Goes past it and she's driving up grass. Comes all the way across. Now she's going like she's going to go 208 south northbound lanes and gets up to the top. Then she corrects herself and goes up and she's doing like How was she on the highway? wasn't too bad, but just the whole like she was going up the ramp doing like 10 miles an hour. At the same time, the officer talks to the witness who called 911. He gives a clear account of what happened. How you doing? Are you the person I called? And then right in front of the firehouse get on to 8. Yeah. To reverse. She almost hit me. Oh god. And then um as soon as we got on Let me You have your driver's license? We'll take a look at that sign. She's uh I just heard she I think she's under arrest for DWI. So, but yeah, thanks for calling in. Yeah, no problem. It's important that the citizens uh I know let us know what's going on because we can't get to everything, you know, as much as we want to. Exactly. But we don't want anybody getting hurt either, you know. Oh, no. Absolutely. All right. Yeah, that's smart. Now you call this case. That's good. All right. Good. Flexible uh kind of sign, but um yeah, right in front of the ball field. It's a pedestrian sign, so it could be that one. I get it. Yeah. So, this guy is a caller back there. I got his info. So, he first saw her driving uh swerving and stuff. Diamond Bridge on Lincoln left on Harristown. Okay. And then he said that she at the pedestrian sign um right by the ball field continued and then right by the ramp to get on the 208 stopped and started backing up. So he almost got hit. So that's when he said, "Let me call check the sign." So all right. But that's his for a good cell. Okay. It's just a pedestrian sign. No damage. Yeah. I'm thinking it's the one in the middle, right? That's what I'm But I think I think there's one. Yeah. This information lines up with what officers see at the scene, including the damaged sign. But I think there's there's one on the right side, too. I'm going to go down higher right. That's your move. I dragged it out of the road. No, I saw I said that's why I said good. That's your move. Yeah. No, it's solid because it gives him distance. Yeah. It gives him distance to work cuz we're right in front of the Got to take it. No, I wasn't even going. I saw the H. I mean, I would have preferred to, especially when I work on the weekends at night, we keep my test. I've had it since I've been a cop. And I like doing it, especially on my own. Yeah. You know. All right. Well, good. So, uh, you're going to follow. Uh, I think I think, uh, which is going with him? Oh, no. I'll follow him. If you want to wait here, I don't care. I'll follow. It's up to you. It doesn't matter. Which one do you want? You choose. Where the keys? In the car. In the car. All right. Yeah. Whoever's He's doing his own alka test. All right. No. Oh, that's right. I'm sorry. That's right. Keep on I'm so old school with that, you know. You want to wait or you want me to wait? I'll wait. What do you think? Officers wrap up their investigation and get ready to transport her. How you doing, Jacqueline? Not good. Yeah. Okay. I have your purse. I have your registration. And I have your cell phone. Okay. Thanks. That would have Can you unlock me? I'm sorry. Can you unlock me? Un what? Unlock me. Unlock you? Not until we get to police headquarters. Why? Because you're under arrest. Multiple units again. 206 only. Mileage, please. 35867.9 35867.9 23 48 Somebody else calling Sorry I was [Music] thinking let's make sure we got everything All been good. All right. Step on out. We're going to go up that ramp right there. The woman is officially charged with DWI. Number three, nurses BAC off the charts, three times over the limit and headed to jail. Officers respond to multiple reports of a black Jeep driving erratically. When they locate the vehicle, they find a woman unresponsive in the driver's seat. Here's how it all unfolds. [Music] Hello. What's going on today? What's going on? Nothing. Okay. You okay? All right. Do Do you need an ambulance or anything? No. All right. Do you have your uh license with you by chance? Oh, put the Jeep in park. Put it in park. Good. Put it in park. Someone saw that you parked like this. They were concerned. So, they just wanted me to stop out and just check. Why would you sit here all day? You don't know. What brings you down here in Florida? Rehab for what? You don't mind me asking? Gotcha. You said you don't need an ambulance or nothing. If you're fine, have you taken any um medications or anything that would impair your ability to drive? No. No. Okay. All right. Just hang out with me. Let me talk to him. Hello. Hello. What is that? Yeah. Do you want my speaker to Why do I need to talk to him? I don't need to talk to him. I'm talking to you. All right. So, uh, Erica, can you go ahead and step out the Jeep for me for a minute, please? Hey, where are you? Where you at? Go ahead and step out. Come on. Go ahead and get out of the car. No. Come on. Go ahead. Step out for me, please. Step out for me, please. No. Are you telling me no? I'm going to ask you. Get out. Okay. Come on. Get out. Officers immediately ask her to step out of the car due to concerns about possible impairment. I haven't done anything. Go ahead and get out. Step out of the car. Okay. Step. Okay. Seriously? Yes. Hang on. Pull my pants up. Pull your pants up. Okay. So the the re the reason I'm asking you to step out of the car is um I see some signs that I I believe you might be that you might be impaired. Okay. So that's the reason I'm asking you to step out. Would you be willing to complete a series of field exercises to determine your ability to operate a vehicle? I haven't done anything. I don't feel like I've done anything wrong. Okay. I really don't. So, based on I really don't. Based on my observations, I believe you might be impaired. So, I'm requesting you to complete a series of field sobriety exercises to determine if I believe that you're safe to operate a motor vehicle. Yeah, but I was just laying here like I wouldn't do that. You wouldn't do what? I wouldn't drive anything. Like I I really wouldn't. Okay. But at the same time, you were here. Yeah. But I went in drive. Your Jeep was in drive when I made contact with you. Yeah. But you took your foot out the brake and started rolling forward when I woke you up. I didn't. Okay. So, would you be willing to complete a series of field sobriety exercises? Yeah. Yes. You want me to? I I am. I'm requesting you to. Officers inform her that they've seen enough to begin a DUI investigation and ask her to perform field sobriety tests. All right. So, the first thing I'm going to do is I'd like to check your eyes. Okay. Do you see the tip of my pen? Yeah. Okay. What I want you to do is I want you to follow it with your eyes and your eyes only keeping your head still. Do you understand? Yeah. Okay. So, I don't feel like I've done anything wrong. Okay. Well, we can discuss that after the fact. All right. Like I said, right now, I'm just You don't want to do this? Listen, if you don't do this, I'll have to base my investigation on my observations. Seriously? Yes. So, are you willing to complete this? I haven't I haven't done anything wrong. Are you Are you willing to complete the task or No. Yeah. You are. Okay. All right. What have I done? No. Tell me. What have I done wrong? So, again, I need to complete the series of exercises to determine whether I believe you're safe to operate a motor vehicle or not. I've been doing Are you willing to complete these exercises or no? It's been tied. Like, what the are y'all doing to me? I'm sorry to hear that. No, you don't care. I do care. That's unfair. It's very unfortunate. I would be very upset if my spouse died. I'm just trying to be okay. I understand that. I'm sorry. It's It's all right. I haven't done anything wrong. Like I don't feel like I have. I really don't. Okay. Well, like I said, based on my observations, what have I done wrong? Well, based on my observations, okay, as you're speaking, I'm smelling an odor of an alcohol. I'm Let me Let me finish. I haven't done anything wrong. Okay. I'm trying to explain to you my reasoning. Okay. Someone called and they said they were concerned about you. Concerned about you driving. Who? An anonymous person. They said that they saw you pull into this parking lot. Okay. I haven't done anything wrong. Oh, no. I was just As the situation progresses, she becomes emotional, mentioning personal hardships, including the recent loss of her husband. Okay. So, like I said, they called and they were concerned about you. When I made contact with you, you were asleep and the Jeep was still in drive because when I woke you up and asked for your license, you took your foot off the brake and started rolling forward. I wouldn't do that like I would just sit here. So, I don't feel like you need to arrest me. Okay. So, so are are you going to do the task or No. No. I mean, you want me to? I do want you to, but there's only so much that I can do. But you keep doing anything wrong. So, we need to go ahead and start these tasks then. I understand you're upset. I haven't done anything wrong. Like, I was sitting here. Okay. So, if you don't think you've done anything wrong, then why don't we do these tasks and if if I believe you're fine to drive, you'll be on your way. Okay. All right. So, what I need you to do is stand with your feet feet together and your hands down at your sides. And I want you to look at tip my pen. I want you to follow it with your eyes and your eyes only keeping your head still. All right. Do you understand the instructions? Yeah. Work a secret. Remember to keep your head still. Follow tip. Follow the tip. Okay. Okay. Okay. All right. Before we move any further, do you have any uh medical issues that would prevent you from walking, standing? Yeah. I'm sorry. I'm anemic. You're anemic. Okay. So, does that prevent you from walking or standing, bending? It can. It can. Yeah. Okay. Are you experiencing any of those problems right now? No. Okay. So, next task I would like you to do is the one leg stand. Okay. When I tell you to, I want you to lift one foot up. Could be either foot approximately 6 in. Keeping it parallel with the ground. It's all right. Ma'am, I want you to keep your feet together and your hands at your sides until I finish the officers continue calmly and attempt to complete the standard evaluations. Well, go back. Go back to with your feet together. Go ahead and put put your feet back together. All right. So, I just completed the instructions. Do you have any questions? Do you understand the instructions? Yeah. Okay. You may begin. Remember to count out loud. See, like I'm super clumsy. Okay. That's bug. It's all right. It's all right. I'm so sorry. Like I'm on it. It's okay. Is you see you see this line here? Yeah. Now, it's not is going to it's not going to be as long as I I want, but at least it's a straight line. Okay. Her blood alcohol content is recorded at three times the legal limit. She's charged with DUI. Number two, nurse's behavior sparks careerending consequences. Police respond to a report of a couple physically fighting in public. Here's what happens when the officers intervene. Yes, ma'am. Um, so I live with him and we together, right? Okay. And he I don't know. He's very abusive. I'm I'm trying to go home. I just got off of work. Okay. I'm fresh off of work. He came over here. He He stole the key from me. Okay. I can't get in our house. You guys live together? Yes, we live together. Me and my kids. He keeps saying me and my kids can't come home. You guys only have one key? Yes. Like he took the key? This this gentleman right here? Yes. Okay. And you guys live together though? No, we don't. Yes, we do. I allowed her to come. No, he does not. He does not have nothing. I talked to you. He does not have nothing in his name. It's a It's a woman named Linda Owens. She owns the house. Where do you guys live? On Kenwood. Okay. It's nothing in his name. Like nothing is in name. Do you do you have an ID on here? Hey, how you doing? My name is Marcus Brandon. Okay. Um that's my ex right there. That's a X. Okay. Do you stay here? No. I I had to get out. I was just going crazy. I got I got out the car. I see you got scratched in your face. Did that happen in the car? Happened right here. I don't want to do nothing about that though. Oh, okay. You want to walk me through what happened? Yeah. Um, I don't know what she's telling him, but I'd like to hear your sides. Here's here's a Let me just give y'all a little brief uh story. Yeah. She's going through some stuff. Her kids her kids is in Cleveland. Okay. She she moved here and actually did move in, but another spot at a different spot. Okay. And uh her her kids went back to Cleveland with her dads. Okay. I told her, "Look, we not going to work. We're not We just can't work. Okay. Okay. I moved out of my the old spot over on Shash. Yeah, we moved out of there. Okay. Moved in over here. Um, how long ago did you move out? I moved I I had this apartment like 2 months. I just I just moved in probably like 2 days ago. Okay. I was just the man on the other hand denies that he's in a relationship with a woman that she only stayed for a night and that she should return to Cleveland where she has family cuz the house on Sashon is um get about to be the owner passed away. Um uh I've been there my mother been there for about I don't like 17 years. My mother passed away too like two years ago but then I took over the place. Uh I'm sorry I'm just you're fine. This is just crazy man. Um the house on Shonne is um going to be like in the uh uh probate. Yeah. Triple 7. Yeah. Triple 7. It's going to be like a probate plan cuz the owner passed away. Okay. So instead of me waiting for you know him come say well you got to get out. I went ahead and moved out early. But right now right now um I went out early. I told the um the one the owner the owner's son like you you just go take the house. Okay. I ain't want to go through all that horrible stuff with you and trying to figure out what's going to happen with that. So I moved I got me another spot. And you moved over to Kenwood. I moved over to Kenwood. Who stays in Kenwood? Me. Kenwood. She came in for a night. She last night she went she was trying she told me she tried to get in the shelter last night. She told me the shelter was full. I like fine. Come back here and say night's cold outside. Okay. Um her her daughter right now is in Cleveland. Yeah. I just ple Okay. Her daughter right now is in Cleveland. And I'm telling her, look, you got you got a place to go. All your all her family's in Cleveland. All her family is in Cleveland. Like like you can go back to Cleveland Austral. And uh I got I can show y'all some videos. So how did you guys right here? Yes. I was coming I was going um I picked her up from work. I was going home. Is this your car? No, that's her car. Okay. I picked her up from work. I was going home instead of me going home cuz she was arguing and yelling and screaming. I came to the nearest spot. I know these people here. I should live here. And here she come. I think I got out right here. This what happened. Let's hide up here. I got up. So, we're taking his test. He claims he recently moved into the home and that he's been trying to sever ties with the woman. Yeah. Do y'all see his like record? It's just my my backpack. But he on probation from like all types of stuff. Yeah, I probation probation officer about here. Just don't listen to him. Don't listen to him. We'll figure it out. Don't listen to him. I'm just like, that's all right. Don't listen to him. Don't say listen to you, but frustrated with her. She She's a liar, man. This I just need to know what's what's going on for today. What's going on for today is she's crazy cuz I told her I didn't want her living with me. Okay. Go back to Cleveland. I don't want this. I'm going to call the police on you. I'm going to tell them you did this and did that and I'm going to take over the house. Like this is not your house. You're not on a lease. You ain't got no lease. Are you renting the house? Yes, I'm renting it. I'm renting from uh Linda Owens. That's fine. And I did not pay over my lease. So when when did you move in? Like what date do you know the date over or anything? It's probably been like last past 3 days I've been there. I haven't been a part of that. I just moved in. Yeah, I just moved in there. So, like you have the paperwork. Do you have it on your phone? I can call her. No, I I'm just curious if you had the lease or anything. Uh, nope. I don't have no lease on my phone. So, you just moved in? I just moved in uh like a few days like less than a week, but I I got the apartment in October. No, not October. I got the house in August, I think. I got it in August. Kenwood. Yeah, I got it had I had it since Well, I just moved in. I never I just had it cuz as I said with the situation on Yeah. I want to have a backup plan. You're trying to figure out which way is up. And I just I just moved in probably like three three days ago. As police listen to both sides, it's clear their stories don't match. And so so you're basically like, "Hey, this isn't working. It's time for you to go." So then she's like, "No." But then so I got to get and then you just you just pulled over here instead of going home. I pulled over right here cuz it's closer to get out to get the away from. So then you took your stuff out of the car. Mhm. And then how did So then what is in this a building? I I should live right here. I I know the people in the office catch. So you know the people. So you stay here. So you know the workers and you felt like you know these people and all that stuff. Right. That's why I pulled up right here. Okay. So you did that instead of going to your house and doing all that. I felt like if I went to the house she was going to trash it. It was going to be a big commotion. Okay. So I came here instead. That's why I didn't go to the house. Okay. Did you drive or is she driving? I was driving. Is that her car? It's her car. Okay. I'm driving. know, do you need a ride anywhere? Uh, so we're just trying to figure out like what I want to go home. You want to take it home and tell her to Yeah, she she crazy, man. She's not lying. So, she says that she has stuff in the house on Kendall, but then most of her stuff too is over on Shon cuz you're not fully there. That's what we're trying to figure out. How much stuff she has over there? Over there. She got I don't know. She got some clothes there. Who some clothes there? cuz that's what we're trying to So, if if you're wanting to completely cut ties, the best way to do it is to go over there, get let her get all her out and we'll go over there with you, okay? And let her get all so that there's no reason whatsoever for her to come back and then be done with it officially. You guys don't have kids together or anything like that, right? So then there would be no reason for her to come back to that residence. And then you have us with you and then she can't say you did something or whatever. She get her stuff together. So then she can she can drive her car over there and we can give you a ride over there. So then you guys are still separated. She's not allowed to go to Shashon either. Okay. So does she have all her stuff over on Shon? There's there's I I still got stuff there, too. I got stuff there. Who has the key to Shashon? Me. I got the keys. Does she have the keys to anything? No, she don't. Okay. Stuff out of officers offer guidance and discuss possible solutions to deescalate the situation. So she do later on. I I I'd um have my daughter my daughter on the phone right now. Yeah. So we So So for over here, we can handle Kenwood right here right now and then we'll explain like she'll have to set up like a time like a time situation to go and get all this stuff from Shashon cuz I can't drive all the way over to Shashon to do all that. So, she would have to call us and like or set up an appointment or set up a day that it would be reasonable to invite her in to do all that stuff to kind of handle that. But if How long were you guys living together when she shot? Not long. She uh probably a month like a month. Okay. She was uh um like I said, she got she got kicked out in Cleveland, but she got places to go through. Yeah. I'm not I'm not disputing that cuz the only issue that we're trying to figure out like established residency. So if she's living there, she has like tons of stuff, but you guys are the landlord and all that and you guys are pretty much like, "Hey, we got to we're out the landlord." That's a whole another eviction thing. And when you're out and you're giving up your stay, then she technically would get squattered, but that's another issue here or there. Does she want to get her stuff and leave? She's saying she's she is saying that she lives there with them. Tensions rise as the man claims the woman is manipulative and has threatened to take over the house while she fires back with accusations of control and emotional abuse. Are you saying that's happening? I got off work, sir. I just got off. Me and him, we've been together on and off for years. We just got back together recently, like three, four months ago. We were staying um in Goodyear height moves over here. Everything is going great, but we just button heads a lot. I don't know. It just It's not working out at this point. Yeah. He's abusive. I'm tired of it. Um I just want to be at peace. I'm on my way to nursing school. Mind you, we're 25 years apart. He's insecure. He's jealous. I get up. I work out every morning. I go to school. I have something going for myself. Sounds like you need to part ways from him. Yeah. And I'm tired. I am. And I'm like, I got kids. I have two kids. Like you and your two kids. I don't care if you stay on the street. I mean, physical psychological mental. I'm like, why don't you just leave the house? Oh, it's just you. You're an older dude. I'm young. I have to get Why don't you leave? Come move here. It's a studio. You know, if you hate me so much or you you envious of me so much guys fighting over who stays in the house then. Yeah. It's like dude, you know, I'm proud of you talking to me. You just you're kind of over him and over dealing with bull crap. So insecure and jealous and and and and delusional period. But you need a place to stay though if you're not going to live. is who's going to lose? It don't make sense to you. Who uh who who has who's on the lease? No one's on the lease. We just moved her. Oh, yeah. You own the house. Yeah. No, nobody on Linda Owens. Linda Owens, older lady. Meanwhile, the officer continues questioning both sides, working to gather all key details relevant to the case. Uh we met her we was actually riding by her two months ago. Two and a half months ago 95 and she just let she's letting you guys stay there. Yeah. Um he did he talked to her. I was in the car. I introduced myself like oh this fiance you know he's looking to find a place to move. I spoke with her. He spoke with her. We got the keys. Now he's still who's pay who's paying the bills for the utilities at the place. Both of them. Both of the guys are paying for it. Are you wanting to get your stuff out of Kim and just get it all while we're here and be done? No, I live there. Me and my kids live there. How long you been there? We both been at it for two months now. Okay. They moved in together. You on the lease? No one's on the lease. They're both staying. Someone else is No one is on the lease. Someone else owns the house is both letting them stay there. We can call Linda. The person that owns it. The problem is if you guys go back, they're just going to be fighting. They're splitting utilities at the moment. Me and my kids. This is an older man. This is Nobody's on that list. I don't know what he's telling me. He stole the keys and he's saying I can't go home. So why are you there though? I live there. I just got off work. I want to go home and take a shower and deep breath and watch the walking dead like I always do when I go to work. Well, she wants to probably leave. He should leave. Why do I have to? So I did something to her. Then she called the BO. Not the BO. You talk to the prosecutor. Okay. So the prosecutor all he didn't do that and and it should have been crazy to talk to a prosecutor like oh that's Can I ask you a question? Yes. Are you want to stay at Kenwood or can you go back over to Shashon or wherever? Pardon me. Are you wanting to stay at Kenwood or can you go somewhere else? No, I'm staying at No, that's I just got the house. She's saying like there's no lease you guys are having. I'm call my landlord right now. Okay. My landlord never spoke to her. Has she paid money toward She hasn't paid anything. Nothing. Go ahead. Absolutely nothing. Is any utilities in our name? Nothing. As the conversation continues, the man opens up about his distress, claiming the woman became physical during the dispute. Are utilities in your name? Yes. I had the um gas field at the house. Still working to get the trans uh uh electric. There's only one key and he has the key to That's why she came back. That's why she got matter of fact. If she doing all this, I wouldn't press charges on her should because all this Hold up. Well, let's figure out if you live over there. We saw her leave. Listen, all this right here. She did this. He got it on video. All this. I'm tired of this, man. What had all that? I'm the one. So, what happened with all that? She attacked me right here. She She jumped out the car. Yes, just now. She jumped up. Exactly. She jumped out. I jumped out the car. So, after you got out of the car, she came back here, grabbed she had she had left. She had left. Came back. grab my bags off of there. I'm like I I dig like give me my bag. Give me my stuff. You can't leave my stuff. I'm trying to get it while I'm trying to get my stuff away from her. She attacked me. She She elbowing me. I'm doing like this trying to happen with the with the case that I'm on probation for right now. Okay. She I'm covering up trying to but she can't hit me. She's swinging and you got to I can't do nothing. I mean it's it's How did this happen? She bit me. She bit you there. It looks like teeth marks. She bit me right there. M fact, he got his cameras over here. No, he he got a video right there office right there. So, she want to go there and get my PO involved and all that. And I'm when you What did I say you when you first came up? I don't want to do anything about this. Was he out of recording or is there camera? He was recording. Okay. And she got a bruise on her leg that when she was drunk, she never touched her, man. Never in my life touched this woman. I've been done with this. But right here, I looked up here on apartment 309. I got a police report. She came in there. She kicked door in. Give me Give us a couple minutes. We're going to talk to him and see what we're doing. Crazy, man. Though visibly shaken, he insists he tried to stay calm and avoid escalating the situation. You guys live together? We haven't She She moved I've been her four years. She She moved Cleveland and I left. I didn't I ain't bothered. You guys live together two months over here? No, we have No, we ain't been over there for two months. What about Shon? I'm just trying to Shon. We was there about for like a month maybe. So, you lived a month and then a month here? No, I haven't been over a month. I've been over like about two two to three days. Three days. The longest you've lived with her. I'm just trying to It's for like if we're going to charge domestic assault or what? So, well, it's the longest I live with her for like 4 months. I was getting breast. Yeah. So, can you do you guys have footage out here of camera videoape? Oh, you guys on your phone? Yeah. What? You pull. She He was trying to get away. So, what what was going on? Did you guys watch all this go down and then Yeah, he used to work here and live here. Okay. Officers then review the video footage of witnesses which captures the woman growing aggressive and refusing to return his belongings on on the counter and u on the on the bench out there. Yeah. And um he walked away. This is That's for her and him out there. That's his stuff on He walked away. Uhhuh. And she comes running up trying to grab his bag and she she she got the bag and that's all he wanted was get her bag back. Okay. But she was she was Do you mind? Do you mind? Does this uh Can I Oh, okay. So, he's just holding on her Yeah. Give me my stuff. Yeah. Okay, that's it. But she was she was she was she was aggressive, man. I'm not going to lie. So, she's just holding on to his stuff. And Okay. She's She came up and snatched it off of there. And you don't And you don't have that? No, I don't have that, but Okay. Came up. Yeah. Her bag was just sitting on that bench. We didn't get that on footage. No, that's okay. Now she [Music] I got her when she sitt here crying. Don't want to go to jail or nothing like that. I got kids. She was she was she she was she out there. She He's strong, man. Cuz he didn't he didn't he didn't Yeah. He didn't hit her back. Not one time. He just want his bag. I don't know what was in the bag. Okay. And then you came out, sir. And and there's another gentleman trying to like Yep. say something to him. So then there's still He just want his bag. Look. Watch her. She's going to get to popping him in a minute. Oh [ __ ] She bit him. Yep. That's when she Okay. So then he pulled her to the ground and get it. Yep. Then he going he I think that's when he got his bag. That's John across the street. He's a church guy. Okay. On the way. He he left somewhere. He went that way. At this point, the footage paints a clearer picture of who's really being controlling and confrontational. Another guy was sitting in the car looking up this way, leaving his phone. So, she still has his stuff. It's his bag right there. Okay. That's all he wanted. Mhm. She's going to be a 13. Um I'm Hey, how you doing? Good. All right, my guy. So, um there this is the waiting call that's on Kenwood. Yeah, he Yeah, she's teen off on him. Let me uh show his back. There we go. That's his backpack and bag, which is sitting right here right now. She stole him up. Um, this is Oh, here with the shirt off. He just took it off to show us after the fact, but this is Marcus. He used to stay and work here. Mhm. Um, for these gentlemen. And, uh, basically he he had just moved over from K to Kenwood from uh, Shashan. and they're like, "This isn't working. He has to so on so forth." She had picked he had picked her up and they were driving and he's like, "You know what? This isn't working. It's time for you to go. That's why they drove here and he got all this stuff out of the car and she was upset with the fact." The officer presents the evidence to his superior detailing how the situation quickly spiraled out of control. a few times, got him in the eye, and he and he just started like bearing. She continues to um hold on and then um gentle sir, what was your name? Johnny. Johnny um comes out with another uh gentleman to kind of like him um to like she turns and bites him right on the shoulder and he kind of like drops and then he swings her onto the ground after that. And he's still trying to get his back. He never in this video hits her or does anything, but he's got scratches on his neck. Yeah, he he didn't swing at one time, man. He was defensive. You know what I'm saying? So, it's going to come right It's going to come up right here. She bites him pretty good right there. Bites him and then he just swings around and holds her down trying to grab his stuff and she will not let go of it. But he ends up getting his phone off of her or a phone. I don't know whose phone, but he's still trying to get her back, his bag back. And whose phone is this? This is just we able to just watch. I haven't sent the link yet or anything. But I I'll Would you mind? I'll get the link. Yep. She can put up the pipe. Meanwhile, the woman gives her side of the story, firmly maintaining that she's the true victim in the altercation. But he cussed me down when I went to go grab the keys cuz he came over here. He parked the car cuz he picked me up for work. It's my car. I let him drive that drive. Anyway, um he came over here, got out. I'm like, I need the keys. I go home, the door locked. I come back around. Wait, Mark, give me the keys. I get out.
