condition but she refuses no question no you don't want to do tests I'm only my I know that so I'm ready going okay a refusal combined with her physical symptoms and behavior leads to an additional charge of DUI and resisting arrest without violence all the while she seems to be in disbelief so with your slur speech your open alcoholic container your bloodshot watery eyes your behavior you're was T you over I thought I was going to meet someone really nice I saw Minnesota we are nice huh we us we ask people I'm nice the young woman still not grasping the gravity of situation responds casually so whether you're a teen from Minnesota or tuning in from another corner of the country this incident sends a crystalclear message nobody gets a free pass when it comes to the law and up where did you pull me over for okay now that I got the documentation that I need the reason I'm pulling you over is you were failing to maintain a lane and you were doing 60 I turn over here let me finish Lydia however firmly believes the officer is in the wrong expressing her frustration and disbelief in her tone you were failing to maintain a lane and you were you 60 and a mark 35 you're harassing okay that's why I pull you over you're harassing me that's not as the officer elaborates on why he pulled her over citing Lane maintenance and speeding violations Lydia's irritation intensifies okay where are you coming from today work I just said that what is the shirt say so you're harassing and where you head it to give give to give me give me you to you don't need to know that it's none of your business okay she staunchly refuses to acknowledge the officer's explanation convinced that she's being barely singled out and subjected to harassment the situation takes a more standard procedure for traffic stops and assures Lydia that her complaints will be thoroughly reviewed do you want to fill out a form yes you do so you all right the Sergeant's explanation does little to quell lyia anger she continues to argue her case adamant that she was aware of the officer following her and that she did nothing to Warrant the stop you just you think he had no merit for the stop at all I mean you were doing the speed limit doing everything right okay Lydia firmly declares her innoc suggesting that her stop was solely based on her race and you just think you're stopped on the base of your race I don't know I'm going to say yes the sergeant in response explains that the officer was simply following his training he emphasizes that the officer who stopped Lydia was just doing his job we do train that that is the way we train get the information then tell them why they get stopped but very frustrating thing for the person on the other side I that much very frustrating for me after I defending the officer's track record the sergeant points out that he rarely receives complaints and has successfully taken many bad guys into custody I mean he's hardly ever gets complaint on I can tell you that and he he takes a lot of bad guys to jail so this is a back I know I'm not saying you are maintaining a patient and understanding demeanor the sergeant assures Lydia that the entire incident will be reviewed including the examination of body camera footage and any concerns or issues will be addressed following their established procedures well I'm going to review the video and take a look at it and see you know what was going on cuz we're all wearing cameras so you know I mean I got to write it up the sergeant assures Lydia of a bias-free policing policy and outlines the steps involved in the review process right and we have we have a bias free policing policy and it that's all it's about and then I have certain steps and then you know my boss has certain steps and goes all the way out through Lydia listens her expression a mix of skepticism and frustration as the sergeant assures her that the incident will be handled appropriately I mean that'll be it everybody will review the video and and um you know if they feel like there's a problem then it'll be addressed okay um but the officer returns to Lydia with a citation for failing to maintain a lane okay this here's a citation for faing explain just give me a I have to do my job you told me to do my job I want to talk about it citation is for failure to maintain a designated Lane all your information Lydia steadfast in her conviction refuses to sign the citation and reiterates her intention to see the officer in court all right this is a citation PID within 30 days the fine is $169 need you to sign right here at the bottom you're not sign I'm not signing it the officer undeterred advises her to follow all traffic laws in the future and leaves the scene all right just make sure to future you follow all traffic laws okay have a good night it's pretty unbelievable how this lady thinks she's done nothing wrong and believes a race was the only reason for her getting pulled over she demands respect but honestly it appears from her actions in the video that she's the one being disrespectful and rude do you think she'll actually take the officer to court or is it just a show to make herself look important number three teen caught in a standoff with the police it all starts with an officer chatting with two eyewitnesses who had seen a girl in a prior incident involving a collision with parked cars according to these Witnesses the girl appeared remarkably apathetic casually fixing her hair and showing little concern for the seriousness of the situation but she was like Dre her hair and then she's like the officer approaches her initiating a casual conversation how's it going today the girl seemingly at ease chats about her day mentioning errands like grocery shopping yeah what kind of errands you running you know grocery shopping killings just adult adult things yeah she then reveals she's on her way to pick up a friend due to her anxiety and plans to visit a dispensary to pick up on my friend and cuz like I don't like doing things by myself because I have anxiety so I like people coming on rides with she even offers to show her medical card indicating her visit is for legitimate purposes so I can go to The Dispensary get what I need and then bring it back if you want to I can show you my medical the situation takes a turn when the officer asks about a prescription for anxiety medication a question the girl denies do you have a prescription for Xanax bars no have you taken any all right the officer suspecting the presence of prescri Ron pills in the driver's seat decides to investigate further I believe they're sitting right there in the driver seat for me it pretty much stay simple the girl is asked for her ID which she initially tries to retrieve herself ma'am is your ID in your purse yes it is all right I'll get it give I'll get it hey I said I'll get it stand over there at the end of your car however the officer insists on getting it leading to the girl expressing a desire for more respectful treatment do you hear me okay but if you were more respectful about it if I'm just saying I'm just saying if we're all humans here if you were more respectful about it the officer abruptly interrupts her and asks about something she found on her driver's seat no the thing is that's my property you have no choice actually I do because I found freaking Xanax bars on your driver's seat if you want to explain something explain the girl gets visibly upset questioning why she went through her belongings but the officer calmly points out that it was in plain view girl the fact that you're just looking through my stuff they were in plain view yep that makes a differ oh were they in plain view yeah your butt was covering okay the officer provides the reason for the stop the girl was reported for drunk driving Okay the reason you were pulled over um you were called in as a possible drunk driver and from the people that were calling in said that you hit multiple to make matters worse they found illegal items in her car contact she's finding things that are illegal in your car so this is kind of the development that we're going okay she's asked to wait on the bumper of the patrol car while the officer searches her vehicle so for right now while she's doing her job we're going to give her some space and we're going to go sit at the front of that car okay she questions why she can't access her car and asserts her right to record the incident but the officers refuse a request over there I can't I sit down in my car no you cannot I just have like my hands up everything you're not getting back in your car frustrated the girl decides to sit on the grass but then stands up again to reach for her phone uh I'm going to get my phone no you're not you're staying right here okay but why can't I get my phone to like at least have you're not getting back in that car until they're done she's strongly insists on her right to retrieve her phone and document the situation to let me videotape cuz that is is my human right that is the bare minimum y'all can do so I can go to my my phone is right there she then explains the existing damage on her car attributing it to accidents involving her grandfather's vehicle an officer suspects the girl might be under the influence of illegal substances not alcohol based on her pupils and behavior I'm looking at your pupils I'm looking at your eyes and I think that you might be on the influence of some type of narcotic not alcohol but I believe in narcotic I understand okay the officer asks if the girl would be willing to undergo a physical body test to dispel suspicions of being under the influence So based off what I'm seeing so far would you be willing to do pill tatto to dispel my suspicions that you're under the influence of any type of narcotic you will to do that do you have anyes on about head unfortunately the girl visibly struggles as she attempts to complete the sobriety tests while the officer tries to perform a pat down the girl becomes increasingly irritated ated and uncooperative damn even after being restrained her frustration remains evident I one of you guys took me to the mental hospital my grandparents could not find me for weeks she referenes past negative encounters with law enforcement we're like oh you're going to be okay you're going to say this is all you guys doing further contributing to the tension of the situation the situation escalates quickly and before she knows it she's in the back of a police car making quite a racket that's going to be a fun ride man I can still hear screaming I can still hear the ride to the station is no different with her going on and on what are you going to do to my car what are you going to do to my car shifting between anger thoughts of getting bailed out everything is going to be fun I'm going to get bailed out and girl I'm going to have a I'm going to have a good two weeks and more police bashing all along the way cops don't give nobody but to meet their quas and they pick and choose when they want to be nice a few moments later earlier with a girl still vocalizing her discontent and making an even bigger fool of herself number two drunk driver turns out to be mayor's daughter in Ohio a routine traffic stop takes an unexpected turn a police officer wrapping up a previous stop encounters a woman whose vehicle is broken down she pulls up behind him seeking assistance the officer attentive to his duties approaches her car only to find himself in a situation that rapidly spirals out of control the woman clearly distressed requests a toe for her car morning how you doing okay I'm trying to get home I'm like your she's only out of gas and not impaired well right now I have reason to believe that you may be impaired no based on I just I'm I'm out of gas that's all I am I'm out of gas the officer explains the situation to his colleague she stops here as I'm up there I'm kind of suspicious I drive back her car is not on uh she ran out of gas there's a open container and I could smell alcohol coming out of our so as the officer requests for her to step out of the vehicle the woman becomes defensive she incorrectly asserts that a search warrant is needed for her to exit the car go ahead and step out of the car for me man need step out yes ma'am do I have a search for it the officer firmly states that he has the authority to ask her to step out don't need a search forant you can step out no I do not I do not need a search warrant to have you step out of the car definitely do need a I do need a warrant to make you step out of the car despite her reluctance she eventually complies but continues to challenge the officer's jurisdiction and authority' get out the car I will but you're not in jurisdiction tell me to get out of the car I will get out of the car but you're not in jurd so I want you to before you before I get out of the car but I want you to know in jurisdiction the situation escalates further when the woman accuses the officer of targeting her because she sought help help because I need some help that's why I'm pulling over that's why I'm asking for y'all to pull over and help but what I'm saying is your fiction you don't got me to pull me over don't touch me don't against her are read but her response remains consistent more screams and aggression you are now under arrest for operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol a drug or of them operating a patience and professionalism displayed by the officers where the girls seemingly endless capacity to scream and rant from start to finish what do you think number one teen faces serious charges because of her attitude on January 14th 2022 police officers faced a challenging situation involving a 19-year-old woman the incident captured on video begins with officers dispatched to an physical action against the police officer displaying no intention of cooperation you want to talk to him or not don't make me punch you once more she emphasizes her innocence insisting that she was despite their efforts the girl remains uncooperative so what it comes down to is you have to be put in handcuffs okay and we don't want to have to use you do have to you're making not everything is a choice not everything is a choice okay actually it is no the officers trying to make her understand that resisting could worsen her legal situation and result in additional charges but she remains unyielding so if you want to go back to studying music just let me be the one to put you in okay and then you're not going to go back to studying music they give her two choices let the lady officer cuffer or deal with a whole bunch of cops trying to restrain her you choose to let me do it or you choose to let everyone do it you want just me right don't know how strong I am sadly the officers run out of patience and team up to get these cuffs on her then turn around and get go ahead and put your hands behind your back then no turn around and put your hand behind your back no things get tense as she physically fights them leading to her getting arrested even on the way to jail she's still not playing nice are you going to cooperate with us nope why cuz you guys are cuz what cuz all of you are we're not nothing to do with who cares she goes back and forth between getting aggressive and emotional go away Hey listen just listen to her real quick okay I just need my boyfriend to you can call him if you do not touch me listen that's not going to ask how not going to get go the officers reassure her that they won't harm her but she's just not cooperating hey you got to cooperate with us okay seriously we're not going to hurt you I want my boyfriend we're not going to hurt you okay I doubt it you you got to go out that way okay unfortunately her behavior leads to her getting hit with extra charges including battery on a police officer and resisting arrest on top of the assault charge so there you have it a rundown of some of the most entitled teens on the planet which one
