them and uh they're getting signs of intoxication so I'm going to head over here see if the male's willing to do uh field sobriety tests run them through he does have history for DUI a lot of the times uh when we have DUIs I've just done so many of them that uh I can knock out the report and the field sobriety tests pretty quickly um I don't mind taking these reports sometimes uh I just show up and do the field sobriety test other times I'll take the whole report so we'll see what's going on with this and how I want to handle it well uh I was leaving the bar and then they got me but I I I've done enough of these to see that you know he has a little bit in his eyes but when somebody is truly over the legal limit they will have indicators such as uh basically rapid twitching at the edge of their eyes when they look to the edge of my finger um he didn't have anything that was distinct it didn't keep going naturally when your eyes go to the edge you'll have a little bit of a Flicker and about 3 to 4 seconds it'll stop his did not continue um he passed one leg stand walk and turn a lot of people mess up in specific areas when they're intoxicated he passed it I personally don't think he's drunk but based on what he said about hey I just came from a bar in maybe 20 30 minutes that alcohol absorbs he might be drunk so we're going to have somebody come pick him up um basically same as the last stop before his behavior keyed up to the cops over here and they ended up walking up because he pulled into a residence that wasn't even his and that's always a huge red flag for criminal activity um he was probably just nervous didn't want to get busted but there's nothing to get busted for here we got a call of a road rage incident out on the regular Highway a suspect was driving a silver buting with no rear window the person calling in said he was being aggressive towards her and was following close behind tried to follow her into a parking lot supposedly has a siren on his car and was trying to sound the siren to get her to stop so we're going to go we found a vehicle at his address we're going to go knock on the door talk with him see what his deal is and investigate from there sh's apartment hi where's Raymond he's in the backyard want to get him yeah if you can get him okay hold on supposedly he's in the backyard she's going to go get him and come around and have a talk with him looked inside the window it looks like he does have some sort of siren system so that is against the law to have on vehicles out here especially if you're trying to use it posing as a police officer Raymond what's up why are we getting phone calls that you're chasing people down chiring the siren old ladies following in parking lot doctor's office I was coming here hold no she was going the same direction I was you I was you know this is where I live she came by my house she came by your house yeah she drove right right by right by here was some other guy in a red shirt and then all poting in my house I need like she she swerved into me on purpose um back here on this back street right here she like act like she was in like running me like like in the road so I just turned around and I was just like you know like what's up I was going to see like what their problem was okay all right obviously we're receiving numerous calls man numerous your not today was the one but over the past couple weeks we just had one the other day I mean your car is distinguishable it sticks out yeah that you're going around chirping your siren you got a siren on it yeah I got a p on there but I don't really trip it like behind anybody like I'm pulling anybody over I I'll like usually talk on it most of the time like I was like tell the kids you know at the park stay in school and [ __ ] like that okay but what do you think most people are going I think that I have a pa okay but when you're buzzing at like a siren too you're not even supposed to have those on your car all right well then I'll take you know you can get a freaking ticket it's a criminal act to have any type of red and blue light no I got no that's yellow light that's like know that's that's my fog lights you're pushing a a very thin line of I mean you know based off your record you don't even be drawing no law enforcement attention to right yeah because eventually you're going to get caught doing that down the road and we catch you driving it most lik you're going to get it that sucker toad how's toad if I have it insured and all that good stuff for the siren and stuff if we determine that hey can't you just confiscate the siren then you know you got to take the whole vehicle we can it's used for criminal ax I'm not a criminal though I'm not doing anything to if people feel you're impersonating police officer you're getting behind them tripping a siren getting out pa telling people what to do the only ones who do that are telling kids stay in school what to do whenever I go back to Ohio I was going to do it on like back in 2011 but then I came out here and I decided to see if I could call um was calling like pay to fins or whatever from here but then they said I to show the court and I was just like well I ain't got nothing left to go back to in Ohio so you know so drugs and and factory work well that lady had a problem or something like I was just multiple occasions that you do so you need to remove it completely cuz the NRS statute says remove that we need to remove it and or destroy it I'm going to allow you to remove it all right man all hopefully I see so made contact this was going to be our suspect from the initial road rage incident um he admitted he had the siren and PA system in his car he showed to me advised him it's against the law to have that and to be using it in public uh per our statutes out here he's required to or police officers are required to remove it and destroy it so he removed it and destroyed it and was given a warrant so we're going to a disturbance it's an ongoing issue is a female she's got a lot of issues going on drugs all kinds of other stuff but she's always causing disturbance out this place place she lives at trailer park Unit were out there earlier talking to her she was beating on the walls and yelling and screaming at people now apparently she's taking things from other people's uh spaces in front of their trailers banging on some of the property and beating on some of the property around the trailer park so they wanted to trespass from some more parts of the trailer park here some people at the trailer park already have a restraining order against her so apparently now she's laying down somewhere in a garden so that's good so we're going to go over here and uh address her again see if she actually stole some stuff and trespass her from wherever the management wants her trespass from and go from there she's known to be obstructive resistive she's recently been in jail I arrested her a few weeks ago so not really sure what you're going to get when you when you come in contact with her but we're just uh about to pull in here so we'll see if we can find her s they don't be out there we're going to be on the west side of the clubhous at the Garden I'm getting out the window down let a little cool out I got to get out and talk to Gina anyways Gina Gina come here come arrest her for any violation of that so she's going to go back to her property probably going to get another call unfortunately it's such Miss meor crimes that if people want to site her for they can but nothing that's going to get her out of the area so she's going to continue to be a problem unless she does something that's that's arrestable so we're going to leave she's going to go back doing her thing and if we get called back here we'll address her and see if there's anything else we can do later and she left her hat so we're going to get out of here and go find something else while
