[Music]
hey
so what is this
what is he saying this
what's your middle name
you don't have a middle name
so your middle name
is alexian
you never had a driver's license in
patterson
p.a
never had one
i can't hear you
yeah but do you have a driver's license
that's within within the state and he's
50 states
51 states let's say that you are
permitted to drive or operate a motor
vehicle on any public highways
okay
what is your nation
but even that even as indians you're
still committed
by the laws of the state
right you can't go out and commit murder
and expect oh because
you know
um
[Music]
okay let's classify your house as well
peace officers yes okay and what what
official duties are you doing now
what kind of training
submitted to him but it's not been
signed as when
it's official or it's the law does that
make sense
no i don't have no questions for him
like i just need y'all to identify
yourself because both of y'all have this
is not and this is this is not a
driver's license or this is a form of
identification but it's not a driver's
license you're operating a vehicle
within the state of georgia right you
need a actual driver's license to permit
you in any state to drive or operate
this vehicle okay
but it's not it's not a driver's license
at all
registered in any state
documents
saying that
what's your name
sir i'm the attorney general i'm going
to try it my name is charles
okay
yes sir and what state y'all
we're in all 50 states
the july 2 nation the cherokee nation is
in all 50 states all 50 states have
these as well as washington d.c
and i'm
come back
okay
i'm not doing any of this right now
until my investigation is complete
driver exit the vehicle
so what is what is going on here
what is what is you don't have a
driver's license
right they said that your driver's
license is
okay so you don't have you don't have
the actual driver's license
travel monsters which is what
our nation
for the cherokee nation's logging
for
any nation that called upon us
what's your name
headquarters
[Music]
where's your
downtown atlanta
so you've never had a driver's license
have you ever had a social security
number
when you were two do you remember that
number
have you ever been arrested before
don't reach
what
[Music]
when you reach the age of 18 or 16 years
you've never had so have you ever been
in the military and you had a driver's
license before
no
so hold on you've been in the military
the only exception you would have is
you'd be excused to obtain in that
state's driving license because you move
around so much you're exempt from the
30-day rule of updating your address
information that's that that's it okay
so you you
down here
how old were you
okay well i'm gonna need some sort of
documents thank you because what he's
presenting is that he submitted
something to the gut here's where we are
he submitted something to the governor
right
so that the governor can accept y'all as
a nation or a tribe
as for y'all to do your own thing the
governor has not signed up
but has it been fun
so
there's no so-called
[Music]
so you have a very permanent
oh
yes
[Music]
how can i help
yeah so that's what i'm saying the
governor has not found that their work
of course it's long
it's long but it hasn't been found
later
but here's the thing they're identifying
themselves
oh
okay i can talk to him now what so
what's the issue now
oh
[Music]
hey
so
[Music]
yes
does that come from the department of
driver services
yes no this is it
where'd you get that pack from
[Music]
this vehicle
shouldn't have a tag on it for rhode
okay how did that go
they asked questions
we've got the governors of whatever
state we're in
on the problem
we've made another 30 minutes
what nation is that
yeah
[Music]
h
what kind of is this like a patrol car
is that what this is
no
gonna go
the attorney general has what
rhode island
[Music]
how long did that take
yes pull over and sleep
