be able to can't see there's a pan you see the pan yeah I see the pan but I can't really see too much it's it's kind of reflecting but that's inside where they sit I can't really see what he's hting see he's hitting him with the pants go over here so you can see the that's not that's not good what he does with right here you can see it I saw it you can start it over it's 34 there's two sets of him hitting in sorry and the phone's super bad Cod for he's going to hit him again yeah I mean and that was me after I heard it I went he was hitting him 15 times before that and he just hits him with the [ __ ] thing he's bleeding all over the place he goes to the hospital when was this on the 8th okay did you call it in us he see this is what's your name officer officer so when they get hit he does that kind of stuff H people they love they love each other and he calls the ambulance like oh he goes cuz he's been un weirdly conscious for the last 4 months and I'm like dude I've only been here a week they arrested me day one I've been here now two weeks out of jail and I've been helping him everything's been great but they're they're problematic with their own we've been here before so that's the reason he show me like maybe that's the reason that another guy goes to jail I'm here to help and and I mean but he's he's attempting murder on this guy every other night he's beating his ass he's saying it's just it's nuts so I'm doing laundry because the [ __ ] goes real quick I mean they poop everywhere they're literally peeing poo and everywhere and then they just laying it so I got him washed up we went and saw a lawyer yesterday he went there he went that we went to Vegas another guy drove it's just yeah we've called Adult Protective Services and all that stuff um cuz we've been have problem I'm going to go find work I have my I have ID I have my soci show on me I have everything there's a bag there's two backpacks one was Andre's one is mine and I left my bag in there amongst other things I don't even have a shirt so that's where we're at okay what's your first name I'm Maxim MX I and then last name m e eev Echo EO that one Misha gets out e what's your last name again echo echo Victor Mal leave he's a mean person he's an alcoholic person I cannot help people like that yeah so they can only kind of help people who want to be helped uh yeah and then the fire department comes out cuz I'm I'm moving him you know it's dead weight he refuses to help he wants wipe my he WIP I wipe his ass all day I know but like I told you Max the another day I says if he doesn't want help he [ __ ] gets up on his [ __ ] stool and he gives out because he got his finally I gave him his medicine they take my stuff all the time they move all my [ __ ] around they get me flustered just give me vodka give me the cigarettes cigarettes people in the circus from circus like acrobats C thank you kind of a weird family type environment and I came out here to drop alexe off and I got arrested that day Sheriff's Office hello cool if I come in what's up Andre how you doing cool if I come in come in can I come in you live here or are you busy I leave here so you got food and you got some AC now how you been uh is it okay if uh Max gets his um belongings what did you say can Max get his belongings can Max get his backpack and stuff so he can leave okay I'm going to go grab him so we can get his stuff and then he's going to be leaving all but you've been good what' you say you've been good yeah okay cool yep just don't talk to him just get your stuff he said you're allowed to get your stuff cuz if he says he doesn't want you to get your stuff anymore then typically we got to back out from there so just get your stuff don't talk to him and then get what you need I have um to ask you to help mhm come in come in okay I have uh all of my paperwork mm my taxes my uh you know all the documents you know I have right there mhm when Max and Max he has uh some uh some of his paperwork right there mhm when Max will pick up his belongings just make sure he doesn't take my paperwork my tax is my U documents okay where's your stuff at what you say where's your stuff at no everything is right here oh right here yeah okay can I this table I had all my stuff on it put a shirt on no glasses okay I don't know much sh and I need a Black Backpack just like that that's mine that one's yours no that one's his if it's not yours I'll go through it this is Misha's I have one that's just like that this was what what this was the wrong backpack so this is all his stuff just like that and he has see I I did all this and I got his W2 I'll fold it up like this is his stuff okay is that your backpack I these are my backpacks but they could have the backpacks it's not my back it's yours all yours your stuff Andes are over there I don't know where my backpack was all right then you got everything that you can think of can I just look and see if it's in the bathroom real quick yeah nothing all right my glasses are here do you know where my glasses are my Gucci my sunglasses any of my sunglass glasses code for you take care all right Bud yeah all right you need anything from me come in please you see they have a hearing problems yeah you know from the military yeah Air Force that's why we talk the distance for it hard to gotcha to hear looks like you're doing a lot better you know thank you yeah MH thank you very much for your help what is your name I'm Wills Wills yeah nice to meet you Wills nice to meet you we have the same first name but I'm Wills no thank you for helping I hope he will never come back on my property did you let him in he was taking carry or something or you see what's happening oh [ __ ] my spine was broken M mhm my neck and my low back is broking from circus me and my brother were work in Circus yeah um all right this guy Max he's a bad bad boy mhm you know if you check his background he has like seven different charges and U um he talked to my attorney my lawyer and he said he's facing like uh two to 10 years in a prison mhm for things he did which is the drugs and blah blah blah blah blah mhm and uh when Max he moved to my house he tried to control everything you know mhm he was taking uh my belongings he was taking my uh my stuff and he blame everything on Misha he said Misha he stole your car his Misha stole your uh document Mish stole your kid for your scooter Mish did you find it no no at least we found the the wallet my wallet under theed with the carts and the driver's license but what's still missing it's my passport that's fine it's all civil he just wanted to get his stuff he's Ste mhm and he's trespassed now too so he can't come back so he knows he's trespassed so he can't come back here but he's already told me his part you guys told me your part it's all pretty much civil and stuff like that don't trust him all right either one week either one week Marx beat me sh up and beat me up and I call you guys yeah he went to jail for that he told he told uh he said I'm going to kill Andre I'm going to kill you which is see what I have in case he he said that he he's going to kill me he's going to kill him M and he I was sleeping mhm just be careful who you guys allow into your house that's the biggest thing I can say if you don't know them don't invite them in don't allow them stay here because of course it's pretty hard to get them um it's pretty hard to get them out if if they get residency so you know how much you have to go through the courts and all that so to get this house mhm yeah he's had it for a couple months that's why he's handicapped mhm okay too much okay all work at se and Stage he has a Oscar from uh Hollywood and he has a gold clown from this U movie show um America has talents mhm yeah CU I gotcha and u i I want to so this my history gotcha okay guys well you guys have a better one I'll go drive around see if I can go find that for you okay than yeah if you will find the passport you know yeah I know who it belongs to I I will uh I will be really appreciate sounds good all right you guys take care thank you be safe all right so pretty much um I haven't been to that address in a few months uh last time I was here we had had to get resources like Adult Protective Services um we tried getting resources for veteran stuff but because the fact that he's part of the Russian military um it's kind of hard for him to be able to get those resources I guess um we've had other Elder protective people come out to try to talk to him and stuff and as she stated earlier he doesn't want help um it's good to see now though he actually has someone there who's staying with him and he actually has power and he has power he has food in there um the place looks a lot better than what it did originally when I was out here a few months ago uh I guess they had uh Max helping them but I guess they didn't want him helping which is understandable be careful who you allow in your residents I guess you can say and uh as of right now so hopefully they remain peaceful Max hopefully finds his resources he needs to be able to get back to Vegas like he said he wanted to and uh that's pretty much where we're at um there was also a AR statement a written statement in there that was from a previous case I guess that one of our deputies took so um if neither party wanted press charges in regards to that incident that happened on the 8th and we technically have no victim I mean they both admitted that they fight here and there and stuff like that they've known each other for years if you don't have a victim you don't have a crime unfortunately so thankfully today there's going to be peace because Max is out and those two can hopefully just coexist and just be cool with each other all right so right now we are going to a welfare check details state that a lady looks like she's in distress well she looks like she's in distress uh she's uh white female adult wearing a black dress and no shoes and as hot as it is out here to be barefoot that seems terrible so we're going to go drive in the area hopefully we can find her and see if she needs any assistance either from us or from Medical record Frank will 3 what's up you okay yeah I'm okay I made it to my house my shoes you want to ride right there yeah I'll take save you a little bit of feet Yes I appreciate that thank you yeah I'll bring the car closer to you cool all right yeah someone called basically cuz they said that you look like you were in distress and I made all the way here and then some show up right I'm like what how far did you walk five way quite ways okay long oh only thing is I just got to make sure no guns in your purse that's it quote that I just don't want to get shot careful though how's your day overall all right here you go you're good I'll just have you sit on that side oh yeah think you can do it yeah you remember what street it was You' made it huh remember what street it was it's 108° my man oh my God you're asking me questions right now there you go oh my God this is the F worse than death right here you have no idea oh my God holy crap oh thank you filling any AC oh yes very cool and then just grab that seat belt oh yes can I move in yeah oh in the car yeah I was like yeah sure and you said is this trailer right there yes you cool do you have any water I don't know I have an ice pack if you want ice packs yes okay I'll check to make sure I have some that one wherever you want them you need medical or anything for your feet or anything or you think you're okay I'll be okay as as I get something to drink I think okay we'll get you to your place right now so right now we're just going to give her a courtesy right she stays at the trailer up here so we're just going to drive her there keep her from burning her feet cuz right now it's 108° so it's probably a lot hotter on the pavement yeah 17 copy on mil what's up this is it yeah I you oh that's fine I'll open your gate and I'll drive you up there I was like she looks familiar huh I am not from here how long you been out here I'm from a place where it rains all the time Washington Wast right or Oregon huh was it Washington or Oregon yeah you're good right than you might want to wash thatat all right no you're good all right you take care uh it's us cops so they're airing uh on our YouTube channel First unor Responders they're pretty much um they do like a documentary on us and stuff okay so that's it have a good one all right so we gave Diana a courtesy ride I've dealt with her before in the past I just forgot her first name um she just needed a ride I guess she has been walking ever since her sandals broke she's been walking on foot trying to get to her house so it's good to see be able to do a good deed for her to get her to her trailer so that way she doesn't burn her feet or get uh heat exhaustion so we're responding to another domestic um apparently there's three people fighting in a house we're not really sure what's going on but it sounds like they're refusing to separate so myself and uh Deputy Smith are in route 14 arrived confirming it's 1841 Sheriff's Office coming hi hello hi what's going on um oh you can turn that down please thank you nothing's going on my kids are in the house do you call no my sister called um we were all drinking having a good time my sister Vivian gets a little bit more accelerated than all of us and she wanted to fight um me and my sister okay my younger sister it's um my sister's about 37 I'm 35 she's 33 and she gets a little more accelerated than all of us we can handle it we know our limits and everything but she gets very accelerated because she was like a drug abuser before and now it's like no no no I don't want this I don't want this live PD nothing all right then go stand over there go stand over there I'll talk to you stand right here go stand over there or you going to go in handcuffs do you understand me SLE down go stand over there handcuffs but I don't want that live PD here go stand over there then this is my proper property go stand over there go stand over there go stand over there no this happened because of you guys no I have children here I want talking stop talking I'm here for a lawful reason he's following me talk me like I'm a [ __ ] [ __ ] because I'm trying to figure out what's going on go stand over there nothing going on here you want go handcuff had a [ __ ] put me in handcuffs I don't care I I had an a disagreement with my sisters I don't want no live PD here this is a normal [ __ ] dispute nothing crazy I don't want a live PD here we have a lot of children here I don't want that so don't treat me like I'm something okay so what happened I was just asleep so what happened I don't know what happened okay my sisters were [ __ ] this this lady was crazy this lady was a lesbian and I said all right I'm going to sleep I went to sleep they woke me up okay they both woke me up and want to beat me up and I said I'm calling the cops because I don't want to get beat up cuz they beat me up before I've been here before okay mister I don't want this and I said if you guys want to take me jail take me jail please because I'm tired I'm tired I was asleep they woke me up Sir okay okay and see it's because my sister like they think that they're just like I don't [ __ ] know bro I can't even I can't even fathom I was asleep I just woke up and they were yelling at me and I was like why is everything coming and then they wanted to beat me up so I called you guys because she got on the bed she's beat me up before that girl's beat me up before so I'm like let me call the cops cuz I don't want to get [ __ ] up no more I had a knee surgery my ankles [ __ ] up I'm not in the equipped to fight you know what I mean especially on my sisters so I'm not the one I just want to like how did how did she get blood on her face I don't even know I woke up she woke me up I was asleep and she said you do this to me I said how can I do that when you were in your friend's car she was in her friend's car so I don't even know how I would even begin to do that to her unless I jumped over her friend into the car to do that okay so I don't know but if you guys they're just going to just say it to me all the time because that's just the way my life is well I'm the middle girl I'm the life like that so if they want to say it's me I guess it's me and they were being [ __ ] up to me before I went to sleep that's why I was like I'm going to sleep it's okay we can restart okay I I did definitely didn't like PD a little bit they'll blur you out don't worry about it so we can restart fresh okay definitely not cool how you approached me no because I'm like so upset about it I was asleep know like they woke me up we're going to figure out we're going to get both sides so you were sleeping yes okay okay so before I was sleep my little sister was in the car with her friend here and then my big sister oh the the other one my they're both my little sister and then you was trying to fight me and they said I don't want to fight you and she did hit me in the face and I said hey stop hitting me in the face bro like stop stop stop was there an argument was it about you being woken up what no it was about um I was like oh yeah let's go get a Sal and they're like no [ __ ] the Sal how lid you know it was just like some stupid [ __ ] dumb stuff okay this is not the first time this like the first time the cops had gotten C them and she got up to go to the bathroom I said like how dare you like do this to me she's like I didn't do nothing to you and I'm like look at me and I turned the light on she was like I didn't do that to you and I'm like yes B you did I st and I don't want to get beat up bro nobody trying to beat me up nobody beat her up okay yes you are stop stop it's [ __ ] funny they want to beat me up I never got beat up before and they're beating me up guys I never got beat up before and they're beating me up I was asleep I'm not going to take nobody to jail yet I don't got no reason to take you to jail I W to go I'm tired okay I want to go home but I can't go home so just cuz you want to go to jail don't mean I can take you stop do me a favor I want you to hold your hands out like this and I just want to get hold your hands out just a picture just in front of you all I'm doing is I want to get a picture of your hands and and everything else with it this way if something does escalate or something goes anywhere m and someone decides they want to press charges down the road photographs of everything was taken okay yeah there's no punch marks where there you go and then same with you like I said if you guys decide down the road you guys want to press chares something you got something changes this way photographs were taken and we have it we have it all documented you want to look that way for me just so I can get cuz you have the marks so weird that she said she didn't do this to me and I was like press charges let me go to jail come on no we're not doing czy chares right now no okay like she's the RO want de side I I I don't I don't know what else we can do at this moment we can't make any one of them leave right um I just maybe go to separate areas M but down the road if you do want to press charges um all you got to do is call up they'll be a long noed that we responded out here for domestic it's not a domestic it's going to be a battery because siblings but if if you guys down the road want to do it all the photos you can tell them de that came out and then from there I'll pull a report and get a document okay now do do you live separately from the rest of the house we like uh I live in inside they live sh so is it possible to stay separated for the night no all right so we got to figure something out all right huh you want to take me a jum no relax I want you to listen to me okay all right what I'm going to do is I'm going to take pictures of your hands and your face okay and then this way down down I know I know I'm just I just want to show that if something does change and someone wants to press charges at this point we got got documentation of everything so what I want you to do is I want you to stand there with your hands kind of up by your stomach a little bit there you go and then just look at me and then like I said this is just so I can verify and show that there's no marks on your hands and get a closeup of your face there's no marks on your face all right I think we've had a little too much to drink for everybody tonight maybe but I was asleep okay so what I'm going to recommend is since there's nothing we can do go back in the house you'll be in your room you'll have your room to yourself um stay away from each other okay cuz I don't want to have to turn around come back out here for something because someone gets up and escalates it please yeah at this point no one's going to jail you don't want these charges if it results in something that escalates worth it's going to be more charges okay you're better off going inside sleeping in your bed and just waking up feeling like [ __ ] tomorrow cuz you're going to be hung over maybe no maybe you're going to be hung over I can I mean I'm sitting this far from you and I can like I almost feel like I can taste the alcohol it was only beer it was only beer I know drunk quite a bit but I was asleep already so like it's been in here what's dad's name I'm the pl huh I'm the pl no what's dad's name David David confir so that was a drunken fight amongst siblings uh siblings are not a domestic in Nevada um basically told them all they need to sleep it off go separately um the one female came at me pretty hot and didn't want to just calm down for a couple seconds so I Rose to her level got her to calm down um and and then once she calmed down I met her again at her level um at any point these things happen it's all a part of the acting in the job am I mad at her no but there are sometimes people need to be yelled at and they need to understand the seriousness of the situation and that I am commanding the attention and they're not running the show and when that happens and they calm down and we can start creating Solutions instead of more problems then I fall back down to their level and we start to have normal peaceful conversation C [Music] [Music]
