walking towards the square heard a man identified as City councelor at large Steve stanganelli this guy literally jumped on three of our vehicles and he's gone postal through this he was like jump hey cut it out sit down now right no reason for that whatsoever none whatsoever no we were just driving through he he jumped on ours and there was two other ones that he had jumped on the hood okay who whose C did he jump on he got he hit ours he hit a truck so he came I I was I pared so they're coming Dre in a parade and he comes out into the wall get in front of the truck and then throws himself he says that they weren't stopping at the stop sign so he 34 you in root down here one's uh Steve stagi he's causing issues down here he's screaming at them one two three they're telling him to get out of the way he throws himself into the truck and then screams at them no the first one was a gray truck down in the parade so the first one was a different person this is the third one he did it to to call him and he's going to give me a statement he's like I had nothing to do with the parade I was just walking through downtown he's a Hu the aggressor he was walking in between the cars egging him on trying to provoke a alteration in the midle there's another guy that wanted to be anonymous witness uh gave my business guy he has video of it he's trying to say stag he did nothing wrong I said well if you have video I was like send it so he didn't want to give his name but I know it was kids from school there's a female it's in there writing a written statement she was the one I was talking to here okay what was going down we got we got two up there one right here all right and he's 15 all right I'm going to video the phone all right I'll get him back stanganelli was charged with disorderly conduct and there is public outcry for him to be removed from office
