She's advising that her skull is completely broke off. People typically don't just leave it laying around. [Music] >> Back up. Back up. [Music] You get pulled over by the cops, man. Be cool. [Music] I don't even know what it is. >> Uh right now we're going to stop this car in front of us. He has a expired tag from August of 2024. Um the registered arm is also shown to have a suspended license. 763 1039 >> 78 in park place on a blue Ford Focus 2811 Alpha Delta Charlie X-ray [Music] Come on. What's up, brother? I just got uh pulled over yesterday and got a driver no license uh ticket from Aniston. >> Did you? >> And I and uh Yes, ma'am. And yesterday I uh filed for a hardship license and I got my confirmation on my email. It's just going to take a a couple weeks to get my license. >> Okay. But you are you in you are in the process? Do you have any way to verify that you're in the process of it? >> Yes, ma'am. I do. >> As long as you show that you're able you're verifying it. um that you're in the process of trying to get one. I I'll work with you on it, but you know, your tag's also expired. >> Yes, ma'am. Yeah, I know. That's why you pulled me over. Uh and the reason why uh I don't want this show. >> Look, that's my confirmation number on my email. It's probably going to be hard for you to see. >> Oh, you just applied for it like two days ago? >> Uh yesterday. Yes, ma'am. >> Okay. Uh you got your ID on you by chance? >> Yes, ma'am. And then a insurance card for the vehicle as well. And you got your ID on you, man. All right. Perfect. Is there is there any reason why the tax expired? You just haven't gone to renew it or is the license holding you back? >> Uh, no. It's uh I was probably about six or seven months ago. I was one month late on paying my insurance. And they're wanting me to pay a $200 >> fine because you didn't have you weren't able to verify >> insurance. I got it. But I'm going to get it because I've already got two or three tickets and uh I'm going to try to do it next week because when I go to court for that, I think they'll drop it. >> Okay. >> Is what the officer told me anyways. >> Okay. Um so right now >> in 104 the uh driver is shown to have a suspended license. We stopped him for an expired tag. Um, the passenger is shown to have a warrant through our agency uh for theft. It's confirmed. Um, and she's also shown to be on probation. So, we're going to get her out of the car, search her, handcuff her, and then uh I'm going to give the driver a warning. He's he was able to show that he's in the process of trying to get a hardship license, and uh I'm not going to I'm not going to try to impede him from that as long as he's trying, which he is. All right. You just face that way. You put your hands behind your back for me. You know you got a warrant through us? >> No, I didn't. >> You got a theft warrant through us? >> I just got out of prison. >> She just got out of prison. >> It was issued in August. >> Yeah. She just got out of prison uh Monday. Uh Monday. She just got out of prison Monday. >> Yeah, they >> they confirmed it. They issued it back in August. So, I guess when you're in prison, they didn't extradite you on it. So, uh I don't know. >> They told her she didn't have a warrant though. She got out of prison. >> So, our warrants don't normally show up. If somebody runs them on a computer, they got to run them over a dispatch system. Um and then uh they'll let us know. Uh we keep a lot of our warrants in house. >> Um so, what do I got to do to uh get her out of jail? >> She'll have a bond as soon as we get up there. I think it's like a,000. What was it? 1,000. I think it's 1,074 cash. >> Cash. All right. What if I don't got the cash? >> She'll have to wait till Tuesday for court. Tuesday. >> Yeah. >> So that's only Christine. That's only like 3 or 4 days. >> Yeah. It's not bad. Is there any property you have that you want him to have with you? >> Christine, >> you want you want your hat to stay with him or anything? >> Or your ID? >> It's only three or four days. >> Don't pull my hair. >> I knew you. >> You want him to have your ID or you want me to take it? >> Hey, what time is >> here? That's her ID, too. Okay. >> Hey, what time is Court Tuesday? >> It'll be at 3:00. >> At 3:00 in the afternoon. You're going to get out and I look Hey, >> I know you want to talk to me right now. I'm mad. >> Okay, fair enough. You don't have to. >> I love you. >> I love you, too. Bye. >> Can you just stay with her back in my car? >> You just got to get this over with. There's one thing less you're going to have to worry about. >> Okay, man. Um, like I said, she obviously she's going to go to jail. Uh, I'm not going to write you any tickets if you you show me you're trying to work on your license. >> And you've seen that confirmation. >> Yeah, that and that's why I'm not I'm not going to lie to you. When I stopped you, I was going to, but I'm not going to sit there and try to mess with people as long as they're actually going through the proper steps of trying to get your license. >> I've changed my whole life. I've been sober for 3 years. >> Good for you, man. I'm proud of that. >> And uh and I'm really trying to help her. >> Proud of that, man. >> You know what I mean? I'm really trying to help her. Like, we just got this place in Oxford, so >> Yeah, I got you, man. >> And I appreciate you for not writing me no tickets. >> Yeah. And then get the tag fixed as soon as you can, but you got valid insurance. That's my main concern, honestly. >> Um, so I'm not going to write you any tickets. With that being said, man, is there anything in the car that shouldn't be in the car? >> Absolutely not. Would you have a problem if I search the vehicle? >> Oh, don't. And I do got a prescription of uh Subox. >> As long as prescription. Ain't no worries, man. >> Is this in my backpack? >> Okay. Just wait for me to come over there. Okay, bud. All right. Just want to hop out whenever you're ready. You just face the car. Do you mind if I pat you down, dog? I don't at all. Mine's sharp. You mind if I go in your pocket? Go ahead. You want to stand on my front bumper right here? >> You want to swap with me, Taye? >> Do what? >> You want to swap with me? >> What? >> Stand with him? Yeah. Consensual vehicle search. Okay. You got anything on you, ma'am? >> No, ma'am. >> You just want to hop out. I'm just going to search you real quick. >> You just want to face that way. >> Okay. No knives, needles, unarp. Okay. Uh, so right now the female's in custody on the warrant she's got through us. Um, told the driver I wasn't going to write him any tickets or anything like that. Asked if we could search the vehicle. >> Uh, he said we could. So, we're going to do a consensual vehicle search and as long as there's nothing in there, we'll let him go and we'll take her on the warrant. >> I love Look, I'll be at 3:00 on Wednesday. You'll be getting out >> Tuesday. >> Tuesday. >> Tuesday. >> Tuesday. >> Oh, yeah. Cuz your interview's Wednesday at 3:00 at that place. Well, you're going to get out Tuesday. Guaranteed. I promise you're going to get out. >> Well, I know that >> you're going to get out. Just It's going to be hard. I love you with all my heart. >> I love you. >> All right. >> All right, man. Like I said, just get your license fixed and then get that uh tag fixed, too. >> All right. And thank you for not running no tickets. >> Yeah, no problem, man. You have a good day. All right. You too. >> Uh we're heading to a wreck involving a passenger car and a garbage truck was just flagged down by individual driving down the road. We're about to be up on it now. 743 1023 28 for the vehicle passenger cars. One more in Charlie zero tango whiskey three >> 10 park is it going to be 2278 right at chevron >> 10 either one of y'all Negative. No injuries. >> 1025 unit. >> Y'all don't need medics for anything. >> No medics. 10 for 1025. >> All right. So tell them what happened. >> 756. >> I'm trying to get to my mama. She's got to go to the hospital. I've got a lot of other stuff going on. I wasn't in my head. giving a courtesy white >> panel window like that and then I hope >> I thought he was going till I wasn't going >> how fast you think he was going when you hit him. >> Okay. I mean >> you sure >> I was I come to a complete stop and then I passed it. So maybe >> 7:44 tonight. >> Okay. I'm assuming you want a wreck report. >> I'm so mad right now. God damn it. >> Got you got your in or license, everything on you? >> I don't know if it's still drivable or not. >> It won't. >> Okay. Do you want a specific tow company to come get it or just whoever we got on rotation? >> 742. >> Whoever we have >> 743 1051 one time. 431. Wesley's 95. I believe I have everything I need from you if you want to cut out. Um I'll just hang out with her until the record gets here. >> Appreciate it. >> Yes, sir. >> Uh so right now we're waiting on the tow company to get here and pick his car up. And uh while we're waiting, I'm just going to start these people's report. [Music] What's up, buddy? >> Hey, how are you? >> I'm here. >> I guess she's waiting on somebody to come pick her up or >> pick her up, though. She wants the car towed. Yeah, we're we're taking it back to our shop. >> All the stuff, but I just grabbed my purse and like two bags I had up front. And Henrik and Jacob and Jordan are actually right almost here. They're right over there. So, >> you want me to give you a ride to the Chevron till they get here? >> Uh, yeah. Um, it should be >> Hey, come here. Look. Come back this way. >> All right. He's going to give me a ride to serve on >> 2006. He was there 25 years >> 10 five on a white female to Chevron. Beginning mileage when ready. >> Begin mileage. 73212 >> 743 1023 >> ending mileage 73213. >> So we just got done doing that wreck. Um now we're going to do the wreck report. that way they can pick up a copy of it for insurance purposes. And we're 108 waiting on the next call. >> So, what we just got called to is to assist fire EMS. Uh, someone called in, it looks like anonymously, saying that they needed an ambulance because someone was not breathing. Um, they said it was right across from a motel. uh fire department got on scene, couldn't find a patient, but still wanted law enforcement out because the building looked to be boarded up and no one was supposed to be living in it. What it seemed like to them. Hello. Have you guys seen anyone coming and going from this place right here? Besides the fire department, I'm sure they were just out here, right? >> Oh, yeah, they were. >> Did you have you seen anyone else besides them? >> Um, there was uh >> to be honest with you, >> we sitting out back on the steps. >> Uh-huh. >> To get out of the sun. >> Yeah. >> And then a bunch of people come running out >> of this building. >> Out of this house here. Out of the back. You'll see the door down. Okay. Did fire department go in there at all? Do you know? >> I believe they did. >> Okay. >> And the ambulance, EMS, >> and there's been people Someone called uh 911 and asked me if I had some Narco. >> Narcan. >> Narcan. Yeah. And I said, "No, I don't." >> Okay. >> Start carrying that with me. >> Do you know who owns this place? It's some uh >> amigo in Texas. >> In Texas. Okay. Um No, we'll look in to see what's going on and uh we'll go from there. Okay. If you guys do see anyone that's not supposed to be there, you just give us a holler. Okay. >> It's also coming off. >> Thank you. >> And that's what's where the problem becomes because they're not just over there. They're coming over here and starting and uh trying to break into stuff. >> Do you know how many people are over there? >> Like three or four. >> Okay. uh males, females, both >> male and female both. Uh but yeah, like I said, you guys been out here so many times to get these guys out and they can't do nothing without the landlord's permission and that's where it becomes a ci a civil thing. >> You know what I mean? But the other thing is the fact what I'm scared of is because we have a kid upstairs and my son comes, my son or my daughter comes and uh we have people coming in onto our land and broke that door and broke the back door and has tried to get in our side door. Okay. >> So, it's it's becoming more of an issue than is helpful and it's causing us issues. >> Okay. So sure is really probably like a another unit maybe to Just clear it. I'm going to try to call dispatch real quick. Hey, this is 49. Hey, do you do you know if anyone uh like fire or EMS went inside this building? Okay. Do you do you mind uh sending out another unit? Because there is an open back door here. It is all boarded up. It doesn't look like anyone should be here. Um but just to go in and clear it, it's kind of bigger. So, and we have an upstairs and downstairs. Okay, thank you. >> We'll wait for 141 to get here and uh then we'll go inside and clear it. I've never been called to this place. Is she someone on the porch? >> Huh? >> Was she somebody on the porch that you spoke with? >> No, she was down the street. She just walked up here. She's on the phone with someone. >> She keeps looking at the same. >> Mhm. >> Did you call 911? >> I didn't call 911. Yeah, I called the ambulance. >> What's going on? >> Um, it's over with. Um, the ambulance came. >> Okay. But why'd you call EMS? >> Um, I looked over and he was he was gone. >> What do you mean he was gone? >> He was gone. Like he was blue and um >> Is he still upstairs? >> No. >> Where's he at? >> I don't know. He disappeared. >> So he was blue and then got up and walked away. >> Missing? >> Yeah. Um, he was he was >> Okay. Have you been in here? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Well, I don't think you need to be in here. Um, well, I mean, not at this moment, but it's I'm going to get what to eat. >> I understand that you're feeling overwhelmed, Robert. >> Huh? >> The right way. >> Well, no one's supposed to be in here. >> Okay. >> I understand that. >> So, >> I understand that you'd like to be alone right now. >> Gemini, please be quiet. >> It's okay to feel that way. If you need some space, >> Gemini, that's perfect. >> Can I get your name? >> I'm having a conversation. Please be quiet. >> Yes. You call me Gemini. How can I help you today? >> I want you to be quiet. How do you spell that? >> M A D A L Y N. Gemini, I'm not speaking here. Please be quiet. >> Well, just stand right here for me. >> I understand. I'll be quiet now. >> Uh, what's your address? >> Um, my home address is >> Okay, I understand. >> Gemini, please. >> I'll be quiet now if you need it. >> Park City, Kansas. >> What are you doing down here? >> Um, I frequent this area. >> Okay. When are you going back home? Um, I I visit. I mean, I try to visit up there. >> Okay. And who is this guy that was up there? >> I mean, he he was a friend of mine. He's like my boyfriend, but >> What's his name? >> Um, it's um like Roilio. >> Roelio. >> I mean, I really don't want I mean, I don't really give you that information cuz I don't know his situation. Well, we just want to Well, what we're going to end up doing is we're going to end up going inside, making sure no one's in there and possibly overdosing. Um cuz someone who I talked with here on on scene said that someone came up to him and asked him for Narcan. So, what I would believe Narcan to be used for is someone for overdosing. >> Yeah. It doesn't need to be an open space for like >> um so I would like to have his information just in case he is up there and >> um he he's not I spoke to him. I don't know where he's at. He just said no problems like there's no problems. >> Is he a white male, Hispanic male, black male? >> Hispanic. >> Okay. How about how old do you think he is? >> About 40. >> How tall is he? Do you think? >> Um 56. What was he wearing? >> Um, maybe gray. >> Gray. >> Something gray. >> Like gray. What? >> Um, >> like shirt, pants. What? What was the color of his shirt? Pants. >> I'm going to say maybe tan pants. And he didn't have a shirt on because I was doing CPR on it. >> Okay. So, no shirt. Well, we're just waiting for another officer to get here so we go in there and um clear the residence. >> First, >> you'll stay out here when we go in there. >> As far as I know that they they cleared out. >> Okay. >> But when you go in, there's all kinds of like different ways to go. >> Okay. No, we'll we'll uh we'll figure that out when we go in there. What I might have you do is hold the downstairs for us and we'll go inside and clear the upstairs >> and just wait here with for her just so we can get the upstairs cleared first. >> That's good. I'm glad that we uh cuz I was kind of thinking the same thing cuz it looks it looks like it goes. >> Uh well, I'm just going to keep her here right now. She's the one who called 911. Um Cash is going to wait right here. hold the stairs while we go and clear the upstairs where the guy is supposed to be down at or the person is supposed to be down at. >> Oh, he's supposed to be >> supposed to be. So, it's pretty big. So, I wanted to get another officer out here. >> Watch out for the human species. They always have the >> Have you been out here? >> I've cleared this probably five times. >> Okay. >> So, >> all right. Well, you you're going to wait right here with my other partner right here. Um you can stay right there. Um but this >> um Yeah, we'll be back out. >> Waw police. Witchaw police and things and suddenly >> probably. >> All right. Well, you can go ahead and leave. Uh don't be coming back here. This is boarded up for a reason. >> Yeah. >> Okay. All right. Go ahead. >> How do we go about finding out about it? Like I mean cuz I >> It's not for sale. >> How How do you know? >> Cuz uh we have contact with the owner, but we can't get a hold of the owner and the owner doesn't live here. >> So right now it's not for sale. Um it's obviously boarded up, so no one's supposed to be in here. Um so >> but it's still an abandoned well. >> It's it's abandoned, but it still has an owner. So, the reason for being called out on this was the person that was found unresponsive. I'm end up making contact with the actual calling party and she said guy that was unresponsive got up and walked away. Uh, called some more officers on scene. We cleared the residence that looked to be abandoned or boarded up. Um, didn't find anything inside. So, what I'm going to do is I'm going to pull a case and kind of document what she said and just kind of go from there. Nothing criminal at this time. So, >> uh, right now we're heading to Goodwill. The one of the employees at the store called and says that an unknown customer left a jar in one of the changing rooms and they believe that it is drugs or illegal substances. So, we're heading there now to take a look at it and collect it. Yeah. Interesting find. >> Easy. >> Yeah, that's quite a bit. People typically don't just leave it laying around. So, we will take that for sure. Thank you, sir. >> Thank you, guys. >> So, the Goodwill employee turned this into me. It's essentially just a glass jar full of Normally, I would test it if we knew who the suspect was. Since we don't have a known suspect, I'm just going to submit it as evidence. Uh, I talked to them about camera footage. They can't access it, but their corporate can, so I'll put that in my report as well. It's going to be a suspect case since we don't know who had it in their possession. And if detectives review it, if they're able to locate who brought it in or who had it on them and they wish to test it, then they can do so. At this time, I'm not going to simply it' just be a waste of a test kit since we don't know who owned it. >> Stopping this vehicle for a stop sign violation. Stopped pretty much in the intersection. Hello, Debbie. Just with the sheriff's office. So, stopping you cuz when you came through the stop sign here, you stopped way in front of the stop sign pretty much in the intersection. You want to stop behind it before you roll out in front of it. Oh, I didn't see the white line before. So, >> it's just it's not even the white line. It's the stop sign itself. >> Oh, okay. >> Yeah. So, um do you have your license with you? >> Is it paper? >> Yeah, I'm getting it in the mail. >> Okay. >> I lost my other one. I filed the police report. Uh >> Okay. >> So, my other one was in there. So, >> Gotcha. Okay. Uh it's valid. >> Yeah. >> Okay. And there's cars registered and insured. >> Yeah. You want my stuff? >> Did you have your registration slip with you? >> Perfect. Okay. Give me just a few minutes. We'll be right back. Okay. [Applause] [Music] Okay, there's those two back. Is there any reason you still have your Montana license? Do you live out here or live in Montana? >> Um, I live here and I tried to get a Nevada driver's license, but my last name is different on my birth certificate than on everything else. >> Yeah. >> And I have to go to the court to legalize my last name. So that's why I don't have a Nevada driver's license. Oh, >> okay. Gotcha. It said he had one that was cleared before. Was that an ID card? >> I've never had a Nevada license. >> Okay. Um other than that, um since your whole car was in front of the stop sign, just a ticket for the position and method of the stop. Okay. So you have until September 9th to get this taken care of. It is criminal. All that means is if you don't pay it by September 9th or I'm sorry, 10th at 8:00 in the morning, you'll have a warrant for this ticket. All right? So make sure you get it taken care of. the information for the courts at the top. There is a website. You can go on there and get it taken care of without having to go in in person or you can go in person if you like to since you live here. Okay. Any questions? Okay. Drive safely. All right. So, we're getting dispatched to a trespassing/disturbance over at uh our the Southern Nevada Detention Center for Civic. It's a federal prison that's in our town. Um apparently a congressman and some others are at the front gate and refusing to leave. um the ordinate has advised them to depart the federal property or their private property and they're refusing to. We're going to meet up um with some of our units and we don't know what kind of size of crowd we're dealing with or anything like that if there is any. So, we're just going to rally up with some of our partners and then we'll approach and um sounds political motivated. So, we'll see what's going on when we're just a couple minutes away. Hello, man. What's up? Apparently, they're already leaving. Sounds good to me. Black Cadillac and a or a black Yeah, black Cadillac and a black Honda with Nevada plates. We got the call for trespassing or disturbance um occurring at the local state prison or the local federal prison. Uh some sort of mot uh political motivated thing. So anyways, uh we rallied up to make a plan and we don't know what we're going to deal with and our command staff and our executive staff have basically handled the situation. Um the people have departed um prior to our arrival. Um we saw them driving away. So uh if they do come back and cause a disturbance, the warden of the prison does want them trespassed. Um so we'll do that if they do come back. But something tells me that they won't be back. I don't know what their motivation or drive of being there is. Although, just given their positions in government. I'm sure it's something to do with um politics in nature. But either way, we will clear and we will go handle some of the other calls that are going on. So, we're arriving on a call right now with some other deputies for a welfare check. Uh wife said her husband was drunk and uh kind of acting kind of weird. Said he was waiting for her to get home. So she just wanted us to come make contact with him and make sure he's good before she went inside the house. Go check on him. >> Huh? >> She's in there. She went in there with >> Okay, >> we're good. >> Good. She's advising she doesn't know who the suspect was and is now stating that her husband was shot as well. >> All right. So, we're in route to a weapons offense. >> Can you step outside? >> The reporting party is 12 years old um and is advising that her mother has just been shot in the head. There's a lot of missing parts to this right now, but the mother is now on landline advising that the husband has also been shot. >> And right now, we don't know who the suspect is. pain. >> So, we're in route to that code three >> and uh hopefully get them some medical attention and make sure everybody's okay and start our investigation and see what's really going on. It's you don't expect this stuff, you know? You just >> get called to something like this and it's like >> the RP is 12, you know, and like the first thing that goes through my mind is a kid seeing this, you know? >> I don't know. It's It's nuts, man. >> It sounds like possibly maybe some sort of driveby. is conscious breathing. >> So the female is I guess was on the line with dispatch and she's advising that her skull is completely broke off. So it sounds like the female. So first it was a 12year-old and now it's the female victim from what it sounds like that's been shot. but somehow is managing to call 911 as well. And uh the hus she's advising that the husband from what I'm reading has also been shot as well. Sheriff's Office. >> Hey buddy, >> can you step out here for me? >> Please. No, no, no. Are they here? >> Oh my god. >> Last one. >> Uh, thank you. Uh, so I don't know. He's He's bleeding out from here. I >> made entry. >> Yeah, the main entry is Okay. >> We have one male that's bleeding through his neck. >> Okay. Yeah, but he's still breathing. He's still >> Okay. Where Where are you, shot, ma'am? >> Uh, I I guess in the back of my scalp. Will you please please please? I have his army. >> There is nobody. >> Listen. Listen. Here. Here. Take care of yourself. Okay. Here. I got him. I got him. I got him. >> He's barely breathing now. >> Okay. Ma'am. Here. >> Here. Take a seat. Take a seat. Take a seat. >> Here. Here. Take a seat. Ma'am. Ma'am. I'm going to take care of I need you to take a seat. I need you to take a seat. >> I know. You're okay. Come here. Come here for me. Okay. >> Sir, come here. You're okay. I got you. Sir, where did they get? Come here. I want to make sure that you're okay. Okay. >> Come here. Come out. Nope. Nope. We're not going back there. Here. >> One. The male is still breathing. >> Who else is in here? >> It's only three supposed to according to the RP. >> Hey, bow and arrow. Cover that side of the house until he can get back on. >> All right. Push. Take first floor. [Music] Sir, can you hear me? >> Just hang in there, okay? We're going to have medics come get you. Okay. >> He's breathing. >> He's breathing. He's still breathing. >> Hey, sir. >> Sir, how you doing? >> We got medics coming. Okay. They're almost here. All right. Yeah. [Music] So the lady was holding his neck. >> I told him not to move. >> So she said it was his neck. She was holding his neck as soon as I got in here. >> Hey, can you hear me? I don't see nothing back here. >> What's your name, buddy? >> Figure out. So, she was holding his neck and she was saying that he was shot in the neck when I got here. >> Cuz I have a huge hematoma back to her head. >> You hear me? Talk to me. What's your name? Hey, >> you don't even have enemies like that. >> We're not affiliated with the cartel. I I like to watch All right. So, we're just clearing from that weapons offense. Um, so we made arrival and the male was on the couch with the female holding him by the neck. The female had obvious laceration to the uh back of her head. She was advising she was shot. She was advising that he was shot and in the neck. That's why she was holding the neck. So, we went ahead and cleared the house and uh didn't see anybody else inside the residence. And both parties are being transported by medics. The male didn't seem to have any obvious trauma caused by a uh bullet or anything, but investigators are still actively investigating cuz there's a lot of questions on that call. And um we totally aren't sure exactly what happened yet, but detectives are on scene processing the scene and um seeing what they can gather. [Music] Heat. [Music] Heat. [Music]
