They played the victim through a fit and tested every limit until cops had enough. Here are five cases when cops arrest the most insufferable brats ever. Number five, 19-year-old challenges police. And it doesn't end well. A 19-year-old woman is detained as part of an investigation into identity theft after a wallet was reported stolen at a local mall. Here's what happens next. >> You lost your wallet. It was my son's Yeah. At the mall. >> Was that today? >> Yeah. Okay. And then you said the card was used. >> Yeah. My wife, she's here, too. But she she got a text from the from the bank. You know, I I don't know how they thought it was kind of fraud fraudulent, but anyway, um they sent her a message wanting to know if it was him or not using the card. I don't know how she replied to it or not, but since then, I have canceled the card. Okay. >> Um, but so he was in one of the like massage chairs, I guess, at the mall and he had put his wall between his legs probably because it's really fat and he doesn't want to carry it. But anyway, when he got up, he walked away without it. So, somebody picked it up. >> Okay. >> So, and then we just noticed, well, he talked to an officer there and they gave him a little card with a number on it and stuff. And then uh later on, that's about 5:00 is when we got the thing saying they were trying to use it at Publix, his debit card. >> Did it go through? >> That I'm not sure about >> cuz he doesn't his wife, >> right? It still doesn't show that it it doesn't even show that it's pending. It shows the charges there. >> Like it looks like to me that they charged $8.64 for something maybe to see if the card was going to work >> and it went through. >> And it went through. >> Okay. And then the next one, it doesn't even give a post date yet or anything. Maybe I got it cancelled before. I I'm not really sure about that. >> It was just my wife's like, "Listen, if they tried to use it, maybe they can if they got a time frame and a location, maybe they can do something about it, but >> Okay. >> We're not really sure." So, >> okay. Um, >> stupid question. You guys want to pursue charges for the uh fraudulent use of the debit card? Um, I mean, he had $140 in cash in his wallet, which not really thrilled that he was carrying that much cash, but uh, he just got a job. >> Officers reassure the family that they're ready to pursue the case fully if the parents decide to press charges. >> So, the cash and then the $233 that he spent at the store, that's like a week and a half worth of work for him. He bustes tables and uh, so you're asking, do we want to press charges? for the fraudulent use of the debit card. >> Yeah, for the debit card. I mean, if you knew who it was and you had them or whatever, I think it would have to be investigated, >> right? That's what I'm saying. I mean, if if you guys investigated it and did that, I I mean, I think we would. >> Well, as of right now, you want to pursue charges cuz here's the way like the reason I'm asking is because >> I'm just going to step back cuz the sun's in my >> Get comfy, man. Do you? So, the reason I asked is because if you don't want to pursue charges, we don't want to waste man hours looking for someone that you don't want to go to jail. >> Hey, grab grab your mom, will you? >> So, that's why I'm asking if you do want to pursue charges. Sure. We'll we'll investigate this to the ends of the earth. I'm not trying to find them. >> Let me let me just grab I'll grab her. She can get her two cents in, too. But, I mean, it wasn't like a whole lot of money, >> but to him it is because >> I just, >> you know, he doesn't. >> He worked for >> Yeah. But he just he's learning the hard way, you know. >> Yeah. >> Not everybody out there is honest. >> Yeah. So, in regards to the wallet itself, >> he lost it. >> Yeah. He >> the fact that someone picked it up. >> Yes. >> Next, we hear the parents reaction in their own words. >> So, really there's I debit cards to do with the cash. Um that's hearsay. How much was in there? >> Yeah. So, but the debit card issue, someone trying to use that. Hi guys. >> Howdy. So, they're basically asking, yeah, if if we would like to pursue charges on the people that use their debit card. >> Um, I mean, I would say, yeah, they're fraudulently using his card. So, I mean, that's >> okay. They just don't want to waste man hours if we're not going to see it through, >> right? >> Cuz if you don't want to pursue charges, then >> I mean, I don't like that they have his driver's license, too. They know where we live, whoever did this. So, yeah. >> Gotcha. >> Yeah. So, >> so I I guess I would say yes to $233. But >> just two days later, police stopped the suspect who's found driving alone despite only having a learner's permit. >> The test run. >> Hello. How you doing? >> Doing good. I'm Detective Gank with the Charlotte County Sheriff's Office. Okay. Um, we got an active investigation going on with you. On top of the fact that you're driving with a learner's permit without someone else in the car with you, right? You got to have someone without a license over 21. Hey, I'm talking with you. You got to pay attention to me. What we're talking about is pretty important. Okay. Um, that being said, it's super dangerous for me right here on the side of the road and for you being here. We're going to have you step out and talk on the side. You're all right with >> Okay. Hey, [Music] >> you need to step out. I'm giving you a lawful order to step out of this car. If you don't, you're going to be arrested for resisting. Go step by the front of that patrol car. I don't want you to get hit by a car >> right over here. All >> right. This is going to go down. [Music] Yeah, I don't know what's going on with you. The These guys are super genuine and cooperative all the time. And for some reason, I know that you just want to sit on your phone and not talk to us. Even though this is >> I understand that, but this is pretty important. >> My daughter's in Florida, too. >> All righty. >> So, you're detained for a criminal investigation at this point in time. Okay. Right. I'll talk to you about the case if you're all right with that. You want to have a conversation about why you're in handcuffs today? >> What criminal investigation? or you want to be taken straight to jail. >> I would like to talk. >> A fraud. We can figure this out. >> For what? >> You if I talk to you, it's going to be at our office and we can have a conversation about it there. Other than that, if you don't want to talk, we're going straight to jail. >> I'm fine talking, but I would like to >> All right. Well, we'll get to we'll talk to you about it. It's a fraud. I have reason to believe you're involved in a fraud. Okay. And with that being said, I'd like to talk to you about it, but it's going to be in a controlled environment at the sheriff's office instead of in the heat out here. The officers remain firm but respectful, making it clear that she's being detained and that any further conversation will happen at the sheriff's office. What happens next? Does she cooperate or make things harder than they need to be? >> Okay. >> Sounds like a plan. >> Yeah. >> This is my thought process here. Hear me out. She doesn't have the credit card on her in her person, right? I mean, >> do we know if she doesn't? She >> I don't know. I can ask. I don't want to talk about it till we get in the room. >> Okay. So, >> you just want to tow this to impound is what you want. >> We could. Yeah, we could. It could be in the car. >> Could be. >> So, I would say we just tow it to impound. >> Tow the car to our impound. Yeah, I think so, too. The only thing that's in there that they might need is a uh car seat for a baby, which grandmother's supposedly on her way here. So, I don't know if you want grandma to come take that out just so that she has a car seat and be done with it and then we tow it to our rim. >> I agree. That sounds fine with me. >> Sounds good. >> Yeah. And then we'll tape the doors up. >> Uh we're not sure if the credit card's in here or not. But we have enough. >> She said she doesn't She said she doesn't have a wallet, but the credit card could be in here. >> Yeah, she only had her phone. She tossed her phone down, too. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Different phone. >> We're going to see if we're going to impound this or not because the Okay. >> Okay, then that's good. >> Wait to come get the kids cuz that there was a stolen credit card. It might be in the car. So, she's involved with that. She used a person's credit card that >> So, we're good. >> Wasn't hers. Julie. >> Yeah, it must be. >> All righty. Hey, that car seat in the back of the car. This This truck's going to end up getting towed. >> Can you take the car seat out, please? >> That's what I was going to ask you if that's okay with you so I can make sure your daughter has I forgot. Was it a daughter? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. I wanted to make sure. Um, she has something safe to ride in. All right. So, if that's okay with you, I'll take the car seat out for you >> and I can give that to Is this grandma? Okay. All right. That's a plan. >> How long is it going to be? >> Our conversation. I I couldn't tell you. We'll just figure it out together. I got to show you a couple things, talk to you about it. We'll sit down. It's nothing scary or spooky. I just This is not like a controlled environment that we like to do. I'd much rather you be in the AC and not I'm me and you and it's just a lot easier than this. >> I'm just asking because I'm at work right now. I'm clocked out on break. >> Okay. Well, it's going to be like me an hour, >> right? But the work will figure it out. I'll give him a call personally and let them know why you're even not at work. >> But he I'm running the business cuz they're out of town right now. >> Okay. >> Once back at the station, the woman admits to stealing the wallet and using the stolen debit card. Based on her confession, she's charged with two counts of ID fraud and one count of petty theft. Number four, teen girls caught stealing from Sephora after denying everything. Three 18-year-old girls are confronted by police after a call reports shoplifting at a Sephora store. The officers approach them in their car to ask questions. >> And I was going to buy a concealer and then I was opening to try my on my hand. And then she was like, "Oh, are you going to take?" And I'm like, "No, I'm not going to take it." So then she started assuming that I was like going to steal the stuff from Sephora. So then I went up to one of the workers from there and I gave her the concealer and I was like, "Look, like so you could know I'm not taking anything and I just left the store." >> Okay. Cuz she's like saying that you guys took like necklaces and makeup and >> No, we we didn't even get through like the actual >> We actually told her and she didn't say anything. >> She didn't say anything. She said she was like, "Sorry about my coworker's actions." And I was like, "No, you just need to make sure that D making it like seem like we're trying to steal anything." >> Yeah. >> You know, so that's why I I gave her like the concealer back and she took it back. You couldn't even go and ask her. I gave her the concealer and it was like this sprays sanitizer thing. I just gave it back to her and she just took it back. >> So you never gave you never took anything? >> Oh, no. We went to other like we went to an Ulta, but we bought the stuff there and everything. They see me buy everything. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> Do you mind staying by? I'm going to go talk to Okay. Can you stop digging in your bag? >> She's looking for her phone. >> Okay. I don't want her digging in her bag. I don't know what she >> You can literally open the door if you want. I don't care. >> No, I'm just being honest. Like, if you want to look >> All right, I'm not going to go searching through your car. But I don't >> I need a warrant if you're going to look at my car, but I didn't. Okay, first of all, I'm not going to do the attitude. I'm not going to have her sitting here digging her bag when I don't know what's in the car. Got it. >> Well, I'm telling you, I'm telling you. I'm telling you I don't care what she's looking for. I don't want her digging her bag when I don't know what's in the car. So, lose the attitude. Thank you. >> I'm just like feel like I'm being targeted, but if you want >> Why are you being targeted? Because I asked her to stop digging through her bag >> and I told you why she was digging through. >> Okay. And I'm telling you, I don't care cuz I don't know what's in the car. >> I apologize. I apologize. >> I'm not giving energy. It's just the fact that she's like, "Oh, hey." Like, you know, like I understand why. >> Okay. >> I just don't understand. >> Okay. Nobody's targeting you. We got called here because you guys were allegedly doing something. That's why we're here. >> Okay. I'm sorry. >> No, we understand. >> We understand. >> Yeah, we understand. >> The girls all echo the same story. Nothing was stolen and everything they have was either returned or bought somewhere else. >> Did they tell you what's going on? >> I'm like really confused cuz we went to Sephora and I was getting stuff and I they even give me a little bag and then after like the a girl like I seen that she was like walking around behind me. So then I went up to her and I was like, "Here, like, I'm not going to take this just to make sure cuz I feel like you're thinking that I'm going to steal it." So I gave it back to her. She was like, "Thank you so much for giving it back to me." And I was like, "Just tell your co-workers to not make it seem to customers that come in making it seem like they're stealing or something cuz they're not going to want to come back." And I gave her the concealer and the little spray back and she just said, "Thank you so much. I will talk to my co-workers." And she just went back inside >> and then we came to the car. So I'm like, I'm confused. I'm like, "I don't know. I didn't take anything. I gave it back to her. It was a concealer and a little spray. >> Was it in Sephora or was it outside of >> It was in Sephora. >> It was inside. >> Yeah, it was in Sephora. >> Well, we left because we felt like we were just like >> Yeah, we just left cuz I was like, it it was like I mean >> me as like a Mexican girl, she was a white girl, so I felt some type of way cuz she was just walking behind us all the time. And I was like, usually when I go to stores, like nobody's like looking at what I'm doing. And I was like, I told her, I was like, here like if you think I'm going to steal the concealer, here's the concealer and here's the spray. and I gave it to her in her hands and she just walked back out. She was like, "Okay, thank you. I will talk to my co-workers about it and I was like, "Okay, >> okay." >> I think at this point they're just going to check cameras to make sure that the everything's legit. >> Yeah. >> But appreciate you cooperating. >> No. Yeah, it's good. >> I would have asked you guys if we're supposed to be in school. You look young. >> I mean, she's supposed to be at work. Um, I'm currently working, too. >> So, you're not in school? >> No, we just graduated recently. But things take a sharp turn when police check the store surveillance footage. They ask the girls once more now with the evidence right there if they'd like to be honest. >> Can I talk to you? >> Yeah. Can you step out with your purse? >> I'll talk to So I just saw video surveillance. >> So do you want to tell me what you took? >> I can figure out this. All right. So there's a thing like with they want to sign the seal. So [Music] am I going to be a risk? >> Um it just depends. >> Is there anything in your pocket that belongs to anything sharp or anything? knives, weapons, such or anything. >> 122 23. >> I'm just going a little pouch that just had it was a little broken. I don't know why I fixed it. Is there anything else in your closet I'm going to find right now? >> I just got my B and then I don't know what I got. No other purses are going to pop up. >> I think I just got like a couple things that my friend gave me. >> What else is in this front right pocket? I >> got my vape. >> The vape is right there. >> I got two vapes. Okay. Is there >> Is that yours or is that mine? >> That didn't fall off of this. >> The answer comes soon enough. A search turns up stolen makeup, jewelry, and more blowing holes in their earlier story. >> Whatever. >> All right. Can you step out so I can talk to you? >> Yes. >> All right. So, other than you putting that in your bra, >> what else did you take? All right. I'm going to search you. So, put your hands right here. Just put your wallet phone down. >> Turn around. You don't have anything else, >> correct? >> Okay. >> How did your friend get that? >> What? >> How did she get that when it was in your shirt? >> She got No, she got one >> and you got the other one. Where'd you put the other one at? >> I'll be real with you. I'm be honest. >> Okay. There's nothing else. >> There's nothing else. I didn't take anything else. >> All right. Put your hands behind your belt. The watch is yours, >> huh? >> The watch is yours. >> Yeah, you'll take your phone. Come to the back. All right. Turn this way. All right. Spread your feet. What's this? Is that like a vape? >> Yeah. >> Just going to put this right here. >> So, other than that, nothing. Nothing. I'm not like not like your friend. We're not going to start finding like random stuff everywhere. >> Going to fight you. >> Okay. No. No. Find random stuff. Okay. >> Be real with you. >> Am I sitting with you? >> Okay. Can you step out? >> Yeah. >> All right. Um, pockets. >> Yeah. >> The jewelry. I just have this one. >> Okay. Anything else? >> No, that's it. >> Okay. All right. Put your hands this way or lean up against the car. All right. Show your feet. There's nothing sharp in your um pants in your pockets. All right. >> Wait. Can I please? >> One by one, the truth comes out. Then the officers move in to make arrests and explain what happens from here. >> So you with retail theft, um they're sold to signing complaints. So with that, what we do is you go down to our station, get fingerprint photographs, and you get released on a >> Could I um come back for like my stuff? >> You going to come back for your car? >> You We're going to get banned from the store. >> Okay. >> Retail theft charges have been filed against all three teens. Number three, police give 19year-old a wakeup call. Police respond to a domestic call after a 19-year-old woman allegedly attacked her mother during an argument about the air conditioning. Here's what happens when the officers arrive at the residence. She grabbed at me. She came in my room and grabbed that. >> Yeah, thank you. >> Yeah, absolutely. >> Yep. I can talk with her. >> What's going on? You want to step over here? Talk right here. >> I'm in my room. I come in here. It's hot. It's hot. And it's hot in here. So, I turned the AC on. >> Okay. >> They're not home. They just came home probably 10 minutes ago. I've been in my room all day. I'm currently in the middle of like breaking up my with my boyfriend. It's complicated. It's weird. We're just on the phone. We're trying to talk about it. She comes in. She's like, "We've been having this back and forth about the AC. You need Amy, close the door before the cats get out." She's like, "You, well, you can you can turn the heat off. You can't turn the AC on." And I'm like, "Okay, mom. All right." She's telling me, "Can you hang up the phone? Like, come out here and talk to me." And I'm like, "Can you give me a second? Me and Ren are breaking up." And she screamed. She was like, "You've been here for a week." And I was like, "Can I not?" Like, "We're going." Like, "We're just going." And she is screaming at me. And I'm telling her, "Just give me a minute. Just give me a minute." And I'm telling her, when her and her little boyfriend were breaking up on and off for years, and we had to put up with it, we had to go live at his house. I We had no bed. We had no We slept on the floor. >> Yeah. >> No blankets, no bed, no pillow. >> I get that. I get that. >> Nobody ever gave her about it. Nobody ever said, "This man is weird for you. You You have your children laying on the floor." >> And it sounds like it was really frustrating for you. Yeah, I get that. >> I'm telling her nobody said that. Nobody was. She comes running my room. She grabs at me. She grabs out my phone. So, I grabbed her back and we're on the floor. I'm just trying to get my phone. I didn't kick her. I didn't punch her. None of that. We were just grabbing at each other. And I was trying to get my phone. AR is now on my back. She's telling me to get off. So, I get off. And I get up. She starts kicking at me. She's kicking at me from on the floor. I'm back here through the door. She's on the floor kicking at me. She's kicking my legs. I'm like, "Nobody's on me." She says her mother has disrespected her for years and feels the situation spiraled over something as trivial as air conditioning. >> Do you have any injuries? Are you hurt or anything like that? >> I'm fine. >> Okay. >> This has been the craziest week of my whole life and I don't even understand why she has to do all this over so AC. Like, is she crazy? >> It is over the AC. That's why all this has been over. >> Don't talk. Don't talk. >> If she just walked in and turned the heat back on and left me alone, this all would have been fine. >> Yeah. Okay. So she had to scream at me for what? And then grab at me because I I can't hang I can't hang up right now. And I tell her, "Give me a minute." >> Okay. So, it seems like you're having a hard time this week with breaking out with your boyfriend. And you know, it's got you on emotional rocks right now. And it seems like your mom and this is your mother, right? >> Yes. >> Okay. It seems like you guys have had some troubles and you guys are arguing a little bit. Okay. Um, so no one got hurts from my understanding. So that's good. Um, >> so she's call me all these names. She call me a call me like >> Yeah. >> She's be calling me like that since I was little. Since I was She's been calling me a since I was little. >> And I'm I'm helping her pay for this place. I'm helping her. >> Yeah. >> So I can't I'm hot in my room. My room is right next to the furnace. My room gets way hotter than this whole house. They're not home. >> Yeah. So, I can't turn on the AC and get cooled off in my own room that I pay for. >> I I understand your frustration. Okay, we're going to try to figure it out. Okay, I get you're you guys had an argument over the the air conditioning going on here and you were having some emotional troubles with your boyfriend at the same time. She was upset about something, too. I don't know why. >> So much I've been I've been thinking of going back. I've been in and out of the hospital plenty of times. I'm thinking of going back cuz I just I genuinely >> can't I can't you guys start arguing over the You said you guys were wrestling over the phone. Uh >> yeah, she went in my room. She grabbed at me and she grabbed at the phone. So I grabbed at her back like who are you grabbing at? >> She tells officers she's been under heavy emotional stress and has had feelings of being unappreciated despite helping pay bills. She denies causing injuries and says she simply wanted space. >> So you guys are fighting over the phone there. Okay. And you guys said it was just it was just >> crab and nobody swung and nobody >> Okay. And then somehow she ended up on the ground or something like that and started kicking at you. >> She was on her back and she started kicking at me through the door. >> Okay. Okay. >> Like after the whole thing I kept driving like I kept I feel like I was going to throw up. >> Has there been a history of this before? Is the first time? >> She's definitely made me angry to the point I've been like bro I can't be here anymore. But >> yeah, >> it's never been like this. Yes. >> Do you have plans to move out or you trying to change? >> I just we just moved in here. We just moved in here because she didn't want to live out where we I was I was planning on moving out by myself, but she and Ary didn't like where we were living. So, she said, "Would you help me move in here? Like, if you help pay a little bit, we can live here." So, I'm like, "Sure, if y'all will be happy, sure." But now I'm in some room that I'm sweating every single night. I hate being here. And I did this to help them. >> It sounds like we need to talk out what was going on that causes these problems. Okay. So, we can we can prevent about another flight. That's what we want to do. We want to talk it out and try to figure something out. Okay. There might be an agreement we can come on to on on the the heating unit here with it getting warmer weather outside. I get that it's getting hot. >> I know, right? She's telling me she's telling me it's not hot outside. >> I get you. >> She's talking about it's 30° out. It's 68 today. >> Do you have any injuries on you? >> No, I'm okay. >> No, you're okay. >> Yes. >> Give me a second. I'm going to talk to my partner real quick. >> Meanwhile, the mother gives a very different account. Let's hear her side of the story. >> Okay. So, you said you got you got hit then. Is that my understanding? >> Yeah. She was hitting me. >> Okay. What what how did she hit you? Was it with open hand or a fist? >> Um she was so I had the phone like this. >> Okay. >> And she had she grabbed my hair. She took me down to the ground. >> Okay. Okay. >> So then I was on the ground and I at first I was kind of like forward and over it and she was like ripping at me to try to get to the phone. I ended up like this on my back at one point and that's when I was like saying get off me and I was kicking her off me >> and once I did that she I got her back far enough and she couldn't get at me anymore. But >> when she was on me it was >> Whose phone is this? >> This is my phone. >> Who's your phone? Did she Did she have it or >> I bought the phone for her? >> Okay. >> So, it's it's her phone, but it's a phone that I paid for and that I pay the bill every month. >> Okay. >> So, I asked her to come talk to me about the, you know, the original issue that I wanted to talk to her about was just the air conditioning and the heat. She's giving me major attitude. I'm trying to break up with Ren, but this is this whole breaking up with Ren thing is is regular. Okay. How this is they're always breaking up. So, I'm like, "No, I want you to come talk to me." She starts like losing it. So, I just take the phone. I'm like, "Okay, you don't have to talk to me, but you're done with this phone conversation." Like, I'm taking the phone. So, then I just turn around to leave with the phone. and she came out, took me down to the ground right there next to the refrigerator. >> She claims her daughter struck her multiple times and points out a mark on her neck, saying it came from the fight. >> I mean, I was getting hit with >> Was it was it Okay. What What landed What was the one that landed on your neck? >> I have no idea. >> Okay. >> I have no idea. >> Okay. Did you remember her grabbing her neck or is it Maybe the phone bumped into it when she was wrestling for it or >> No. Like she didn't do like this. >> Okay. >> But it was more like this. >> Yeah. Wrestling wrestling over >> like over top of me going like this. Like >> Okay. >> Like she was like I was like a rag doll. Like >> but she I was I was like this with the phone. I had it in had it in my grips and I wasn't letting go of the phone. So I'm just all over the place. What you want to see done? >> I want her out. >> You want her out? Okay. this person that she's breaking up with is very bad for her mental health. >> I've tried to talk to her about it a number of times. Like, honey, this is not good for you or anybody else involved. >> Yeah, >> we've been in arguments. Like I mean she's 19 so like at 15 and 16 and 17 we have had arguments and but not to where she's ever like physically attacked me and come for me. It's never been like that. It'll maybe like a walk line like a bump but not like I'm swinging on you and I'm coming for you. And like she was coming for me. I was thinking she's about to give me a black eye or back a black lip, but I ain't let go of this phone. Like, I don't care. I I was I was gonna take it. I I cannot I'm I'm not putting up with this level of disrespect and her putting her hands on me. That's my child. At the end of the day, I've never put my hands on my mother. She emphasizes that she refuses to tolerate being attacked by her own child, especially since she never laid a hand on her daughter or even her own mother. >> As many of arguments have we gotten in, we've definitely used our words, but I've never attacked my mother. >> I will not >> I will not tolerate that. >> All right. With the mark on your neck and it being a physical fight, I want to ask if you want charges pressed against her for this. um she'll be arrested, she'll be taken down, and then they'll she'll be sitt in jail for a night. Basically, what's going to happen? Then they'll she'll see an arraignment. She'll probably be up by the next day. So, bail her out. There be a temporary protection order put in place between the two of you until your guys' case was settled. So, she'd have to stay somewhere else for the time being. Well, I I I didn't make that decision for you >> cuz I'm a kid. Kid and I didn't even punch her or nothing. She grabbed at me. So, I grabbed back. I wasn't about to let her just throw me around. >> And so, and you'll get a chance to talk. Literally, they do it. It'll be in the morning. You'll talk. You will have to spend the night there. It'll be one night. >> I have to spend the night there. >> I have to spend the night there. The officer encourages her to stay strong and emphasized that while the night will be difficult, it's not the end of her life. >> Really rather just myself right now. So I swear to God, I swear to God I would much rather just right. >> My mom doesn't love me. My boyfriend doesn't love me. My dad doesn't see I can't do this. All right, >> Mackenzie. Okay. >> The daughter is ultimately arrested and charged with domestic violence. Number two, police intervene after teen loses temper at home. Police respond to a domestic violence call involving an 18-year-old woman who allegedly assaulted her mother shortly after being released from a hospital. The mother explains that her daughter hit her several times during an argument and has been acting erratically. >> And people are still bullying. >> Can you go up on the front porch for a sec? I'll talk to you in a minute. >> Why do you think I wanted? You heard it all >> cuz nobody loves me. >> What's going on? >> She just got released from the hospital and I don't know why. >> Okay. >> Because she's acting like this. >> Was she pink slipped up there or something? >> I don't know if they pink slipped her or not, but she said she was going to acting like this. Um, she told me that I know she smoked. >> No, you've been there. You bought me a car before. She told me that um it was laced with >> Okay. >> I don't know if she's been asleep or not. Was there some kind of physical fight between you two? >> She hit me. >> Where'd she hit you at? >> In the face. >> Do you remember where exactly? Like do you feel like you have an injury somewhere? >> No. Okay. >> I was on the couch. the uh small couch. >> Was it just Was it like a punch or open hand slap or just >> open hand smack kind of >> kind of one time and I kept on trying to hit him the first time and that's what happened >> cuz you deserve it. You really did. And that's how you guys trying to punish me. Huh? >> I'm just going to hit her cuz I know the cops ain't going to do. I'm 18, girl. I don't I will actually end up going to jail for that. >> Okay. on top. There you go. Let go of your hand. >> What am I going to do? >> What am I do? >> She's also financially my whole life. >> Like, you don't ever want to hear my side of the story. >> I'll use your side of the story. I'll talk to you in just a sec here. >> The daughter admits to slapping her mother and tries to justify the violence emotionally, claiming her mom deserved it. In her mind, she sees herself as the victim, not the aggressor. >> So now I'm just going to jail. What about her buying? Arrest her. >> She's bought. >> She's bought. >> Come on. >> No, she's >> Okay, I'm telling everyone. Yeah, I know her full name and her address, too. She's bought me. She's mentally abused me. All that. She's legally bought me. >> No, you're under arrest. So, you are being >> I thought you were just trying to I didn't know I had to piss the car. >> Yeah, that's what I was trying to tell you. Just relax and let me know what I have to say. Okay. Um I'm going to need you to separate your feet. All right. Do you have anything on you that's going to stick and stab me? I have to search you before I put you in the car. Okay. >> Just going to the back of my hand. >> I'm going to leave this down so you get some fresh air. Okay. I just I don't need you yelling or anything. I'm going to talk to her and I talk to you. Okay. >> Was it more than once that she hit you like that? >> She slapped me a couple of times. >> Couple times. >> Your arm was in the way. So, I waited to hit you. >> My arm hit your hand, not your face. >> And it wasn't even hard enough for you to really know how mad I was at you. >> You were laying on the couch in the living room. >> No, I was sitting on the couch in the living room. >> Okay. Or I might have she might have um or I was standing up and then she started hitting me so I like fell back onto the couch. I don't remember. >> Okay. And she continued to hit you or >> she tried to? Yeah. >> Okay. How many times would you say she hit you like that in the face? >> Three times. >> Three times. Okay. >> That's your daughter, correct? >> Okay. Well, she's going to be under arrest for domestic violence. Do you have any questions for me right now? >> Can I get a written statement from you? Is that something you can do for me? Okay. Let me get you that one sec. I'll be with you in just a second, dear. >> And here, just describe exactly what happened in your own words, and then I just need a signature, and then I'll sign as a witness. Okay. >> Okay. >> I'm going to go up to the point. >> Yeah, that's totally fine. >> Now detained in the patrol car, the officer proceeds to read her Miranda rights. >> I'm going to read your rights just because, you know, in the back of a car, so you have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. >> I just let you know like I barely lie. >> Okay. You have the right to talk to a lawyer and have him or her present with you while you are being questioned. If you cannot afford to hire a lawyer, one will be appointed to represent you before any question if you wish. You can decide at any time >> and not answer any questions or make any statements. Do you understand all those rights? >> Oh, I can't make any questions. >> Do you understand all those rights? I >> can reread them. >> Sure, I can reread them. >> All right. You have the right to remain silent. You understand? Okay. Anything you say can and will be used against you in the court of law. You understand? Okay. You have the right to talk to a lawyer and have him or her present with you while you are being questioned. If you cannot afford to hire a lawyer, one will be appointed to represent you before any questioning if you wish. You can decide at any time to exercise these rights and not answer any questions or make any statements. >> Okay. >> I'm not allowed to make you read the last sentence. You can decide at any time to exercise these rights and not answer any questions or make any statements. >> Me asking the rest. >> You can decide at any time to exercise your mouth shut. You can talk to us. >> Okay. So, having that in mind, do you want to talk to us? >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, basically, I mean, you kind of admitted to everything while you >> I also want to talk to a lawyer instead. >> Okay. Well, you'll get the chance to do that. >> Okay. So, then I know when you >> Okay, fine. All right. Thank you, [Music] would be a lawyer. I point to you when I became okay. I would too. Like maybe my lawyer will be my best friend. Why would my whole family pick on me all the time? >> What's your social, dear? >> I don't know. As she sits in the back of the cruiser, she continues to ramble and talk about her frustrations with her living situation. >> A gang member who was trying to me like what? And then she called the police for me hitting her one time and she used to hit me all the time. I'm not even talking about just as a kid. >> She just got You got released from the hospital today, right, Autumn? >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Yeah. >> My mom doesn't love me. But yeah, I appreciate your comment. >> That's probably him. I bet it would be. >> Yeah, I got like you know I'm not that quick, baby. [Music] [Laughter] I love thinking. Everyone's like, "You think too much?" I'm like, "I don't care." mental health court would be a good idea. Okay, I'll I'll make that recommendation then. >> Guys, I'm bored. Can a police officer whoop if you say I'm bored to them all the time? >> Thank you. >> Can you Can officer get a restraining put on you in jail? >> You just you [Laughter] >> I mean, can they? >> I don't know. Now that's already >> Yes. Yes. No, they've not >> I lie but only in jokes. >> Have you ever been arrested before? >> Have you ever been arrested for domestic violence before? >> Yeah. Do you remember if you got convicted? >> No. >> She continues to jump from topic to topic, sometimes joking, sometimes making serious observations. >> You know how like there's a mental hospital? >> So what if >> Yeah, I guess >> instead of sending people to the mental hospital, we just gave them all the money that they wanted to live in their own house. Do you want to be my best friend? >> Not really. No. >> Okay. Is it so fun to just look around? It was kind of It would still be fun. What if I told you? Okay. And I would like [Laughter] Oh my gosh. I don't give a You hit your mom. She hit me and then my stepdad jumped me. Like, you cannot jump a child, right? Like, imagine if everyone in the family just started whooping y and it's like, well, we are your parents. All I said was and I've cussed in arguments all the time with them. Is it illegal for a little kid to say a bad word? >> It is not. >> Exactly. So, why can't Well, what's your reason? cuz I knew you would use it like that. Everyone in my family would have. And then Sean just said, "No, you're not allowed to cuss anymore." Like why? So I can cuss anywhere I want as long as she's not around. Like what? That makes no sense. Do you want me to Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. I'm going to self transport one FEMA county starting at 73.3. >> Oh, I'm not going to jail. >> No, with this kind of charge, you have to >> the state of Ohio basically said we we would get in trouble if I didn't take it. >> She finds out she may be released the next day. But the news comes with a major restriction, a protection order blocking her from her mother and her home. anymore in >> but I guess on the good news probably will be out tomorrow. >> Oh >> most likely you don't really get held very long for DV. The thing is though once you're out there will be a protection order placed. So you can't >> it'll be a what? >> A protection order. >> Okay. >> So you can't communicate with mom. You can't go to mom's house. You can't be around her. >> All right. That works a system for me at least. I don't know about everyone else in the world cuz you know we all have different humors so we all have different lives. I don't know maybe I should actually never talk to my mom again. >> Do you struggle with mental health stuff? >> Yes. Very bad. I don't remember anything. I actually like once I get out of jail I probably even just forgot I was in jail two days later. >> Do you use any kind of drugs right now? >> Yeah. But I was kind of like that before. And anyways I was on >> and my whole family doesn't even check up on me or try to protect me from the world. Do >> you think rehab would help you at all? I really don't think I need if I can. Like I literally asked my mom if she wanted my vape after I broke her. She was like, "Mom, if we're quitting, we're quitting." Okay, so then why do you keep on doing it? Oh, but it's okay. But I'm quot You're not going to give me any like I don't know. Both of that makes no sense. Not even addicted to it right now. But I do get addicted to it sometimes. That's why I try to tell her like, "Mom, like we can be best friends. You can tell me when I'm getting addicted like and then I can stop smoking. That's what it normally looks like. Oh my gosh. I didn't have my seat belt on. You're breaking the law. You're going to jail. You're going to jail. >> I got you here safely, didn't I? >> No. You're going to jail. >> Okay. >> I'm telling on you. >> Wasn't it your responsibility to have that seat belt? >> I'm telling you. No, cuz I can't even put it on. >> Oh, that's fair. >> I don't know. Do I? [Laughter] >> Even with her unstable behavior, the officers stay composed, handling the arrest with careful patience and focus on safety. >> No, I know you love it, too. >> Oh my gosh. [Music] [Laughter] Oh my gosh. Why would you do that? I don't know. Oh my gosh. >> You remember the cop in the world who just acted like he went missing, stole a cop car, and kidnapped someone? >> It's not funny. But it was a little bit funny cuz it was random as so I get it. >> In the end, she's charged with domestic violence. Number one, police show up after teen pushes it too far at Taco Bell. A woman is arrested after refusing to leave a Taco Bell when asked by staff, sparking a scene that escalates into a physical confrontation with officers. Here's what happens when the officers arrive at the restaurant. Is someone in here call us? >> I'm trying to figure out why we're here. >> Deja call. >> Yeah, that sounds about right. Deja here. Hello. You want to talk back there or what's going on? >> I just asked her to leave. Can she go? I've asked her to leave multiple times. I've asked asked her. This is Yeah, that's it. I'm at work. I don't have time to be dealing with this. I really don't. >> Is she working now? >> I work here. She doesn't work here. She works in Tampa. >> You work at a different taco? >> Yeah, she don't work here. >> Okay. >> So, thank you. >> So, you're just trying to trespass her? >> Mhm. >> Are you guys uh How do you know her? >> We're not telling anyone. >> Okay. You used to be? >> Yes. >> Okay. Is that why she don't want to leave? >> I guess I don't know. >> Okay. >> Are you sitting here telling these people stories? Like, >> ain't nobody doing nothing to you. She did not say nothing. >> Hey, one thing we're not about to do. One thing we're not about to do is go back and forth in the store. I don't argue with youass. >> Do you want her trespass? Okay. Can you just tell tell her that she's trespassed and she leaves to leave? >> We have We just have to get it on camera. That's it. >> You're trespassing for what? >> Do you understand that? >> What? >> Trespass. You're being trespass. >> She just said she don't want me trespass. She just said she won't. >> She literally just said you're trespassed. It just happened on camera. >> Because you just made her say it. That's why. She didn't just say it the first time. You just made her say >> You want her gone or do you not? >> I mean, she just said it, but you just made her trespass. No, I don't. >> Are you refusing to leave? >> I'm not refusing to leave. I'm just telling you like you need to go. >> Y'all just said that they told >> Here's what's going to happen. This is >> to leave. You've been told to listen. You're being lawfully ordered. >> I'm listening to y'all, but y'all not let me talk. At the end of the day, I have rights to speak. Okay, but are you going to talk or are you going to keep demanding stuff cuz you want to leave in the next 15 seconds? If you do not move your feet out the door, you will go to jail. >> For what? What am I? >> After warning. You have been told. >> Where's the trespass papers at? >> One, two. >> Where are the papers? >> Despite repeated chances to walk away, she stays put and demands to see trespass papers. After a verbal countdown to leave is ignored, the officers take action. >> Four. I'm doing this for the camera, just so you understand. Five. >> Where's the papers at? >> Six. Seven >> again. >> Eight. >> Are we just going to go to town? >> Nine. >> 10. >> We're going to jail. Stop. Put your hands right. >> Where am I going to jail? >> I just said >> n Did you not clean around? Forget that. >> We ain't doing this. >> For what? >> Trespass after warning. >> What am I? I'm not even trespassing. >> Stop it. >> Like, what are you saying I'm trespass for? Like, come on. Y'all just gave me 15 seconds on your body. No, I ain't doing that. >> Like, what is y'all doing? Like for real, >> right? Like for real. >> Did y'all not just tell me? I'm literally trying to figure out like for real. >> I've explained it to you, ma'am. You already know the deal. 50 seconds. We a playing that game. You want to play dumb with us? We'll be done with y'all. What's going on? >> It's private property. They asked you to leave. You said >> she asked you to leave. We asked you to leave. You didn't leave. >> Did you guys not get in? >> Check your pockets. >> We ain't doing that. Did you guys just not just tell meat? Get out in 15 seconds. >> Have a seat. >> I'm trying to talk you guys. >> Have a seat. We've been trying to talk. >> Okay. That's why I have a seat. >> I'm sitting down, sir. >> Back up in the car. >> Like, I'm going as much as I can. I'm trying to talk to y'all. Like, for real. >> You just sit down, >> sir. I'm trying to be like for real. >> As she's escorted to the cruiser, she insists she's being treated unfairly and was trying to comply. Officers grow frustrated with their repeated resistance, but remain firm in their instructions. >> Like, y'all don't understand. I literally just >> Is that not what we tried to do when we got here, >> sir? And yes, and I'm sitting there trying to tell y'all give me 15 seconds. I >> You were yelling. You said, "Where's the trespass papers?" Is that what you said? >> Cuz y'all just Sir, >> ain't that what you said? You said, "Where are the papers?" >> Sir, did y'all Did you Did y'all not just ask her the first time? And she said, "No, she just wants me to leave." She told y'all that the man in there, the I don't know the gentleman name, and the female told me to leave. They did not want to say nothing to me. All they said is Deja said that go outside. She's going to talk to you. She's going to talk to you. I said okay. I sat there and waited for her. You guys came. You guys asked me a question. I gave you guys the answer to the question. >> Yep. And I said you trespassed and you need to leave. >> And you guys gave me 15 seconds. I scared you guys. And I did I >> You said no, I'm not leaving. >> I didn't say I wasn't leaving. I didn't say that. I said I am leaving and I told you guys >> you weren't leaving until we had to do a countdown. But we're not doing this by Can you step your feet down? We still got to talk to them. >> Sir, I understand that. And I'm trying to talk to you. I'm trying to be >> No, you weren't trying to talk to us, >> sir. I'm in as much as I can get in. >> Get your feet in. >> You guys want to touch me, drag me, do all that, but you can't help me get in a seat. >> She complains about the tight space in the vehicle and claims to have a knee injury that makes it hard to get in. >> I'm being mad respectful. I'm sitting there trying to tell you what's going on. You just put me in cuffs. You didn't even give me an opportunity to talk. She He literally made her ask He literally made her say trespassing when he asked the first time. Trespassing. No. When he asked the first time, she said no. It doesn't matter. She said no. It matter. You need help with getting in. >> It does say. >> How do you need help getting in? Cuz this is not how you need help getting in. >> And where's my phone at? >> It's right here. Like God just put me in cuffs, my dude. >> This was not supposed to happen like this. >> How long has this been going on? Is she basically stalking you at this point or what's the deal? >> See, that's the thing. We stopped talking for a week pretty much. And then last night we everything's calmed down. We started talking. Not even talking again. We just we gave each other closure. >> Yeah. >> Okay. That's you know how relationships and everything end. We got closure. Of course I gave her closure. >> 4206. >> She just showed up cuz I wasn't answering my phone. >> Got you. >> Cuz we were with each other last night. Like I said, we had dinner and I came to work this morning. She just was calling my phone. I wasn't answering. She said, "Okay, hang on. He's waving me out. I'll be right back." Sorry. >> Like, y'all just sit here and say, "Y'all give me 15 seconds or you're going to go to jail." >> Cuz you refused to leave. >> I did. Even when y'all verbally asked me, sir, y'all verbally. You didn't leave. >> Y'all verbally asked me and I said yes. >> She's not getting in now. >> Sir, I'm asking you to help me. How many times did I ask you? How many times I said, "How do you want me to help you?" I said, "How do you want me to help?" I told you to say he's not doing this. >> I'm not doing this. >> She eventually gets into the car, but doesn't let up, insisting the situation has been mishandled. >> How would you like me to help you? >> How would you like to help me get in? >> Excuse me, officer. >> How would you like to help me? >> Got to get in the car, ma'am. >> All right. >> Unblockable thing real quick. >> I've been asking him for I don't know how long. He's just being rude. >> Help you, ma'am. Listen, >> I understand. I appreciate you for helping me, but he's not being respectful, sir.
