me cut in front of me Slamm on his brakes that's one I have a concealed carry permit that's when I reached out and picked up my gun don't take it out the zipper I won't roll the window down for my partner please I reached out and picked up my gun and I held it right here did you take it out of the zipper did not take it out of the zipper held it right here I held it right here he ended up going the same way I did went up on the hill coming up on the upper level parking which is where I came and once again he stopped me as I passed by he stopped at me and wagged his finger at me again and came here and picked up my wife does any of that constitute p on firearm what when he came by me at 20 M an hour and cut in front of me and slammed on his brakes right you got every right to be pissed off I had no idea what he was doing I had no idea if he had a gun I had no idea if he was trying to harm me why would he cut in front of me in the parking lot there's bad drivers All Over Texas in the right hand lane he passes by me fast enough to get in front of me Cuts in front of me as if he was going to go into the parking lot and then stop went back like he now I've decided not to go into the parking area now he pulled his car back out and goes the same direction I happened to be going and now he's in front of me I slowed down so that there wouldn't be additional confrontation garage he pulled in front of me didn't go into the garage wagged his finger wagged his hand at me I don't know what he was doing with his hand and then he turned half a circle went back into the lane I was in and went up the ramp and I was behind him at that point okay I was never I mean if you got video that would better smooth things out because I'm getting one story from him and one story from color yeah black okay so it definitely wasn't in a brown leather holster uh I would say unfortunate timing of like the recirculation road back there where everyone's trying to turn left to go up into the garage and then he was trying to change the lanes to right to keep going straight on the recirculation Road okay both Punk at each other you know probably gave each other the finger okay he's saying that he took his firearm out of his holster and started flashing it at him okay he's saying he just picked up his little brown leather holster just to prove that he had a gun and he shouldn't intimidate him or anything like that okay he's saying he never took it out the holster okay but he's advising he saw a small black handgun being waved by this gentleman okay here's other question if we do pursue the disorderly uh conduct charge do you want to pursue charges on him I don't know I just I just need you because he know every time over there right that's he never do anything wrong with that you just come to earn the money but but as of right now the crime is against you he displayed a firearm towards you so you would have to be the victim of that crime so it's up to you if you want to go through the legal process if we end up going that rout I don't after collecting the necessary information the officer explains the next steps in the legal process to both individuals only lane that I was in that act of aggression what am I supposed to do with that okay that's that's failed to maintain a single lane or not yielding the right away that's that's a traffic offense at this point okay so I mean but but it's I understand in retrospect it's a traffic defense but I'm asking you when zooms past me and intentionally blocks my Lane what am I supposed to think might happen next how did I know he wasn't going to jump out of the car with his gun well did he jump out of the car no he didn't but you're dealing with retro I'm asking about in the moment right did you believe that he had a gun on him I believed he aggressed on me cuz he he passed me and I think the speed limit at that ramp is 15 miles an hour he came all the way around me from behind me cut in front of me slammed on his brakes stopped me from progressing [ __ ] the man visibly frustrated continues to insist that he did nothing wrong adamantly defending his actions he repeatedly argues with the officers claiming he was within his rights but the police patiently explained that the situation could have been handled in a much calmer and safer manner that's when I lifted up my gun case and showed it to him okay and then he backed went back in the same Lane that he was blocking me from and went up the ram how is that what am I supposed to do with that and I'm not talking look at it retrospectively no I understand try to put yourself in the moment right and i' I've been in that moment myself as well and I'm an LTC holder and like I said at that point all you got is basically just a traffic offense and you got to just let it go um so I I go to where he is should I go home first and then come get they're not going to let me out here's what's going to happen how we can't like I'm going to go stay in their holding facility tonight okay tomorrow morning they're going to transfer me to the Taran County Jail where all the bad boys are and then the Taran County Jail is probably going to hold me until Monday and they will probably take me in for some arraignment on Monday morning that's my guess do that sound reasonable the the jail staff will be able to give you some more information but I'm probably going to spend two nights in jail right that I don't know can you call L to therapy in the morning and cancel my appointment I'm supposed to be there at 9:40 okay um but can I get you out tonight like no you can't they're they don't have they don't allow bonding there is no no bond tonight so I will spend the night sleeping on a metal po metal bed somewhere tonight probably here in the airport somewhere I'll give you the address before you going to go and tomorrow morning they're going to transfer me to the county jail and if if the county jail gives me an opport opportunity to bond out before they book me in you got to come get me right away cuz they usually only allow a few hours to do that in the end he's arrested for disorderly conduct and displaying a firearm and there you
