Restaurants deal with difficult customers every day, but sometimes the situation goes so far that the staff has no choice but to call the cops. Here are five cases when dumb customers turn restaurant complaints into arrests. Number five, dine and dash ends with serious consequences. On September 25th, 2025, officers responded to a local restaurant in Ohio after staff reported a couple had eaten their meal and then ran out without paying the bill. Officers catch up with the suspect shortly after and they're not exactly eager to own up to what happened. >> What? Did you not pay for your food and leave? >> No, he ran up on me. He asked me to >> That's what I was asking you. >> No, I he he ran up on me and pushed me to the ground all my stuff. >> That's what I need on you. >> No. He didn't tell you what to >> What's your side? So, you just left Crave? >> Yeah, I just walked away. >> Okay. >> Did you pay? >> 13 on one. >> Oh, you didn't pay? >> Sorry, here. I'll be out with the mobile unit downtown on Maine. >> What? >> Drinks and food. >> Drinks and stuff in there? >> No, I don't have no drinks in there. >> Anything in here? >> No, no drinks or nothing. I have >> Well, don't go reaching in the purse. Stop it. >> Okay. Just trying to untie it. >> Okay. >> You just mushed my candy bar. Those are mine. I bought those. I bought this, too. >> Can you unwrap this, please? All right, take this off. >> Why why are you doing >> What they want to do? >> Yes. I do have a blade in it. >> Okay. That's why I told you to stop reaching. I don't know what you got in your bag. Walked off without paying for food at Crave and then I think they might have stole alcohol bottles or something. Looks like some more stuff. I I'm not sure. We mean, you got that far. I just got to run their info. Uh if you want to keep checking through these bags. >> The suspect denies the allegation with confidence, but a conversation with the restaurant's manager fills in the missing pieces and exposes the truth of the incident. >> Did you call? >> Uh well, we we verbally saw the other two with that a car. >> What do you guys want to do? >> Um can you talk to the gentleman there cuz it was his incident with him till the end of the night. >> What do you want? >> So, my concern is that he has a bill left unpaid. >> All right. I see. >> Is that the Turn it back off. She walked out the front door. And then he went back to our grab and go, started putting more stuff in his carryout bag. >> What did he put in the carryout bag? >> Uh two Mountain Dews, an ice cream Snickers, a Pringles, all that. >> What did the Pringles can look like? >> It was a green one. I don't think he wanted to. >> Okay. Can you just give me >> He probably has another one. >> So, you guys want to do charges for theft or something? I don't >> It would be straight-up theft. Yeah. >> Okay. I'm just I'll get your information. I just want to contact other officers down there so we know how to proceed, okay? I'll be right back to find >> if he wants to come and pay for it >> Okay. >> we'll let it go, but I don't think he has any money to pay for it. >> Yeah, we'll we'll see, okay? >> Hey, man. So, officers talked to the people at Crave. They said you walked out with about $70 worth of food. >> This is more like $70 worth of >> Okay. Hold on. Hold on. Let me Uh hey. Hey. Let me talk. >> Officers present him with the details and the evidence, but the suspect refuses to budge, doubling down with that same stubborn denial. >> You walked out with about $70 worth of food. And then you went to the grab and go and you took some items out of there and didn't pay for it, too. That's also owned by Crave. >> not. >> Okay. >> Where is that Where is all these stuff at? >> They're going you the opportunity to go over there and pay for the food and what you took out of the machine. >> I'm saying, where is it Where is all this stuff at? >> If not, then they're going to >> Where is it though? >> If not, then they're going to want to sign charges. >> But I don't have the bag but No, but Where Where is it? >> But are you going to go back and pay for the food, yes or no? >> Pay for what? >> The food you ate. >> The food that you're eating right now. >> The food that's in your belly and then the the to-go box you got. >> The store food for your belly. >> Yes, I >> It's still food. >> Damn, where is this $70 worth of stuff that I walked away with? >> I don't know what you said to >> I don't know. >> Let's get out of here. Where is it? >> You have two choices. Two choices. Stop. >> Stop. No, I'm not >> Two choices. >> No, Daddy. >> Okay. Choice B. >> You can go to jail or you can go pay for it. >> No. >> That's it. Or you pay for it. >> Your choice. >> A B >> Okay. >> A or B? >> All right, good. Let's go pay. >> B. All right. >> Am I good to go? >> He said no though. >> Chicken. >> And then, how much was the cost of everything else that they took? >> It was just one. >> Probably another $20 worth that he took out of there. >> So So it was uh >> that one if you want. >> Okay. So it was >> Yeah, if you want to pay for it. >> So it was So he had two Pringles. How much were those each? >> I want to say those are $2 a piece. So the one can of Pringles and he took pop and the rest of the stuff I recovered. >> You got the rest of it? So the only stuff was the Pringles and >> Yeah, I think he has one Pringles and the order of wings that he was still in the bag. >> So you're mainly just concerned about that. How much was the You said the wings? >> The wings are on here. It's all part of it. This is his carryout wings. He got it to go. >> Did he take other carryout stuff? Just the Pringles and the >> Just the Pringles. >> Yeah. >> Like I said, the rest of it when the bag broke >> Okay, so we're just mainly >> of it. It's just mainly this. >> Okay, and what's your name, sir? >> Aaron. A A R O N. >> As the suspects continue trying to stick to their version, officers catch something in real time that makes it clear they're not being honest. >> Ah, those are the Pringles that were taken out of the >> Oh, no, your Pringles. Your Pringles. >> Oh, I didn't know there was Pringles. >> Yeah. >> Oh. >> I didn't know those were Pringles. >> Oh. >> It's from the grab-and-go for the residents at the that building. There's a a grab-and-go thing. You just grab them and if you don't pay for it if something goes off, I'll let you know. >> You got 70 bucks to pay for all this? I'm sorry? >> All right, well, let's let's box up your to-go. Let's go back and pay your tab. What I tell you about littering? We got people come down here for a marathon. We don't need litter with chicken bones. Okay. You can walk and chew your food. Let's go. Huh? Yeah, waiting on you. All right, you can walk with us, too, until we figure this out. >> You don't have any video or anything like that? >> Uh, yes, I do. Which video would you want? >> Is there I mean It's up to me. >> Cuz >> Cuz how do you guys normally pay at the table? >> Normally they pay at the table. >> Okay. >> I just so happen to be coming up the elevator when I see him putting stuff in the bag. >> Yeah. >> "Sir, you need to pay for that. You scan it yourself." And he goes >> Yeah. >> So, he scanned it and then he goes, "Oh, she has my card." >> Right. >> So, then I walked with him up here. I walked into the front. Kind of cut myself in the way of him just darting. So, then we made the corner. I just went for the bag to take that back and it ripped and all he got was the wings. >> Okay. >> But, like I said >> Yeah, if you have >> It's the rest of that bill that I would >> Right, I got that. So, um if you want to like upload that video and like if there's a if video of the grab-and-go area, if you find that, just upload it that to the link I sent you, okay? >> I'll talk to our building maintenance to see if they have security or cameras in there. >> With the missing Pringles can accounted for, officers take the suspects back to the restaurant, but during the walk, they catch something important about the male suspect that starts making this look bigger than a simple dine and dash. >> Just putting it in the bag. >> Okay. >> Hey, were you at the Wendy's earlier? >> Wendy's? >> Yeah, you're uh I'm just need to inform you you are banned from there. Do not go back to the Wendy's on Market. Yes, sir. >> Banned from what? >> You're on a rampage today. The goofy shirt gave it away. I forgot about that. So, if if you go back, you will be arrested for criminal trespass, all right? >> I watched you do this. >> It was earlier today. We got a call about someone going in there using used cups to get new to their soda machine. You're wearing a burnt orange goofy shirt. So, I'm just informing you that you are banned. >> Copy. We're not seeing a or showing that he's banned from the grave on band. >> What you doing? >> Oh, he's here now. >> I called her earlier today. >> Here's the I'll give you this. I took a picture of this guy. >> Oh, okay. >> Plus the Pringles cans. >> Plus the Pringles cans. >> Yeah, which were $2 each. >> Ooh, steak skewers. >> How are the steak skewers? >> And the margaritas. >> A margarita, too? >> Oh, yeah. [ __ ] you. >> Have a good afternoon. >> And he still got Wendy's. >> And Wendy's? You got Wendy's? >> Well, [laughter] it was just the yeah, free soda or whatever. >> You had two steak skewers, some wings, >> 18. >> two margaritas. >> I'll be 23 at this fine dining. >> Was this lady with him? >> Yeah, yep. >> Oh, was your marg good? >> No, it was a little strong. >> Yeah. >> You know, I don't really drink. We're trying to help you out. >> Yeah. >> He stole this one. I want to return it. You're welcome. >> You got that cash or you got the card? >> I got the card or the cash right here. >> Where's the cash? >> The manager positively identifies both suspects. And now officers turn to the suspect with the next step. He has to decide where he and his partner go from here. >> Huh? You're not paying? >> Oh, man. All right. >> Oh, okay. Let's see it then. >> Simple. >> Oh, and littering. >> littering >> All right, stand up. >> I'm going to take this. >> Oh, great. >> You going to pay? >> No. >> No, okay. What's that? >> I'm part of the task force. >> Part of what? >> The task force. >> Who is? What do you mean? >> I'm part of it, working with them. >> Okay, that has nothing to do with this. >> I'm in the park. >> Okay, that's fine. That has nothing to do with this. >> Okay. >> That doesn't get you out of not paying your bill. >> I had to walk all the way. You made me exercise. >> I walked all the way here. >> All right, we're going to >> Whatever, bro. Whatever, bro. I'm not doing I already told you that. Try harder than that. I don't do it. I'm not going to pay you in one second. My pants are >> I I got you. All right, we're going to go right in front here. Anything in your pockets illegal that I should know about? Sorry, just face that way. Why you going in there if you know you can't pay for anything? Okay. All right, hold on. Just handcuff. I'll put him in and drive mine up real quick. >> Okay. Which one? >> You can just unlock it. All right. I'll have you take a seat here. >> I love it here. Nope. >> All right. >> Sit back. >> Yes, sir. >> Can you do something about this? That part is really hurting. >> Here, turn around. All right, go ahead and have a seat. >> Did you Did you add him to the call? >> Not yet. >> All right, I'll do the report. You guys just do the booking thing. >> Now that the suspects are being escorted out, officers stumble onto a possession that changes everything, turning this from a simple theft call into something a lot more serious. >> I'm working with the the task force. >> Huh? >> I was working with the task force. >> Oh, you were? >> Yeah, I work there. >> Probably not no more. Keep doing that. >> He told me he had money. >> Is that yours? >> No. No, that's his. >> Oh, all right, I guess that's his. Oh, she had one, too, in her purse, so. >> Oh. Oh, you both did one. That's mostly his. >> Mostly his? >> There's still a stuff in my pocket. Are those chicken bones right there? >> All right, I'm going to swing my cruiser up here real quick. Being drunk in public? Uh, no, I think more had it. Uh, unless it's in Check her bag. I don't know if it's back in her bag. Hey, are you guys uh charging with the pipes? >> Yeah, I think he is. Yeah, she had one in her purse. He had one in his right pocket. >> Let me see, okay. >> So, is somebody going to tell me something? >> What's that? >> I said, is somebody going to tell me something? >> Say that one more time. >> I said, is somebody going to tell me something? >> Yes, you're arrested for theft. And then >> Okay. >> I'm going to be taking you to Summit County Jail, all right? >> All right. Yeah, fine. Is that really necessary? This wasn't grand theft. $70. This is unnecessary. You could have just wrote a summons. >> What's that? >> I said, you could have just wrote a summons. I said, you could have just wrote a summons. How was this How was this necessary? And what about this? Sitting in jail for a month or something? You're going to court in the morning. How was this making any sense? It's a waste of time. >> After law enforcement gets involved, both suspects are charged with theft and possession of illegal substances, making it clear that this situation went far beyond a skip bill. Number four. Hooter's staff had enough of this customer. On October 25th, 2025, officers responded to a call at a local Hooter's after staff reported a male customer causing a disturbance and refusing to leave. Here's what happened next when the officers confronted the suspect. >> Sir? Sir? >> We asked you to leave the property, okay? >> I have no problem leaving. >> All right, let's step up and go out this way, all right? We'll get you Do you have an Uber that can pick you up? >> I have no problem leaving. >> Can you order an Uber? >> I'll order him one right now. >> No, They're accusing me of not paying my tab. >> No, you're not. >> But I paid everybody else's >> You want to finish up? I'm all paid up? >> They already paid your >> I'm good. >> They already paid your tab. >> He's paying >> I know. >> Do y'all do free Ubers or I can give you like 20, 30 bucks for gas? >> No. >> I'm trying to help you out, bro. I just want to make >> No, you come talking to me over there. Don't know. >> He's trying to pay you for gas money. >> They already paid your ticket tonight, okay? >> I paid for everybody else's my friends. >> And that's fine. He knows I did. >> And that's fine. >> Ask him. >> But they want you off the property, so >> Ask him I paid everybody else's tab that was with me, right? >> Sir, listen to me, okay? >> So, it's not like I was just, you know, here >> Well, listen to me. If you don't get off the property, I'm going to arrest you. Okay? So, let's let's go. >> Sanchez >> No Sanchez. Come on. Let's Let's not make it hard, okay? >> I'm good. >> We'll get your Uber. >> I'm sorry. >> Let's go. >> Can I All right. >> Are those your keys or are those his keys? >> Those are his. >> All right. >> That's his. >> All right. >> Hey, uh >> Right now, brother, I'm about to get my meal. I just want to wish you the best of luck tonight. Just make sure you keep yourself out All right. >> All right, let's go, sir. >> Let's go. Danny, you good? I'm good. I'm good. All right, we're going to go out this way. >> Okay. I I got it. >> Go that way, dude. >> All right, let's go this way, okay? Let's not make this hard. We don't got to make it hard, okay? >> Don't touch me. You are not touch me. touch me. >> I got All right, let's go. Come >> Don't ever touch me again. What? What am I going to do about it? >> All right, okay, okay. >> Are you crazy? You're not allowed to touch people. >> Let's go. Let's go. >> While the officers walk him out, the suspect starts getting more agitated, and the exchange with one specific officer quickly heats up. >> Everybody's watching you. >> Hey, I'm going to be nice with you, okay? Okay, let's just go. I got you. >> Get away from me. I'm not doing anything. Get away from me. Go. >> Let's not get confrontational, okay? There's no need for this, okay? I'm going to make it easy. Let's go. >> Get away from me, dude. >> Just walk with me. Walk with me over here. Sir. >> I can't even walk through here. >> Let's go over here. Over here. He's just with me, okay? All right, come on. No, no, no. Yeah. Come on. Come on. Just walk with me over here. I'm going to grab some of your information. >> You got an Uber? >> Please go away. >> Do you have an Uber? >> Please go away. >> Do you have an Uber? >> Please go away. >> Do you have an Uber? >> I'm very um >> Okay, can we order you an Uber? Okay? I'm going to try to help you. Okay? >> I would love to talk to you. >> Okay, let's let's talk. >> He's making me feel threatened. >> Okay. >> He's He's How am I doing that? Leave me alone. >> Go. >> Malwaski. >> Leave me the Bro. >> Go. Okay, hey. Dude. >> No, no, no. >> I'm going to be trespassing. >> Can we get an Uber for you? >> I can't go to Hooters no more. >> Can you get an Uber? >> Leave me in the alone. Dude, if he keeps tracking me >> Listen to >> I'm going to take it as a threat and I'm going to beat the I swear to God I will. If you track me anymore, I will take it as a threat. No, you keep going that way. >> The suspect's aggression doesn't let up and the situation reaches that point where the officer stops trying to reason with him and shuts it down for good. >> Get your supervisor right now. You keep tracking me. You what? You're not going to disrespect me in any way. I'll leave. I don't give a But you're not going to sit here and track me like a I don't give You trespass, you dog. DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND THAT? GO AWAY. GO THAT TELL YOUR to get away from me before I Go that that way. >> Dude, give me your badge number. >> 3732 >> I didn't >> Don't touch me. Don't you ever touch me again. >> Don't come up on me like that. >> I didn't come up on you. I I came clean. Go walk away. I'll beat you. >> Walk away now. Get off the property. >> Walk away. >> That's not assault. No, it's not. >> Yeah, hey. Y'all Y'all see this as assault? >> Walk away. >> Assault? Assault? >> He's going in for trespass. He's going in. >> Yeah. I tried not to avoid it, okay? I didn't do anything wrong. How did I do anything wrong? >> Once the cuffs go on, he starts trying to turn it into the officer's fault, but his arguments fall flat. >> Where do you go, Joe? >> When a business asks you to leave, you got to leave, man. >> I I did leave. >> When we tell you you got to leave, you got to go. >> I did. I did. She'll tell you I left with her. And was trying to talk to her, but this he was falling behind us. And I'm sorry, sir. I'm not I'm not trying to be a you. I don't know you from Adam, but she'll tell you like I was very uh I agreed to everything and I walked away and I didn't do no I didn't do any harm to anybody. Did I? >> You didn't lie with me, no, but you didn't like that Milwaukee >> He was falling behind us, though. He wasn't being nice guy, was he? He was not being nice. >> Not because I asked you to leave that way? >> Sir, you know what? I don't want to be mean to you. Can you get me out of these cuffs, man? You going to take me to jail for real? I mean, can I go home? >> You kept stepping close to me. >> Can I go You kept going up behind us. >> I stayed right there and you kept approaching me. >> Okay. Yeah, my bad. My bad. >> Cuz you got in my personal bubble? Yeah, I did put my hand on >> My my bad. My bad. >> Yeah, you did. Yeah, I did. >> She knows you assaulted You assaulted me. >> No, no, cuz I felt threatened, okay? >> You assaulted You assaulted me. She She seen that. Didn't he? Didn't he? He assaulted >> You kept coming at me. >> He pushed me almost on my You watched that. That was assault without me even doing anything. So, that's there's that. >> No, because you kept coming at >> All right. Can we Can we just uncuff me and let's forget about this? All right, it's all on camera. >> Yeah, it is. >> Can we just forget about I'm sorry. I just want to go home. I I want to go home. >> The head honcho right here, so >> home. What's up? >> I'm in cuffs because uh Your officer here with um let me pay for everything and I got kind of upset and Your officer here >> After a few moments, the police sergeant comes to the scene and all of a sudden the suspect decides to drastically change his tone. >> He took it on himself though to uh you know, correct me in a certain different way and officer what? >> Officer what? >> Well, I'll tell you that like I got corrected and I'm just trying to go home, sir. >> Okay, you told me absolutely nothing. Tell me what happened. Why am I here? >> [clears throat] >> I was in I screwed up. >> What did you do? >> I um was uncaring about your officers and I want to just go home, sir. And I'm sorry for my stupidity. >> Okay, but you're still not telling me anything. I'm asking a question and you're beating around the bush. What happened? Why Why Why are you in handcuffs right now? What did you do? >> Sir, will you tell him? >> He was asked to leave this property several times. He kept coming close to me. I told him I told him "Hey, back up. Back up." He didn't back up so I ended up uh putting my hand on his chest and pushing him away. >> He assaulted me. >> Okay. So, um at that point I told him leave the property one more time. He didn't. He didn't have to. Okay. >> That's not true, is it? >> Well, I believe there's probably video inside that'll help us uh >> There is a lot of video and I'm and I'm trying to be nice to your officer here. >> Obviously you weren't walking up on him. >> As things move toward the finish line, the sergeant lays down the hard truth, and you can tell the suspect isn't thrilled to hear it. >> Okay, so what's going to happen right now is you were told to leave by the staff. Didn't leave. Okay, listen to me. This isn't a discussion. This isn't a discussion. I'm going to explain to you what's going on. Okay? So the staff asked you to leave, you didn't leave. Okay? What did I say? This isn't a discussion. All right, this isn't a discussion. Okay. And then when you were walking off with her, you got irritated because the other deputy was behind which is his job as backup. You stopped and you walked back towards him. Okay, at that point you weren't leaving again. Okay? So you are being arrested for trespass after warning. Do you understand that? Okay? And I'm going to review all body cam footage along with the restaurant just to make sure there's nothing more to it. >> Um I'm asking you, sir, like to call the miss here. Um I I promise you I was trying to leave. I promise you >> That's why we're going to get statements from the staff. >> No. >> Okay. Hold on. Because right off the get-go, just you not leaving when the employees here >> come back. >> Okay? >> come back. >> I don't I'm going to find out if do they want him trespassed or not. >> They did. Yeah. >> You you you you walked with >> the whole way, all right? >> I did. >> So >> Sir, can you please can you >> I'm going to review body footage. I'm going to look look at the other cameras, too. Okay? >> I'm just trying to go home. I got to >> Have you read him yet? >> We just did. >> Now that officers have everything they need, they move in and take the suspect away, bringing the scene to a close. >> I I I promise you I was just trying to go home. >> We're We're at that point. There's no There's I'm not backstepping. Okay? I told you you're going to jail for trespass after warning. I We're already there. >> She She directed me everywhere. >> We're already there. I'm just explaining it to you. I'm trying to be cool with you, okay? And I'm going to like I said, I'm going to go back look at all the videos to make there sure there's nothing there that I need to address. >> Yeah, he's going to see all the video cameras. >> Right. That's what I said. But the biggest thing is the staff asked you to leave, you didn't leave. She shows up, you start walking off, but then you get irritated cuz the other deputy Listen to me. Mouth shut. You start walking off, but then you get irritated cuz the other deputy's behind doing his job. You stop and walk back towards him. That again is you not leaving the property. Okay? Sometimes just I'm going to look at it about it. According to my deputies, that never happened other than when you walk up on me. I'm sorry, but you're not going to get close to me and yes, I will push you back. Okay? I got too much stuff on here that you can get a hold of that can cause harm to myself or others. Okay, so that's where we're at. So we're done with that discussion. Put him back in your car. He's already been searched. >> No. I'm going to have >> Corporal, can you search him? I got him getting statements and all that. And looking at >> In the end, the suspect was charged with public intoxication and trespass after warning. Number three, teenager causes a scene, gets kicked out fast. On September 30th, 2024, officers responded to an urgent call at a local restaurant after multiple callers reported a fight inside the establishment. It escalated fast and by the time officers arrived, they were told someone had been stabbed. >> Stabbed? He threw it. >> Okay, is it? >> No, other one who stabbed him threw it. It's right there. >> How do y'all How do y'all know? >> Cuz he Cuz I seen it. We were right there. >> Okay. >> We were right there. We were with all of them. >> Y'all were in the car? >> And that was our group because okay, two tires had popped. Two tires on his Mini Cooper had popped. We was on the side of the road for an hour 30 minutes. I swear to god. >> And they started >> No, there was a lot going on. We was on the road for an hour and 30 minutes. They started arguing because >> Do y'all know who Y'all know who they are? >> Yeah, I I don't know who they are. No, I don't know who they are. Not like that. I used to go to school with the one who stabbed that boy. >> Okay. >> But the boy in there who got stabbed, I don't know him like that. I went to school to uh Winder. I don't know him like that. So this boy in this Mini Cooper that had picked me and Kira up, we was on a two-man, if you know what I'm saying. >> Uh-uh. >> I don't know if you know what a two-man is. >> What is that? >> Me and my friend go with this and this other That's how it was up. >> Okay. >> That's a two-man. >> Here. >> Basically >> Just walk back over here. >> Okay, come on. I don't care. >> But >> I'm telling the story. >> I know. >> Basically, his tires popped cuz he was speeding. His tires popped on the median. We pulled up right here. Right here. We was here for an hour and 30 minutes. They started getting hectic. They started arguing and And then they started fighting. That boy beat That boy who got stabbed beat him. And then they stabbed him and he drove off. That's all it was. >> I don't know. All I heard was somebody stabbed >> Yeah, he drove off. >> So you said they started They were talking about fighting? >> No, they wasn't even talking about fighting. They was just talking and then it got to fighting. >> They got to fighting. >> Yeah, and then who had got stabbed beat him beat him up and then the stabbed him and he drove off. I don't know where he's at. >> So who got beat up? >> [ __ ] who drove off? The [ __ ] who stabbed him got beat up. >> Okay. >> And he drove off. >> All right. >> Right here. >> The officers managed to get a bit of information out of the teenager. But almost immediately, she tries to change the narrative. >> Right here. And there was police passing us the whole time, but nobody was doing nothing. No police ever do nothing until every time somebody get hurt and then y'all pull up. >> No, no, no, no, no, no. You you hear us. The police police walked by. >> Police drove by numerous times. With a teenager detained in the cruiser, she finally opens up and tells the whole truth about the stabbing incident, walking officers through how everything escalated to that point. So, you said that y'all were in the car, y'all were on the I'm going on the double date. >> Let me Let me go from the beginning. So, I don't even stay up here. I used to stay up here, but I moved to Gainesville like a year ago. So, I stay in Gainesville in Hall County or whatever. In a nice suburban little area like I don't get into this ghetto and that's why I don't hang around black people. So, basically they picked me up or whatever. We were supposed to go on a two-man, me and that girl in the pink jacket. It was two and two. It was me and her and So, we drove up here or whatever. And we just was walking downtown or whatever. We wasn't going to go into any clubs cuz it's a Monday. Sunday like we wasn't going to go into any clubs. We got food. And then he was riding the boy, Deondre. You know who that is now? >> No. >> He was the one in the car, the one who stabbed that other boy. Deondre, that's his name. He was speeding. He He hit a median. He popped two of his tires on the left side, both on the left side. He popped two of his tires. So, we pulled over right here because the boy who got stabbed told him to. The boy who got stabbed name is I forgot name. I don't know. It start with a J, I think. I forgot his name. Anyway, the boy told him to pull over, so he pulled over. Like an hour and 30 minutes had passed. That's when Meech, the other girl right there in the black had drove up because we was like, we need to get home. We don't know how we going to get home on two pop tires. So, she pulled up or whatever. Everybody was arguing because I guess we were mad because the tire had popped or whatever. But then, the two boys started arguing. Mind you, they're friends, so we don't know nothing about nothing. Like, we're all friends, but they're friends. We don't really know them. So, they start arguing or whatever. And then, the boy who got stabbed start beating Deondre up. Like, he was on the ground and everything. Deondre pulled out a knife out his pocket. I don't know where he got that knife from. I didn't even know if it was in his pocket all the time. He pulled out a knife, he stabbed him, he got in the car, he drove off. Me, Meech, and Kira over there, we was like, "What's going on? What's going on?" Like, we saw it, but we really didn't know cuz we not even used to this >> Now, fully cooperating, the suspects start sharing more details, explaining how what was supposed to be a simple double date quickly turned into a nightmare. >> I don't even know what's going on. And then, Deondre threw his phone before he drove off. That's why I had ran over there to look for it, but they had already found it. I thought it was in the grass, but it was on the sidewalk. >> What color What color is your phone? >> Where's my phone? >> Yeah, what color is >> My phone is in the car, but it's pink. The one Deondre threw the victim's phone. >> Okay. All right. So, let me ask you this. >> But Deondre >> You said that they were fighting. When they were fighting >> Like fighting >> Huh? >> Like fighting like >> Like Just fighting? >> got stabbed had picked Deondre up and threw him on the ground or whatever and was like punching him and then Deondre as soon as Deondre got up he stabbed him. And then the other boy had ran off like over there somewhere. We was like come back, come back cuz we didn't know what was going on. We was all like >> said his his Listen, listen. Let me slow it down a little bit. We got Deondre got slammed. >> Yeah, he did. >> He got slammed and then at what point did he stab? >> Deondre got slammed. He finally got up cuz the boy had really got off of him cuz he had already won at that point. Ain't no need to keep fighting. >> Yeah. >> Then Deondre pulled the knife out of his pocket and stabbed him. >> Where was he at when he got stabbed? >> They were We were all right here. Like >> Was Was he standing Was he standing >> the car, baby. >> Was he standing? Was he sitting? >> No, Deondre was I meant Yeah, Deondre was standing up. The other guy was laying down on the ground. >> When When he stabbed him? >> Yeah, when he when he stabbed him. >> Why was the other guy on the ground? >> Because Deondre had already got up and then the other guy had already knew Deondre had a knife. He said, "Don't stab me. Don't stab me." Then Deondre stabbed him. And then he drove off on two flat tires so he should be caught by now. >> The suspect was ultimately charged with resisting arrest with violence and battery on law enforcement. Number two.
