just as these shoplifters thought they were in the clear the police arrived just in time to shut them down here are five cases when cops surprise shoplifters in the ACT number five woman feigns innocence after shoplifting $1,000 worth of Legos police stop a woman suspected of stealing Legos from Target after receiving a report of shoplifting officers pull her over and explain that they're investigating a theft I was stopping you because this vehicle uh was possibly involved in a shoplifting from Target so they provided the description very well of the vehicle and uh description of you know you so uh do you have your driver's license with you yeah I don't you know all right thanks yeah so I mean you essentially know what I know right now I mean there's a deputy there that has confirmed it um and they're trying to get all the details hashed out but um they provided a very clear description of the vehicle which matches this description and almost an identical tag number so to the county inmate facility number four Shameless thief gets stopped in her tracks police officers catch a shoplifter in the act and move in quickly to make the arrest the suspect a woman is stopped shoplifting spree a woman is caught red-handed by police after stealing over $11,000 worth of baby formula from Walgreens when officers stop her they discover her vehicle is packed with more than
