on the way to uh assist Public Works uh days previous we located a homeless encampment uh tucked away on city property and we've got to get it cleaned up now so there's our k Auer please just check that way behind the fire pit over there you I've checked it the last couple days I've work yeah just trying to figure out who coming and going yeah because they keep stealing that's brand new yeah we just we heard about it yesterday and couldn't uh get equipment over here yesterday so we didn't want it to go through the night and us run into somebody or grab somebody with a machine or something so oh we don't or one of the guys that we arrested the other day he was in a dumpster and they dumped him oh really because he was sleeping in it that's terrible looks like there walked off towards Taco Bell heard there's another big one over by Walmart about 100 Y into the woods yeah on the Walmart side yeah got knives this is I remember that one that was by a hotel I20 in Recreation Le Ron years ago and you couldn't see it it was windy Trails you got back in there and there was a camouflage tent CS like you literally could not see it so the city is going to sit there or city worker going to sit there and uh they're bringing an ex excavator and a team of guys to clean up that area um we've heard about that location multiple times um it's really bad with drug users and most people steal and bring that or bring the stuff there uh so most of our thefts come from instances just like that so right now we're on the way to another location to see if we can locate anyone there at the next homeless camp time that dude ran off back here [Music] uh last time we were out here they had that green canopy tied to this tree and they had another sheet that was blocking that side of it and these pallets were laid down like a makeshift uh mattress that sell it put a house out here for enough money so we didn't find anybody at that Homeless encampment keep checking try to find somebody to identify there uh so we're going to a call mics are requesting us 107 M's i r it's all we know youred call has updated 733 1023 for Sleep yep how you doing come on in let me shut the door what's his name John John hey John can you talk to me I tried to take his blood pressure what was it 27 over 99 his blood sugar's 44 does he take insulin yes okay so the gentleman on that call he was having a diabetic episode blood sugar dropped he became very combative um they called the non-emergency line for the Medics and then basically C them or one side down the other and Medics didn't know what they were walking into so they requested our assistance once we got there they the guy uh became stable we cleared the car so we just went back and checked the uh homeless encampment the city was able to clean up all the mess so the individuals that we come in contact with 1048 I'm 10 73 104 tonight the individuals that we come in contact with there are most of the time repeat offenders that we've tried to help and assist before um I know I know some people are down on their luck but the people that I literally arrested the other day had active warrants they're known drug offenders um and honestly they just they don't want any help uh they just want to do the life that they want to live but you know you have consequences for your actions 90% of the stuff probably there was stolen or taken out of dumpsters and if it's taken out of dumpsters with permission that's fine but I know items were taken but people just don't want to prosecute um and in turn like I've heard about that encampment multiple times from a slew of people honestly and I was just able to locate it on one of my previous shifts and was able to get the city out there to clean it up because it was on city property in City owned hey everyone my name is Ben I am the head of production of the First bonders Youtube channel and I would like to take this quick break to tell you something well this is a quick Insight this is a behind the scenes look and I would like to show you this picture this is the way we travel the states this is how we go from agency to agency to film the content you like and we have a problem well especially with this part of our rake this is our 19-year-old Ford F250 and it didn't break down once not twice but six times in the last year and it left us with a total of $88,000 in repair costs and we are still far from a reliable vehicle this is why we would like to ask you our fans our community to support us on our GoFundMe so we are able to purchase a new vehicle and be back on the road soon filming the content you like and get more stories in this camera as you may have noticed I'm not really familiar with talking in front of the camera and this is pretty new for me and I'm a little bit nervous and I'm doing this right now for over 20 minutes trying to get the right shot well I think this is it I'm trying to be real we're trying to show the real world and we're asking you to help us to do so everything you need to know to our GoFundMe is down in the video description and in the pin comment thank you very much to every single one of you watching thank you try to put them down up here uh give them a better place to pull off let them know they got a tag light out and another one that's a dimming yeah I can see the front two passengers with seat belts on the back seat guy doesn't have one on [Music] I was kind of hoping they were going to turn right here but they're not so we'll wait till we get through the light and we'll put them [Music] down all right 756 1039 1039 21 in Elm on a Toyota Corolla 28 is 56 Alpha One Alpha 4 Yankee contact [Music] hello hello why you don't have a seat belt on seat belt yeah [Music] him there we go okay also your right side the pass side mhm all right and then make sure we keep seat bels on okay all right yep adios you're welcome so Public Works just PX dispatch and advised a male or there was another male at the homeless encampment that we're out with earlier so we're going to go make contact with him make sure he understands that he can no longer be in that area even though we've told him multiple times that he cannot live there stay there trash the area or do any of that it's going to be Jesse no cuz that's his bike 7:33 I'm 1023 Jesse you got to go I'm cleaning it like I know we I we a CB right here and I trying you're starting to fire again your bike's up there put some hair like and I F I told steel out that was in here like I know they was like probably needing it like no Jesse this stuff like never decomposes it's like what are you doing like I'm just so you brought that with you no that was that was over here still like but there's like some of my hair in there like I don't know much about the Indian culture but what does the Indian culture have to do with anything about you I couldn't dig deep enough to like to do what cuz a friend of mine pooped in a bucket and he probably got conbs and he Dro dropped a deuce on me like and I and picking like and I found some keys that might have been like just trying to pick it up the rest of the way like make sure don't get in the water away what's up hanging off your Bel huh what's hanging off your belt there the bottom oh just stuff up pick down the Pence row up there probably from other people camping like in like where public where they don't mow like cuz it drives me nuts like you see people mow and like not pick up the trash and like step over here that is it like trying like that stuff don't decompose and it drop it that was part of that thing everything oh bottle what like dropped the bottle the bottle was cool I found over like we my friend lost a 20 and I went and started picking up trash like and I just cramed stuff in there trying to make sure we'd left nothing cuz like no you added to it no nope stop I already came here this morning but I got a pile there and was trying to like we already came this morning everything yeah I know and you have added to it since Saturday no M your hat racks hanging up that was over the what the hat rack that you had on the limb was hanging up that wasn't there the other day so you added that you put your tent back up no yes yeah I did stand my tent up cuz it was cold last night but I had plans like to to haul everything until somebody hauled it off and then I seen like I was going to shovel up that and you're going to leave the area traps okay uh but I didn't even have a shovel left and some of the steel like I I sit out there where I could find it like it's like a crane thing as well like B him down uh turn around I got like a couple pairs of shorts on but uh you have anything else on you it's going to poke your stick no but that's on my belt and I can like I want do it and that's that's when I was making sure like cuz and the crabs like I think the guys got chromes like in a bucket there and like I'd read like The same thing like you could it never decomposed but it like 10% it's original 733 we're co5 Jesse now raise your hand straight up in there now keep them there I'll pull it out but maybe a lighter a bolt I feel you mind if he goes in your pocket huh you mind if he goes in your pocket yeah that's fine I I got two pair of pants on I can drop I put some keys that I don't know like maybe cigarette bugs like burn cigarette butts and was anything I can find maybe like trash I picked up Jess what did we tell you the other day he we dropped to 20 what we tell you the day 20 and the wind was blowing and he like I had me going the opposite way of the wind and I give him the old hinges like drill a hole here a hole here you already trying to build the shelter back no I wasn't trying to build nothing back I was digging up my poop and or not my poop but and the ashes like hey Jesse what did we tell you the other day to I need to get gone but look where I found you days later but my Stu no but nothing I literally told you but I didn't get to clean the campsite because you took too long this is not your property this is city property okay but the make turds like and the dude was like probably I don't know if he it was all I was trying to do is clean up what we no you're trying to set a fire build a shelter back you brought that plastic because I physically walked here earlier it was over there so guess what today I didn't bring it listen listen right now don't respond just listen it was a show out here earlier yeah there was a bunch of trash and a bunch of just garbage everywhere the city had to come clean it up yeah unless you want to get charged with a crime you got two options you can start walking we can give you a ride what you want I'll start walking like but I I will finish cleaning if that's all I was trying to do that was it grab your plastic and go where I like that was all I was doing was like that's not all you're doing stop let's go right we're done the more you talk let's go make sure you grab your plastic up that's all I was trying to do was make grab the plastic bring it up here let's go all the stuff that's in the plastic that's been carried down here grab all of it and let's go see everybody else is like camps on it's like people just throw stuff down on the ground like that ain't me like bro yeah it was it was literally you I've got it on good video that was you so grab your stuff and let's go we're done talking I a't got a chance to Backle yes you have let's go stop talking Go's if I see you back down here again you will literally go to jail the moment I see you so this is the individual that we actually arrested the other day for being here uh told him he couldn't come back if he did come back he could possibly go to jail then uh we have a long history with Jesse we have fought him multiple times he's a chronic drug user and until he wants help there's nothing we can do I get another are you Dyan okay I got an officer there are you guys okay yeah we were just hey I'm 23 I think they're okay okay somebody called saying you were choking are you Dylan Smith you're not Dylan uh no uh-uh have y'all seen anybody out here yeah we only when we got here there was a car sitting over there that's it yeah but you guys aren't dealing you're not in trouble nuh-uh we were just sitting here e y' don't work atonal it was tooed y'all don't work at Walmart uhuh that's not them they said that's not them side of the lake there's only two cars out here if they're by the swing sets I'm at the swing sets bathroom be right there that's where the S right front of the okay right hang on I'm at the main Lake hey where so pull into the parking lot over there close to the bench I mean to the uh where the bathrooms are yeah okay the fenc in area where the bathrooms all right if you'll look straight to the east of that you'll see a swing over there that's the only swing that I know of that's the only one I know of too and there's nobody here the only people were in this car but they said they're not Dylan Smith and they don't work at Walmart I guess I'll just go walk inside of here because I don't know what else to do okay yeah that's that's the only swing that I know of okay good at least I'm not going crazy then that's the only one I know of too okay all right s uh so the call came out as a male choking but we don't see anybody out here and it's a third party caller that's in a city two cities up and yeah unless I'm going crazy I don't see anybody out here do you no 104 would you mind just trying to PX them back see if it's this park or chocol Locka guess he called one of his employees that he works with they called us took a good while to find him uh we did hear him scream our dispatcher did a great job of getting him to try to yell as loud as he could as much as he could uh that way we could come up here and find him uh he's going to go at the Medics right now but he should be okay [Music] come [Music] [Applause] [Music]
