I'm going to give it another try when we get in the sally port, but it doesn't look like I'm going to get anything. Before we do this if you want to open the doors, you should listen to you know, and try and explain to daughter thing. Yeah, I doubt she's going to listen. She's just been screaming back there, but you can at least try and get her to agree to the daughter going with her. Just stand back while you're trying to get her. I'm not doing this white woman. Y'all got me cuffed for nothing. Did I breach somebody? Did I steal from you? No. No, shut up, Tommy. Shut up. Shut up. I'm on my way. Shut up, Tommy. That's what I was going to go to jail for. If we take the handcuffs off, you're going to be Oh, shut the You want to search her again? What do you got on you, Stephanie? Anything at all? Taking my daughter out to eat. I swear to God. I'm going to go to the radio station, everything. Let these black people know that Oh, y'all locking me up for taking my daughter out to eat. That's it. Take my daughter out to eat. But even at the station, her attitude doesn't change. She refuses to take responsibility, blaming everyone but herself. The My son play basketball and he's And my daughter do track and he's The Y'all taking me to jail for all these raggedy making a town in Go ahead and take me to jail. At the end of the day, we're going to need you to get in the cell. No. No one wants to. What could have been a simple resolution escalates into a serious legal issue, all because she refused to cooperate. Don't want to touch you again? Can you do that so we don't have to? One last chance. Can you step in the cell? I swear to God you won't get You won't get in the cell. We're done with this. Yeah, we're done with this. Step in the cell. go in there, we're going to have you step in. All right? Come on. Don't touch me. Come on, Stephanie. Come on. In the cell. In the cell. By the end of the incident, she faces multiple charges, including disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and assault. Number four. Lady learns a quick lesson after refusing to exit her car. A driver is pulled over by an officer for an issue with her temporary license plate, which is not properly displayed. Instead of stopping immediately, she continues driving for 2 miles before finally pulling over. The officer approaches and explains the reason for the stop. It took so long to pull over. I'm trying to get her right here to work. Okay, that's not how that works. Well, I wasn't trying to avoid it. I was trying to get over, but the lady obviously you see she just kept stopping. I understand when you get when you when lights get turned on, you got to pull over immediately, okay? I I get it. She literally has 2 minutes. So she's going to get out and walk to work? I understand that, but you get your license on you. Well, she's not free to leave just yet, so hang on. She's not Do you get your driver's license on you? I don't know. Here's how I stopped you in the first place. You don't have a license plate on the car. I do. IT'S A 30-DAY TAG RIGHT THERE. IT'S GOT TO BE visible though in the back window. Is it in the car? You got any weapons on you inside the car? Okay. That's the only That's the only way to go. It's got You got to like tape it up in the window though cuz where it's at from behind it's laying flat down, you can't read any of those numbers. You got to be able to read the plate number, the registration sticker, and like the the expiration date. Yes, sir. I can't even read that. Are you supposed to be taking her to work though cuz I don't see anywhere on privileges where it says she can go to work. You take her to work. I I'm at work right now. You're at work? Yes. You want to talk to my boss? Oh, here goes Don. If you're at work, how are you taking her to work? I work for IT, so I do IT for a lot of different companies Okay. around here. All right. Cuz that's that's my that's my only concern though is like I might need you to explain my job. Well, I get It doesn't matter what your job does. It says that you're allowed to drive to and from work every day. You're allowed to take the kids to school. Yeah, to and from, but my work is driving. My work is driving around. I do IT for Okay. You see what I'm saying though? Mommy, I don't know you guys yet. So we're in Whitehouse, Monclova, Springfield. We do IT for all the little small Okay. place. what I'm getting at though? This just says basically what it comes to the kids, it says taking children to school, not to taking to work. I get that you're currently on the clock, but you're you're kind of you're starting to you're I'm not going to I'm not going to make an issue of it, but you're getting you're kind of towing the line. All right? He also questions whether she's legally allowed to transport her passenger to work as her driving privileges seem limited. Okay. Cuz basically this doesn't this says like you know, basically while you're working, I'm I'm surprised they're letting you take people to do that outside of work. This is my work though. To transport your kids to work? No, I'm leaving work. I'm leaving work. To go home? To go home. She's on my way to go home from work. That's what I'm saying. Your privilege doesn't allow you to do that. My privilege says I can take my children to I need to go to appointments. Correct. To anything that for my children. It doesn't say anything. It says doctor appointments and school. I'll make sure I get it more clear then. Okay. Does she have a license or is that why she doesn't have a license? She has her She doesn't. No, okay. How does she When you can't take her to work, how does she normally get to work? My brother takes me. What was the issue today with him taking her? She came with me to work so that when I leave work, she can get dropped off. Okay. And I work. All right. I'm going to give you benefit of the doubt on that one, but just be careful cuz you're pushing it, all right? Um so, basically what's going to happen is with where the where the tags were, they weren't visible cuz they were laying flat and they're actually The actual numbers on the plate were tucked in underneath the window where you couldn't read it, okay? So you're going to be cited for display of plate and then failure to comply. Failure to comply basically means when you're trying to be pulled over by an officer, you continue driving and basically ignore the order, okay? Um you driving 2 2 3 miles with my lights and sirens on behind you because I get why you why you were doing it. Well, I I told you to follow me and I seen you wave at me like, "Okay." I saw you point like I I thought I thought Yeah, to go up and you're like, "Okay." So I'm like parking lot. I thought you were going to I thought I thought I thought you meant that you were going to pull off the road into the parking lot, not drive 2 miles down the road. So we both thought different things. Well, I mean I've never had anybody do that that was just decides to drive 2 miles down the road when they're being pulled over. Well, I didn't I didn't You didn't know you were getting pulled over? No. A lot of people were stopped. Okay, so why why did why did you stop and then look at me and wave to go forward? Cuz I waved cuz there was cars and I'm like, "Come on, follow me." So when a when a when a cop car has lights and sirens on directly behind you, what does that normally imply? I didn't break the law, sir. I didn't do anything wrong. All right. We'll determine that in court. Just the same time, I'm going to get you your ticket and get you out of here. GET IN YOUR CAR. GET BACK IN YOUR CAR. As the officer begins writing the citation, the driver unexpectedly gets out of the car. Hey, get her out. She's a Ma'am, go step out. Just step out of the car. Ma'am, step out of the car. Step out of the Ma'am, step out. Can you step out, please? You're under arrest. Ma'am, step out of the car, please. You're going to catch more charges. Just step out of the car. Step out of the car, you're under arrest. You're under arrest. I'm going to tell you one more time. Can you just step out? I need you to face your car. Get out. Get out of the car. Get out. I don't care what you are, STEP OUT. EVEN AFTER BEING REMOVED FROM THE CAR, she continues to resist, struggling as officers try to secure her. Then relax. You're reaching for stuff, and we have no idea what you're reaching for. Ma'am, did I ask you to step out and YOU STAY OUT? YES, YOU'RE UNDER ARREST. ROLL OVER. Roll on your side AND SIT UP. LET ME CHECK THIS. NO, I JUST THOSE CUFFS TOO TIGHT? THEY'RE NOT TOO TIGHT. This one's too. You're under arrest, have a seat. No, we're not doing that. Have a seat. I I gave you a chance. I asked you to step out. You told me no, and I tried to step out. You got to step out. If an officer tells you to get out of the car, you have to get out. And then I tried to help you step out. You're getting arrested. And then I tried to pull you out, and you pull away from me. That's resisting arrest. So, now you're you're getting charged with resisting arrest. You're getting charged with failure to comply. What do you need out of the car to go with you? Please get your feet in. No, we're past that point. Absolutely not. You were reaching for something, and we told you not to. Did you want that stuff to go with your daughter or with you? The backpack and stuff. Well, the car's getting towed. She repeatedly claims she's being treated unfairly and pleads for another chance. However, her refusal to comply has already led to additional charges. This stuff is your property. Do you want it? WE'RE PAST THAT POINT. NO, I SAID I NEED YOU TO SIT IN THE CAR. I'M GOING TO GO WRITE YOUR PAPERWORK, AND then you decided to get out of the car. You said that, but when I When I give you cuz there's there's case law that covers when I lawfully ask you to stay in the car, you have to stay in the car. If you get out of it, that's And then I asked you to step out because you're under arrest, and you didn't. When we get down there, they'll have feminine products for you, okay? Do you Do you need medics? What for? I'm being serious. Like, are you hurt? Like, do you need medics? I'm saying, other than your menstrual cycle, do you need medics? I understand you're you're bleeding cuz you have a menstrual cycle. I'm saying, do you do your arms, legs, head, do you have any injuries like that? Like I said, with with your menstrual cycle I I need to know if you're hurt. I still have a duty to make sure if you need If you need more attention, I got to get it to you. I'm asking about medical. She's not giving me an answer, so She's placed under arrest for failure to comply and resisting arrest. Number three, flight frustration turns to chaos as Delta passenger snaps. A woman at an airport finds herself in serious trouble after her entitled attitude leads to an arrest. Here's how it all went down. All right, ma'am, come on. I'm going to escort you out of here. I'm not going. Main terminal. Not going. So, you're not going to go? No. Absolutely not. I will film it, and you can take me wherever you want. I'm not going. I'm not going anywhere.
