on november 4th 2021 police were called
to a local park after a woman was seen
lighting a porta potty on fire in la
crosse wisconsin
the woman was identified as 46 year old
melissa miller
melissa reportedly removed toilet paper
from a dispenser inside the porta potty
and placed it on the toilet floor
she then lit the toilet paper on fire
which caused a large flame to erupt
witnesses also said she placed other
items on top to keep the fire going
a bystander confronted melissa and put
out the fire the porta potty sustained
significant damage
melissa then sat on a picnic table and
remained there until police arrived

apparently this was melissa's second
encounter with police in less than a
week
police were called to a residence on
october 28th where a 14 year old said
melissa slapped her in the face and
punched her with a closed fist
she then also burned a mattress inside
the residence
