Uh I'm not going to cut him a site. He just got a ticket for it um not too long ago, so That's for me. him the benefit of the doubt that he's going to pay this and get his tags taken care of. a truck tag or yellow 71409 purple. At very bare minimum, get the insurance. it when I did my ID. The guy said that it looks like you did it through the fourth. Or it went from April to just May. I don't know why it did that. Yeah, he said he got it only month registration. Did they give you a temp move permit or something like that, or No, I don't have no idea. No, cuz they never sent anything. I I waiting for it to come in the mail, cuz we just moved to this house. Gotcha. Yeah, no, just just uh go down to the DMV. You might be able to do it online. You can have my ID. Uh I was going to keep it as a souvenir. You don't you don't want that. Yeah, right. You got to like track them down. Now, just just wanted to let you get it taken care of when you can, okay? All right. Have a good night, brother. All right. So, right now we're heading to a domestic. Um the details state that the RP's father is threatening to cut up his mom and spread her across the desert. Um the RP's in Vegas and was transferred over to us. So, we're going to go over there, make sure mom's not getting chopped up, and make sure that maybe it's just a misunderstanding. Um that's pretty much it for now. Other than that, we don't have too much details on this call. Uh 240. Cool. So, this first story is probably a new Uh if everything is just verbal only, then we're going to be good to go. Yeah. I'm just trying to make sure that you guys are Yeah, it's up to her. She's wanted They don't want to call them. Well, no. Yeah. Yeah. I never do anything but It's a sign call that I just, you know, Yeah, it's it's kind of Uh it's not illegal to get into a verbal argument. Just wanted to state that right there. Yeah. You know, I never hit anybody. Never touch anybody unless they come here after me and they don't We're going to hold them down. Okay. But I I never ever start anything, but I always end up [ __ ] up. So, you guys are going to be good if we leave today. We're not going to have any problems, right? Okay. I'm not going to I mean, I can't say that your son won't call again, but Well, thank god his car don't work, or else he would have came out here today. He threatened to come here and beat me up with a baseball bat. Oh. Okay. On the phone. Yeah. While we was talking to her. So, thank god he don't have a car. No, cuz he is Well. Yeah. Well, he lives in Vegas. Uh It you know, As long as he stays out in Vegas, Thank god he doesn't have a car. That's true. All right. Well, as long as you guys are good then we're good, okay? All right. Got you. All right. Just be cognizant of what's said on the phone cuz of course your son's definitely going to call us out here. All right, Johnny. You guys have a good day, okay? All right. Give us a little debrief, dispatcher. So, he son called, obviously was saying that he heard yeah, and he heard him say some stuff and that he basically heard him push mom on the floor. Um, when I talked to her, she's like, "No." She's like, "I don't know why he said that. It was all verbal. We just got into a verbal argument. He's never hit me." And she's obviously of the body type that if she got pushed, she'd get bruised, yeah. So, nothing on her body, no signs of any kind of battery, and both of them are saying verbal. Easy call? Yep. So, we're going to a fight in progress. Uh, it's in Comstock. One male's beating up a handicapped male. Uh, dealt with this guy before. He's a kind of a loose cannon, but typically everyone at the house is intoxicated and most of the time it's all exaggerated. So, we're going to get there and figure out what's going on this time. Seven arrived. Well, I know, but somebody called in All right, already have inside When did you get out of jail? When did you get out of jail? When did you get out of jail? You got a haircut. It looks good. You made your own haircut? I've never been to jail. Uh, a long time ago. Uh I've been a flight medic for a long time. Probably That's pretty cool. That's pretty cool. Who did you beat up today? Who did you beat up today? You got him? Andre, what happened? This guy attacked us again, and he stole your stuff. Is that the first time he's beat you up? kicking and beating me up for like 30 minutes. Was there anybody across the street this time? Cuz the last time the other guy was across the street. Yeah, I I said to Alexi I I said to Alexi The last time we came here was a Misha the one that got Yeah, where's Misha? And me, too. He was across the street there. Not here? Yeah, I can see that. I remember taking a picture of you last time, too. Yeah, but you didn't want to press charges last time. Last time he whooped you, you didn't want to press charges. You want to what? I I did talk to my attorney today, my attorney. Okay. I I went to his office. I said, "Listen, I can't handle it no more because this guy he's on drugs or alcohol or whatever, you know? You know, daytime he's a normal person, you know? The sun goes down, he become to vampire. You know, he comes to my bed with no reason he started beating the [ __ ] out of me, you know? Is that what happened today? You were in bed and he came up and started beating you again like he did last time? Same thing. Why do you keep letting him in here? What do you say? Why do you keep letting him in here? No, I talked to my attorney today. My attorney checked him up. He said, "Oh my god, he has so many charges for the drugs and this and that." He said, "This guy he goes to prison anyway, you know? He goes to prison from 2 to 10 years for everything that was done, you know?" Yeah, I think you should uh definitely not let him in anymore and trespass him so we don't got to worry about him coming over here again. Yes, and I told my attorney. Because he's not a tenant, he's just visiting, right? Just yeah, he doesn't pay me rent, nothing. Kick him out. You want to press charges for him beating you up today? Yes. Yeah? Okay. Definitely. Uh let me try to take my scooter. Is your scooter charged? I don't know. Okay, let me get a picture of your face. How many times did he hit you? 100? 100? Did you lose consciousness? He was beating me for like 30 minutes. Did you lose consciousness at all? I would say. Did you lose consciousness? Did you pass out or time I passed out, yeah. This time I tried to defend myself, you know. Okay, you hurt anywhere else? Legs, arms? Your chest, body? I have some bruises on my body. Okay. But this is not important. The important thing is I would like to have um once he killed come close to my property. Trespass? Trespass. Yeah, are you familiar with protection orders? I I can't A a protection order, like a restraining order? I don't know how to do it. Do you know where the court is? Yes, of course. So, you can go down to the courts and you can apply for a temporary protection order against him. But how they will find him? Well He goes He was a homeless for like a 3 months. He was sleeping in under the bridge. I don't I I don't have a keys for my scooter. Where would the keys be? I don't know. Well looks like you're not riding the scooter. What do you say? Looks like you can't ride your scooter. You ain't got no key. no keys, we can't ride it. Okay. Well, I'm going to go trespass him and make sure he's not allowed to be here. Is Is Alex just taking to a kitchen. Is Alexi here? Alexi? Yeah. I told Alexi yesterday that Ron will call the police. So, he's out here somewhere? Yes. Outside? Okay. Yeah, Alexi's somewhere. But Misha's not here. Man, these It's always them. Oh, here's Alexi. Hey guys. How are you? Good. Want a cold bottle of water? No, thank you. I appreciate it, though. see him attack the other individual inside at all? Yeah. You did? Okay. I'll bring him back. All right, Maxim. Here's the deal. Yes, sir. Andre's trespassing you from his house. NRS 207.200. It's the NRS for trespassing. It's the Nevada law. If you come back here and or you don't leave, it's a misdemeanor, okay? You can get cited and or go to jail for it, okay? So, from here on forward, you can't be on the property. get my belongings? Yeah, what what do you what do you have inside? Uh Can it all fit in like a backpack? Cuz I don't have I can't backpacks. Okay, can you carry them all? Oh, yeah. Okay. Have you already talked to my partner about what happened inside? No, sir. You haven't? No, sir. Okay, so what Why are you in handcuffs right now? Uh no idea. What happened to Andre's face? What what happened to Andre's face? It's covered in blood. There's other people there involved. There's no one else inside the house. It's just It's just Andre in there. So, I don't I don't know if anyone else was inside, but what to your knowledge what happened to Andre? I I didn't touch him. You didn't touch him? Did Alexi? I didn't touch him. Was Misha here? I didn't touch him. I I get that. Did you see anything? Not not really, no. No? Where were you at inside the house when this all went down? Well, I have a room over there that has its own little place that I hide from the situation. Okay, so you were in the room by yourself, didn't see anything, didn't hear anything. How'd you know we were here? I don't remember that, actually. You don't remember? Yeah, cuz a lot of things happened since then. So, I I I'm sorry about that, but I don't remember how you But I remember a lot of people showed up. What's a lot of people? Like Well, you got two, three, five? At least three of you guys. And who all to your knowledge was inside the house? Andre. Inside Andre's house, who all that that you know of was there? Maxi Andre Andre Elias a lot. Okay. And then you were there and then you have any idea where Misha is? I wipe Andre's [ __ ] Okay. Every time he takes a [ __ ] it happens about eight times an hour. Okay. Where was Misha at? I don't know. He might have been around the corner. Around the corner or something? Okay. But you have no idea what happened to Andre? Where? Where is his side? Okay. He's a really good guy. I did a lot of good things for that guy today. Okay. I'll be back in a minute, okay? I met his lawyer for him today. Okay. Give me a minute. Apparently, Max also hit this gentleman as well. Max hit you, too? Yeah, in the leg. Where at? That's from here. In your thighs? The other time he hit me, I had a You can just come up if you want. Tonight, I just Andre woke me up. Okay. Did Did Maxim hit you tonight? Yeah. Hit you tonight in the thighs? But he hit me just once because I didn't have any point. It doesn't matter, man. Like Yeah, one time or 100 times. He beat me, too, but he beat me yesterday to my to my to my to my back because either he used drugs and alcohol. How old are you? I am 61. Okay. I came to America Not for this. Are you into this, too? Yeah. Like cartwheels and all that stuff? Handstands? Handstands. One hand that played trumpet, American anthem. Really? Can you do all that now? No? You're getting old now? If I practice, I will. Okay. So, Maxim just hit you one time in the leg? Today. Did you see him hit Andre? No, but I heard. You heard it? Yes, because I I was trying to understand what's going on because I'm downstairs sleep was I was You were on the couch right there downstairs and next to Andre's room. Yeah. Okay, so you you heard it all happening but you didn't see it. I didn't see him. Did you see Maxim in the room come out at all or Yeah, that's why he beat me. He was like cooking for everybody. He was trying to be nice and aggressive at the same time. So he he you heard him beating up Andre or doing something to Andre and then he came out of Andre's room and he punched you. Where did he go after that? Go to cook. He went to cook after that? Like nothing happened, he just started cooking? Yes and sharing with us but he's very unpredictable and very aggressive. Okay. Where was Misha at? Misha Misha is me. Where's Alexi? Alexi is inside the house. Alexi's not inside the house? Then he ran away. He ran away? Okay. How's your face? How you feeling? My face is okay but my nose my nose was Andre's nose was broken. My nose was was broken. Yeah. And I have a bruises. That's why I called the police Yeah. Okay. All right. We're going to go We're going to take care of Maxim for you. Are you drinking? Okay, so Yeah, this is not my room. My room is the next one. Yeah. Yeah, you're back there. Do you want to fill out a statement? He is definitely You you okay. Um I trespassed him from here. I'm going to let him get his belongings cuz I guess he's got a backpack or two. Um I'm going to let him get his belongings and then I'm going to kick him loose and he's not going to allowed to come back here, okay? I don't understand something. You know, the day time he is a normal person. Mhm. The sun goes down, he become a vampire. He becomes a vampire? Misha is sleeping, I'm sleeping right there. He just sit on Misha's chest and start beating the [ __ ] out of him. That was like what? A few weeks ago? What do you say? Was that a few weeks ago? Yeah. Yeah. Misha couldn't walk after for like a one week. You know, he couldn't walk. He couldn't breathe. You know, all his interior organs and everything. And I was lucky because he said I'm going to kill you and Andre and get your [ __ ] house. And he goes to my room and Misha is here yelling, "You can't do that. You can't do that." He comes back and beat the Misha again. Yeah. And then he goes to my room, you know, and he Yeah, he beat you up last time. Beat me up last time. And I don't remember what's happening. You know. I know he beat me up. Yeah. This time it happened exactly the same thing. But you didn't lose consciousness this time? No, he come to my room. You know. And he beat me up. He was kicking and kicking and kicking and beating me Was he just Was he just punching you or was he kicking you, too? No, he was punching me and kicking. Okay. Were you on your bed or were you on the ground? No, I was in the bed. Okay. I tried to stand up but my I have no legs, you know. Yeah. So, uh this gentleman, this Maxim, this is the second time he's done this. Um simple battery against two parties. There's no substantial bodily harm or anything like that that we know of. Um looks like just some superficial cuts to the face and then I didn't see any injuries on our other fellow over there. So, we'll get him trespassed. Um he he'll get charged with two counts of simple battery and hopefully that'll end it for the night. Uh if he comes back, he'll be subject to arrest and/or citation for the trespassing. Um if he does anything like this again, we can take him to jail. Um but essentially, just a bunch of alcohol-driven rage, I guess. As our friend said, he becomes a vampire at night when he drinks. So, maybe that has something to do with the aggression. Not sure.
