I always respect for for your profession. I really apologize. I just got scared. >> It's okay. >> I don't have a >> and I wish I was better oriented because I have everything to have the right driver license. Okay, >> just so you know, my instructions were very clear and I'm not here to confuse anybody. >> I know. I know you >> and for you not following the instructions. That's why this is what happens. >> I've patted you down. Is there anything that may miss? Because when you go inside the jail, you do go through a scanner and if there's anything that's on you can be charged again for contraband. >> Can I ask you something? Is that going to be on my record? >> Yes. >> Is that going to be on my record that I meant to jail? >> Yes. This is just a charge. It's not a conviction. So, you'll still be able to go to court, talk to everything, and you'll go from there. >> Make sure that I can still get through interviews. I'm applying for jobs. >> You'll be fine. Okay. Thank you. >> On the ride to the station, the officer goes over what went wrong and why she has to face the consequences. She admits social media influenced her expectations and apologizes again. >> Listen, this isn't this isn't any listen, this isn't anything personal, okay? In the scope of my job, if you refused to identify yourself, especially after multiple times of me asking you for your license >> and you went to pull it out and then you stopped, that's resisting without violence. Ma'am, >> I apologize. Just that I didn't think I had anything wrong, so I was not understand. >> And I was trying to explain it to you, but you kept trying to talk over me and not listen to what I was trying to tell you. >> Okay. >> I do this whole nice little spiel where I ask for your license, registration, proof of insurance. I tell you what happened and what went wrong and then we would have gone from there. >> Okay. >> You refusing to do that. Now we're here. >> It's okay. I apologize. My reaction wasn't the best. I was just scared. >> Yep. I agree. >> So many things on on social media. >> Don't trust everything you see on social media. Not everybody's the same. >> I I can't I was just like I don't think I have anything wrong. What's happening with me specifically, you know? >> But then yes, definitely I'm going to apologize. I didn't >> I understand. >> You know, I don't want to disrespect you. No, like I said, I didn't take any disrespect from you. I didn't take any offense to anything you did. I don't do this job with emotions. >> In the end, the woman is charged with resisting an officer without violence. Number four, obnoxious guest gets a one-way checkout. We're definitely arguing and being loud and I apologize. It's me. I'm screaming at him. So, >> got me. No, never. He's He's a really good boyfriend. It's me. >> I I'm just I want to go home back to Michigan. So, >> I don't want to do this. Yeah. So, I don't want to do this anymore. Be here. So, we went on that bourbon tour and definitely screaming at each other. So, I do apologize. >> That's okay. >> I feel bad for everybody. >> What will happen? >> Nothing. We just anger built up anger from Michigan that we thought this trip would help us and it obviously didn't. >> Okay. >> So, we're ready to kind of go home. >> I got you. I got you. >> So, I apologize. >> Hello. How are you? >> Doing well. How you doing? >> Good. I think we just had I don't know if you were here. >> I was. >> Okay. They're back still arguing that spilled out into the hallway fighting. Um >> you physically saw them fighting. >> I guess one of them says they have a cracked lip over. So we we are going to request since this is now the third time that they go ahead and just be removed. But that's all right. So too easy. >> You guys don't mind. I'm sorry. Hate to do that. >> It's all good. >> Were you drinking more of there? >> Oh yeah. >> You seem like you're a little bit more intoxicated. >> Oh yeah. >> Okay. What's going on? >> I don't want to break. >> Does he want to break up with you? Is that what's going on? >> What happened in there? I heard that you guys were arguing again. >> We We weren't though. Actually, >> I heard that yelling at least. So, what happened since we were last here? >> Nothing. Normal. We were fine. >> You sure? >> Yeah. Oh, 100%. Like we weren't biting or anything. >> Can you tell me what happened? >> Officers start assessing the situation. At first, the woman insists everything is fine and blames herself, but she quickly shifts to accusing her boyfriend of cheating. >> You said nothing and it will happen. I just need you to tell me. >> No. No, sir. >> No, sir. >> You're not going to tell me. >> He He's Do you hear him? He's saying nothing. You cheated on me with this girl. >> I understand. I understand. But >> I'm sorry, >> Paige. Paige, you got to listen to me. You got to listen to >> You cheated on me. >> I understand. I understand that I was wrong. But Paige, >> I'm sorry. I'm not trying to walk away. >> There's good ways to handle things and there's very bad ways to handle things. >> And we've been doing this for two months. >> He is such a good boyfriend. He is the best boyfriend I have ever had in my entire life. >> I've never had a better boyfriend. I'm so sorry. And he did. He cheated on me. >> So, what happened since we left? Cuz I know that when I saw you go, he cheated on me. >> You wanted to hug him and he didn't want to he didn't want you to touch him. So, I saw that part and the door closed. So, what happened? >> Can I show you? >> Am I allowed to show? What is that? >> What am I looking at? >> My phrases. >> So, Paige, we're gonna have to figure out a game plan tonight. Okay, >> we're fine. We're >> I don't think so because here's the deal. The hotel staff was >> They want us to leave. They want us to leave and we're okay with leaving. >> I understand. Hold up, Paige. >> I don't want y'all to think that we're not okay with leaving. We were packing >> and we weren't even fighting when we >> got called. Can you let me finish page? >> Yes. >> All right. So, your boyfriend is packing up everything in the room right now. >> All right. He's good on the fact that you guys have to leave. >> Mhm. >> All right. So, you're trespass from the building and we're going to make sure you leave. >> Okay. >> While the boyfriend cooperates with officers and packs their belongings, the woman grows more volatile. >> This has been going on all night. This is the second time we've got called out here. >> This is the third night. >> This is This is the second time we've been called out here to talk to you guys. Oh, you've seen my bruises. >> Don't touch me. >> Sorry. >> He doesn't like to get touched. That's >> He's He's seen my bruises. >> I know. I know. >> You've seen. >> All right. But here's here's here's the thing that I was understanding, Paige, is that I was being told, okay, that your boyfriend said he didn't want you to touch him and then he touched him, but it's okay. Grabbed you and pushed you. >> But it's okay to smack somebody in the face. >> You got smacked in the face. >> Oh, yeah. went by who? >> Did it hurt? >> No, I'm a >> Why did you get smacked in the face? >> I mean, that's who he is. >> You just told me he's the best guy in the world. Why are you telling me now that he beat you? >> I mean, he's he That's not beating in Detroit. You think that's beating? >> I love it. >> Oh, so it's a it's a >> Oh, yeah. >> Okay. >> It's kind of hot. >> Okay. Okay. So, then it's something else. All right. >> In Detroit, it's a little different. You y'all don't kind of know. Get off your phone. What is homeboy doing? >> He's doing his job. >> I mean, I've never I've never I've been pulled over by a million times. You're being rude to my partner and we're being >> I apologize. I am so sorry. Am I being >> You That was really rude to talk to my partner. >> I apologize. I am so sorry. >> All right. Paige, we got to figure out a game plan tonight cuz this is the second time we got called out here. >> You You can't because neither of you can drive. >> So, he's going to find a different place to stay tonight. And I think it would be best if you found a different place to stay tonight. >> I don't have any money. All my money is his. So, we have to stay together. >> No, not necessarily. You can get two different rooms and sleep in two different beds tonight cuz clearly being intoxicated right now. >> Officers suggest a simple solution. Separate rooms. But she refuses and turns the drama up even higher. >> Hey, just hold up. Hold up. Bish. If there's If you want to sit down, we don't have any chairs out here, though. >> Oh, it's okay. I'm a thug. I was I mean, I'm from Detroit. I'm going to give >> That's what you keep saying. That's why I'm such a fighter. >> You're a fighter. >> Who are you fighting? >> Myself. >> What do you mean you fight yourself? Stop. You're This is why I hate the police. This is why. >> Oh, it is. >> It is. >> You hate me. >> No, I don't hate you. You're super sweet. >> Oh, but you just yelled at me. You got an attitude with me, Paige. >> No, I I got an attitude >> because I'm asking you questions. >> The Detroit cops are a little different than y'all. >> Okay. Well, Paige, so here's the thing. I don't like when I'm being here and nice to you and I'm being very very friendly and I'm just concerned about your wellbeing and you snap at me like that >> and you cuss at me. >> I apologize. >> So we need to be on You did cuss at me, Paige. >> I apologize. >> So here's what we're not going to do. >> No, you Yeah, you lost your handshake privileges. >> No. >> Yeah, you cussed on me. >> You hear that? >> You're what? >> Do you hear that? my Albamian. >> We're not I'm not going to jail. >> I just got to walk you downstairs. We just got to escort you down. We'll go in the elevator. Okay. >> I'm not going to jail, though. >> No one's going to jail right now. >> Correct. I'm not going to jail. >> Make sure you don't have her driver's license. >> She She definitely does need her driver's license right now, bud. Hey, ma'am. You said get off of him. You got to get off of him. >> He said get off of him. Ma'am, >> stop. >> Relax your ass, >> Paige. I'm holding your arms. >> Don't pull dig. >> She tried every excuse in the book, but in the end, the only thing waiting for her was the reality check of an arrest. Never. You >> the same page? >> Yeah. All right. Keep your hands behind your back. Stop. >> Why are you >> Because you're touching him without his consent and you're pulling away from me. At this point, I'm going to place you in cuffs. You are being detained right now. Okay. >> I didn't touch you without consent. >> He was telling you to stop touching him. >> He's my boyfriend. doesn't mean that you can touch someone who's you're dating without their consent. >> Why is he not arrested? >> All right. Because the entire time, Paige, he was trying to get away from you, you were touching without his consent. That's called harassment. Physical contact. >> No, he >> I want to explain something. I know you're intoxicated, but just because you're married or dating somebody, doesn't give you the consent to do things to them when they don't want you to. Okay? They're still human beings. >> All right? So, when he says, "Please don't touch me. Please don't kiss me." and you're kissing him and touching him. That is a crime. >> 100%. You can ask him. >> He was saying no. >> You can ask him right now. >> All right. So, Paige, at this point, >> um, so we're going to take you to jail tonight. You're under arrest for disorderly conduct, second degree, and public intoxication, first or first offense. Okay. I've been really cool with you tonight, Gage, but there's >> but there's no other solution's there's no other solution for tonight. Okay. >> If we let you allowed. No, I'm not. If we let you leave tonight, I'm trying to coax. >> Yeah, if we're if we let you leave tonight, it's just going to be the same problem again as you and your boyfriend. >> No, there isn't. I'm leaving him. I need to go home. I need to go home to my mom. >> We'll take care of you. >> Can you call my mommy? >> Yeah, we can call everybody. Okay. >> No, I don't want to call my mommy. She's ultimately charged with disorderly conduct, public intoxication, and also formally trespassed from the property. Number three, police step in after woman assaults teen and Walmart. Officers respond to a Walmart parking lot after a call about a physical altercation. Let's take a look at what happens next. >> What's your name, boss? >> Do you have ID or anything on you? >> Do you need an ambulance or anything? >> No, I do got out of my hair. She grabbed me by the head and hit me like five or six times while I was in the I don't know where exactly, you know, people said my face. I got >> I'm right though. >> Did you want to see the video that the bystanders just sent me? Um, there was somebody that pulled up like 2 minutes after. They were Mexican folk. They didn't speak very good English, but they recorded pretty much the whole thing. Is this your current address? The uh not take care of it. All right. Yeah. What's your phone number? >> Yeah. I mean, whatever video that you have available or whatever. >> Yeah. Yeah. If you can. >> All right. So, what's going on today? >> So, I gone to Walmart and I came out and I was just about to back up and I looked over and there's a cart sitting right next to my door now. So, I can't back up. I turn around and I look around and her she's parked right next to me. her car door is closing at that time. So I assume that she left her cart there. >> So I rolled my window down. I go, "Did you just leave your cart like right next to my car?" So I came back out and she go, "Yeah." And I was like, "What's wrong with you?" And I started, you know, I called her broke. I was like, "Move your car. You're broke as hell." Like what what are you doing? And she's like, "No, I'm not going to move my car." She started backing up. So I backed up as well cuz I'm I'm going to go, you know, like >> So you guys are like next to each other like this? >> We're literally right next to each other. So she starts backing up. I back up too cuz I'm get out of here. Well, at this point, that's when the video starts. She backs up. I back up in front of her, and then she gets out of her car, comes to my driver's side. I think I'm going to roll my window down and like yell at her like, "Hey, move your car. It's in my way." You know what I'm saying? Well, she grabs me. She starts throwing her finger in my face, is pointing me, is actually touching my nose. So, I knew she was about to get hands. She grabbed me by the hair after that and started punching me. And it's on video. As the teen shares his side of the story, he also provides video evidence capturing the altercation. >> Just while you're in the car. >> While I'm in the car. So, I try to drive forward a little bit, but actually I can't see cuz she's grabbing my hair and punching me. You know, she's hanging on my car, hanging on me while I'm trying to drive forward cuz we were right there, you know. I was just in the parking spot right here and I drove forward to here, you know. Okay. >> While she was hanging on, punching me. >> You said you got video. >> Yeah. Somebody recorded the video of that happening. Well, then, you know, I grabbed her. She had a name tag on. So, I reached out and I grabbed her name tag off of her cuz I wanted her name. You know, I seen her name tag on her. And then uh I got out and I punched her window, which wasn't very smart of me to do. You know what I'm saying? But that was after I got hit in the face for multiple occasions. >> This is just from a bystander. >> Yep. This was There was a Mexican lady and there she pulled out. I backed up, too. I'm pulling at her to move the car. She starts yelling at me. She grabs me and starts. >> I start trying to drive for get out the way. >> She comes back and hits. >> So, is this the cart you guys are talking about? >> Yes. Sitting right next to me. >> Okay. >> If I would have backed out, it would have hit my car. You know, if I would have like turned and backed out instead of just backing out straight, it would have >> So, after she's hitting you, you try to drive off, you stop, and then is that when you get out, punch her window? >> Yes, sir. Yeah. >> What What window did you punch? >> It's right there. It's broken. >> Having trouble with the white male. >> Okay. >> And then she actually ran up on me again and was hitting me again and I pushed her off of me and I, >> you know, that's when more people came out here and we split up type. >> Okay. So, you don't want any medical attention or anything? Okay. Are you >> I'm crazy blown. You know what I'm saying? Like I told her to move her shopping cart and she started punching me in the face. >> I understand. You know that I backed a bit like you know. >> Okay. >> When asked if he wants to press charges, here's how he responds. >> I'm kind of mind boggled, you know. It doesn't make sense to I don't know. It's crazy. [Music] No. >> All right. So, are you What do you want done? Are you wanting to press charges or what? Cuz I'm going to be completely honest with you. It's up to you. But since there's damage on her window, so she's probably going to press charges on you, too, for her window. >> I'm on court supervision right now cuz I just got into a motorcycle accident and gave me court supervision for it. I literally just got put on that. Like, I haven't been in no trouble the rest of my life. It's just funny. It's so >> Mhm. >> bad bad circumstances, you know, but I, you know, I would I would pay to press charge or whatever cuz that's the only reason, you know, I got punched in my face multiple multiple times. >> I mean, that that's up to you. What do you want to do? >> What can I do? Can I press charges on it, but I know I did damage her vehicle, you know. >> Yeah. >> Out of rage. I was mad. >> I mean, it's on video. I mean, you got injuries and it's on video. It's just punching >> blood pouring out of my ear. >> So, >> how does all of that work? What do you mean >> pressing charges? >> So I mean if you want to press charges then she'd be arrested and then obviously I'd have to read her right. I haven't talked to her at all. I don't know what her story is. So I'd have to read her right. See if she's want to talk. Tell me what she's got to say. >> Um >> no for sure. Yeah. I mean I would like to press char. She grabbed me by my hair and started punching me multiple times, you know, like. >> So do you want to press charges >> over a cart? Yeah. If I Yeah, if I can. >> Okay. >> I got hit multiple. I got blood coming out of my ear. >> Okay. >> Officers then speak with a woman who admits the argument began over the cart. Let's hear her side of things. >> So, I had a four-year-old in the cart. You don't keep locking nobody in. So, I get out my cart and I go to yelling. He he laughing doing all this. So, I'm doing all this back. So, then he he doing too much. So, yes, I did get to hitting him cuz you doing too much. So, then after that, I went to walking back to my car. He following me to my car. He punching the window. You too close to my son.
