What the hell you using Viagra for? I hope not the dog. >> No. Did you see the sides of the thing? >> And you killed the dog. >> So, we want to stop flying. People can get those biscuits. >> No, they're not going to see. [Music] [Music] So, I got a car that flew by here on the highway and uh it looks like it doesn't have license plate lights either. So, we're going to go see what they're up to. Plates expired, too. All right, we're going to go and stop it. 14 LB traffic 372 mark >> recording. Hey, how's it going? >> Hey. >> Hey. Two reasons it stopped your license plate lights and registrations expired. >> It's been till November 24. >> Uh, it came back expired. Do you have the paper? >> Um, I had just bought the car. >> You have a temp tag or something? >> Um, no. No, I just have the um the title and everything. I haven't yet. Sorry. The title and everything that I have so far. >> Um let me get the title, insurance, and IDs. >> Okay. So, my permit, the title. Um this is a registration card. Um >> Okay. >> The last insurance card that I do have. >> All right. Thank you, >> Jay. It's getting windy. I'm sorry about that. >> That's okay. In the meantime, can I just get uh ladies? >> That's my thumb. Oh, >> okay. You have the paper. >> Yeah. >> I thought his name was something different. This might not be a real ID. Oh, what do we got here? Warrant. Clark County only. So, we have a non-extraditable warrant on the passenger. Um, it means Clark County won't put the money forward in order to extradite him from NY County to Clark County. Um, apparently the violation isn't bad enough for them to do that. Registration expired 2018. insurance expired 2020. It looks like it. Uh she doesn't have insurance. She handed me two papers that were both expired 2019 2020. Um given an opportunity to see if she can't look it up on her phone, but it basically seems like she bought the car, never registered it, never had insured it. So 14 copy of One George 1 2 420 talk for a second. Hey, by any chance you have the updated uh insurance? >> Um, like I said, I might have >> So, it doesn't have insurance. Um, >> at the moment it doesn't have insurance. >> Okay. Okay. That's just what I'm trying to >> But I do have all the other registrations and everything that was previously. Like I said, I just have to go get everything done. >> Okay. Does the plate belong to this vehicle? >> Yes, I believe so. Yes. >> Okay. All right. Cuz uh the expiration that was our fault. Uh, dispatch ran the original plate wrong. >> Okay. So that I'm jumbling through VINs and stuff right now trying to So that's why I ran the VI. >> Oh, okay. Okay, that makes sense. >> All right, just give me a second. >> Okay, thank you. >> So she admitted there is no insurance and she's becoming increasingly nervous. >> Yeah, >> I have the lady on the phone that um I got the car from. >> Okay, so here's the deal. There's no insurance and the registration is suspended. So that's what I figured out. >> Okay, >> so we're going to tow this. Okay. >> Oh no. I'm going have you guys step out and uh go down the hill here. >> Okay. Can we grab a few things out of the car? >> Yeah, whatever. Whatever. I'll if if you don't mind if you if you'll let me grab it just for our safety. Just let us know what you need out. >> Um >> you want you want the car seats, stuff like that? >> Just mainly the car seats mainly. And I think there's like a bag in the trunk if I can get out. >> You good with us grabbing it? >> Oh yeah, I'll pop the trunk. It's good. >> Okay. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, that's fine. I'm going to shut the car off. Okay, >> that's fine. >> Okay, >> just leave the keys in it. >> Okay, just leave it in the ignition. Shut it off. >> Yep. >> Black thing is a storage thing I need. Um I don't really need that right now. I guess car. Um grab my my drink right there. >> Yeah, go for it. >> Okay, thank you. >> Yeah. No, no. Yeah, they're towing it right now. Um, they're letting me get the car seats out the car. So, that's what I'm doing right now. Um, >> so right here, >> notify PMP. >> What's that? >> He's not supposed to have >> I got pills in a bag. Is it okay if I ask quick questions? >> Yeah, sure. >> All right. Um, let's let you know because he's on PMP. He's not supposed to have access to my form. All right. Okay. >> We can look past that, though. Okay. Do you have anything else? We Anything on your No. Is it okay if I search your stuff? >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, this vehicle was flying through the center of town. It started to slow down as it hit the highway. Um, no license plate lights. The registration ended up coming back as suspended. They don't have insurance. It's also a Nevada resident without a state registration. Um, you have to get it switched over. There's no loopholes there. I am going to cut her a break instead of writing her the thousand ticket for that. She's going to take the suspended registration ticket and I'm going to tow this vehicle. Um, I've dealt with both of them before. They have drug history. Uh, we did an inventory. She consented to search. He's on parole. We didn't find anything other than mar and uh the state didn't care so we're not going to detain him or arrest him on it. Um but we've dealt with them before but in the last few months we haven't found any drugs or anything on him. So he may actually be cleaning his act up which is good to see aside from uh running plates that are suspended. [Music] [Music] Hi, my name is Brandon Ross and we're over here at Ross Speed and Repair in Pump, Nevada. We heard the guys at US Cops had some issues with their 6.0 Ford and we told them bring it in so we can get them all figured out and get them back on the road. We specialize in diesel performance and regular gas performance. Uh we can do everything from general maintenance to full-on custom builds. If you need anything, give us a call at 7027159134. [Music] So, right now we're responding to what came out as a report of a domestic. Um, sounds like there's a physical altercation between a male and a female. Uh, male allegedly punched the female and then the female was taken in an unknown gold vehicle by an unknown party. Uh, apparently the male half is still on scene. We're pulling into the area now, so we're going to keep an eye out for that gold vehicle. Um, we don't really have a whole lot of information at the moment, but we're arriving right now. We're going to see what's going on. >> Got a phone and cigarettes there. >> Okay. >> He's the one who came out and told me he heard it, but didn't say anything. >> Okay. >> He doesn't know anybody that owns a gold car. >> Okay. >> But kind of looks like they're in a struggle here. >> There's been fighting in here, sir. >> Somebody's phone's there. >> Yeah, someone's jewelry. >> It might be my sisters. I can go ask her real quick. My phone's right here. >> Was your sister out here? >> No, I mean she came in the park. Nobody was arguing here. They was in front of this gate. >> You mind if we go with you and ask your sister? >> I can go bring her out. >> 11. Copy two Nevada plates. >> They're not here anymore. She turned off with the car with somebody else. >> Okay. And who is she? >> Um, there's some girl with it. Was there some guy that I don't know who that know what kind of car they were driving? Like a car. >> That's >> copy. What was the description of the male that was involved? >> Your phone. >> Was that my phone? No, my phone's in my room. >> Oh, okay. >> So, why is there a random phone in your driveway with cigarettes? >> I didn't know I didn't know there was. And I don't know whose it was either. I'm sure Well, I'm not sure of anything, but I didn't know. I didn't see a phone out there. I was concerned about >> 11 >> if there was people screaming out front anymore, but they're not. >> Um, your male is probably gonna be Aaron. >> Leo, >> my husband. >> Is your husband? >> Yeah, he wasn't outside. >> Okay, >> that wasn't us. >> Copy. >> What's Aaron wearing right now? >> Um, not much. He's in bed. >> Okay. >> He's, you know, we were just sleeping. Which one is that? I don't know. This is the one I was in the driveway. Oh, it's >> not mine. Oh, no. Okay. Copy. You good for a sec, Dingo? I'm going to go talk to them. What's that? >> I'm going to go talk to the RP. Okay. >> Hello. >> Hi. >> Were you the one that called? >> Can you talk to me about what you saw, please? >> There's a guy in a white hoodie. >> Okay. He punched a girl and then she was trying to leave and get away from him and he's threatening to kill her and trying to pull her out of the car. >> Okay. Was it a white guy, black guy? Were you able to tell? >> He looked white, but that's from this distance. He was in like a white hoodie. >> Okay. And where did that guy go? Do you know? >> He went back on the property. >> Went back on the property. >> Someone came off and pulled him off and then they went to the back property and that's when they hurried up and left. Whoever the girl was in the car with >> south one south 11. Thank you. >> Does anyone stay around back on the property? >> No. [Applause] Hello. Sheriff's office. What's up, dude? How you doing, sir? >> You were involved with domestic. >> I thought you I thought you were someone who came last time. >> No, >> me and my wife got a little argument yesterday and I was it no message, no nothing. >> Okay, >> good. She said that multiple times. I said that we're good. >> What scuffle happened in your front drive? >> I was dead asleep, man. >> Do you often have people coming on your property that you don't know? >> I mean, I don't know you guys. I'm trying to be BMC. I don't know what's going on, man. >> We're all good here, though. No, no need. >> Okay, >> I promise you if there was anything going on, I'd love to help you guys. >> Well, something was going on. >> I I >> We know that. >> And I hope that it's over. >> You had a random phone and cigarettes in your driveway. >> I know. >> And somebody's jewelry. >> I hope that they get back. I don't know. >> Okay. >> I apologize for the no no inconvenience for you guys. I appreciate you guys coming up. I I don't know what's going on. Sorry. >> Okay. >> All right. So, we still got to wait for the other officer cuz he's the one who's investigating the domestic daddy. >> Well, my wife's right here. There's no domestic. >> Not currently. No. >> 16. Are you in route over here? We're out with the mail. >> I'll be out. >> Hey, hold on. >> No, I'm not. I'm not. >> Are you in route? We have a male here and he's less than cooperative. >> Yes, I'm Of course I am. I got my shoes on. I'm good. >> Why you getting irritated, bro? >> Because you Come on. I just woke up to this. I don't know what's going on. I'm confused. >> Well, we've been having a fine day until we come and find out if this >> I know I'm asking. >> There's no reason to get irritated with us, bro. Just doing our job. >> I'm just coming back. >> All right. All good. [Applause] >> Dispatch, South 11. What female names numbers do we have associated with this address? >> Copy. What? >> Not that. >> I'm here for an investigation. >> All right. Well, we're all here. Here's all my whole family all day, guys. Nothing happened. >> We didn't call them. >> Yeah. I don't know why you guys are >> Yeah, his wife was >> You may not call us. Somebody did call us. >> Who's his wife? >> She's not here. She left. >> Oh, so that's who's involved. So, we want to stop lying. People, >> can we talk about what's happening? >> I told you about Did I tell you they left? >> You told me he was your husband. >> No, he's your husband. Your >> husband? This is my wife left. >> His wife left. >> I told you they left already. Nobody lied. Nobody was arguing in this parking lot. >> Well, we just got told your wife was screaming and left, which sounds a whole lot like why the reason we're here. >> Seems like a cop parking lot, sir. >> That does seem like a cop problem if somebody calls us about it. >> Nobody. >> No, I didn't know anything happened. >> Hey, Aaron. Well, sir, >> we still have a cop coming needs to talk to you. >> For what? >> For an incident that happened previously. So, you are detained right now for investigation. You need to stay here. >> I mean, in my house, you need to stay in my house. I will. >> Okay, sir. If you don't come out, we will come get you. >> Yeah, of course. I I came up back out, didn't I? >> Okay. >> I'm just letting you know. >> I'm trying to duck off. I'm just saying back here. Not back there. >> He could be back there. >> Really? >> Yeah. >> There's no one to walk around. >> He's not walking around. He's standing right back there. >> Okay. What is he doing back there? >> I'm making sure nobody takes off who supposed to. >> Great. We're going to make sure. >> But you don't need to be walking around. He just came walking around from this side of my property and that's not okay with that. >> But we're still investigating. There's nothing going. We didn't call you here. >> So, upon investigation at the scene, it's evident that some sort of scuffle, altercation, disagreement, whatever you want to call it, happened. Um, but everyone on scene doesn't want to be entirely forthcoming. Uh, Deputy Wills arrived on scene. He's investigating a separate issue that happened at that residence as well. And since there's no more reason for us to investigate, we don't really have enough to pin anything on anyone. Um, but it's evident that something happened that people don't want to talk about. So, our victim didn't call. So, evidently they didn't want to talk to us. And without a victim calling us, we don't really have a whole lot more to go off of. So, we're going to let Deputy Wills investigate what he needs to look at further and uh we'll go from there. So, we're going to go to this business alarm call at a big old tires. Um, right now, dispatch just put in the call. We don't have any notes on what type of alarm it is. We don't know if it's a hold up or a motion or what. So, we're in the area. We're about a mile out. So, we're going to go to that real quick. And 24, do you know what type of alarm? Is it hold up or just motion or what? >> 24. This will be from garage audible. Copy. >> 24. You going to show me arriving. >> Copy. >> Park on this side. This is where stuff shady stuff goes on. for 24 down 17. [Music] Did you copy direct? Nothing's unlocked on the exterior that I can see. >> Yeah. Yeah. Well, everything's locked up. Nothing's broken. So, that's good enough for me. >> So, >> all right. >> Yep. Appreciate it, man. >> What's up? >> I don't know. I was on the way to this one. I'm like, well, here. And I know he was up doing a traffic stop on Bel Vista. So, I'm like, it makes sense if I just take this. So, >> right. And Leslie, I have a unoccupied blue vehicle parked in the roadway. There's mail outside the door. >> 11. Copy a California plate. >> Nine. John Frank. [Applause] All this mail is for addresses for an address up the road. So, what we're doing right now is I'm trying to figure out if we can find anything as to who owns this vehicle. Um, it would be considered abandoned at this point. There's no one around. It's abandoned in the roadway. So, we'll probably drive up the road after we're done looking at this to see if uh we can make contact with an owner. Keys aren't with it. So, we have a name on the insurance paperwork that's different from the name that's on this mail down here, which is weird. South 11. Can you check two names in local? All this mail is for the same address up the road here with a couple different names. >> Stop recording. Categorize one. >> Confirm. You >> were able to find anything on that plate? >> Copy. Sheriff's office. This looks like it's abandoned. Sheriff's office. >> Is there a Vanessa Balman that lives somewhere here? >> Uh that trailer over there, sir. >> The the actual RV trailer over there. >> All right. Thank you very much. I appreciate it. >> I just rented it. >> Okay. You're the landlord of here? >> I manage the property. Yeah. So, her car was parked down the road in the middle of the road. Do you know what's going on with that? >> I drove when I went to town earlier, I drove by. I says, "Everything okay?" She shook her head. Yeah. >> Okay. >> And then I got back, the car was there and she wasn't in it. >> Okay. So, she was in that car the last time you saw her? >> Yeah. >> Okay. All right. Yeah, cuz there's a bunch of male. Is there a Suzy who lives somewhere here? >> She moved out a couple months ago. >> Okay. Excellent. Thank you. I just want to make sure she's okay because her to her car is in the middle of the road. So, that looked weird to me, you know. >> All right. Well, she should be in a trailer, I suppose. >> Okay. >> Unless somebody picked her up. If there's if there's no one in a trailer or something, somebody came and got her, I suppose. >> Okay. >> Sheriff's office. N County Sheriff >> doesn't look like it. I made contact with the landlord of the property who pointed out Vanessa's trailer here. The uh door is unsecure and her vehicle is unoccupied. I'll just be clearing to welfare check. >> Dialed it up. I forgot I had the number. >> Oh, okay. >> Your call has been forwarded to an >> All right. You want to take the number then? >> Yes, I do. >> You need that small. >> Yes. Just give me one second. >> Sometimes I can getting old, you know. >> Yeah. >> What do you need? >> I'll be there one day, man. Gets all of us. >> That's what I want to hear. >> 8511. All right. Thank you very much, sir. >> I appreciate it. Did she seem okay? You said she said she was okay the last time you saw her? >> Yeah. >> Okay. How long ago did you see her sitting in the car, do you think? >> I left this morning. I had a 8:30 or 9:30 appointment. I left at4 to 8. >> Okay. >> Anyway. >> Okay. >> If I hear anything, I'll let you know. >> Yeah. Thank you. We just want to make sure she's okay. And I don't want to tow her car if I don't need to, but it's blocking the road. So, we kind of got to figure it out. >> Any key? I got a key to the trailer, but not to her car. >> Yeah. And there's no keys with the car. So it looks like she took him with her, but definitely weird. So, all right. Thank you. >> Stop recording. Categorize one. So, I guess she was in the car, according to him, at about 8:00 this morning and then apparently left at some point before he came back, which if it was a doctor's appointment, I assume would be an hour or two later. She's not picking up her phone. Her house is unlocked and she's not home. So, we're gonna see if there's any further investigation we can do aides from just having to tow the car because it's blocking the road cuz I don't want to do that. If we can contact her and make sure she's okay. >> Your call has been forwarded to an automatic voice message system. 771 is not available at the tone. Please record your message. >> Hello, this is Deputy Huggin with the N County Sheriff's Office. I was calling for Vanessa in regards to a vehicle that is registered to you over here on Robin and Leslie. Um, it's parked in the road and I don't want to tow it. If I'm able to get in contact with you, just just have you move it out of the road. Um, I spoke with your landlord. It looks like you're not home right now. If you could just give me a call back at this number 775764 uh so we can coordinate how we can uh assist you with your vehicle or if you need any help from us. Uh, thank you and call me back. Thanks. So, right now we got a uh exigency ping approved by the sergeant on the phone to see if we can get a rough location where the female is. If she's out in the desert to the west of us, um, it might be a search and rescue thing to try and get out to her cuz our vehicles aren't going to make it through that terrain. But, it's definitely odd circumstances. Uh, there's nowhere really to be walking out here. So, the ping was approved. We're just waiting for the phone carrier to get back to us with the location. Right now, we get a ping about every 15 minutes of the phone. It looks like it was on the south end of the valley and now it's coming back towards us where the vehicle is located. So, we're going to stand by for a second here and see if she shows up. 11. I have a county senior transit bus pulling up. Might be the female. >> Hello. >> Are you Vanessa? >> Yes. >> Okay. Hi. >> So, we found your car. It was in the road and then we were trying to find you to make sure you were okay. >> Okay. >> Um, yeah. I have to park together. They will junior. They won't come down the road to get me. >> Okay. >> Got it. Your mail was on the floor outside of the car. >> My mail? >> Yeah. >> Oh, >> which looked weird. So, I put that back in your mailbox for you, but that's how I knew where you lived. I talked to your landlord up there and he pointed out your trailer. >> Yeah. Okay. >> Yeah. >> What I want to tell you and I'm not going to do anything about it. >> Okay. >> I'm just final report. My landlord I've only haven't even lived here a month >> and he I'm out of breath. >> He that pretty bothers me. He came into my He's going to have to come in again to show me how to use the propane. >> Okay. >> But he came in to help me with my TV and he was in a robe. Okay. >> So, you know, I don't know his last name. I know his name is Paul. Okay. >> And he had a roone. He took the robe off and he was completely naked. >> Okay. >> So, I'm just letting you know. My mother who lives in Texas is worried he's going to hurt me. People at the senior center think he's going to hurt me. I don't know. But >> Okay. >> I'm just letting you know. >> Okay. I'll make a note of that. >> Um obviously if you have any issues or anything, you can always call us and we can come out. >> Um does your phone work? >> Yes. I was trying to call you and >> Oh, is that who was call? Cuz I I said somebody's trying to call me and I hear go but I could barely hear it. Besides that, you can't hear me. >> Yeah. And I sent you a couple texts just to make sure you're okay, but I'm glad you're all right. >> I am. But I'll make a note of that and then if you have any further issues, just give us a call. Okay. >> Yeah. So, yeah, like I said, I I don't want to I just want to make you aware. >> Okay. >> Okay. Is it okay to park here or >> So, the problem is you're just kind of in the road. If you want to park somewhere over here, that would be better just so that you're not blocking the roadway. Should I like put a sign that says >> that would be if you did that that would definitely make sure nobody's worried about you. >> I could like put a sign that says gone to the senior center. >> Yeah. >> They won't come down the road. That explain all that, right? >> Yep. That would take care of it. But I'm glad you're okay, man. >> Yeah. Thank you. Thank you. >> Yep. Have a good day. >> Okay. Can we >> So, after all that, um, found out she was just gone to the senior center. Um, looks like she just usually parks her car here because the transit bus won't come up the roadway. But it was definitely weird from the outset with her mail being outside of the car and then everything else that was going on. With her story now, it makes perfect sense as to why her vehicle is parked here. Uh so we just let her know not to park it in the roadway so that she doesn't have issues moving forward. But she's good. She is safe. Um she mentioned when I was speaking to her some concerns about the landlord who was actually the uh the male that we spoke with earlier. Um, so we'll make a note of that here in the call. She said she doesn't want to do anything about it right now, but just wanted it on record. So, we'll go ahead and add that into our call notes and then uh she is okay and good to go. All right. So, we are headed to a theft north side of town. The RP is saying that there's an RV in the backyard and friend called saying that the RV is being moved or has been moved. RP's on the way now. Doesn't have any more information. Um, little backstory on the RP. A week ago, RP was attacked by a pitbull up there and was in the hospital for 4 days and he shot the dog. So, everyone in that area is upset at the RP. The lady that owns the house is in Oregon for a fire cuz she's a firefighter. So, I'm guessing the RP is like watching over this house. And the people watching her house and her friend are all mad at the RP and they're talking about an eye for an eye. So, we're going to meet the deputy here at uh the cross streets. I'm not sure how the whole dog and the theft of an RV intertwine, but we'll see what he's got to say. Maybe there's something more to this that wasn't added to the dispatch notes. >> So, we'll see what he's got to say. >> Doing all right. How are you? >> Who is that? >> Deputy Diaz. What's up, man? >> Look, I'm just trying to um >> You're the one that called, right? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Um, I got word a little bit ago they're trying to get my motor home out of there and everything was in that thing. You mean >> who's trying to Yankee? >> I don't know. Whoever's staying at the house now. There was an altercation here. Well, there was a deal with me and a dog. Um, we >> Is that what Holy smokes? What happened to your hand, dude? >> I I got pretty much the dog tried to uh eat me. >> It's pretty swollen, bro. >> It's gone down a lot now. It's It's been uh like seven days. Well, if you don't want to take it off, >> it's all right. It don't hurt right now. I was hurt earlier. I took a bunch of motion. >> So, did you get bit over there? >> Yes. >> And you killed the dog and now they're all bent out of shape at you. >> They're like an eye on an eye thing. You know what I mean? >> So, I can't I can't fight. Can't I can't, you know, I'm not trying to go over there. >> Dude, your hand looks pretty bad. Pissed. They're all pissed. They're all hurt. They're all I mean, you know, same way. I feel the same way. But, um >> So, are you trying to get your RV out of there? Yeah, I'm following you out. >> Okay. You talked to animal control. >> They I have not I They supposed to call me Sunday. I waited around or come see me Sunday. >> Wait around all day for me. They never showed up there. Two broken bones. This one's This one snapped. There's one busted here. I got 142 stitches. >> Oh, okay. >> You know, it's it's it's a real bad situation, you know. I mean, >> I get you. >> It's everything. >> Okay. So, are they just not allowing you back in there or how? >> An eye for an eye, you know. You know what's up. Okay. >> 562 wanted to beat up on on a three-legged dog, huh? >> Okay. All right. So, this gentleman was attacked by a dog, I'm guessing. >> Yep. >> And he was attacked over there at the house, bit by the dog. He shot the dog, killed the dog. Now, they're mad at him, >> and he's saying he's got an RV over there at the at the residence. >> Okay. But >> hey Ru, >> I don't know what he wants me to do. I I'm kind of confused still on what he wants me exactly to do. >> Hold on a second. Hold on a second. >> No, he said kill me. >> Yeah, we're we're going to pedal. We're going to pedal a little bit into that. >> Okay. All right. Yeah. Okay. >> What's up, buddy? >> How you been? >> Yeah. Shake your hand, but >> Oh, no. I see you all cleared up. Oh, is that from the dog? >> Yeah. >> Oh, dude. What happened, bro? >> He didn't. >> I got you pretty good, man. You you you shot him. Get him off you. Yeah. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Sucks. Good dog. He's a good dog until until all a sudden he wasn't anymore. You know what I mean? >> Right. Yeah. It's crazy turned on you like that, man. >> Could you take your hand out of your pocket? >> Like how'd you get away from him and get to the gun? >> I I got the gun was in a desk drawer I was sitting at right there. I was playing the game and it all started. He just started getting aggressive. one to play. Okay, that's all fine. Then he go 3 seconds into it and he's going to start starting to know, you know, snip stiff going. Yeah. >> And um and uh just sucks. So I tell him, "Stop, you know, stop go, you know, and then he started to go over and start playing with the other dog." Same thing aggressive start jumping on her. He started starting to slip her neck, you know. Yeah. 22. >> That's crazy, dude. >> He literally just admitted that he grabbed the 22 that was on shoot >> and he admitted that he was staying on that property in the trailer. So, you're not allowed there in the morning, trespassed or what? How's that work? >> Nobody been back there since I lost since I shot the dog. >> Well, how long have you been staying there? >> Um, about a month and a half, I guess. >> Month and a half. >> Well, a couple of years off and on. But it's a big ass dog, right? And it's 22. How many times did you have to shoot before it stopped? >> Four. Four times. >> The first two didn't even I thought I thought it was a miss. I thought I missed, you know. >> Yeah. >> And he was locked on. He was locked on to me, you know. And I'm trying to do this all left hand sort of thing. There's blood >> everywhere, >> right? >> And uh I thought I missed because there was no there was no flinch. There was no bleeding eye. There was no nothing. >> Okay. So I did it again. And same thing. still kind of he let go but he wouldn't he let go but he wasn't like you know backing up or or turning around he was he was letting go just to grab another foot and jump in again >> you called us tonight right just you want you said it was gone and now you want us to make sure >> I never said it was gone no >> okay the details is different that's all >> okay yeah know I just I want it's been moved is what I was hoping Diaz do the honors all right so Right now you're in custody. Okay. >> I'm going to jail. >> Hold on. >> Hey, you have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can be used against you in the court of law. You have the right to the presence of an attorney during uh before any questioning during any questioning, right? Can't afford an attorney won't be pro provided for you before any questioning if you'd like. Do you understand your rights? >> Y brother, you know you're a convicted felon, correct? >> Yeah. >> All right. So, because you're a convicted felon, can you be in possession of a firearm? Sir, >> I was in position. >> Right. >> Yep. I mean, I know that I know that that that's the problem, right? Second problem is that you're a convicted felon and have you registered this address as your address? >> I just I haven't even moved in yet. I'm still down. >> You said you've been here about a month and a half, brother. >> I've been I haven't been here solidly. And and and this is where I'm moving to. Okay. But I have not been sentenced yet and I had not had a meeting with with you know >> with Duncan yet. >> Yeah. Right. >> All right. Come over here. You have any any narcotics or weapons or anything in your pocket? >> All right. Right over here. or in front of his car. >> Why did I interrupt this thing? >> I'm still going to help you out with just because we're doing this. >> I'm going to go over there and talk to him about your trailer. >> Okay. >> We don't have much of that. >> I get it. I get it. >> Got it. Why did you tell me I had the right to be silent before I feel bad about >> what >> you know your mom's about. >> Sorry, brother. Thank you. Okay. Bye. Bye. All right, brother. >> Love you. All right. So, we ended up taking that gentleman to jail tonight. We did address his RV concerns as well. We got all that sorted out, but since he did admit to shooting the dog um with a firearm, he was taken to the detention center for being a convicted person in possession of a firearm since he was an ex-felon. He is also being charged with failure to update his address. So, him being a convicted person, he must update his new place of address within 48 hours with a local law enforcement agency, which in this scenario would be us. So, he failed to do that as well. And um those are the two charges he is being booked in under tonight. And um that's really the end of that one. It was a little bit of an interesting one for sure. We're on our way to a deputy that's fighting a individual right now. Um we're going to try to get over there as quick in case he needs assistance. So we got several units in route. [Music] So, we just reduced um my partner came over to radio. They got one detained. We're still going to rep responding in case they need any more assistance on 23. I'll be out. Not maverick. You understand the rights that I read you though? >> Fifth. >> The fifth. You plead the fifth. >> Am I going to jail or not? >> Yeah. You're going to jail. You can't sit there fight a cop and then nothing's going to happen. So, you got the right to remain silent. Don't worry about them. What they're doing is they're documenting him. This isn't anything to worry about. >> Okay. Look, if you we get through this, we can figure out how to get the dog to not be pulled. >> You have the right to remain silent.
