on november 3rd 2021 a nearby police
agency requested assistance from the
lacrosse police department and taking in
38 year old travis householder into
custody travis was recently fired from
his job and sent messages to staff
members at the company he made threats
to murder the victims families and make
them watch
an officer parked in an alley west of
travis's residence and was able to
observe travis exit the residence and
get into his vehicle
with the knowledge of the felony charges
and active warrant the officer
repositioned his squad car near the
apartment entrance and activated his
lights
due to the level of violent threats to
others the officer drew his firearm and
provided commands to travis to raise his
hands
travis stopped his vehicle in the
parking lot and was shaking his head
indicating he wasn't going to comply
what's that help me move forward
he's still refusing commands he's uh
looks like he's trying to park his car

got out of the vehicle he's uh recording
his cell phone recording out and is
recording us and
we're giving commands that
he just he started retreating right back
to his uh
around the corner over here
um retreated back into his room
and i deployed less legal hit him in the
stomach degree got him with a taser and
had no effect

talking to the dna i wanted to try to do
two threads
it was parked on the a little bit saw
the guy walk towards the
dumpster over there put something in
there
right then that's travis i know that's
travis hold up pleasure i mean he was
already walking twice a car

contact with travis requesting him to
exit the residence safely
