harassment somebody's been receiving text messages would not advise dispatch who they were from said he would show us when we get there so we're going to go make contact with the complainant see what the threatening text messages are and go from there so it's all we know at this point we'll just kind of figure it out as we go guessing that's going to be it right here this is it 76 1023 what's messed up or whatever and I'm just trying to heal myself you know get myself together whatever but he talking about I owe him money but I don't did a lot of things with him I know I probably won't get it back I never had a contract written out or nothing like that but I know what I did and that was coming from my heart just trying to be a good guy yeah but I went to the hospital this man didn't call me it was like 3 4 5 days after I was at the hospital I'm about heeld up about getting ready to come back home but you see here tell me oh I need my bread I'm going to send my brother over here and I just don't need it and I mean I ain't got time for it I'm just trying to he you know and be a good guy you know be prosperous but that stuff he talking about that's crazy then he told me oh I'm through talking and some other stuff and some other stuff I just I'm I'm done with that I don't want no problems I ain't trying to I don't wish no harm on him just you stay on your end and I stay on my end simple as that so so what what what happened is is your arm and your hands is that have anything to do with this no sir no sir this I I did this don't I got you I didn't know if you got like just being good and Goofy or whatever but it was just a whole lot of stuff I had going on I'm back there trying to clean up a little bit and I throw gas and it jumped back on me so they sent me to UAV like I said I'm getting myself together I'm just taking it one day the time sir okay let me get uh one of our piece of or like our little sheets feed to sign and then uh I'll explain the process to you um I I can actually go ahead and do that so from today you'll have a year from today should you wish to attempt to obtain a warrant okay like I said you'll go down to the offer Police Department ask to speak with the magistrate um and they'll hear the facts you case show them the text messages all right cuz I'm going to document but I can't I can't document every single text message that would that would take both of us forever in a day to figure out but um I'm I'm going to hit the highlights I'm going to summarize what was put in there like hey this is this is what I observed um and then they'll they'll choose whether or not to issue a warant okay right um you've you've already blocked his number now well she blocked his number because on her phone or your phone that's my phone because I mean it was just getting me upset it no I got you basically Mr Parker has a friend that they've exchanged some money um he's trying to help the guy out now the guy's saying that he owes him money and there's just some miscommunications there the other party the suspect is threatening to send his brother over and things like that so making threats via text message so what we going to do is type up a report for him for harassing Communications and just see if uh if he can go to the magistrate and let them issue a warrant um for the suspect in this case um and go from there it looked of the hookah [Applause] that's either fentel or cocaine huh okay [Applause] so what I was telling him is uh I've located possible fentanyl in a medicine bottle that was up here bagged up um it's a powdery substance it's blue they can make it all sorts of colors but I would imagine it's it's probably going to be fentanyl or cocaine but with what is uh since it is possibly F I'm not going to mess with it and figure all that out and that can be done in a lab in a safe spot that's beer he will get hooked up tonight on that all right looks like [Music] clothes tore up Bible um electronic stuff like power cords and [Applause] broken uh well eventually mirand dies him and ask him about it and see what he believes it to be [Applause] yeah where's he at [Applause] there's got to be weed back any questions if you cannot afford an attorney won't be provided for you at government expense knowing and understanding those rights as I have read them to you are you willing to answer questions without an attorney present at any time you can decide you don't want to answer any questions or make any statements okay do you understand all that okay um what's the blue stuff that was in the pill bottle uh it's just it's residue from appeal there no fitting and all or anything like that I've been dealing with uh to fake and someone gave me a pill and it's just like it's been there for some time it's nothing it's no it's no over anything okay cuz I mean it's looking like the cocaine and the fentol that we're picking up off the street with that blue T I'm not aware of anything like that man like I say I had a my Grandad just passed few days ago and I was going over here to be with my family gas and I DJ also MH I saw I do I do a little dj work when I'm in town over whatever so okay um do you have anything on you that cuz I mean I'm smelling marijuana in the car I found the jars that had marijuana in them at one time but I want to make sure that you don't have anything on you cuz the second you go in that jail it's an automatic class C felony and I don't want you to catch that over something that you could have just gave me out here no okay nothing on you no okay do you have anybody we can call to come get the vehicle that would be close enough to get it so I don't have to tow it yes okay uh we made a traffic stop on the vehicle for no tag light when we got up there uh driver was real nervous I could smell the odor and marijuana coming from the vehicle um and I also saw an open uh alcoholic beverage top sitting in his lap which made me think that he possibly had open container in the vehicle as well uh got his information waited on a backup unit and then uh asked him to step out of the vehicle while the backup unit ran him through fil briy to see if he was intoxicated while driving uh I conducted a probable cause search of the vehicle while in there there was a pill bottle um I saw a tied plastic baggie that had a blue Powder substance at the time I believe that powder substance either be cocaine P or fentanyl um so the subject was placed under arrest for possession of controlled substance he said it wasn't fentanyl but he wasn't sure if it was cocaine so we asked if there was anything on him prior to getting him into the jail cuz if they bring something in it is promoting prison contraband he said there wasn't uh first thing we do is make sure there's nothing on them when we get them in there and while doing a uh strip search of the subject I located a baggie containing approximately 42 G of ecstasy pills so in the state of Alabama anything above 28 G is trafficking so the subject was charged additionally with trafficking and illegal drugs and the possession of controlled substance um we did the booking process with him uh typed up the report and uh packaged all the property and stuff that was seized from the vehicle and then transported him to the county jail where they will do the booking process on their end and he will be able to bond out um all in all it took approximately 4 hours to do all that um there's a lot of work that goes into it with the paperwork and we actually do the booking part here as well with taking fingerprints and photos and we have to photograph all their tattoos and whatnot and put that in our system um and then packaging all the property that we seized from him and putting it into property lockers it takes time so but 4 hours later we're done and back out on the road oh [Music]
