to the car all right so so it makes me think right and then I see you using ATM what's on ATMs right cameras why would you want to conceal your identity on a camera because you're doing something elicit or wrong no that's what a reasonable person a reasonable prudent person does not do such things Muslim in my home and I think that we got with no way out the suspects are taken into custody they face charges for fraud related offenses and an unauthorized use of financial information to make matters worse the discovery of firearms in their possession taxs on even more charges number four scamers Hooters meal ends badly after credit card fraud a man dining at Hooters is interrupted by police after a fraudulent $66.29 charge is reported the real card holder alerted to the transaction calls the restaurant and the manager confirms the suspect is still there before notifying authorities here's what happens next good how you doing you mind putting that out for me real quick while I actual card holder who confirmed she did not authorize any transactions at Hooters take your time you can just let me know what time you got the alert St that your car was used 10:45 p.m. so you got to alert at 10:45 your card was used correct all right and where were you when you found that out where were you at home all right watching TV all right and did you order anything online not today okay so you didn't order any kind of you didn't order from West pal Hooters for for anybody no no I did not do you have any family or anything any ties to West Palm Beach Florida no I do not okay did you authorize anybody to you other than your family in a popor to use your card no I did not when I got the alert I and it said Hooters West Palm Beach I immediately looked it up online and I called the store and I spoke to the manager and gave him the um the amount that was used on the car he told me he put me he told me he'll call me back and I told him the amount that it was used for and when he did he called me back and told me that the gentleman was still there did I want him to call the police and I told the officers continue questioning the suspect who starts fumbling for an explanation you have your ID on you I your name on this card though yeah why would they think you were trying to use somebody else's card I don't know did you go inside try to order food yeah I however the officer points out that the initial report was based on the actual card holder's complaint not Sha's card please leave your message for he got to go to work son long enough you answer but I'm going to keep trying M you got to go work at 4: in the morning so I'm going just keep trying please leave your message Y at this point the suspect realizes the situation isn't going in his favor
