didn't know so then I called the main receptionist at her house on her cell phone and she neglected to tell me that we're not supposed to be at work today EV also so tell us what's your uh employment you so we're here for leg reason okay we got a call for service there was a suspicious person so imch somebody matching description and they say that determinated your employment well okay someone okay doesn't know what that I got rehired and someone doesn't know that you got rehired there's probably I don't know 20 people that work here okay I think three or four of them got let go despite having been terminated he insists there was a misunderstanding and believes he was rehired after some workplace disputes are you one of them no is there a possibility there's a misunderstanding that you were one of them M there is not a so basically he's saying that this is a huge misunderstanding there is not a possibility you understand that we're here for the reason like I do you w cough because like we didn't know what to expect as far as we know like suspicious person doesn't belong to the building I just believe me this has been a weird I had an affair with a girl who got promoted and down yes sir yes sir and everything is and everything was very God and things started to go a little sideways and I got uh see what happens you get with the wrong check I never learned I used to crashing her own car the city employee faces a major meltdown after crashing her car in a bizarre incident the woman clearly intoxicated drives a black Dodge Charger on three wheels at about 40 mph after being exposed for $30,000 fraud a Burlington Coat Factory cashier in Florida devises a scheme to steal items by suspending transactions making it seemed like purchases were completed over 3 weeks she recruits other employees to take part in her scheme leading to over $31,000 in stolen goods the employee is unaware that Burlington's loss prevention team cont trct suspended transactions leading to her scheme being uncovered and reported to the police she was always the cashier like she was always given on the stuff for free you know the other associates I haven't found any were there anybody's looking it looks like everything's getting ring but then she's instead of cashing it out they would hit suspend so it just suspend the transaction but she still gave them the stuff and they walked out they never paid for like on this this here that's every one of these are I taken or none of that was paid for okay that's what I just want to make sure 3100 this is her generic statement your end of the day count is not looking for that money because that transaction was suspended correct so we have a total of uh it's like $103 so did you allow the product to leave the store yes did you know that this that the that the transaction was suspended yes is that something you the no it's this is she used one person use the card she put her card in but the receipt still came out he said I put suspended so the receipt still came out so he saying I suspended it and the items didn't leave the store okay so the the the transaction was suspended you knew it was suspended and not this one it's another one that I know was suspended okay so regardless how does it go and suspended is it because of the payment wasn't accepted or there was no payment or is there something you have to do you can press f2 F you can press your number on there and near suspend it okay so that's that's happened and so you knew that this transaction was suspended for whatever reason then you allowed the question is how do you pick and choose who you're allowing to leave without paying for product cuz some of these are some of the things are Associates that work here two of them are two of them were definitely Associates that we know of um is there something they do that they told you about because I mean they coming up to you asking I mean do you know them from like the neighbor I mean how do you know them are they are they didn't work two of them work two one of them I know that works here do you know him prior to working here and then they did they tell you that this goes on no you ever been arrested before no you ever been in trouble no all right I know he's talking to some people but as of right now if this goes the way it is it's it's a felony you will have to take you if they do decide to prosecute it's up to them they could turn around and be like we'll work something out with you I have no control over that if they do the only thing I would definitely be cognizant of is that this is a felony so they have a certain amount of time that they can report this without any repercussions so if they decide to work out a payment plan which I have no control over at all the officer confronts her with a harsh reality of what's coming you fail on that payment plan they can call us right back and there's without with everything I have here and after speaking with you there's there's without a doubt probable cause for a felony theft of of three grand um so if that's something that they allow to happen again I have no control then is something that you need to uh stay stay with because there's enough here I mean you there's a $1,000 it's you could almost be charged with a um a scheme to defraud if you're working with other people to defraud Burlington that's another charge on top of it it's not just a theft of three grand cuz you didn't keep the product you don't have it you allowed it to walk out so there's a charge on the books is called a scheme to defraud which is you're facilitating it and other people are benefiting from it because you're not benefiting you didn't get any other product it's not like it's sitting in the car waiting for you to to come back with the knife now store surveillance footage confirms her behavior showing her lunging at customers before police arrive yeah if you I can't record the video and send it to you that'll me that's when the officer pulled up and I pointed like here she go when he got out he was like show me your hands to her she wouldn't do that so he tried to gra she was fighting with him until he got her on the ground he was like I was like yeah she do have a KN yeah so and that's the main reason he wanted her to show and she wouldn't do it everything that he was saying she was like like basically saying you so she was fighting with him when you say she was fighting with him can you kind of describe that like he was trying to like contain him and she wasn't going with the program no she wasn't hitting him was she no she was just like like basically trying to get away and then he had to get on the ground and she still like just slinging hand so I had to move out the way cuz the other officers had came by then okay yeah um did the officer say anything out of line out of no he did exactly what he was supposed to do he did his job professionally he did not do nothing wrong did not say nothing wrong or he just kept saying or he just kept saying this ma'am let me see your hands she wouldn't what he was asking despite her protests the officers detain her and take her into custody I'mma call my lawyer and take me for nothing I try to protect myself I ain't to nobody I roll out here move around I hate a I ain't this I work what I'mma tell my job tomorrow oh I got off of work and got a orange cream drink from Arby's and went to whatever the the the SP Sparkle Market and get black and mouse and all of a sudden I'm going to jail for what what am I going I ain't spelling y'all McDonald's employee starts fire after meltdown over packed shift a McDonald's employee has a meltdown during a bus shipped steps outside and sets a dumpster on fire to clear the crowd a customer records the incident from a distance when police arrive they interview shaken employees and review footage of the employee lighting a garbage bag and tossing it into the dumpster the name of the person yeah they want to the police is so they kind of want to show it show I want to show it to the police officer real quick the employee managed to obtain a copy of the footage which shows the man lighting a garbage bag full of trash on fire and then throwing it into the dumpster to make matters even crazier this all happened just before their shift ended might the file might be too big I'm might have to put on the USB I have a USB you got one with you cuz he might bring one real bad all right right here in just a second you'll see light about 30 seconds water he works here so you know we got all this information so do you yeah um if you could get like his address date of birth and if you have a phone number for him also yeah I have a phone number um we don't have his current I don't have his current you got that on USB J the officer then investigates noting key details so more than likely it won't be today um cuz it's going to get forwarded to a detective and then they will because they were discri all right so Mr mcgreg here's the thing is but on our end that's a judge's order when they take a warrant out against you how do I get out of jail you're going to have to see a judge when I'm stuck in there all night when when can you see I'm I'm not sure when it's going to be like a month no but it's not going to be a month the boyfriend attempts to explain the situation to the officers un fortunately there's nothing he can do to change the suspect's Fate now there is an for his arrest that's not something we can do about that he's got mental problems oh every person told us that we have to relase everyone from jail but we're going to let the jail know about it so they can uh keep them in a environment where they uh I think they put them by himself and rest strain them but uh nothing we can do about the warrant but when when does he get to see a judge then tomorrow morning tomorrow morning well excuse me tomorrow afternoon tomorrow afternoon did you hear that there's nothing I can do in it's anytime to do anything it's not even our warrant it's another agency's warrant another agency Savannah Fire Department in the meantime is there a way we can get the tag cover off the car I don't have to screwdrive you don't screwdriver with just make sure that you get that I'll give you a veral warning for you got to make sure you get it done like I said identified him I know him from previous encounters he identifi I I know he has a warrant for the rest he identified himself so that's why he's arguing stress caused his behavior the the employees
