you're going to have to prove to me by giving me a name and date of birth that I can I positively identify you if you're telling me you're a juvenile cuz you so you're going to go to the Orange County Jails of and you're going to sit in there until they can identify you you're you're coming up to a crossroad okay you've already by running and throwing away everything you've made it difficult hold stands by watching as the officers sort through the stolen merchandise some of the items are soaked most likely from being thrown into the water because you guys did what you did all right you know thinking he can get away with it security notices his suspicious behavior and calls the police on the car man your hands up on the car man now come here right here come here car put your hands up on the car man put your hands up on the car told that five times now what' you take what did you take where's the stuff you took man back you had a back back full of liquor man where's the liquor at began asking you questions about coming from the store or not and not the one you would ever think I would be walking I'm on the way to my house I'm chilling except my shoes I should have some but why would I walk around with shoes you're right okay so here's where I'm just going to fast forward to the point here uh when the officer told you to turn around and put your hands behind your back didn't what did you do I he didn't say what did he say he didn't say anything he didn't say anything no okay and then what happened I don't know you grab me and I threaten but I was sitting on the curve you were sitting at the curb at the time and then I stood up I didn't do I didn't he didn't say you did not say that okay so let's walk back a little bit so when he tried grabbing your arms what did I do and putting you in the handcuffs there a f response I didn't mean to what I do I I don't I didn't okay we threaten rather than owning up to her actions she deflects complaining about how the officers handled the arrest okay um did the officer have to use any Force to place you in handcuffs um not really not to where I was umra not really so well putting you in handcuffs would be restraining you understand so scared me a little bit okay so did he have to so did he have to like put you in an arm lock an arm bar did he kick you did he punch you did he did he tase you did any did he use any Force double Jo so like force was unnecessary and he didn't tell me to put my hand okay so what force did he use that was unnecessary other than trying to place you in the handcuffs person run my hand thirsty I drink and if I'm hurting I'll say something so then you need to get money to pay for those things I was on the way to a home that has no issue with and we live in a civilization where things aren't free unfortun if you're unable to pay for them you can go to the homeless shelter where they hand out free food I have to go I was just well if you're that hungry you would I don't have I don't no but you did any of that it was a figh or yes yes is it possible that you did any it's a figh or Flight Risk do you understand by doing that or attempting to do that could be con uh construed as resisting a rest I could see how that looks but I'm not in danger not a police officer I understand but I don't you know I don't have a I have it wasn't out of I don't have any malicious intent or you know I'm okay I'm not tripping I'm not high I'm not coming down I was on the way to my my family's house to shower well I I would consider some of your behavior a little bit odd why because you're use unreasonable Force could you define or put it into words what kind of un reasonable Force the officer used he he grabbed me and put me under constraint yeah and didn't let me and didn't tell me to like he didn't so your complaint is that he put you into handcuffs without telling you you were under arrest yeah that's what you're saying I don't know I shouldn't I don't be I I didn't say anything
