You're in trouble because you were causing a disturbance and because you plowed right through him before you hit him. >> I did not mean to plow right through you. But you were sitting there talking to me as if I was not worth anything. Even with the situation spelled out clearly, she won't let go of her protest. They remind him that this outcome was avoidable, but it's too late now. That's the only thing I'm saying. >> I told you I said I have one chance to leave and I said I'm leaving. >> You never see what you're doing. That's what you're doing. I'll take this parked outside. >> All right, Paul, we're going for a ride. After the inventory is complete, he's helped to his feet and placed into a vehicle for transport. You need assistance, sir, or are you able to get up by yourself? >> I got it. I got it. Be careful. Turn off. In the end, he's charged with trespassing and resisting without violence. Number three, Karen causes scene after being denied boarding. At Tampa International Airport, police respond to a report of a woman who forced her way onto a plane after being denied boarding. Airport police are called in, but protocol requires a supervisor before they can enter the aircraft. >> And I just observed her because obviously she's drunk and I I just watched her insane. And then she ran up the jet bridge to go get her bag because she left her bag at Gasperilla. Then I was going to have a conversation. They know she'd been drinking blah blah blah. Well, I told her she wasn't going to board until we had a conversation. She ran down the jet bridge and kept going after I told her repeatedly to come back up here and continue. Now she refuses to get off the aircraft. So we're removing her off the aircraft, but she will not come off the aircraft. >> So that is what you're walking into. >> I guess we Well, Tony's on his way. >> All right. Well, we got a supervisor on the way. >> We can go down. >> Yeah, we just can't go on the plane. >> She came off and went back on after we informed her she could not get on the aircraft. So, >> all right. Um, like I said, our supervisor's coming, so he's got to be the one to go on and like kind of get her to come up. >> So, was there any any interference? >> She had got in the face of the captain and the first officer >> was yelling at the number one >> captain, >> but nothing physical, right? It was just >> don't believe so. Hold on a second. Yeah. Um, so >> we have already been informed. Can you tell her police? No, I've already told her that. She ran back on the airplane. >> Well, police are here to >> I know, but here's what if you could kindly do this. If one of you, she's sitting right in first class. If one of you could kindly go behind in the island and the other one asked her to come off. >> We cannot go on the plane. Only supervisor. >> So, you can, but your supervisor can. >> Once the supervisor arrives, they approach the passenger and ask her to exit the plane voluntarily. She's the second seat in the green. And what's her name? My name >> first. >> What's her name? >> Lauren Nash. Okay. >> Okay. I'm going to stand behind her now and then you can talk. >> All right. >> Hi, Miss. Can you come off the plane with me? Um, >> oh, well, if you can explain to me the reason why. >> I'll explain it out there, but nope. Uh, >> miss, this is what's going to happen. Everybody's going to get off the airplane and then we're going to have to take you against your will and we don't want to do that cuz you're going to upset all these other passengers. >> Here, now here's the thing is I'm not really worried about the other passengers, but I I am worried about is my rights. And my rights are that you are to explain to me what it is that is going on. I have done nothing wrong. So, let me explain it to you. >> Nope. But you are going to listen to me first. >> I'm going to explain to you and you can after I'm done. Okay. >> She continues to resist, arguing that her rights are being violated. Despite the officer's explanations, she still behaves like this. >> So, I'm very well aware of my rights. I'm very well educated. Clearly, I'm sitting here. I have paid for this seat >> two weeks ago. >> Okay, >> I have done absolutely nothing wrong. There is something wrong with people that work for this airline that are outside >> which have made the complaint against me. I've done nothing wrong. So, if you guys want to tell me what it is that I did wrong, then maybe it'll cooperate. Well, well, the the the captain of the airplane >> No, the captain of the airplane is right there. And him and I had a very clear conversation. He does not believe that this should be happening. >> Well, he he's there and we're here >> and he's right here. And he told me to my eyes, he said this is out of his control, >> right? So that's why we come in. >> Please contact. No, but you did. >> I am first class, miss. Okay. All right. The other paper. >> Miss, there's something going on. You exhibited, Miss Nash. You exhibited some some behavior that's not conducive to them. >> Am I exhibiting that behavior? >> There's you. You've either ingested or taken something that's getting in the front of your judgment. That's all I'm saying. >> I have not. >> So, we're going to have everybody come out and then we're going to have to take >> That's fine. Can you take my bag? That is >> No, ma'am. You're refusing to You're refusing to come out. >> I'm not leaving here without my bag. Well, grab your bag and we'll take it. We'll take a look. >> You can do that. >> You can do it cuz that's your bag. That's your bag. So, you do it. >> Are you guys really this thick? Are you >> Are you wanting to get your bag conversation? Are you kidding me? >> And it's beyond his control. >> No. Listen to him. >> Officers explained that her behavior suggests impairment and that there's no way she can board the plane. Will she finally cooperate and get off the plane? Let's find out. >> Are you kidding me? >> No, he's not. >> You just grab your bag and I haven't done anything wrong. >> Well, you've exhibited some kind of behavior and that's concerned. >> No, what we're going to do now. >> What we're going to do right now is we are going to start recording this. >> I'm recording you too, so that's fine. I have no problem going on YouTube, but grab your bag and let's and let's get off the plane so you don't upset the rest of the airplane. I've already cut the ramp. >> You have? Yes. So, let's just get out, get your bag, and we'll leave. >> Here's the deal, sir. >> Uh-huh. >> Oh, I'm just going to have first class. >> Okay. >> You know what? You know what I don't like? >> You know what I don't like? I don't like >> um Let's see if first class is okay. >> Do we leave or stop? >> Uh, you don't have to unless you want to. >> We can though. >> You don't have to go. Is this your green one? >> There we go. >> All right. >> Don't you guys have more important things to do? >> We do. Yeah, we do. But this is one of the important ones. >> No, it's not. >> It is. >> No, it's really not. It's You know what it is and then we'll tell you what it is. >> All right, grab your bag and we can talk while you're walking. >> No, >> but you're telling me what to do. It doesn't work that way, Miss Nash. It doesn't work that way. Grab your bag. >> Grab your bag. >> What's going to happen? >> What's going to happen is in about 5 seconds, you're going to hand get in hand. >> What are you going to do? >> We were going to arrest you for disorderly conduct. You stopped me from that because whatever the airline was. >> Her protest carries on as she brings up her grief and claim she's the one being wronged. The real question is, will officers let it slide or is she about to face the consequences? >> Now, let me let you know something. LET ME LET YOU KNOW SOMETHING. I'M NOT ARGUING WITH ANYBODY HERE. Let me let you know something. I'm not trespassing from breathing >> and I'm not mad. >> All right, that's enough. >> That's fine. That's fine. >> That's enough. >> That's fine. That's >> Go ahead. But if you don't >> I do have official business and my son died and you already didn't let me fly. >> Huh? >> I'm good. got air back there. You want me to roll the window down or do you? >> Sir, I don't even It doesn't even matter. My son died just two days ago. >> I'm sorry. >> It don't even matter. They treated me like an animal and it is what it is. Take me to the precinct so I could call my dad. >> She's charged with disorderly conduct and trespassed from the airport. Number one, drunk passenger assaults flight attendant, then loses it at police. Officers are called in when a woman allegedly attacks a flight attendant during a flight. When officers arrive, they find her severely intoxicated and unable to stand. [Music] >> That's her. All right. Is she able to stand up on her own? >> No. >> Okay. >> All right. You want to try to uh You get a wheelchair. >> You get a wheelchair. [Music] >> Yeah. Now bring >> Yeah. Bring it in. >> Park it right here. >> All right. Are you going to move out of the way? >> All right. Here. >> Got him. All right. help her. >> Hey, we got to we got to help you up. Okay. >> Of course. >> So, >> yeah, >> it's easier for her. >> Who are you to her? Her mom. >> Her mom. Okay. So, I don't know how how how the best way to do it is >> to get out. >> Do that. >> Yeah. This is her mom. So, her get out of the way. Watch out by the way. >> And I'm I'm going to try to get her up. Okay. All right, ma'am. We're going to try to help you up. Okay. Come on up. >> Step up. >> Maybe. >> All right, we're good. >> You stand up. Lift your head up. Have a seat. Have a seat. Sit down. Sit down. >> There you go. >> Let her go up. >> I will. I will. Yeah. >> And you have everything that you need here? I >> do. They speak with her mother who explains that the woman had been drinking since early afternoon and escalated during the flight. >> So, let me just So, you weren't with her the whole time in there, but >> I was I was with her for like the whole time until like for 5 minutes and she went off to the restaurant and then just took a couple shots. >> And you weren't with her when she was drinking? >> No. >> Okay. >> I found You are so cute. >> Yeah. So, um, but yeah. And so, apparently, I don't know what happened to transpire on the plane. I know she was talking to people and jumping from seat to seat. >> Oh, you weren't sitting with her. >> I was I She was sitting like three seats above me. So I was seeing I saw the them go there and um so she was getting unruly and um just screaming >> and and so they just like >> you know we're just trying to figure out like kind of just cuz we just got a call that there was some type of >> an incident. >> Yeah. An incident. >> So we were trying to figure out what happened. We want to make sure she's okay obviously first. >> Yeah. >> Uh so you weren't like you said you weren't with her. You didn't see what she drank? Um, well, if this gives you any indication here, >> yeah, >> she's got bottles upon I I don't know how many bottles she's drank. >> Like, >> don't call me. I don't know how many bottles you've drank. >> So, not to mention >> when she started this morning. >> I don't like she start I think when we started driving down from Jacksonville to Orlando, >> we stopped at a gas station for her to go to the bathroom and she started drinking then. I think >> you remember about what time that was? >> Probably around 2:00 or something maybe. >> Yeah, she's been drinking. >> All right. So, uh you said that like you on the plane with her. Did she hit anybody? >> Not that I saw. I mean, I know she was like I think she was spotting hands away cuz they were trying to get her to move in seat. >> Okay. >> And who uh who put her in like the cops there? >> The one of the flight attendants assistants. The mother explains how things reached this point while officers take note of the details. >> Oh, and you held too. >> Yeah, >> cuz she was being was she just kind of throwing a fit, I guess. >> Yeah. And she was just like she wouldn't move from the seat and she kept like squatting them away like this when they were like, "Come on, move." And they're she's like doing this to like stop them. >> And I also noticed that uh like I mean she kind of like bit you a little bit, but like uh does she do this behavior often? >> No. Like this is not common at all. Um, but she doesn't she hasn't been drinking like she's literally ballistic out of her mind with alcohol right now. But she's not like that at all. She's very stable. >> Were you guys originally seated in those seats up there or did you guys get moved at all? >> Moved up there so that she would not disturb people. The way with her, she's not like a normal person that can just stop >> drinking because as soon as she has one drink, it's boss to the back. You can't turn it off. >> Yeah. >> So there was no stopping it once that one drink afterwards. >> So So she can have one drink and get to this point. >> Not to this point, but this only escalates when she keeps once she has one drink. She literally can't stop until she gets to this point. She climbs out. So she she can't physically stop. It's like one of the last like 45 minutes of the flight. >> Last 45 minutes of the flight. Did anything instigate it or how did that come about? >> Just her being um asked to move because she was talking to people. Um and so she moved back with people and then the flight attendant's like, "You need to move back to the seat." And and then the woman was like, "No, she can stay here. It's fine." And the flight attendant is like, "No, you need to move." And so it was back and forth like that. So she was just being a nuisance to some people around her kind of thing. And the flight attendant was trying to keep her in their seat. And I wish they would have just come to me because I didn't know. I just saw I thought they were just over there chatting and talking because it wasn't crazy. And I'm like she's very chatty when she's you know in that state. I didn't know she had gotten to. >> As they turn to assist the daughter, she begins making explicit comments and behaving inappropriately. >> I can't. [Music] >> I'm sorry you guys. Okay. >> Can you can you please get your lands get your hands off of me? >> This man has his freaking stuck in the chair. It's not him holding you there. >> I will fight you, you little blonde man. >> And I'm actually So what I'm going to do is >> know why? >> Cuz I just think you are the cutest person. Guess what? >> You stay, right? >> Okay. Can you not? >> You keep standing up. You keep moving. >> You're staying here. You're staying here for now, right? >> I'm going to kiss you. >> Oh my goodness. >> You're cute. >> My goodness. I can't wait.
