Yeah, let's just call. >> The woman claims she's in a rush to catch a flight, but her behavior is too disruptive for the airline staff, and they've made it clear she won't be flying today. That reality, however, doesn't seem to sink in. >> We talk. >> Yeah. >> All right. I'm going >> I'm trying to catch my flight to Honolulu, but this going to act like he don't want to have me get on the flight. So, do you know did they tell you why they wouldn't let you on the phone? All I'm trying to do is get back to Honolulu, I get money. I'm not a dumb. Like, every drink. Anytime you see me, like, bro, I'm paying for all my drinks. >> That's cool that you pay for your drinks, but they're not going to let you on intoxicated until >> And that's fine. And I'm okay with y'all checking my bags. >> No, we're not going to check your bag. You just going to have >> I just want to get to Hawaii. >> You're not going to be able to get on this flight. Yeah. >> When is the next flight? >> I don't know. We got to go up to the ticket counter to see. >> You probably want to do that sooner than later. Let's just go up to the ticket counter and get you taken care of. >> All right. >> All right. Let's do it now and not later. >> All right. No, let's go. >> Here. Initially, she appears willing to comply, but midway through the escort, she makes a statement that marks the start of a much more difficult encounter. >> Come on. >> No. What is that? >> This goes to the ticket counter. We got to go to the ticket. >> It's the exit to the ticket level. >> You have two choices. Let's go. >> You have to ticket level. >> You need You need to rebook your flight. >> You need to shut the up. >> All right. Listen, you're not helping. >> No. Like I'm not comfortable with y'all. I'm not. >> No. >> She's not a police officer. >> Well, if I'm going down, I'm going to die behind what I say. I'm not going to lie. >> No, I really don't like y'all. I really don't. >> Rolling this way. >> Come on. We got to go to the ticket counter to rebook. >> Book for what? What did I do? What is happening is not okay. >> You're going to be going to jail now. You can get another ticket or you can go to jail. >> No, leave me alone. >> You got two choices. You go that way and get another ticket. >> You need to leave because you are literally trying to do some that you're not even in the jurisdiction to do. >> The officers do their best to remain calm, urging her to leave without escalating the situation, but their patience is running thin, and she's still not listening. Do you want to rebook and get on another flight with me or do you want to >> I didn't do nothing. I didn't do nothing. You got two. >> I didn't do a thing. So, you need to move out of my way before I really call my daddy. >> You're this close to >> No, I'm about to call my dad. >> You're going to walk that way. You're going to go to jail for DCI, disorderly conduct. You can either get another ticket or you can go to jail. That's your only choice. >> That's all you got to do. >> You get your other ticket up here or you going to jail for? >> We're being more than lenient. >> Go around the corner and go to the ticket counter and get you another ticket. You need to stop being a >> No, you need to walk that way. >> You're going to go to jail. Walk. >> Come on, let's go. >> No, you need to tell him to back down. I'm comfortable with you walking behind me. I'm not comfortable with him walking behind me. >> I'm behind you. >> I don't. >> You need to shut the up. Do you understand you're this close to going to jail for >> all? And I'm I'm on the phone with all of my people. Hello. >> Your people aren't going to help you right now. >> You're walking on a thin line here. Come on. Let's go. >> You need to leave me the alone. >> I'm right here. >> No, you need to leave me alone. No, you need to leave me alone. >> You're intoxicated. >> Like, no. That you're doing some You not need Don't Don't go that way. >> You're really being a police officer right now. Oh no. >> No. Let's go. >> I'm not going nowhere unless your get the up out of here. I'm not with you. >> The officers repeat the question one last time. Will she leave or rebook her flight? If she doesn't pick either option, the decision will be made for her. >> Do you want to get another flight out? We're I'm asking you a question. Do you want to fly? >> Right. >> Can you tell him to go? >> Forget about him. Do you want to fly out of here? >> Can you tell him to go? >> Answer the qu. Do you want to fly? >> Tell him to go. >> All right. We gave you more than enough chances here. >> Well, then I'm going to go outside then. I don't even want y'all help. I don't want help. For your safety, please hold on to the handrail and attend to children. For your safety, >> take her outside. >> Yeah. Where's your ID, ma'am? >> Where's your ID? >> You need to shut the up. >> I'm putting her phone back in her purse. >> Cuz why am I in handcuffs? cuz I didn't do nothing. >> For what? >> She wants to go to jail. >> Given how many times she pushed back, the officers aren't shocked by how things ended. But even now, she's still throwing attitude their way. >> Man, if you don't see the cuss off of me, relax, >> I want to go home. >> I just want to go home. We're >> past that point now, bro. >> I want to go home. Leave me alone. I want to go home. Y'all got me off. Cuffing me up doing all this weird for what? I didn't do nothing to you. You weirdo. I didn't do nothing to you. Please uncuff me so I can go home. I'm not doing nothing. >> All right. Listen, I'm not >> You want to make sure I'm okay? Is you going to look out for me tonight? >> I'm not going to look out for you. Unfortunately, you're going to end up going to jail tonight. Thank you. Step over here, please. Honey, >> listen to this, officer. Finally over here. Come on. >> Just listen. No, your stuff's not going anywhere. >> Come on, honey. >> Come on. >> Why is you Why is it >> Because you're not moving because >> No, you're not a police. >> And you really got me out. Search you. >> No, you really got me out. >> Cuz the only reason why you with me is cuz I got these cups on my ass. like you really trying it right now. >> Thank you. Please don't move. Girl, you keep on. >> You still going to move regardless. >> No. I will really tussle your cuffs though. >> No, you dirty. >> Sit down. The woman was ultimately charged with menacing and disorderly conduct while intoxicated. Number four, when all you had to do was stay quiet for an easy way out, but you still end up talking yourself into an [music] arrest. On May 24th, 2025, officers were called to a gas station where staff [music] reported an intoxicated woman refusing to leave and creating a disturbance. Here's how the situation unfolded. >> A drunk at 608 Baywake. >> I'm going to put you in jail. >> Why? >> For being drunk. >> Calm down. >> I don't want to go to jail. >> What are your plans? >> What are your plans? Cuz I've heard about my sister. >> I've heard about enough of your mouth. >> Oh my god. >> I'm sorry. >> I don't want to argue. I don't want to fuss. I don't want to fight. I don't want to go. >> That's not what you were saying. a couple of seconds ago. >> I mean, I hate the police jail. >> How far out is her ride? >> You want me to call my sister? >> She right here. She's on my phone. >> I don't want to go to jail. I mean, I hate y'all, but >> I don't care. >> I know you don't. No fair. >> Y I don't give a >> I'm waiting. I need your name. >> Ma'am, if you don't give us your name, you're going as a Jane Doe and you'll be there all night. So, to your advantage to just be honest. >> Either way, you're going >> All right. You're you're being charged with it. >> You're going to jail then. >> Despite the woman's refusal to identify herself, officers quickly uncover her name. With it, they also find out that she's got a history of causing trouble, including a prior trespass warning from a nearby location. I got her. I'll do the uh standard. >> Please, please. >> Yes. Do you have anything on you? >> No, I have nothing on. >> Okay. Can you step in this? >> Here's our phone. >> Can you step in there, please? >> Yes. >> Let me face that way. I'm going to buckle you in. Okay. >> No, no. Yeah, you're you're >> fake. >> Yeah, this way. No, that's fine. >> Hey, can you help me with the buckle on that side? >> So, what did I do wrong? >> Too drunk. >> It's protective custody. >> I'm not even drunk. That's the thing. Honestly, I would take you for disorderly in talks cuz you've caused issues in multiple businesses >> cuz there's nothing I can do to reverse this. I I'm not drunk. I I'm just saying y'all tweaking like I'm so confused. I've been to jail 20 times and now I'm not going to jail. Like what the is up? You are going to jail. It's not a tar. But >> I'm on a golf cart on my way to jail. Like I'm flabbergasted. Like >> then so it doesn't happen again. >> Like what the is going on? I'm so Oh my god. Is this where I'm going to jail at? >> No, >> bro. I I'm soing confused. >> Or you're fine. >> She's only being taken in for protective custody for now, but the officers know that could change if she doesn't calm down. >> I don't know if I'm tweaking. I don't know what >> you are cuz you're drunk, >> bro. I am tweaking. But like I called my sister to come get me. I said I did nothing wrong and I'm I have no charges, right? >> I didn't say you do nothing wrong, but yeah, you have no charges. >> What did I do wrong? >> You know what you did earlier. >> What did I do wrong? >> You're being very disruptive, bro. You're yelling at me. >> Okay, so what is the charge for that? >> You have no charges. I >> Thank you. Thank you. No charge. Thank you. >> I thought [laughter] you me so bad. That ain't >> K. >> You are. >> You may not be Caucasian, but you stiller than you. >> Okay. So, you're an Uncle Tom. My bad. Excuse my language. Uncle Tom. >> What are you? What are you again? [laughter] >> We have any word. >> You can't even take me to jail cuz I did nothing wrong. >> Okay. >> I did nothing wrong and now you can't take me to jail. IT'S NOT MY >> I DID NOTHING WRONG AND YOU CAN'T take me to jail. >> Can you relax? >> What are you? Security? Oh, I thought so. Thank you. >> Security. >> I know. >> Oh man. >> Hold on. >> But you don't have I mean I wouldn't really like it if you fix it, but if you don't, I will look it up. >> I'll fix it. It's not coming up. Even as the officer shows a bit of leniency by fixing her cuffs, the woman pushes back with more attitude, [music] testing how far she can take it. >> That fine right there for the left one. All right, let me do the right one now. Is that okay? >> Oh, you just tying it? Yeah. Yeah. One second. >> You must you must be new here, but do you know what double lock is? >> Yeah. Excuse me. >> Okay. If you knew what double lock is, you would have did it the first day. It's my first day. So, >> yeah, it seems like it. Cuz even it ain't my first day. Double lock IS OH MY GOD, you're hurting me. Why are you hurting me? >> Stop it. I'm not. >> Why are you hurting me? You're hurting me. Can you Can you relax? Y'ALL, HE PUT THE CAMERA UP AND THEN HE took the camera down and he hurt me and then he put the CAMERA BACK UP. IT HURTS. >> Fix it. Fix it. Let me fix it. >> I'M TRYING THAT WAY THOUGH. >> I didn't. Y'all are attacking me. >> Where are we hanging out at? >> Near Shepherds, near Panos. But I didn't drive. No, but you can't be disoriently and at those places and intoxicated. >> I didn't I was at the gas station sitting outside Shephardd's and Speedway. You caused issues in all three. >> What did I do at Speedway? >> Well, you were intoxicated. You were yelling. What did I do? >> You were yelling. >> So, what did I do at Shephardd's? >> Same thing. >> Yelling. >> Yeah. We got We got We got TWO TRESPASS. WHY IS IT A CRIME TO YELL ALL THOSE people do at those? >> You're causing a breach of peace. >> The officers were prepared to give her a break, but her continued defiance leaves them no choice. Instead of going home, she's getting processed with fresh charges. >> That's my bond. >> I don't know. >> Huh? >> I have no idea. >> Can you figure it out? >> No, ma'am. >> You don't know how to figure it out? Are you too much of a rookie to understand what the bond is? >> Yes, ma'am. >> I I figure you look like it with that mustache. >> Yeah. >> That's not nice. >> Okay. >> Stop talking to me. >> Okay. >> Shut up. >> Thank you. >> [music] >> Perfect. >> At the end of the night, the woman was booked for disorderly intoxication and public af. Number three, when you can't even eat outside without causing a scene. On October 26, 2024, officers were called to a local restaurant after staff reported a customer who refused to pay and also allegedly assaulted an employee. Here's what unfolded when they arrived at the scene. >> Charges if she doesn't want to pay her bill. Yes, I will. You got it. >> Hello, ma'am. I'm Officer Watson. How you doing tonight? >> Um, okay. Waiting for my attorney to arrive. >> You waiting for your attorney to arrive? Okay. So, I'm going to give you two options today. All right. So, you can either go to jail or you can leave peacefully and pay your bill. >> I'm going to leave peacefully. >> Okay. So, let's go ahead and pay your bill or you're going to jail tonight. >> Awesome. >> Who has her bill? >> Let's pay your bill. >> Can I go to the bathroom first? >> No. >> No. >> I'm going to film you right now. >> You're on. You're being recorded. No, no. I I can go to the bathroom. I have a right to go to the bathroom. >> Okay. No, you're going to leave the establishment, but prior to doing that, you're going to pay your bill that you have not paid. >> I will pay my bill. >> Okay. So, let's go ahead and pay your bill. >> I'm going to the bathroom cuz I need the bathroom. >> You're not going to the bathroom. You're going to vacate the premises. >> If I vacate the premises, then I go to jail. >> You know, you're going to pay your bill and you're going to leave. Listen, you are not right that you are not. This is literally I have to go with my attorney. >> Okay. >> I'm going to the bathroom >> cuz I have a credit card. >> I have a phone. >> Okay. So, let's go ahead and put your >> Let's pay your bill. >> He's right here with me. >> So, you're you're telling me I cannot go to the bathroom? >> Not on this property. >> So, I need to go to the bathroom outside and then pay my bill. >> You're going to pay your bill. >> I have to go to the bathroom real bad. >> You're going to pay your bill and you're going to leave. >> I'm going to let you know now. I'm going to give you about a couple of seconds to make a decision or you're going to come with me and you're going to go to jail. >> Okay. >> I'm going to go to the bathroom and you can walk me there. >> Do you wish to press charges? >> Do you wish to press charges tonight? >> The officer doesn't give in to the suspect's demands or attitude. And when the manager confirms he wants to press charges, she doesn't take it well. >> Is she willing to pay her bill? >> She's trying the rest and I'm trying to get her out of here. So, >> yes. >> Okay. All right. Go ahead and put your phone down. >> Right now. >> All right. All right. >> You can't No. >> You cannot trespass me in the same night. >> Stop. >> No. This is not I'm calling my attorney. >> Okay, that's fine. >> So, you're putting me in jail for going to the bathroom? >> No, you don't want to pay your bill. You >> I want to pay my bill. >> Put your stuff down. >> Can I go pay my bill now? >> Put your stuff down. Put your stuff down. >> No, I'm not doing this right now. I'm not doing this right now. >> Ma'am, I do not want to take you to the ground. If you keep fighting me, I'm going to take you to the ground. >> I'm calling my attorney right now. >> Stop. Do not >> ma'am. You're not going to overpower me and I'm going to throw you to the ground here in a second. Stop resisting. >> You're literally doing this in a public place. >> All right. Put your hands around your back. 2467. All this stand up. >> All of this for >> I told you I would pay my bill. I told you I would pay my bill. Give me my phone. >> I'll I'll give it to you. The suspect is now in custody, but her arrogance doesn't fade. If anything, she's only getting louder. >> Take a seat. >> Put your feet in. >> Give me my stuff. >> I will give you your stuff. Just take a seat. >> No, I want my stuff first. >> I want my purse. >> A purse is sitting on my car. >> No, it's not. >> Yes, it is. You just put it there. This is ridiculous. >> Mark your feet so I can grab your purse. >> Where are my shoes at? >> I'm going to grab them. You put it on top of my car. >> Move your feet. >> Wrestled me as a 40-year-old. Super important. >> Acting like a child. >> I'm not acting like a child. You're paid by them. You're paid by them. >> I don't know what you're talking about. >> Oh, I do know what you're talking about. >> Okay. Okay, thank you. >> Sorry for the show, everybody. Okay. 656 headquarters. You can show 11:15. >> Where's my stuff? >> It's on the back of my car. Look behind you. >> I want my bag. >> It's right behind you. I want it right now. >> Okay. >> I have a right to an attorney. >> You do have a right to an attorney. >> I have a right to an attorney. >> You sure do. >> And I want to call him right now. >> You call him at the jail. >> Wrestled with me on the phone. You wrestled me on the floor. >> I got to use some force I got to do now. >> The officer now fills in his colleague laying out the series of events that led to the arrest. >> So dumb. So dumb. She wouldn't pay your bill. And then she's like, I have to pee. I was like, you need to get off the property. I'm not getting off the property. I need to use nothing. Ma'am, exit the property. No. And then she punched him the one of the managers. So >> you know which one I'll stay with. >> Yeah. >> She's got a dress on. I mean >> it's on you. >> It's fine. >> Oh yeah. >> I need a statement from you if you do not mind. might want to do it on that. So, just put uh your information, name, date of birth, and all that good jazz. 656 to 0645. >> You need something? >> I'll get some later. Don't worry. I'll get some later. You sure? >> Yeah, I'm good. Thank you. Come back. >> We'll do. >> Just for 43. I'll have a course. or anything? >> No, I'm good. Thank you. >> I'm sorry to go through these really uncertain, but >> it is it is what it is. I don't mind. >> I know, but you know, >> sometimes it's being a little too ridiculous, but it is what it is. >> You say she applied for a job here after >> Oh, really? puppy 45 holding three. We have a dispute illegal parking and a signal 4 with air deployment. No injuries. Holy smokes. >> While the officer listens to the manager's account of the assault, another employee steps forward with additional concerns about the suspect's behavior. >> So to start it off, if you could just say she came, whatever this female is, if you guys know her information, that's fine. To say she came in, she sat down, you know, maybe had something to drink, something to eat while here, she did this. And then once whenever she however she punched you, hit you, just write that in. >> So she also like make me looks like sh she was grabbing my all the customers like my back multiple times. Do you want to press charges? >> Oh, >> I saw it happen. >> I'm standing right there. >> Oh, you mean I'll be witness? >> I don't mind. I'll charge her with that as well. >> That's up to you, baby. >> Should I do that? >> It's up to you. >> That's because she thought she I'm okay. I don't want her to be in trouble. >> I'll at least just say that it happened, but you don't want anything. >> I don't want her coming back again, you know. >> Okay. Do you guys want her trespass? I'm assuming >> we'll do >> they want to TP real quick as well. which yeah makes sense. Given the suspect's combative behavior and what the officers have gathered so far, they now have more than enough reason to take her in for the night. >> No, I don't have her. I I haven't gone into it. I haven't like >> Cuz I can start filling that out for you in the meantime to help you out. >> Okay. Yeah. >> Cuz I got to I got to bounce to uh >> Yeah. >> I got to be there by 8. >> Where are you at? What detail? >> The ballot thing. >> Oh. Oh. >> Have to be there. >> Yeah. What a night. What a night. >> It's busy, huh? >> It's very busy right now. That's why we came so late. It's Halloween. >> Oh. Uh, yeah, that too. Yeah. She starts driving. She refused. She kept being one time to leave the property and she punched my arm. Uh, >> when she punched you, was it a closed fist or an open fist? Closed fist into what arm? >> Your right arm. Say she closed fist punched my right arm. In the end, the woman's actions caught up with her and she was charged with battery along with resisting arrest without violence. Number two, family turns a night out into a group arrest. In this next case, officers responded to a call from a local bar where a woman was reportedly stirring up [music] trouble. According to the staff, she arrived already on edge, claiming other patrons had disrespected [music] her sons. Unfortunately for her, the way she chooses to handle it is about to get her into serious trouble. >> When the cops, shut up. When the cops come you on the top. Shut up. >> Walk with the cops. >> I got you. Wait. Go to my kiss. Let's go. Hey, don't be pushing. Let's go. Don't be pushing. >> Go unless you want to go to jail. >> You're going to get arrested for Get out of here and get out of here. Is it really worth it? >> Let's go. >> We tried to be cool. Let's go. >> I wish you all would. >> Come on, >> Memphis. >> Let's go. >> Memphis. And they got booked WHEN THE COPS CAME ALL. >> There was no cops around me though, bro. >> Let's go. Get out of here. >> Let's go. We're going. >> Yeah. Let's go. >> As officers try to move the group away. Chaos takes over. No one's listening. Tempers are flaring and the family pushes the line further with each word. The officers are still giving everyone a chance to leave the scene peacefully, but the people involved are slowly pushing the officers toward their breaking point. >> Or you'll get arrested. >> Jesus Christ. Go. >> Yo, >> I know. We're trying to be cool. Come on, let's go. It's not worth it. It's not worth >> ain't nothing until you guys came, bro. Yeah. >> Go. >> What day did you guys know? Okay. >> I'm serious. >> Thank you. >> Stop. It was against us. >> Y'all don't need to follow us. It was Stop. >> I got it. I got it. >> We're cops. We can go wherever we want. We're just walking. Take that suit off. >> Tensions finally hit a boiling point. The officers are simply trying to send the family home and prevent them from returning to escalate things. But one moment is all it takes for the family's control to snap. Here's where things take a downward spiral. >> Shut up. Want to go to jail. >> Bro, you ain't you disorderly conduct. No further issues occurred during transport and each individual was brought to the station. All of them faced multiple charges including disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and battery on an officer. Number one woman could have gone anywhere to shop, but chose the one Walmart she's banned from. In our final case, officers in Neapville, Illinois were dispatched to a Walmart after staff reported an individual shopping inside the store despite already being trespassed. Officers quickly respond, but what she does the moment they approach leaves them stunned. >> Oh, hold on one second. I'm good. But the thing is is he I don't know if he's an American citizen. >> The suspect's attitude isn't winning her any favor, especially after she makes the baffling move of calling 911 on the officers confronting her. And things only go downhill from here. >> Yeah, I'm standing in front of her. You can tell her by name so she can hang up. That's officer Buckley. I'm going to disconnect with that. >> Okay.
