You struck that vehicle over there. I don't know. You know what's even better? What? Look right there. What is it? Someone will try to slip a drug into a person's drink. [Music] All right. So, what we're heading to now is at roughly 3:00 a.m. some female jumped out of a vehicle and advised someone attempted to rape her. And now she is sitting at the Waffle House over in our area. Well, the area beside us. So, we're going as a backup unit. But we'll go and see what's going on. Jimmy. Yeah. the female. So, from the call notes, the caller doesn't know if she'll respond. She hasn't tried to talk to her in about an hour. Unknown if she's been drugged, which it says roofied here, but roofies roofied can mean anything just drugreated and makes someone feel like they're not in their right mind. It lowers someone's uh ambitions just to the point where the person who drugged their potential victim makes them an easier target. And so we have a not in our area, but just generally like at clubs or parties, someone will try to slip a drug into a person's drink so that that person can try to sexually assault or rape that other person without as much of a struggle. If no one else is watching 750 1023 Okay, so we just got done with a call and it boiled down to a couple out of Georgia was coming through Oxford and the male wouldn't let the female out of the vehicle so she resorted to jumping out of the vehicle while it was going down the roadway and she came here to the Waffle House to get away from him. And then one of the employees called us to make sure that she was okay. And another officer got her information, as much information on the mail as possible, and we're doing a report for domestic violence. 76 239. No, Brandy. I'm sorry. I hate doing that to you. Turning on. Parking lot of racetrack on a black Dodge Challenger 2811 Alpha Delta. November November 8th. [Music] Hey, ma'am. You got your license and insurance card on you? Uh, I have my insurance. Okay. My husband has my license in his wallet. I have a picture of my license. Okay. As long as you got your number on there. Yes, I do. Yeah. Why can I ask why you're going? Uh, yes, ma'am. A couple things. For one, you didn't use your turn signal when you got into the lane to turn left right there. And then for two, you got a tag cover. You're not allowed to have any sort of tag covers in the state of Alabama. It's a It's just a It doesn't matter. Even if it's clear, you're not allowed to have one. Okay, I'm going to read that back to you just to make sure that's right. Eight. Okay. And then, do you have an insurance card by chance? You don't see too many uh manual Dodges out? Yeah, I bought it specifically for cuz of manual. Yeah. Is it a just an RT or is it a Scat? It's RT. Sounds good. Thank you. Sean, there's not a lot of them. Mustang makes more. Go for Yeah, I know Chevy and Ford make a lot of them, but not Dodge. Sorry, I just got progressive on No, you're fine. Perfect. There you go. Are you still staying? Uh, is the Do you stay I'm guessing you stay with your husband up in Aniston? No, okay. That's where you're still staying? Yeah. Okay. Where you headed to tonight, if you don't mind me asking. All right. Trust me, the way my night's been going, it's probably about to get even better. We have a friend. He lives right down the road. Okay. No, we're not going to take the chicken, but we've been with him about the chicken, and we had some nuggets, and her name's Whitey, and we was going to leave it on his doorstep. It's tough, man. I know. We're We're children. It's all good. I am, too. I feel you. All right. Give me one second. Okay. [Music] Oh. Uh we stopped this car. Um they have a tag cover and in the state of Alabama you're not allowed to have any sort of tag covers even if they're clear. Um she also didn't use her turn signal when she got into the turn lane to turn left and not showing any tickets through us. So we're going to let her go with the warning. Just let her know to take that tag cover off. You making a snapshot of me? Hey, you know what's even better? Look, not us trying to explain to the police. You know what's even better? What? Look right there. What is it? What is it? You ever seen us on YouTube? What is it? Oh, hell no. [Music] You make you make reals. No, I really don't. It's just a real. Actually, can you not? Okay. Uh, look, I'm going to give you a warning for all that. Okay. Please take that tag cover off. Okay. I will do it immediately. Can you not do that, please? Don't consent for that. No, it's public knowledge. Okay, that's okay. Y'all have a good night. Okay, [Music] it is. I'll open it. You want me to open it? Yeah. So, that's that's um You like it here? [Music] Mhm. You want to get back in? So, we are on our way to Nine Street in reference to an individual that we have warrants on. That's the address that he has told me before that he was staying at and he has an active warrant for theft of property and the address is on the warrant. So, we're going to go there attempt to make contact with him and if not if he's not there then we'll try to gather some information for anyone who is um to see where he may be now so that way we could locate him and bring him into custody. So, Hey, since I'm a little bit ahead of y'all, if y'all want to stage the fire station on Sixth Street, I'm going to ride by it and just see what I see. Okie dokie. And I'll keep you on the phone. I'm literally about to pass it now. Um, uh, this is 926 right here. Okay. Uh tan building. No uh no trespassing sign on the front door. There's a white Chevy and a little drive right there. All right, I'm going to go turn around here at the Presbyterian Church. If we just want to park facing each other. Um if y'all want to take the front since you got him and you we're going we can let him work and then I'll take the back or whatever you want to do. All right. Ryan, do I know the guy we're looking for? Ryan, right? Yeah, Ryan. All right, cool. All right, brother. All right. Yeah, we're uh we're almost there. [Applause] Hello. Hey. Watch the police department. Is there a Ryan Kelly here? Not that I know of. You don't know of? I just got up too much. You just got up? Yeah. All right. Well, we're here for Ryan Kelly. He has a warrant for theft of property. So, just uh just go ahead and have Ryan come to the door. Okay. Oh, let me get the dog up. Okay. Well, come on. 6758. Y all the way around headquart. We're um second home. He was just walking. Yeah. Okay. All right. If he ends up showing back here, can you give us a call? Yeah. I got a card where you just the Oxford Police Department. I can't remember. Yes, sir. So, we conducted our warrant attempt at the previously mentioned address. Um, Officer Peek and Officer Tucker checked the residence and had no contact with the wanted subject there. So, now it's just a matter of trying to see if we can get any phone calls about him or locate him walking. They said the last time they saw him was some time ago walking on 78. So, he's he may be homeless at this point. Um, so yeah, now we just go on to the next one. Right now, we're headed to Walmart. Um, sounds like we there is a private property accident. Um, so we're just going to go hopefully make contact with both drivers, assist them in swapping their information. Um, and other than that, that'll really be all we can do for a private property accident is just assist them in swapping their information together. So, we're going to go up here, see if we can't find the owner of both vehicles. Yeah, I see the truck 762. I'll be code five on the online pickup side of Walmart with the truck and trailer. If you could advise employees at 22 with me over here. 747 status code for 1027. I believe everybody's I don't think from what I understand on the call note. I don't believe this guy driving this big truck probably I don't think he knows that he might have hit a vehicle. Um it was the Walmart employees that seen it and called it in. Um so we requested that they come over here and speak with us. Um other than that we'll just stand around and wait, I guess. How's it going? Is the Did y'all call? I called. Okay. Yeah. She's the one. I will tell you. Is the white car still here? Yeah. It's that one right. You can see it right there. Okay. So, the the couple that I'm 90% sure got out of it. Uhhuh. They're trying to hide from They went in the building. They came out and they started walking that way. Like they're on the very far end of the building right now. I I've got their vehicle and you She's not going to leave, right? She's hanging around. Uh, she's got to go pay for her grocer. But you you're good to go. 762. Can I get a 1048 reference? Employee staff stating that the two subjects driving the pickup truck are inside the store trying to hide. So, what we're going to do, um, the employees are stating that they're sneaking off into the store trying to hide. So, we're going to leave our car over here by their truck. We're going to take down their tag. That way, we at least have that. Um, so that way somebody is going to be held accountable for, you know, striking somebody's vehicle. From what it sounds, the people up there, they're not going to go anywhere. They're hanging around. It's just the um the drivers of this vehicle here. It's bricks cor. You can tell they've been they're on a some sort of road trip. They look like they've got a bed set up here in the back of the truck. Um so we're just going to wait on another officer to get here. way somebody can try to speak with them and we'll go try to find these subjects. Hey, how's it going? Uh, so it's just going to be a minute. Um, so what we're going to do, we're going to go in and try to locate them. Um, because with it being a private property accident, nobody being involved inside the vehicles, um, we're going to try to get information swap between the two. That way your guys' insurance can handle that. They walked around the outside of the building. They walked around the outside. That's what I was telling you. They're out. They're probably walking around back right now or somewhere. They're I thought you meant they're inside the building shopping. Okay. Well, I'm going to go stand by their car. Make sure. Do you have a description? Male, female. I believe they're both Hispanic. Both Hispanic. Male and female. 762. I've got two females or two males cranking up their truck and getting in it now. Hey, come here. Talk to me. Uh, you hit that vehicle back there, right, with your truck. So, we've got to get that taken care of. We got to swap swap our our information. So, we can't leave till we swap information with them, right? I don't know. You struck that vehicle over there. I don't know. Sorry. Oh, give me one second. Driver's license. Yeah. Yeah. Proof of insurance. Give me one second. Yeah. Uh yeah. Sorry. English is bad. translator. Yes. Okay. So, can you tell him that he hit a vehicle in the parking lot um with his trailer and we have now got to swap information between the two parties. Okay. Because when I because he tried to park it and he take something with a car. He hit another car in the parking lot with his trailer. with his trailer. Yeah. Okay. Oh, sorry, sir. Mhm. This is the Give me one second. Sarah, do you do you need I need identification. I need proof of insurance on the vehicle. Okay. All right. Uh, proof of insurance. Insurance? Insurance? Yeah. Yep. All right. Hey, can you ask him a question for me? Yes, of course. Um, can can you ask him did he know he hit another vehicle? He say he don't have idea he touch the okay he don't have idea what what happened because he's in warmer he explain to me right now and he say he don't have idea I got you so who who told you he turn to the vehicle somebody's call you yeah somebody called us no I don't know so You didn't know? You see through here? You see that white car? There's a white car. White. Why? Yeah. You hit it. You hit that white car. I don't know. So3. Okay, that's fine. Well, so can you tell him what I'm going to do is I'm going to write down his information. I'm going to get their information. I'm going to give you her information. Your Okay. Your information is going to go to her and then you will both contact your insuranceances and there'll be some sort of insurance claim. Okay. Okay. So, no, no, nobody's getting in trouble tonight. But if Okay. Okay. If you knew you hit a car, you need to stop. Okay. Don't Don't leave. No, no, no, no, no. That was already there. Yeah, it's already there. Yeah. Okay. Oh, this one. Yeah. That That's fresh paint coming off. Yeah. You see what I'm saying? So, you hit their car. Yeah. So, we're swapping their information. He didn't leave. He was unaware um that he hit the vehicle and which I believe him. Uh there's been some communication issues uh but it's just a small he hit it with the back very back of his load so he was unaware. Um so it happens. We got we got it figured out. Hello 9721. Where did he hit it at? He just wants to look at it. Right there. Right in here. You okay, baby? So, we ended up getting to Walmart, speaking with the employees. Um, they stated that they believed they were hiding from us. Um, I parked my car beside the truck with ambulances on it. um kind of in a position to where if they tried to leave without making contact, we would be in the way of them. And sure enough, that kind of seems to be what happened. They were walking to get in our in their vehicle. I believe they saw my vehicle beside theirs, realized they couldn't get out. Um and then they decided to get out and speak with us. So, we got both of both of the parties information swapped and other than that everything turned out just fine. So, we'll be on to the next [Music] [Applause] [Music]
