learns the hard way after lying to police a routine traffic stop escalates after a deputy pulls over a vehicle with excessive window tints the officer discovers that the driver Jada has a suspended okay I see the tinth dark uh she's sitting here a long time it appeared to me she's waiting for me to leave because she knows she's suspended um I know the car didn't magically arrive at this location I approached her I asked for her license she's why why I said hey your license is suspended oh I'm she's sitting in driver I'm not driving the car like all right let me have your ID and she rolls up the window and uh knock she rolls say hey I'm I'm doing a tint investigation and who's driving the car to my boyfriend where is he she closes the window she says she's on the phone with her boyfriend tells me he's in the bathroom that was quite some time ago she moved over to the passenger side and I mean now I have resisting but this is where I'm at I'm G this boyfriend's not coming from the bathroom obviously yeah you can't see into the car at all it's really dark T is she which SE is she in hey Jada I need you to open the door and talk to me you need to step outside the vehicle and talk to me what happened I'm literally sitting in my car I don't okay I need you to cooperate right now you're resisting I'm I'm trying to understand what the what I do come outside I'm stopping your car what the is there a reason I'm being arrested you're being detained right now why am I being I'm literally when un Cooperative you are resisting I'm not resisting I'm trying to find out who drove this car here I know that's why I'm trying to get him to come out well he's not in the bathroom I tell you he probably came out I don't know where he is that's why I'm trying to go grab him give him a call just told me like why I mean I I don't want to help her get into more trouble yeah I mean just she drove the car here and her license is suspended and the trouble started when she um started lying on the investigation okay so and she brought your son into it um saying that your son was driving the car okay okay so um is that is that the son over there yeah the one he's not there right now it's the one all he just came out of wall okay ma'am I'm going to ask you to just wait here I'm just going to talk to your son about the events today okay so please wait over the boyfriend suddenly appears America you were on the phone with dat when I was doing the traffic Z so why wouldn't she just give me her ID um I don't know I think she just scared really I think she scared is there something in the car that shouldn't be in the car I think I I L think she scared um cuz it's none of this would have been a big deal but she was uncooperative and lied a lot which is resisting okay so that's that's where I'm at now that's the big issue um she said that you were inside the store we checked the whole store we checked cameras for you to be inside the store she said you were in the bathroom pooping um my partner went inside the bathroom and checked the bathroom um it like none of this would have been that big a deal but she gave us a lot of gave me a lot of false information and was resisting throughout my investigation so um I take it you were not you did not drive the car here um no I didn't didn't I no I didn't okay and this so does she normally drive the car um I mean it's her car it's her car did you know her license was suspended no I didn't okay all right after explaining the situation to him the officer speaks with Jada inside the patrol car hey Jada I am going to read you your warning of constitutional rights your rates and then I'm going to see if you want to talk to me the Constitution requires I form you that you have the right to remain silent anything you say will be used in court as evidence against you you're entitled to talk to an attorney now and I have been present now or anytime during questioning if you cannot afford an attorney one will be number four teens call for help quickly escalates into her worst nightmare a woman calls the police to press charges on her boyfriend for draining money from her cash app account while she was in jail however things take a turn when officers realize that the woman is is in violation of a no contact order here's what happens when the officers arrive he so I don't even know the extent of it right now because I don't have my debit account he could have went into my bank and withdraw money from my bank could have no but he did steal money and I have the receipts for it but he also could have done more but I don't know that yet I do have proof do you have while I was in jail he had my phone in my car I requested it to be with my mom I called her multiple times while I was in the jail she could not find it it was in my car with him okay it was charged more than it was but when I left my phone was on 4% when I left and my phone was on 14 when I got back cash app yesterday I was in jail at 3:01 a.m. $100 sent to him $75 sent to him at 7:10 p.m. $71 sent to him at 8:23 p.m. so y'all share our bank account no okay then how did what how was he able to get hit the that had my phone he had my online banking he was able to transfer out of my savings because he had my phone my passwords are saved on my online banking and he also went into my email changed my banking passwords security alerts I see these January 31st I was in jail okay so he took money from me and now he has my car at the moment from your from your account yes y all don't share account at all no we do not share any account whatsoever okay all right and he has my car and he was not allowed to take my car okay all right he has my wallet and my keys and my social security number and my ID yes okay and you just got released from jail yes okay what did they serve you at the jail um we have a no contact order mhm I have not talked to him um they have they they put me on um ro ro okay yeah I know so I don't know I don't know anything cuz they didn't give me my papers they didn't give you papers but you signed them cuz I just got them from I signed them but I don't have my papers I left them on a bench and and then they said that they couldn't find them okay well I have the papers table suddenly turned when the officer informs her that she's violating the protection order okay give me one second okay on that paper it says you can't be within 500 ft of his residence and this is listed as his residence oh yeah but he my mom and his mom talked and his mom said that he is going to stay there and my mom cleared that up with him before okay I understand that but that should have been expl to the judge but right now what I have on paper you're not supposed to be here without law enforcement pres okay to go to a park so why am I getting arrested you have a warrant you have a warrant a bunch of things you can explain the paperwork she has the paperwork in her car stand up and if you're going to keep kicking us I'm not trying to KCK no you did go my table get it loso this happen we were here yesterday for this weren't we yeah after Lewis is taken into custody police speak with his concerned family members about his behavior let's go inside actually in the morning I was like thinking I don't know if you get P or no there's a uh well there's a warrant out for his arrest and now he's going to be charged with resisting and whatever is going to come out of this okay the thing that I am really scared right now is that he said if he go to jail he's going to kill anyway so he won't have the opportunity to he's going to be getting watched at the jail nothing he could do to you guys or anybody else at the jail okay what happened today okay um I was just worried I don't know if um you get him or no and I went out um and he was sleeping sitting there and with we had a little bench there and he said Mommy I'm sorry and I said no Louis is no more no more chances no more opportunities the police is going to get you if you want um he said I'm tired I told him you can take a shower but you need to be quiet and then the police is going to come for you and he say I just tired then um he went inside M and um I said Mom I don't wanted to see him like suffering in the cold weather but I don't have no more choice right and so you found him sleeping outside and you knew there was a warn out for him but he asked to take a shower you let him and then what happened he didn't take a shower he didn't take a shower once he got inside what did he do uh he said uh if the col he's never going to go to the jail if he I come he's going to kill and if he go back uh back to the hospital he's going to somebody or to the job okay and he went to we my room again he went to do I just woke up like when I he went his room to don't open and then don't open but he's really the officers dig deeper ensuring they gather all relevant details about the incident okay so you said he went into his room yes and then what happened um he said he started saying same thing that he that if we come and grab him he's going to and stuff like that okay um how did you end up in the bathroom locked in the bathroom oh my he went to go give her a hug and they were falling and like they just fell to the ground so I went to go to the bathroom they fell so they felt like me me like did he push her intentionally or did he I don't know I don't know what happened I know he just kept like going I guess he just kept hugging her like to the ground so they just end up on the ground like he was just playing in his eyes Okay so he started pushing you to the ground like grabbing you but bringing you to the ground I don't know what happened but we went to the floor yes okay and then from there what happened uh my daughter run to the bathroom and then you ran to the bathroom too yeah okay later she tried to and then he got Ino I guess I need to understand what happened here so I need I was in the bathroom I Ed the bathroom and then after I was like I didn't know whether to call or not so I texted my aunt instead was he acting crazy he was acting angry or was he just say you know I'm I'm kill who comes and grabs us but was he threatening you too any of you so so like he was hugging you to the ground uh and you fell unsafe oh yes because um I know that cuz she knew that she had his knife hidden and she didn't want him to find it okay but she didn't he didn't have him on him at the time this happened uh he went to his room and he was all the time like that but you didn't see a knif his hand but you didn't see a knife no I tried to see him with um what he has but then her mother and sister then explained the events that led to the 911 call he was looking for his phone and um I had a knife under my my bed because I she hies it and then and when he uh was looking for his phone um he found that's a small knife a little so he did find a knife at one point and then um I tried to run and and why did you try to run did you think he was going to use it on you we just scared right now this point okay right cuz he was he was threatening he wasn't why he wasn't threatening you guys directly he was saying you know if we come over here he's going to try to kill us the cops right yes okay so once you found the knife you fell safy went to the bathroom and called 911 I texted my aunt and she has a family friend too that's like Mike he's like one of the 911 responders okay and he called and then she was just texting me through all and asking me the questions okay when he had the knife did he point it at you guys or any man you just saw that he had his knife he said you know better be safe than Sor and went to the bathroom and called 911 yeah right now he just trying to stay here but I told him like just but he wasn't violent with you two at all today okay and when he did have the knife he didn't threaten you with it you just went to the bathroom say you know I'm not even going to do lisis agura is arrested on multiple charges including second degree strangulation unlawful imprisonment endangering the welfare of a child and resisting arrest and there you have it some
