your license is going to get revoked okay if your license is revoked then when you get stopped or come in contact with law enforcement after traveling on a public roadway your vehicle is going to get so no court no fine nothing like that okay like I said it's just a warning to you to get your license because your license is suspended it also makes it uh you know where we're able to look it up that see that you've been warned for this before okay um the only other thing that I wanted to talk to you about is um when when an emergency vehicle is behind you you see lights come on whether it be an ambulance fire truck police car Whatever Whatever It Is Well uh I appreciate you stopping in a timely fashion but what the law states is that you're supposed to move um as safely as you CL as safely as you can and as quickly as you can to the right side of the roadway and what that does is it allows us to get out of traffic it's safer for you and everybody else involved including myself okay so in the future if you roll down here and want to pull in this parking lot or at least to the right side of the roadway that that that's what the law requires and it's actually safer for everybody involved so uh here's your ID back and here's your written warning do you have any questions for me no sir all right man I hope you have a good day I noticed this vehicle earlier uh and I saw that the occupant in that vehicle the guy that was sitting in the passenger seat when he came past us earlier um was a subject that I'm familiar with um having previously arrested him and U he showed to have a warrant and um he's known to be a a drug user and somebody that's usually armed um um so when this vehicle came past me a minute ago I saw that uh saw that his window tent was too dark um and so I I I stopped him and the guy said that you know he he saw me behind him that's said he was going to the gas station even though he passed one or two of them back here and uh he just told me that he didn't want to stop cuz he saw me behind him and it scared him so he was honest with me you know not much else going on but he did have a suspended license um I didn't really care to ride a any tickets he doesn't have very many and I don't want his license to get revoked so I explained that to him and wrote him a warning so next time he gets stopped he might need one uh if he's not getting the idea that he needs to get that taken care of so um either way we'll cut him loose for today cuz the guy that I was looking for was actually not in the vehicle so 756 code 5 1038 vehicle back parking lot of median adjacent to his location and yeah now the guy's off the roadway just waiting on his tow truck to get there so we are in route we had a motorcycle wreck with injuries just come out um so we're gentleman is seems to be pretty intoxicated he um was coming going into Hobson City going to his daughter's house and said that he just hit the fence and it seems like he hit the fence and got his bike stuck and just kind of Aid down on the side of the road next to his bike so uh there is going to be some property damage to a fence that did hit so we're going to try to make contact uh and see came in for a possible vehicle accident with injuries uh a single vehicle with a motorcycle uh upon further investigation we got here and realized that the driver of the motorcycle was highly intoxicated uh he admitted to been drinking pretty much the whole night um said that he was out partying and at of Club said he wrecked his motorcycle into a fence and then proceeded to get off and lay on the ground next to it um asked him if he wanted to go to the hospital he was going to refuse um we had to talk to him a little bit and see what his deal was why he didn't want to go to the hospital we told him that he would be arrested for DUI if he did not go to the hospital um he decided he didn't want to go and get checked out so uh the vehicle motorcycle is going to be towed and uh
