on February 27th 2024 an officer approached a woman who matched the description of a suspected shoplifter this is my belongings this is all I belong keep your hand out of the bag put it down put the phone down and give me an ID an ID for what sir ma'am I will place you under arrest and he sub anything okay they told me at Target you you stole a bag of stuff I didn't steal anything sir okay don't
