No matter how expensive your ticket is, it doesn't give you a pass to break the rules. These folks found that out the hard way. Here are five cases when airport Karens think they can't be arrested. Number five, when disrespecting staff turns a delay into an arrest. On June 3rd, 2025, officers were called to an airport after staff reported a passenger acting aggressively toward employees and fellow travelers. When they arrived, the staff wasted no time filling them in on what happened. >> Was anybody assaulted or anything? Okay. So, it's kind of So, that's Yeah, it's kind of customer service issue. We'll be around the area, but really since there's kind of freedom of speech thing, there's not a lot we can do, but we hang around the area. Yeah. >> Did you you guys are managers, too? >> Yeah. So, where where she's probably down here? >> Said I don't want >> Yeah. Well, we'll be in the area. Okay. >> Thank you. >> You're welcome. >> Has she got Has she like ever like talked to you guys? They're really aggressive with her talking, >> snatching stuff, um kind of cursing, being involved. Um passengers are hearing her say she's going to come up and throw hot food on us. >> Okay. >> All right. One passenger came up here and like I just want to let y'all know she's threatening to come up and throw hot on her eyes. So I'm just looking out so I can see it. >> Okay. >> What you got to call you the same way? >> For what? Because this day he didn't want to let me on a flight and he checking up for his best friend. So, I'm keeping my distance, right? I know this man. >> They've warned her more than once, hoping to avoid a scene, but she's not interested in walking away quietly. >> We're walking down the stairs. >> I rather you and her. I don't give a >> Hey, LET US LET ME GET HOME to my mom. I hate you guys. Let me get >> I WAS CALM. I WAS CALM. >> I WAS JUST STARTED doing this and NOW YOU'RE SAYING I'M NOT CALM. The officers try once more to diffuse the situation, but every effort to calm her down only seems to set her off even more. >> Trust yourself. >> Open the door, please. >> Oh my god. >> Get into the hospital. >> Step in and take a seat. >> All right. Get on myself. Although she's in the cruiser now, she's far from done. You might want to lower the volume because it's about to get loud. >> Quit touching this. But from the moment they arrived, she's been determined to resist. >> Have someone else help me. I don't want your help. I don't want your help. Have someone else help me cuz you can't even understand the human rights. Get me the out of here. >> Yeah, we're going to have to pull over. >> Um All right. All right, don't fight. Don't fight. Yeah, you can sit down and try it. >> You go on the other side of the bus. >> Officers have made it clear why she's being taken in, but it's like she's not hearing a word they say. I didn't think you had a reason before then either, but you still did sadly. >> All right, still cool. All right, take a step up. We're going to get you clear. We're going to get you. Okay. And then we're going to go to jail. >> Okay. >> What was supposed to be a trip home ended with a woman getting charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and three counts of simple assault. Number four. entitled passenger argues with police and learns the hard way she's not in charge. On April 1st, 2024, officers were called to Tampa International Airport after a passenger reportedly tried to force her way onto a plane after being denied boarding. When the authorities arrive, multiple staff members are ready to tell them exactly what happened. I just observed her because obviously she's drunk and I I just watched her and say and then she ran up the jet bridge to go get a bag because she left her bag at gas barilla. Then I was going to have a conversation with I know she'd been drinking blah blah blah. Well, I told her she wasn't going to board until we had a conversation. She ran down the jet bridge and kept going after I told her repeatedly to come back up here and continue. Now she refuses to get off the aircraft. >> So we're removing her off the aircraft, but she will not come off the aircraft. >> So that is what you're walking into. >> Well, I guess we Well, Tony's on his She's got her She's got her cell. >> All right. Well, we got a supervisor on the way. >> We can go down. We just won't go in the >> Yeah, we just can't go on the plane. >> She came off >> and went back on after we informed her. She could not get on the aircraft. So, >> all right. Um, like I said, our supervisor's coming. So, he's got to be the one to go on and like kind of get her to come off. >> So, was there any any interference? >> She had got in the face of the captain and the first officer uh was yelling at the number one and the captain. scanner down. >> But nothing physical, right? It was just >> don't believe so. Hold on a second. Yeah. Um, so >> we have already been informed. Can you tell her if police tell her herself? >> No, I've already told her that. She ran back on the airplane. >> Well, police are here. >> I know, but here's what if you could kindly do if one of you, she's sitting right in first class. If one of you could kindly go behind and the other one asked her to come off. >> We cannot go in the plane. Only supervisor. supervisor. >> Oh, >> so you can, but your supervisor can. >> Soon after, the supervisor arrives and provides officers with a description of the woman, still refusing to leave the plane, even after several warnings from airline staff. And as you'll see, she won't take police orders any more seriously. >> She's the second seat in the green. And last, >> what's her name? >> Lauren. >> Lauren Nash. Hook. >> Okay. I'm going to stand behind her in the owl and then you can talk. >> All right. >> Hi, miss. Can you come off the plane with me? Um >> Oh, well, if you can explain to me the reason why, >> I'll explain out there. But >> I like Nope. >> Miss, this is what's going to happen. Everybody's gonna get off the airplane and then we're gonna have to take you against your will and we don't want to do that because you're gonna upset all these other passengers. >> Here, now here's the thing is I'm not really worried about the other passengers. What I I am worried about is my rights >> and my rights are that you are to explain to me what it is that is going on. I have done nothing wrong. So, let me explain it to you. >> Nope. But you are going to listen to me first. I'm going to explain it to you and you can after I'm done. Okay. So, I'm very well aware of my rights. I'm very well educated. Clearly, I'm sitting here. >> I have paid for this seat >> two weeks ago. >> Okay. >> I have done absolutely nothing wrong. There is something wrong with people that work for this airline that are outside >> which have made the complaint against me. I've done nothing wrong. So, if you guys want to tell me what it is that I did wrong, then maybe it'll cooperate. Well, well, the the the captain of the >> No, the captain of the airplane is right there. And him and I had a very clear conversation. He does not believe that this should be happening. >> Well, he's there and we're here >> and he's right here and he told me to he said this is out of his control, >> right? >> The argument rages on, but the airlines decision is final. She's not flying today, and if she keeps pushing, things are bound to escalate. >> So, that's why we come in. Please come talk. Please. No, but you did. >> I am first class, miss. >> All right. >> Miss, there's something going on. You exhibited, Miss Nash. You exhibited some some behavior that's not conducive to them. >> Am I exhibiting that behavior? >> You You've either ingested or taken something that's getting in the front of your judgment. That's what I'm saying. >> I have not. >> So, we're gonna have everybody come out and then we're gonna have to take >> That's fine. Can you take my bag? That is >> No, ma'am. You're refusing to You're refusing to come. >> I'm not leaving here without my bag. >> We'll grab your bag and we'll take the We'll take a look. >> You can do that. >> You can do it cuz that's your bag. That's your bag. So, you do it. >> Are you guys really this thick? Are you You are Are you wanting to get your bag conversation? Are you kidding me? >> And it's beyond his control. >> No. Listen to him. >> If you don't, it's going to be worse. Are you kidding me? >> No, he's not. >> You just grab your bag and go. >> I haven't done anything wrong. >> Well, you've exhibited some kind of behavior and that's concerned. >> No, what we're going to do now. >> What we're going to do right now is we are going to start recording this. >> I'm recording you, too. So, that's fine. I have no problem going on YouTube, but grab your bag and let's and let's get off the plane so you don't upset the rest of the airplane. >> I've already upset the rest of >> You have. Yes. So, let's just get out, get your bag, and we'll leave. >> Here's the deal, sir. >> Uhhuh. >> I'm just going to have first class. >> Okay. >> You know what? You know what I don't like? >> You know what? I don't like >> um Let's see if first class is Okay. >> Do we leave or >> uh You don't have to unless you want to. >> We can though. >> You don't have to. >> Is this your green one? There we go. >> With the aircraft now empty, she finally steps off. But just when things could have ended quietly, she causes another scene. And this one she won't walk away from so easily. >> All right. >> Don't you guys have more important things to do? >> We do. Yeah, we do. But this is one of the important ones. >> No, it's not. >> It is. >> No, it's really not. You know what it is and then we'll tell you what it is. >> All right. Grab your bag and we can talk while you're walking. >> No, >> but you're telling me what to do. It doesn't work that way. Here's the thing, Miss Nash. It doesn't work that way. Grab your bag. >> Grab your bag and let's >> What's going to happen? >> What's going to happen is in about 5 seconds, you're going to hand get in hand. >> What are you going to do? >> We're going to arrest you for disorderly conduct. How's that? >> Thank you so much. Sorry guys. Uh, we are >> ma'am. Continue up. >> Just give me a second. Would you? >> We've had plenty of time. Go ahead and go up. >> Please go up. Just give me line. Come on. Let's go. >> Let's go. Come on. Come on. We'll talk. >> I'm sorry. >> Sorry, folks. Apologize. One more. >> Can you just give me a second? Just give me a second. >> Got to walk now. >> Just give me a second when you get a second. We're going to walk. >> Listen, I'm not >> Don't resist, ma'am. Relax. >> Control 146, show us 105. 12ect. >> Are you kidding me? >> Don't hurt me. Just let me walk. >> Well, you had your chance to walk up. >> Is this your purse? >> Stop. >> She may be cuffed, but the struggle isn't over. With her still pushing back, it takes two officers to walk her out of the airport. >> I will walk. >> You're going to get another charge. >> No, you're hurrying. >> Just walk. We're not hurry. >> You walk, you won't get hurt. >> Simple. >> Don't [laughter] push away. >> We're going to go down to >> It's not okay. It's not okay. >> Ma'am, you got an ID in this purse? >> My ID is in my purse. >> In your other purse? >> This is what you guys are paid for. It's not okay. [laughter] The [snorts] girl with the red hair. It's not okay. >> Don't walk. >> You don't listen. Here's the thing is I can walk, but you don't have to push me. >> We're not pushing you. You are. Can we just walk in my own level? I'm not a criminal. Are you kidding me? >> Can you please just let me >> They have to hold you because you're >> I'm not going I'm not going to run. Just let me It's for your safety. I can hold >> You guys are crazy. >> I'm not a criminal. Trump in the art of the deal. He'd be like, "This is so This is not right." You guys go home every night. You're like, "This is not right what I'm doing." I don't I Listen, can you do me a favor? I won't walk wherever you guys want me to. Just let me walk on my own. >> You can. All you got to do is walk. >> I am, but you don't have to hold me. >> We have to hold you. >> No, you do not. >> I'm not pushing you. >> No, you do not. You do not have to push me. You don't have to hold me. I'm not. >> Are you kidding me? >> As the officers pause to figure out where the transport unit is, the female officer steps in to search the woman and ease the rising tension. Just let me just No, just just give me Let me just breathe for a second. >> Where's your car? >> No, I I can't. Okay. All right. Stop. Let's go. >> STOP. >> LET GO. >> WHAT'S YOUR NAME? >> All right. >> Listen. >> Please just have him let me go. I just want him to let me >> Lieutenant Porter. I'm Lieutenant Porter. Listen to me. Put your left foot on first. >> Good. Good. >> Does this make you guys get off? Like, what the >> Are you kidding me? >> Do I deserve this? You can't even look at me in the face and you know it's wrong. If you scoot up forward, it's easier on your wrist. [laughter] >> It's my brain. An airline have the capacity to have a conversation with people when they they're just up because they have to sit there and work every day. They don't understand that other people work harder and they work differently for money. It's soed up and you know it. >> Despite everything that's happened, she's convinced she's done nothing wrong. And her next words speak volumes. >> What are you guys going to do? You going to take me downtown? Take me to all the people that are actually criminals? You're going to throw me this stuff? make like give me a lesson. Are you kidding me? You know you don't like to go home at night thinking about this. This is so up. I voted for you. I voted for Trump. I voted for you. It's so up. I didn't do anything wrong except for speak up for myself and I only spoke up for myself for myself and I didn't speak up for myself or anybody else or anything wrong. And this black woman at the beginning of the line did not like me and she did not like that I was first class. She did not like that I was up front and she wanted to slander me. She wanted to say all these things about me is up and she should be fired and American Airlines should be sued for the way I'm being treated. It's so up. I need you to bring me somewhere else than where you bring everyone else because I do not belong where it is that you think that I belong. Period. If you do not bring me there, I will sue the out of you in your department. Period. Thank you. I want to be comfortable. I'm not a criminal. Period. You bring me anywhere else, I will you and your department over. >> While she throws out more threats, the officers remain unfased, responding only when necessary and tuning out the rest. >> What is your name? What is your badge number? >> 146. >> 146. And you, sir? >> 111. >> 111. So 146 and 11. Bring me where I belong or I will you over and your family. Do you understand? 1461 111. >> Oh my gosh. Do you jail yet? >> We're almost there, man. >> Like, are you guys happy with what you've done? >> [ __ ] >> Are you happy with where you're at? Like, is this what you signed up for? Are you kidding me? You're clearly >> Yeah, I am clearly upset. And your wife at home would do the same thing, sir. I'm not stupid. I'm upset. I would have already been home already. Don't think of for a second second that I don't recognize that you and your partner here that's driving are human as well as I am military wife. This is how you guys are treating me? Are you kidding me? Go home. Look at your wife and do the same thing to her. If she speaks your mind and somebody at the airport that's black doesn't like her. Yeah, you heard me. Put it on record. I might have my hand behind my back, but I guarantee you I'll see you in court in a few weeks. >> You'd think she'd be out of things to say by now, but her next comment takes things to a whole new level. >> What you get paid in a week, I make in a day. Period. What I would appreciate is some water and some fresh air. Listen. Listen, sir. I got a lot of fresh lot of fresh air on the ride over. >> That's fine. I want to be let out on this side. >> You're getting out on that side, >> sir. Sir. >> Yeah. >> Um, were you the one that drove with us here or are you new? >> All right, Lauren. Come on. >> No, listen. I'm not comfortable with any of the officers that drove me here. I'm not comfortable. >> No, listen. I want you come out. >> Listen >> on your own accord. You're going to be pulled out. >> I can get out. >> Then let's go >> on my own accord that did not drive me here. I do not feel safe for anybody that drove me here. >> Come on, mom. [snorts] >> No. I want somebody that did not drive me here to ask me to get out of the car and it would be okay with >> They've made every effort to explain the situation, but it's no use. In her current state, she has no interest in listening. >> Let me known right. >> I don't care. >> He didn't drive you over here. >> As long as there's not anybody that was in this vehicle on the way here. >> Do you understand what I'm requesting? Come on, Lauren. >> You can step out on your own. >> I will request I will step out on my own with somebody that did not drive me. >> He's right here. Do not do nothing. >> Thank you. >> Thank you. >> Relax. >> You're not going to come here. >> The woman was ultimately charged with disorderly intoxication. Number three, man's aggressive behavior crosses the line at the airport. On June 27th, 2025, officers responded to a call from an airport where a man reportedly acted aggressively toward airline staff and other passengers. Upon arrival, several witnesses are ready to share with the authorities what led to the call. >> Seeing things about punching in the face. No, just no, but she was a witness, too. And another gentleman >> at the water station yelling, screaming, cussing, and some other guy walked up to use the water station. And he got in his face.
