So, what am I getting arrested for? >> When am I getting out? >> You're not walking away. >> I don't have a for Get out. Get out. >> Patience has its limits. And these cops give chance after chance before deciding enough is enough. When officers have enough of these psycho carons and shut it down, man comes home to find a complete [music] stranger inside. Officers respond to a home after the resident reports finding a stranger inside his [music] house. Here's what happens when the officers arrive to investigate. >> Wandered in, man. >> Okay, we'll talk to her. >> Like, literally, I'm in my room starting to nap. and my dog got for a few minutes and then I hear a weird noise and like >> and then she's just right here. She's kind of all over. >> Hello, police department. >> And then she >> can wait right here in the living room. >> Yeah, for sure. >> Police department, >> ma'am. >> She's been in and out. >> She was over a minute ago, but then she kind of just stopped for weapons on anything. >> I didn't see anything. N >> police department. >> Police department. >> Excuse me. >> Police department. I'm all right. >> Okay. What are you doing here? You don't live here. >> Sleeping. >> You need medical attention? >> No, I'm go to sleep. >> You don't need medical attention, ma'am. >> All right. >> You sure? >> Yes. >> Do you have any thoughts of hurting yourself or others? >> What? >> Do you have any thoughts of hurting yourself or others? >> No. >> This is This is >> Yeah. >> So, she just opened the door and just came in. I had I had just the >> the metal one >> my outside >> and then I come out here standing right here in your >> Yeah, right here. >> You need medical attention. >> She like >> she do anything to you? >> Nah, no. She was chilled and I was like, "Hey, you need to get out. This is not your place." >> And she was like, "No, no, I need to sleep. No, I need to sleep." I'm like, "Okay." >> And you never have any thoughts of hurting yourself or others? >> I've I've seen her on the street. >> You have any thoughts of hurting yourself or others? >> But you don't like know her? No, no, no, no. >> She's got I guess point of getting out, she's got no reason to come here, think that she could sleep here. >> No, no, no, no. I I've seen her like walking down here before. Walk up on a PW. >> The homeowner tells officers he's seen the woman around the neighborhood before, but doesn't actually know her. He makes it clear that he simply wants her out of his house. >> I mean, yeah, definitely kick her out, but I just want to make sure she's good cuz I think she's >> Yeah. So, I mean, we we'll definitely we can get her out one day, but um if >> are you want to pursue charges if she doesn't want to leave? >> I don't want to press charges. Just get her out of my house. >> So, just so you know, we'll get her medical attention or anything like that. But again, if she gets confetti with us, if you're not want to pursue any charges for the trespassing, we're not going to >> we're not going to use force against her, right? >> Because if we don't have any charges to move forward with, >> I see your ma'am. Hold on. Let's let's try and do it the nice way first and then if things get >> Yeah. >> Yeah. That's that's all we need from you is basically at the end of it if she's still not wanting to get up and get out. >> Um as long as you're still charges that point, then we can get her out. >> Yolanda. >> Um fire department's here. Come check her out. Make sure it's maybe not just a medical emergency or anything like that. >> She seemed to be lost when [clears throat] she came out. >> She walked in was standing here and was like, "No, I'm going to sleep." I'm like, >> "What's your last name?" >> Okay. >> Okay. All right. >> Yeah. We'll uh we'll definitely get her checked out. We'll get her taken care of. Um, and then we'll get it out of here one way or the other. Hopefully it's >> not so difficult. >> Your last name? >> Yeah. >> Cool. Um, fire department's on the way in right now. I think I just heard him park. Um, >> you can't sleep here. >> Okay. What's your name? >> Yolanda. >> Huh? >> Yolanda. >> Yolanda. >> What's that? >> Can you please leave me alone? >> Not yet. Okay. Okay. You can't sleep here. You don't belong here. What's your last name? >> Yeah. How do you spell that? >> What's your last name? >> I want to go to bed. >> You can't go to bed. Okay. >> Yeah. >> This isn't your uh this isn't your house. >> Okay. Yeah. So, she's not wearing medical attention. So, that's kind of where we're at right now. It's really on us, though. Like I said, we can get her out if you want some charges. Hermit's not covered. She doesn't want any medical attention anymore. >> Oh, but I mean, you can still get the >> Well, you can still get EMS here even if they refuse. >> I mean, we can get them out here, but she's refusing. They're just going to come out of here. >> As officers continue trying to identify [music] the woman, they discuss with the homeowner the safest way to resolve the situation. >> So that's what we just broke off. >> So it's really up to you at this point how much time you want to give her, but we >> on the same token we can't be her. >> Yeah. I mean, can't you get like MIH or like Project Light kind of [ __ ] over here? >> She's not really AO4 right now, but she >> is a light unit or >> something like that. I don't think they were >> Yolanda. >> Okay. If you answer my questions, >> the sooner you answer my questions, the sooner I can leave you alone. Okay. >> Leave me alone. >> And your last name is Are you from New Mexico? >> Can you please go to sleep? >> We're just not We're not done yet. K. >> You know, we could see possibly some sort of medical issue, >> but at the end of the day, if she knows where she's at, she doesn't any medical attention to promote that. >> We can't force her to >> seek medical attention, right? >> Yeah. No. >> So, that's why we're not going to get them here because she's not going to want to. >> Mhm. >> I mean, they've got other things they need to attend to as well. >> Mhm. Half asleep. I'm walking out some random ladies down here. >> What the What are you doing? >> Walking the door. >> I always I had the dog out for a minute. I'll go. >> So, I was laying there for like 5 10 minutes in my room and then I'm like, "Wait, my dog can't open the door. What's happening?" >> Where do you usually see her at? I know you said you walk. >> I don't know, dude. I just know that I've seen her before. Like, I just, you know, they're they're just always around here. So, you kind of just start to recognize the people who wander around here, >> right? >> I don't know. Maybe I want to say the Pwick on Solano. >> The one that's right here. I I think that's where I've seen it before, just hanging out out front, you know, but >> I could be wrong. Hey, Yolanda. >> I need her. >> How old are you? >> My mom. >> How old are you? >> What? >> How old are you? >> Me? >> Yes, you. >> I'm I'm drinking. >> Well, I know you've been drinking. How old are you, though? >> Despite several opportunities to identify herself or leave on her own, the woman refuses to cooperate. >> You're in someone else's house. >> What? >> You're in someone else's house? >> No, I'm not. Hey Yolanda, the sooner you answer our questions, the sooner we'll leave you alone. >> I want to go to sleep. >> He can't sleep right now. Unfortunately, you can't even sleep in this house. You know, you live here. It's crazy. You just answer our questions real quick. I'm going get you out of here. Rolanda. >> How old are you? >> I don't know. Can you please leave me alone? >> How do you spell your last name? >> Yolanda. >> No, your last name. >> I mean, yeah. Yeah, I still don't really want, you know, force you and whatnot in my house. Yeah. >> Yeah. No, I got you, man. And it's kind of prefer if I if you can do medical. That's my preference. >> I I completely understand. >> And it's kind of it's kind of a twofold thing, right? >> We're not going to we're not going to get medical attention out here if she's not wanting it, right? That's just wasting a resource, right? >> Outside real quick. >> Again, I'm not saying that she doesn't need it. I don't know her background. I don't know what's going on right now, but it's just at the end of the day, if she doesn't want it, she doesn't want it, right? >> Um, >> so it kind of goes back to where we're at right now >> is she's >> she is actively trespassing in your home. >> If you don't want to pursue charges, again, it's looking like for us to be able to get her out, we're going to >> have to use some level of force, right? Obviously, we're not going to >> just pick her up and throw her, right? >> There's going to be something that we're going to have to do. >> Let's Let's stand up. walk outside. >> If we don't have any charges that we're going to pursue, >> we're not going to put us in that implication. Right. >> So, what's so what's the implication of being trespass? It's just a trespass. You can't come into here again. >> Yeah. Well, so right now she's actively trespassing. >> Meaning she's here right now. She's committing a crime. >> Um >> what's your trespass? >> What's your address? >> Well, she's still she's on the property's not supposed to be here. Told her that she can't be here. >> So, she's already committed the crime of trespassing. So that's already enough. >> After considering the available options, the homeowner decides he [music] wants a removed from the property and agrees to pursue criminal trespass charges >> citation at least for us to get her off of the property. >> I guess that's what my question is though is like what is the actual um >> punitive measure related to being trespassed. >> So once you pull her out, >> you know, is that a ticket? Is that going to jail immediately? Because I don't want to press charges. >> I just want I just want to trespass. And that's where that's when it goes that's what it goes to is if you're wanting to pursue some some sort of charge, >> then if we need to use force or whatever, we can get her out. >> If you're not wanting to pursue charges, again, we're we're only going to take it so far. >> Yeah. >> Because we're not going to get into a use of force if we've got no crime. >> If you don't have Yeah. Yeah. >> So again, it if you want to pursue charges >> Mhm. >> she will get charged with trespassing. Whether that's her going to jail or receiving a citation >> address, >> whether she goes to jail or a citation, that's typically our discussion >> on whether we feel is most that's going to be the easiest way to get her out. >> If you don't want to pursue charges, we're probably just going to leave it there. >> No. Yeah. Yeah. I know. I know. But I don't want that. >> Right. >> So, if you want us to get her out, you're again, you're going to need to pursue some sort of I'm not trying to tell you what to do. I'm just telling you what we can do. >> No, no, I know. I know. I just I very much prefer the, you know, light and all that. But that's fine. But but anyway, no. >> And again, it's I'm not trying to rush you or anything, but we kind of >> No, you're fine. I know you have other stuff to do as well. Um I mean, yeah, let's go ahead and trespass her. Just, you know, my preference is to get her out of the heat and >> you know. >> All right. Well, some sort of resource. >> So, just make it crystal clear. Pursue charges. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Okay. If you want That's your bedroom right there. >> We'll get her out of here. Uh if you want to just hang on the hallway in there. >> We'll get her out. We'll talk to you screwdriver. >> Okay. >> Yeah, if you don't mind, just kind of move yourself. >> Officers give the woman one final opportunity to leave the residence, making it clear that refusing to do so will result in her arrest for [music] criminal trespass. >> You're going to go to jail. >> Can you kindly leave? >> No, I'm going to leave. >> If you do not leave, you're going to face criminal trespass charges and go to jail. Do you understand? Let's stand up. Walk outside. Okay. >> I'm just going to go to bed. >> You can't sleep here. You trespassed. You're no longer welcome. Yolanda, >> what? >> Can you stand up? Walk outside for me. >> Can you please leave me alone? >> You're trespassed. You're no longer welcome on this property. >> I'm trying to go to >> If you don't stand up, you're going to go to jail. >> I don't care. >> Okay. >> All right. We're going to help you out. >> Don't Don't do that. Why are you doing that? I >> want to walk outside. Okay. >> What? >> We're going outside. >> I want to go to bed. >> Where do you normally go to bed? >> Right there. >> That's accurate. >> Oh, what? What are you doing? >> Oh [snorts] my god. I want to go to bed. I just want to go to bed. Yeah, I'm good with >> I just want to go to bed. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> You want to bring this? >> Okay. >> I I just want to go to bed. >> Don't turn away from me. >> I Oh my god. >> What are you doing to me? >> I don't want to go to bed. That's >> Yeah. >> What? >> What's going on, man? >> So, this is we believe Yolanda. We're not too sure on the last name or date of birth or anything. >> Miami. >> She just walked into this house and then tried to go to sleep on the floor. Um, she's never lived here as far as we know. Has no reason to be here or anything like that. Um, right now she is under arrest for trespassing. Medical personnel then speak with her while officers explain the unusual circumstances, continue trying to confirm her identity and determine where she actually lives. >> I was trying to get with dispatch. We were honestly weren't too sure if you guys were coming or not. We were going to try to see if you guys could talk to her. >> What? >> Before we got to this >> um she's the only thing we got for sure is that she's been drinking. Um >> ma'am, could you please the owner of the house? >> He said he had seen her around. Those are to be homeless, but >> Oh my god. >> Or at least on the streets often. So, but we haven't actually been able to verify who she is or anything. >> Okay. >> So, I don't know if you guys could try talking to her more since she standing up cuz she was laying down the whole time we were there. >> Yolanda, >> where do you live? >> Right here. >> No, this isn't your house. >> I want to go I want to go to sleep. >> What's the address of your house? Colorado right now. Oh my god. >> Yeah, you were in you were in the wrong house. So the cops have you right now because you were in a house that >> I was I was water. >> Go ahead and have a seat for now. >> What? >> Why are you doing it? >> Is there anything in your pockets? >> It's hurting my You're hurting my >> I'm not trying to hurt you. I'm trying to make sure you don't fall over. >> Do you have anything in your pockets? >> No. >> Okay. Do you even have pockets? >> No. >> Take a seat. >> I'm okay. >> Okay. Take a seat. >> All right. Oh my god. Where am I going to go? >> You're going to go to jail. >> Why? >> Because you're trespassing. Once the situation is safely resolved, officers explained what will happen next before wrapping up the investigation. Um, >> so luckily we didn't have to really use any force on her. It was more just picking her up and escort her out. >> Yeah, we're going to try and talk to her a little bit more. We'll decide if she's going to go to jail or receive a citation or >> we can just kind of figure out where she's going. >> Figure out where she actually lives if she does send a home. No. >> Yeah. Um, other than that, I think I've got your information. >> Yeah. Yeah, you did. Oh, your phone number. Yeah. Okay. >> Cool. Um, do you have any questions first? >> No. >> Yeah. Crazy. Anyway, >> even if your dog comes out, maybe just a quick little >> Yeah. middle of the day. It's just like, what the >> Anyway. All right. Cool. >> The woman is ultimately arrested for criminal trespass. Woman thinks she's in charge until police step in. Officers respond to a gas station after receiving reports of a possible domestic disturbance in the parking lot. When they arrive, they find a man and woman searching around a vehicle for what they say is a lost car key. >> We're just looking for key. >> Well, that's not what we've been told. >> No, we're just looking for >> No, I'm a little worried. >> I don't know what's going on. >> We're just looking for our key. We lost it. >> Yeah, that's fine, sir. >> My key is >> attached with tape. I need you to come over here, please. >> I need you. >> Yes. >> We got a report that there was a a fight. >> Mhm. >> Your shirt is ripped. >> Yeah. I just got >> this. >> No, your shirt all down the side. >> Ma'am, >> sir. Um, you don't >> This is Babe, this is >> Ma'am, I need I >> I need you to step over here. >> It's a microchip. >> That's fine. We'll go find it. >> You're not I've been looking for it for like the past 20 minutes. >> Okay. It fell out of my key. >> Okay, I need you to come over here. >> What's going on right now? >> There's nothing going on. I just told you I'm looking for my key. >> How did your shirt get ripped? >> The shirt has been ripped. It's an old shirt I've had since like 2018. I'm not worried about the shirt right now. I'm worried about my worried about my car. >> Okay, >> that the key is going to cost me $200 if I don't find it. I'm trying to find my key. I understand that. >> I'm here for the pat. >> All right, that's it. >> Yeah. You got any? >> No, we're looking for our key. >> This is not Miami. No one's shooting. We're looking for our damn key. >> So, what's going on? >> We're looking for our key. >> Hey, so what's going on? What' you see? >> So, they came in a little bit ago. They were all cool. They were good with each other and everything. Then a customer came in and told me that somebody's out there screaming. So, I'm looking out the window. I'm watching them screaming. Somehow their window got broken. The clerk tells officers he watched the couple arguing outside [music] for quite some time before seeing the woman strike the man in the face several times. >> I get out. I mean, he was what I seen I seen her make contact with his face like three or four times. >> Okay. You saw So, you witnessed the female hit the male >> hit him. I can't necessarily say he didn't hit her back. They both squared up. >> Uhhuh. >> So, it was double like they're both intoxicated. I've heard I've watched. >> So when the customer walked in, did she say that you were getting physical with each other at the time? >> No. No. No. >> There was more yelling. >> Yeah. They they they said they heard yelling. That's why I went out there. Then another customer came in and says, "You know something's going on out there, right?" I went out there, looked and he's like, "You got this handled. You got to call the cops." So I was like, "Yeah, I got it handled." And so that's when I called you guys. And as I was on the phone with you guys, they repeatedly came in here and begged me. They're like, "Do not call the cops." >> Got you. >> So I was like, "At this point, you guys are both drunk sitting in my parking lot for over an hour fighting. I got to do something. >> Okay. Okay. And then you witnessed the female strike the male in the face like three times. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> And then you did. >> Now I did I also witnessed her try to get him to like go away >> like 10 times and he just kept getting back in the car. Kept getting up in her face and all that. >> It's very possible she did it out of instinct but weird with you from my point. >> Can't necessarily say that is or isn't a thing. It's not in my relationship. It's not my favorite conversation. >> Right. Right. >> I can only see what I see through the window. >> Okay. I got you. I'll back. All right. >> We don't You just said you've been looking for it for the last 20 minutes for you. >> Yes. I pulled up here trying to get gas. I washed my dishes here. I warmed up my food. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. >> You said I pulled up in the task penny 20 minutes. And you're trying to tell me >> You told me that. >> I did. And you're trying to tell me that well that I've been here longer than I'm supposed to or I've been doing something that I'm not supposed to do. No. I've been here the last 20 minutes. I washed my dishes. I heated up my food and I put gas and I'm looking for my key. >> I am not doing nothing illegal. Back up from me. What am I doing, >> ma'am? >> With that information, officers separate the pair and begin asking each of them more detailed questions [music] about what happened. >> No, we got a report that you two were fighting in the parking lot. >> Okay. So, did you do your investigation, my friend? >> What do you think I'm doing right now, my friend? >> I'm asking you, honey. >> This is what I'm doing, honey. >> Right. And I told you, baby. >> Okay. Well, baby, I'm telling you going on. And I told you what I've been doing. What I did when I got >> Was that before or after you guys started fighting? >> Nothing. >> Nothing. What? >> Sh. >> Stop. >> So, what? What happened? >> I'm looking for >> I have been here. >> You mind stepping over here so we can talk so you're not yelling back and for that side? >> All right. So, what happened? >> Nothing. We're just looking for our key. >> Be be honest, okay? This is not This is not our first video, okay? Just be honest. >> I'm looking for our key. >> I'm looking for my key. >> Nothing has happened. >> Nothing happened. We're looking for the key. That's it. >> I didn't even think no one called. >> So, what's your guys's relationship? >> We're friends. We're boyfriend and girlfriend. We're just looking for our key. That's it. >> It's a microchip, baby. My car. When my mother bought the car and gave it to me, >> it's broken, babe. >> I I don't know where it went. It It breaks all the time. >> It's a piece of Nissan if you didn't know that. >> So, what are you saying? It's in the car. >> It's in the car. It's on the floor. It's somewhere here. I pulled up here. Haven't been able to move since. >> All right. Am I free to go? >> No. No, not at all. >> All right. Let me know when I'm >> No, just stand by right there. >> No, I'm fine. >> Stay right there. No, you're not going to your car. I just want to know what happened. >> Hey, can you come to the back of the car, bro? Come on. >> Please come to the back of the car. If not, we can just take the route of going in the handcuffs. What am I doing? Stay right here. I'm not going to tell you again. Okay. What's going on? >> That's what we're trying to figure out. But you're not saying anything and being honest with us, dude. Why would somebody say you're beating the out of each other? >> We're not beating the out of each other. We weren't even fighting. >> She was looking for the key. I'm looking for the key. Both deny that the argument ever became [music] physical, insisting they were only looking for a missing key. Throughout the interview, the man interrupts, ignores instructions to stay where officers direct him and answer questions that are meant for the woman. >> That's it. >> You got a bunch of officers around you. >> Yeah. I'm just saying. >> Yeah. Get mama. >> We're talking to her. You could talk to them. >> Get mama. That's how this is working. >> I don't need the interaction. >> I'm just saying. >> I know. We're going to talk to her. >> You don't need to answer his questions or her. >> He's not talking to you. >> You're right. >> So, >> any other questions? >> Well, we really haven't gotten anything out of you, man. >> Any other questions? >> Yeah, we haven't. We haven't All you keep saying All you keep saying is >> tell me what you want to know and I'll tell you. I want to know why would somebody think that you guys were fighting? >> Oh, cuz I'm on the phone looking for the key like >> like I lost the key like >> 1 2 3 4 5 6 for people that are looking for a car key. >> Can I explain why though? >> I would love it because he has been no help because >> he's a piece. >> The person in there 24. The person inside there said that there wasn't you guys were fighting. >> Okay. And we just got to make sure that you know there's no domestic violence going on. >> Why the are you so close to me? >> He's just doing his job. >> Bro, I don't Babe, they keep walking up on me. >> We're not. >> And I got to do it. >> Listen, don't go to the front of the car. >> And I got to deal with it. >> Don't go to the front of the car again. Okay. >> I'm not doing anything. >> Okay. What's the problem? Why you being all weird? >> I'm not being weird. I >> There you are. Well, the gas station attendant said they started arguing. He said that initially the window wasn't broken, but now it is. >> No, my window's been broken. >> Okay, that's >> He said the what wasn't broken. >> Okay, >> the window wasn't broken. >> RUN IT BACK. RUN IT BACK. RUN IT BACK. NO. NO. NO. NO. THEY'RE TRYING to with us, baby. No. >> I don't trust them. No. >> Yeah, but I mean you can figure it out how you want to. >> Officers continue comparing the couple's statements with witness account as the investigation begins pointing toward probable cause for a domestic battery arrest. >> Run it now. >> So you're going to calm down. Okay. All right. Right now you causing >> My window has been broken since August. >> Since August. >> It's been broken. They know that. They could run in and see. >> Why you What are you saying? He just saying that he didn't mean it. >> He said the clerk is the one that SAID >> THAT IT GOT BROKEN, BUT Y'ALL ARE SAYING, >> "BABY, HE COULD PULL IT. HE COULD PULL IT." >> You're also kind of her hype man right now, bro. Like, just let her >> because you're going to WITH US ON FALSE INFORMATION. >> This conversation was a lot better if we're >> You just said my window wasn't broken when I pulled that. >> He knows that. He can pull that. >> I didn't say that. >> He's not your enemy. He didn't lose the key. I did. >> I didn't I didn't say that. I lost the key. >> Okay. All right. What's up? What's up? >> But he did say that he while he was out here smoking a cigarette, he clearly saw you punch this gentleman in the jaw. >> She didn't punch me in the jaw. She never hit me. She never hit me. >> He also said my >> I'm not going to lie. She never hit me. I would tell you, >> dude. Let them have the conversation. >> No, I'll just let him know cuz I heard him. We'll talk to you after. >> But can I let him know he comes to you? >> Yeah. >> It's the truth. >> It's like a oneonone. >> He never hit me. Is that your boyfriend? >> No. >> What is he? >> My friend. >> She never. >> Cuz you called him your boyfriend earlier. >> I be smashing friends with benefits. Don't give me no title, dog. I got a girlfriend. >> What? He's going to give me a title. I got a girlfriend. >> Okay. >> Don't write that down. >> Let me ask you something. Why'd you call her your girlfriend? >> Well, she's my girl. I smash when I asked you the first official girlfriend. Like I got a girlfriend. Girlfriend. She's one of my girls. >> Okay. >> But it's an intimate relationship, >> man. Listen, bro. Don't get me to say something. I don't mean >> Don't say intimate. Just My girlfriend might see this. >> You just said you were >> My girlfriend might see this, right? >> We were shooting each other. >> After the man says he no longer wants to answer questions. Officers immediately respect [music] his decision and end the interview. The woman is then allowed to use the restroom while officers maintain visual contact from outside. He's having >> Oh my god. >> And also my girlfriend >> in the eyes of the law. >> I don't want to talk no more. >> Good. Okay. Fantastic. >> I don't want to see. >> That'd be a solid plan. I'm good with that. >> Map. Where you going? >> I have to piss on a cold. >> They don't have a female cop with her or nothing, bro. You're forcing me >> because you're resisting. >> Well, because I'm asking you to be reasonable. >> I am reasonable. I let you walk all the way back to your house. >> I'm going to tell you what you did. >> What's that? >> Is you verified it from the porch, but you got such a attitude. You're forcing me in the car. I'm on my phone because I need a doctor. >> They're going to come and see you. >> They're going to come and pick me up here and I'm going to the hospital >> and I'll still arrest you when you leave the hospital. >> Goody goody. >> Okay. >> Because the judge will be called and he'll verify that it's been taken care of. >> It's already verified that it's active. Pike County confirmed it. and I opened it and it wasn't anything like that and I asked them to look for the court money >> May 23rd >> May 23rd. >> Yeah. >> No, I called them and I had paid $150 and they said your court 16th >> and I said goody goody. She continues insisting the warrant is a mistake, expressing frustration that she keeps finding herself in the same situation despite trying to stay on top of her legal obligations. >> Put my hair back, baby. Mother of God, >> I won't let you fall through. >> You fall already. >> No, I caught you. >> Oh, she was on the ground. >> Did she slam on the ground? She did not. >> Could you take it more, please? I wish somebody come out here with the camera. Nobody ever This is recorded. The whole interaction is recorded. >> Well, yeah. For you. >> It's for your safety and mine and everyone else. >> And it's all that over and over. >> This is the traffic court. >> But I know I paid $150. Actually, I put it up on my time, but it won't matter because they'll look at and say, "Yeah, you're right." And they won't do their job right. So, I had to go through this. >> And I was so sick, honey. And so they they called the judge and he said, "Send her home on her own necess." And I followed up like I was supposed to, paid my bill, and did my thing, and here I am again. And then the doctor, when you're ready, I'm sorry. The doctor manages my Suboxin is Chenica Hill and she's a not telepathic, she's a tea, you know, over. Yeah. My things are in order. I've killed officer breakers in the past if my things were in order, but because they said I had a warrant, here we go. And so, uh, here I am. And last time I was in Tai County, oh, you know, I don't know if you're familiar with depression or everybody knows somebody's depressed, right? So, it takes years to get my meds right. I don't get my meds for seven days. They take me off my suboxin and God only knows what that does to a girl. And I get so messed up and now I'm going to go through this again. >> Okay. >> And um I had a court date on Zoom. I was supposed to come back to a court date on Zoom unless my fines are earned which called a week. I thought it was the day of court. Called that day. She goes, "Oh, no. You don't have court till 16." I like, "Yay." So, here I am. Never got arrested until I was like 59, but I'm catching up. >> Okay. >> You know, because of a traffic warrant over and over and over. >> Okay. And um I'm going to be honest with you a few times with my um depression and my dad having a procrastination. Brought it all on myself. >> Okay. >> So um we're going to go to Randolph County in the morning, take care of some of my daughter's issues so she can move on and do some of your support system. My nails were really nice and wonderful point. As the assessment continues, she explains more about her medical history and says she believes the stress of [music] the arrest has made her condition worse. >> Okay. >> And um last time I went in, um Officer Baker insisted I left my personal belongings with the man who's in the car with me who brought me blind. And then when I got out of the hospital, I didn't have a phone. So I stuck to sleep in a chair at Chester Hospital after I was discharged. And um well of course connectively and I know everybody says that right and um he's just really like just our cat like he's really done something big and um it's just unacceptable. I was a nurse for 31 years. I worked the ER and I I'm just so unimpressed. And um so hyperventilated the little goats and chest tightness. My kid couldn't find my I don't normally use ventilin but I have them on hand for like bronchitis and stuff. So I was hoping that would open my airways and then I got some chest pressure. My diastolic pressure was 98 which never ever ever happens. Sometimes that's my systolic pressure. And um I'm just tired just tired of all this. It's just profoundly ridiculous. And you know when the people who are disturbing you think they're cute. I'm just disgusting. I'm so disgusted. I would have never treated someone I cared for. Oh, I might have rolled my eyes. Don't get me wrong. Seriously. Light and disrespect. And so yeah, left my purse with dude. So he robbed me the next month. He gambled on my chime card and I had no phone and I'm just a bit stressed out. >> So uh by the way, I do take stocks and so please don't give me morphine if I need anything. The conversation remains calm and focuses almost entirely on her medical concerns rather than [music] the arrest itself. >> Okay. Why would I give you anything? You haven't told me anything yet other than your law. >> If there's a need, I want you to know that I take you. [clears throat] I did mention chest pressure. That's why I brought the morphine up because as a nurse, I know that's frequently used for chest pain. >> Not anymore. That's old medicine. Well, see, I haven't practiced in about 12 years. >> Okay. >> I'm retired on disability, you know, secondary to just being beat up, I guess, you know. >> Okay. So, why why am I here? What? >> Um, I assumed the chest pressure and I couldn't breathe and that's why you're here. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> My pulox was fine. >> Okay. >> 99. I think they said pressure was a little high. Like I said, I think I Good out there. >> Okay. How are you feeling now? >> Um, my pressure is probably my chest pressure. >> How are How are you feeling? >> I'm trying to tell you that. Okay. >> Um, I was like looking at eight and I'm feeling like maybe a six as far as my pressure in my chest is reducing. I'm uncomfortable cuz I have a cervical stenosis and it's like sitting's difficult, but you know, you just reposition a little and you can get through it. I don't want to be at home and have my head on till I be chilling. So, better. >> So, um I don't know. >> I guess to be evaluated. >> Okay. [clears throat] >> Of course, if you talk to Officer Baker, I I'm playing, so you know, I don't have good >> I never said that. >> Of course you did. >> Do you want to go to the hospital and see me? Yes, I think that I would like to go to the hospital. >> Okay. >> This morning, right? >> Would you like your shoes? >> If I could get one of the other guys on the other side, I might do better, you know. [clears throat] >> Okay. >> Hi. >> Thank you. >> Mhm. Would you like your sandals? >> Well, yeah. I'll probably need them. >> Sure. >> Before transport, paramedics help her gather her belongings. As they're preparing to leave, she asks [music] which hospital she'll be taken to. No, I I'll get them myself. Thank you, sir. >> And if I could please have my phone. Am I allowed my phone this time? >> Your daughter has possession of it. >> Pardon me. >> Your daughter, I believe, has it? >> Okay. Some people like to have contact so they can get a ride. >> All right. See you guys later. >> All right. >> Thank you, gentlemen. Thank you guys. >> Hello. >> Are you going to Chester? Um, I'll let you know. Okay. >> Uh, we'll decide that in a minute. Okay. >> Well, who wants closer whether or not to decide it or not? >> Uh, no. whether or not we plan anything on our EKGs that we decide where we're going to go. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Easy. All right. >> Yes, ma'am. >> I've had so much of it. >> Yes, ma'am. >> I apologize if I'm coming off. >> You can see my neighbors. Don't know why officer has me on the grass. You had a heart attack, stroke. >> No, actually um I can't I think 2007 I had no and so there's a excuse significant family history. >> I was able to skip all that and my mother was diabetic. >> Are you diabetic? >> No. Like I said, >> how much did you lose? >> I lost like 120. >> Sure. >> The encounter ends with her remaining under arrest on the active warrant while being transported for medical care. Woman refuses to back down until it's too late. An officer in Florida spots a vehicle with a badly shattered windshield being driven on the road. The driver is someone he recognizes from previous encounters, and he already knows she does not have a valid driver's [music] license. So, the reason why I'm stopping you, okay, is because when I saw you come out of dancers, >> someone else that moved it too loud. >> Okay. Okay. When I saw you pull out of dancers, obviously the windshield's not able to be driven like this. Okay. So, do you have your driver's license with you? >> I I wasn't driving. >> Yes, ma'am. You were. I watched you. I actually also watched you get from the driver seat to the passenger seat. >> I know my boyfriend cuz he drove to >> Yes, I know your boyfriend.
