By the end of it all, the wife was the one who faced the charges, including trespass after warning, battery on an officer, and resisting arrest with violence. Woman misses her flight, then blames racism. In our final case, police respond to Orlando International Airport after a woman was reported to have caused a disturbance. ALL I'M TRYING TO GET IS DIRECTION AND HIS punk up here getting mad at me cuz I'm trying to GET TO MY FLIGHT. You ain't get to your flight. I'm not your daughter. Don't talk to me crazy. Calm down. >> HE GONNA SAY I DID SAY I WAS GOING TO SLAP YOU. THAT WASN'T DIRECTED TOWARDS YOU. THE SHOE FIT WEAR IT. It I wasn't directing it towards you. >> Ma'am, come on. Let's >> go. You could get slapped. Ma'am, let's walk over. Let me help you. What a ma'am. I'm trying to go through my flight. I got to get You missed it. You missed it. We're going to come here. Y'all know somebody is going to for me or I will be happy with a smile ON MY FACE GOING TO JAIL. >> Listen to me, okay? That's the last thing. That is the last thing you want to do. >> How is the last thing y'all want to do? Ain't nobody helping me at all. >> I'm trying to help you, but you're yelling. Stop yelling. Talk to me. Let me help you. >> Okay? >> Because if you don't let me help you, >> you don't got to scream at me. You're screaming at me. IF I'M FRUSTATED, IT'S NOT GOOD FOR YOU TO BE FRUSTRATED. I don't care. Don't let nothing scare me. That gun ass don't scare me so you can stop screaming at my face from >> passenger. >> Okay, now let's calm down. >> What a you flying >> elevators and all that stuff. >> At this point, she's already missed her flight, but the officers are still willing to help sort things out as long as she cooperates. >> What's that? >> Yeah. Yeah. No, we're just going to go. Ma'am, listen. Just let you know, I don't know if Frontier has flights, the flight every hour or so. So, I just want to let you know, keep in mind that the next flight to Philadelphia could be tomorrow, could be the next day. All right? But listen, listen to me. Okay? Now, now that we're calmed down, okay? I am sorry that TSA did not treat you the way you, you know, uh, you need to be treated, but this attitude, it's not going to get you anywhere. If you just paid $189 and they telling you you got to go over there and nobody asked the lady my son I asked I said can you help me she looked at me she said no what kind >> you don't have your you don't have your driver's license >> I don't I lost my driver's license but I got my card and everything else >> so what they do is they make you do what's called secondary did you do the phone thing >> and I was fine with that. Okay. >> But they didn't help me. They didn't tell that. I'm like, "Where do I need to go? Where do I go?" >> Oh, for the phone thing. >> No. When I had just paid, they paid. They took my card. She swiped the car. Then she said, "Go over there." I said, "Go over when nobody help me." I asked the old um where I said, "Can you help me?" She said, "No." >> Really? Huh? You have to pay for the secondary screen. >> No. No. No. You should not pay for the secondary. So what they do in the secondary verify just literally it's on camera literally me asking everybody can y'all help me and nobody is helping me. That's discrimination. I'm going to get my money back. I don't care what none of y'all say. I'm getting my money back. She skips the line to speak with staff. And for now, officers try to see if the airline can work something out for her. >> Look out. Wait for someone else to get home. >> Is anybody else coming? >> Where y'all stay? I was helping y'all standing. >> No. No. I'm trying. You want You're Frontier, right? >> I'm trying. >> Okay. >> Ma'am. Ma'am. Ma'am. Ma'am. Let me ask her real quick. Okay. Let me ask her real quick. >> She missed her flight. Um, where where did she go? >> Okay, she took my card. She swiped it right here. Just wait. >> The dumb ones go here. >> All right. So, just let you know, she um doesn't have ID. She was trying to do secondary ID. Apparently TSA supposedly hurt because all she does is yelling. >> Um that's obvious. I heard her all the way down there. >> Yeah. So, um she said they were not helping. They're being racist and you know >> stuff. So now she wants to cut in front of the line because now she wants her money back. She doesn't want to fly. >> She just cut the line. >> Yeah, she just cut the line. So just let you know. Okay. >> This is going to be issue. >> You need me to stay here or you want to go back? >> No, you can go back. We got it. >> All right. Yeah, Ivan's over there. She >> walk right up front. She stays at the counter and as long as she doesn't escalate, officers [music] let it play out. >> So, your boarding pass reflects here. You had that, right? >> Yeah. >> Or they or they took it? >> They took it. >> They got So, y'all all set. Just bring the bag like 3 hours prior. >> Did you show it to them? >> No, they took they got it. paid $189 to go to pass TSA. I'm asking cuz I don't have my driver's license. I said, she said, "You got to go over there." I said, "Okay, no problem." I go over there. I'm like, "Can anybody help me?" The lady said, "I want my son." And she said, "No." So, I said, "Okay." Like, I ain't pay that no mom because white people going to be white people. So, I go over there. I ask the other, "Can you help me?" He said, "No." So I get I just get mad because at this point I took my money ain't going to take it first check. >> You got a ID on you. You got nothing. What about >> I got my I got my identity. >> Show me anything that I can collect. >> I don't care how right is right and wrong. That's >> I'm somebody. >> What were you going to >> Philadelphia? >> This the card they took the money off of $189. Seeing how things are unfolding, airline staff turned to the officers and asked how to move forward. >> Calm down. We just trying to I'm trying to get her out of TSA. I honestly have no idea how much of what she's saying is right. I don't even know if she even has this flight. >> But if >> she has no idea and she was confirmed, >> she also has no idea. So if this is a situation where >> I don't even know that or I don't know but we can't we you know we can't do anything once Frontier doesn't want anything to do with her. So that's why you know >> what whatever you guys want to do. >> Yeah. >> We'll see what she wants. >> Waiting to see what Frontier is doing with her. We don't even know like >> uh yeah I mean yeah you know this morning's been already >> it's one of those days already. >> Sorry for your loss. >> Oh thanks pal. Appreciate that. Thank you. >> That's fine title. >> Thank you. She said TSA charged her 1889. I'm like, are you >> TSA would know? >> I was like, are you sure? That's why I'm like, do you even know? I was like, are you at the right like airlines? Like, do you know your airline? >> She's still not going to be able to fly without an ID. Well, that's why they sent her to secondary and that she blew up about that. I guess the, you know, the phone thing. >> Yeah. Well, she's going to have to do it anyway. >> Yeah. So, I was like, you understand that's a thing you do regardless of the airline >> whether you have a boarding pass or not. >> So, that's why I like her. In this case, >> she's now at the counter. And for the moment, officers let her be as they wait on the airlines decision. >> That's fine. But she needs to understand that she's going to have to do the secondary check-in with the ID. She doesn't have one. >> She says it's racist for >> Well, she then she don't fly. >> How it works. I'm just updating you on the on the conversation I've had with such a patient, wonderful I don't understand why people think that screaming and yelling is going to get them anywhere in here. >> I work for the first whatever x years of their life. >> They're just so used to it, I guess. >> No, there are certain certain circumstances that it will work. This is not one of them. >> Excuse me, folks. The guy's he has to get through. sometime. >> Thank you. >> No, you're fine. Hi guys. >> So, it was you TSA didn't charge her, right? It was you guys. >> Yeah, we we rebooked her. >> You revoked her. >> Still don't have an ID. So, when they went to do additional screen is apparently when she became my rate of abuse. Yeah. >> So, they're going to refuse and let her through. So, I just gave it a refund. >> They refused her. >> Yeah. They called me. >> I just felt like I wasn't too scared with this whole situation. Well, that's >> Are you aware that TSA uh >> I think they did they did ban you. Are you aware of that? >> Going to let her >> after missing her flight, she was offered another chance by the airline. They offered to rebook her, but after she refused to show ID and became I rate, things quickly went downhill. >> TSA is like the thing you have to do before you fly in a plane and you've been banned from that. I don't know if they let you know that. I I >> How did they ban me? >> Well, they put you on a list, so So somebody up a higher up over here. >> That's the airport. That's not the airport. >> It's what? >> That's the airport property. >> Do you do you even do that TSA stuff? That's not your thing, right? >> That's a TSA issue. That's not us. >> Okay. So where's the number? Where's the Where's the Where's the person? >> Come on over here out of line so they can take care of those. >> I'm going call one of them over here. >> So where's the person? Because uh listen, you can play this game all day if y'all want to. >> We won't. Well, I can tell you we won't play this game all day because that ain't going to happen. >> Okay. Okay. >> The problem is >> I don't know if that's about me. >> The problem is is your Okay. Well, let me explain it to you. >> You take me as a threat. >> Yes, you do. >> Are you going to stop this earlier? >> You feel threatened. You felt threatened about me because I'm standing up for my right. This was the problem. And then y'all supposed to be here doing y'all duty. This gentleman, he's he's been helping helping me. He's been nice to me. And you the one with the conflict. You're the one with the problem. That That sounds like a personal problem to me. That sounds like you have a personal problem with me. It does. So you say I'm nice, right? You just said you just said you just said Hold on one second. You just said they bad. I don't know if they they let you know that. >> But but you were smiling when he said it though. You was smiling. So it it's it's funny to you. But when I said I when I said >> would you like some facts right now? >> When I said oh we can go this all day. I'm going to always stand up for my rights and I'm going to speak to somebody. I'm going to speak to your higher up. You think you you you do you think you the you the boss? No. You have somebody over >> and I have a lawyer. >> Do you have somewhere to go? >> You're banned from TSA, so you can't fly through here. You can go to another airport. Okay. >> At this point, she's already been banned and officially trespassed from the airport. However, judging by how she acted so far, you can already guess how she reacts to that information. >> Bad from TSA. I have not any written document. It was just verbal. It has to be written. If y'all banning me for anything, trespassing or anything, it has to be on document. >> So, you want to go down that trespass road, >> you can you if y'all want to go down the trespassing world, it's not I didn't threaten y'all.
