So, this is the car. This is >> what we're doing. This is what we're doing. >> This is what we're doing. >> Yeah. >> What? Come on. Sit down with me. >> Stop. >> I'm going to put you down. You're not resisting. >> No, you're not. I'm not. >> What am I resisting? What am I? What am I? >> Sometimes all it takes is listening and following instructions. These folks made it much harder than it needed to be. These extremely entitled Karens refused to comply and officers shut it down fast. Woman thought it wasn't serious. Police thought otherwise. On August 6th, 2024, an officer noticed a vehicle driving at night without a visible license plate light and decided to pull it over. Here's what happened next. Drop all down your windows. Hello, I'm Austin. Orlando, please. The reason for stopping me is cuz your uh tag is expire or tag is the lights out. >> It's my husband's car. >> Okay. >> Where you going? >> Okay. Can you stay back in the car, please? >> When you say you pull me over for my tag, like >> Yeah. Can you get back in the car, please? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Get back in the car. >> To make sure that it was actually out. >> Okay. Get back in the car, please. Like right now, ma'am. >> Ma'am, >> I hear you. >> No, you're refusing to abide by a lawful order. >> I'm telling you to get back in the car. You >> I'm just looking to make sure the light is out. >> Okay, so I'm getting back in the car or you're going to get in handcuffs. >> Get back in the car or you're going to get into handcuffs. >> I'm going in the car, but it's unnecessary right now. Get in the car. I don't care. Get back in the car. This is unnecessary or you're going to get going as handcuffs. >> This is unnecessary. I'm just making sure the light is actually out. >> Cool. You don't ever get out of the car like that. >> Don't. >> Let me get another unit. >> I need your license, registration, and insurance. >> The driver gets out to look at her plate lights, but her behavior makes it clear she's not taking the officer seriously. >> I need your license, registration, perhaps. I'm getting it. >> No, ma'am. Do not close this door. >> I'm getting it. >> No, you're not going to close the door. You can get that, but you're not closing the door. >> You don't need to open my door. >> Ma'am, you're not closing the door. You're not closing the door. >> I'm I got pulled over because the light is out at the license place and I have an overzealous police officer and I'm just trying to get the documentation that he needs. So, can you please send me a copy of the insurance cuz I don't know how to log into AAA. It's on my phone. >> Oh, I got I got this. >> Okay. Can you stay on the phone? >> Yeah, I am. >> Okay. Thank you. >> I'm holding up now. Hold on. Thank you. >> Pulling up the insurance. Who's the insurance with? >> Who's the insurance with? >> Who are you with? >> Don't police department. >> Should I talk to whoever you're with? >> Stepped out of the car to check the light the light. I'm like, get back in the car. >> She closes the door. I'm like, no, you're not going to close the door. >> Hi. So, he pulled me over because my light was out in the back on my license plate. >> That's great. >> Okay. >> That's great. I just wanted to make sure it was actually out. >> Okay. But I told you to get back in the car. >> Valid. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. I have it all recorded. I've been recording since you stopped me. So, that's not what happened. >> Perfect. So, body cameras talk. So, I told you I just wanted to look and make sure. I told you I put my hands out the car and say, "I'm just getting my my license and stuff for you." And then you got upset for no reason. This is not even that deep. I have valid license, valid insurance. I have um >> So, if it's not valid, >> if it's not that deep, then why are you mad? You're mad. You didn't have to tell me five times. Run it back. You have it recorded. I have it recorded. >> Just run out for me real quick. >> Yes, absolutely. My license is valid. My insurance is valid. Everything's valid. I'll get the light fixed. Not an issue. But you are a 10. And you need to be a two. It's not that deep. I'm glad you know. >> It's not that deep. >> Do you have a medical card? >> My daughter has a medical. >> I do. I absolutely do. And my daughter has one, too. And I just dropped her off around the corner. I'm coming back from going out to eat with my daughter. I just dropped her off. I'm going home. >> Okay. You have a medical card. >> Instead of cooperating, she pushes back on the officer, claiming the situation doesn't matter in the first place. And there and you have the vehicle. >> No, I don't have anything. Like, you guys are making this more than what it has to be. Like, it's not even that deep. So, you want my driver's license and insurance? You have that. Run my stuff, please. >> If you have your medical card, >> I don't have anything on me right now. Run my stuff. You can run my name. >> Okay. Do me a favor. Step out the car. >> I'm not. >> Step out of the car. >> No. No. Not for >> This can go This can go one of two ways. >> I know my right. >> I'm telling you right now that the odor coming from your vehicle >> mild. You smell a mild. I >> I I don't care if there's a mild in here or not. The odor emanating from your vehicle. I need you to step outside. >> But there's no run. >> If there's no if there's >> So run my >> then there's no I'm not I'm not going to take your word for that. >> You can't even pull people over. Pull me over for my light. Write write me a ticket for my light then. >> No, I want you to stay out of the car cuz the the odor of coming from your car. >> No, it's no. I don't get out of the car to get out of here. >> No. Then call your supervisor. Please call your sergeant for me. Please. I'm looking for a female officer to be out here. I don't feel safe with you guys. >> Okay. My supervis. So what do I do? I don't feel safe. I don't feel safe. I don't feel safe. He's overzealous. No. Answer your question. >> No. I don't feel safe. >> You need to step up. I don't feel safe. No, I don't. No, I don't. He pulled me over for my light. >> He pulled me over for my light. For my light. My insurance is valid. My license is valid. I have my seat belt on. I'm just dropped my daughter off. She stays at right across the street. Five minutes. 475 Emerson Road like down the street. I'm going to get on express way. I'm going home. We just came from Bahama Breeze. Like literally. >> Stop reaching for stop. >> I like literally. >> Okay. I have a mild right here. >> Okay. >> So, he's pulled over for my life. >> My license and everything is valid. Like there's it's valid. >> There's no >> I have a mild >> No, I want I don't feel safe. >> The odor coming from the car doesn't go unnoticed and the suspect's non-compliance only adds to the concern. >> I don't feel safe. >> Supervisor on the way. >> Perfect. A female on the way. No, there's no female supervisor. >> That's what I want. That's what I'm requesting. >> Okay. We don't have a suit female supervisor, so that's not going to happen. >> That's what I'm requesting. >> Okay, that's fine. And I'm And I'm ordering you to step out the car. >> That's what I'm requesting. No, I don't have to get out the car for a light. >> I smelled it when I came up. And >> you can't smell anything because this is What are you talking about? It's a mile. Where is the >> I'm glad there's a mile. No. And I don't give anybody permission to search my car. Anything. I know my rights. >> I don't need permission from >> No, you're overzealous. You're overzealous. You were a 10 when you approached the car. You were mad for no reason. I I am not the punching bag. I'm just trying to go home. My daughter literally lives right down the street. I just dropped her off at home. >> Literally, like I'mma show you. >> I believe that you're going to see your daughter. That's not >> No, I just dropped my daughter off. We just went to Bahama Breeze to go eat. >> That's not in question here. >> Okay. So, what are you talking about? >> Because I I That's not my issue. I'm not responsible now. The Supreme Court says that you can't stop people for smells. >> I didn't stop you for smells. >> You No, you stopped me for a light. You stopped me for a light or write me for a ticket for the light. That's it. >> You don't have a right to open my door or none of this stuff is unnecessary. >> She continues to push back and with every response, it's clear she has no intention of hearing the officer out. >> We're This is a light. I don't feel safe. >> Let me explain something. >> I don't feel safe. No, I don't feel safe. I don't feel safe. >> You're playing with the chance of going to jail. >> I don't feel safe. All right, step out the car. No, no, no. Step out of the car. So, really? >> Step out of the car. I've given you multiple times to get out because I don't feel safe. >> Step out the car. >> Okay. >> Well, I can't I need my phone. No, you don't. I need I need my phone. Can I give my phone? >> My daughter's Okay. I don't mind doing that. >> So, this is unnecessary. >> This is what we're doing. This is what we're doing here. >> This is what we're doing. >> For what? >> For what? Because I say I don't feel safe and I want an officer, a female officer here. >> No females coming. My supervisor is coming. >> Okay. No, >> I need my phone. >> No, no, no. I need my phone. >> Sit back against the car right now. You're being detained. >> Detained for what? >> You're already detained. >> I do, but I can't even use my medical part right now because my my uh psychiatric I'm on anti-depressants and anxiety medication. Um, I'm neurode divergent and I can't even smoke right now because he wants me to wait 90 days to use a medication without make sure the medication is working self-medicating while I was April um February 22nd 2022 and it's been a ride ever since and I've been trying to just maintain all of this gives me anxiety. Men being around me gives me anxiety. That's why I requested a female officer with me because I feel uncomfortable with men especially police officers. I'm not gonna lie. I'm a black woman. You are overzealous in my opinion. And that's what it was. Like, if it's about the light, then write me a ticket for the light. There's nothing in the car. So, like, >> it's not that deep. All my stuff is valid. Like, if this was unnecessary and then I'm telling him, I don't feel safe. I don't feel safe. I don't feel safe. What am I supposed to do as a civilian when I don't feel safe with the police? Like, what am I supposed to do? My hands are clear. I'm sitting there and I'm calm. I'm not yelling. I'm not being disrespectful. I'm not belligerent. >> Supposed to make you feel safe as police officers. We don't feel safe as police offic. >> After several chances to comply, the officers decide it's time to take a more direct approach. >> Overzealous. He was by himself, but he was he was overzealous. He was a 10 and it was a two situation. And I didn't understand why he was so upset over a light that was out. He was like upset like I did something illegal, like I was like out like robbing people or or or babies or something. Like it was not that deep. And I didn't understand why he was so upset over a tail light over the light that's supposed to be over my license plate. That's it. >> Anybody else want to talk about that? This can't go with you. I'm supposed to go back in the car. >> Where am I going to jail? >> For what? >> Resisting. Come on. resisting. I didn't resist anything. >> I But I didn't resist anything. >> But I Wait, wait. But I didn't resist anything. Can you please s Sergeant, excuse me, sir. Can you please Can you Excuse me. >> Have you failed to comply with his? >> No, I DIDN'T FAIL TO COMPLY. I said I didn't feel safe. >> He didn't need to. I was trying to tell him that my >> Oh my god. >> Take a seat. Got anything on you? is going to pop a stick or hurt me. >> No, this is So why >> So how can I be going to jail for resisting when I said I need an officer? >> Face that officer. >> So I guess we're just going to go to court. >> That's fine. >> I need my phone though. >> I have your phone. Take a seat. >> Can I Can I have my phone in my purse so I can call my daughter? >> Take a seat. >> So I can't call my daughter. My >> to do. Take a seat. >> Can I get my purse? >> Take a seat. I'll get your purse. >> I can't get out of I can't get out unless I have my wallet on me. >> Take a seat. I will get your purse for you. >> I didn't resist anything. >> I gave I told you multiple times to to get out of the car. >> I told you that I didn't feel safe with you because you were overzealous. This is what you wanted, bored. >> This could have ended differently if the driver had just complied. Instead, she cited for the plate light violation and opened container along with a charge of resisting arrest without violence. Group causes trouble at the hotel. Police shut it down. Then two girls appeared, black ladies. Um, apparently they cording her around and she came running back in. >> So, that's the girl that assigned her, by the way. So, and her friend as well. >> So, I asked them, "What's going on? Why did you attack my friend?" They were very incoherent. Did not want to really say anything. So, I said, "Just go ahead, leave the premises." And they came back. They confronted me. They now they confronted me, then she took the first swing. So, I retaliated, hit her back, and then her friend jumped in again. And so, we got to go on the video, and I will keep her. Yeah. Oh yeah. Explain. >> As one suspect is taken into custody, tensions spike and the group begins to lose control. >> Courting explains. >> Oh, so what's the problem? >> Your mother knows. >> OKAY. SO, WHAT'S THE PROBLEM THEN AFTER THAT? WHY YOU >> What happened? >> He won't even allow me to come next to you. We're causing a threat to do something to us. And that's the problem. Obviously you don't because YOU KEEP SAYING DON'T TOUCH ME. NOBODY'S even trying. FOR WHAT? SO YOU KEEP TELLING ME TO BACK UP AND I'M TELLING MY SISTER FIGHTING. STOP. STOP FIGHTING. STOP FIGHTING. STOP. >> STOP FIGHTING. STOP FIGHTING. >> KEEP building it. You ain't got TO DO THAT. >> STOP IT. CALM DOWN. >> STOP FIGHTING. >> YOU AIN'T GOT ANY HANDCUFFS. YOU AIN'T GOT A PROBLEM LIKE THAT. OKAY. If that's the case, if they if they refuse to leave, do you want to press charges for >> Yes. >> trespass after warning? >> Yes. Because um again, I didn't I told them to leave ahead of time, they still came back and confronted. >> Okay. >> Other than that, Yeah. >> Yes. All right. >> The group shows no sign of settling down, forcing officers to firmly remind them who's actually in control. >> Are we watching the camera? Yeah, we're doing an investigation. So, >> how long that's going to take? >> As long as it needs to take. >> I'm asking you a question. Why I got to be smart about the situation, sir? I was ask question how long this situation time. You want actual time. >> I want to know what's going on. How long has >> What happens when I get that time wrong? Then what are you going to do? She swing them out to y'all watch the camera and y see what happened like do something. >> So, that's what that officer is going to do. He said he's going to watch the cameras and continue his investigation. That's what he is trying to explain to them. All right. I'm sorry, but unfortunately the circumstance >> hotel wants out the property. That's >> Can I just just get your word? I don't want nothing else. So, you could tag his key as personal property. They hold drunk people for a while. >> It's a few. >> Well, it's up to you. >> I've never done it. >> Most of the time they hold them or like if they super drunk. >> I'm just trying. >> You're not going to [ __ ] Did you drive here? You're going to vacate the premises. >> If I vacate the premises, then I go to jail. >> No, you're going to pay your bill and you're going to leave. >> This is not right that you're not This is literally I'm not going to go my attorney. >> Okay. >> I'm going to the bathroom. cuz I have a credit card. >> I have a phone. >> Okay. So, let's go ahead and pay your billing. >> And he's he's right here with me. >> So, you're you're telling me I cannot go to the bathroom? >> Not on this property. >> So, I need to go to the bathroom outside and I pay my bill. >> You're going to pay your bill. >> I have to go to the bathroom real bad. >> You're going to pay your bill and you're going to leave. >> I'm going to let you know now. I'm going to give you about a couple of seconds to make a decision or you're going to come with me and you're going to go to jail. >> Okay. I'm going to go to the bathroom and you can walk me there. >> Do you wish to press charges? >> Do you wish to press charges tonight? >> Is she willing to pay her bills? >> She's trying to arrest her and I'm trying to get her out of here. So, >> yes. >> The officer gives her a chance to do the right thing and avoid further trouble, but she chooses to stay stubborn. >> All right. And go and put your phone down. >> No right now. All right. All right. >> You cannot go. >> You cannot trespass me in the same night. >> Stop. >> No. This is not I'm calling my attorney. >> Okay, that's fine. >> So, you're putting me in jail for the bathroom? >> No. You didn't want to pay your bill. I want to pay my bill. I >> put your stuff down. >> Can I go pay my bill now? >> Put your stuff down. Put your stuff down. >> No, I'm not doing this right now. I'm not doing this right now. >> Ma'am, I do not want to take you to the ground. If you keep fighting me, I'm going to take you to the ground. >> I'm calling my attorney right now. >> Stop. Do not. >> Ma'am, you're not going to overpower me, and I'm going to throw you to the ground here in a second. Stop resisting. You're literally doing this in a public place. >> All right. >> Put your hands behind your back. All this stand up. >> All this for >> I told you I would pay my bill. I told you I would pay my bill. >> Give me my phone. >> I'll I'll give it to you. Take a seat. Take a seat. Put your feet in. >> Give me my stuff. I will give you your stuff. Just take a seat. >> No, I want my stuff first. >> The delay tactics don't work for long with the officer quickly seeing through them. Though she continues to push her luck. >> I want my purse. >> They purchased it on my car. >> No, it's not. >> Yes, it is. You just put it there. >> This is ridiculous. Watch your feet so I can grab your purse. >> Where are my shoes at? I'm going to grab them. You put it on top of my car. >> Move your feet. >> Wrestled me as a 40-year-old super child. >> I'm not acting like a child. You're paid by them. You're paid by them. >> I don't know what you're talking about. >> Oh, I do know what you're talking about. >> Okay. Okay, thank you. >> Sorry for the show everybody. >> Okay. >> 656 headquarters. You can show 110 15. Where's my stuff? >> It's on the back of my car. Look behind you. >> I want my bag. >> It's right behind you. >> I want it right now. >> Okay. >> I have a right to an attorney. >> You do have a right to an attorney. >> I have a right to an attorney. >> You sure do. >> And I want to call him right now. >> You call at the jail. >> You wrestled with me on the You wrestled me on the phone. >> I got to use some force I got to do now. >> That was so dumb. So dumb. She wouldn't pay your bill. And then she's like, I have to pee. I was like, "You need to get off the property." I'm not getting off the property. I need to use bathroom. Ma'am, exit the property. No. And then she punched him, the one of the managers. So, >> you know which one I stay with? >> Yeah. >> She's got a dress on. I mean, >> you >> It's fine. >> After repeated attempts to get her to cooperate, the officer is pushed to act, but she uses that moment to accuse him instead. One second. >> Oh, yeah. >> I need a statement from you if you do not mind. And I think that's going to be everything. Let me give you uh this information here. Um and then I'll be out of the way. Okay. All right. One second. >> No worries. So, this is the case number associated and then that's the trespass. So, if she get if she comes back, we can take her to jail for that as well. Take your camera, >> of course. >> Have a good one. >> It still is. Hasn't turned off. Oh, are did those cuffs just tighten up on you? I didn't think I double locked them on you. I don't want them to mess up because somebody took my thing. Where's somebody? >> I gave you the one back, but it was all bloody. Probably threw it away. >> I don't think I >> But I have an extra one at home. I'll >> Well, can you just double Okay. Can you turn so I can fix the cuffs for you so they don't tighten up on you? >> Can you turn even further? >> No, I'm loosening them. Can you turn that No, I want to go to the bathroom. >> I don't trust you. I'm going to step outside. >> I don't trust you. You've already assaulted me, Mr. Watson. You threw me on the floor after I asked to go to the bathroom. I don't trust you. >> I'm fixing to cut. >> No, I think you're going to tighten them as you already threatened to. >> Still, in the middle of it all, she keeps her hostile attitude and shows no intention of taking responsibility. >> Whatever. Here. It's fine. I'm just not going to put They're not double lock. If she's going to be like that, I'm not going to. >> Man, I'm officer new ones. How you doing tonight? >> I'm not happy. >> All right, I understand that. But what I need to do is I need to double up those cuffs on you. Okay, you haven't met me yet. We have no previous interaction. >> There's no reason to double up that way it doesn't cinch onto your wrist. Okay, >> he's already assaulted me, threw me on the floor, and I can't go to the bathroom. >> Listen to me. I'm not talking about that right now. I just need to do that really quickly. Thank you. I don't really believe you cuz he already said he was going to tighten them three minutes ago and his camera's off now. >> Isn't that interesting how your camera's off now, Mr. Watson? >> Your camera's off after you threaten to tighten further. >> Never off. >> It's on now, but you threatened to tighten my hands. >> No, I don't see the red light. >> It's still there. >> A little bit more >> right now. So, I've been beat up by an officer trying to go to the bathroom after trying to pay my bill. >> Flex, though. >> I can't. It's hurt. It's all hurting. This is all hurting. >> That's why I'm fixing it. >> After he beat me up, Mr. Watson beat I saw it. Mark the worker saw it. >> You beat me up on the floor. >> Sit back down. >> This is still tight. This is still tight. >> Listen up, ma'am. >> Thank you, Nan. After her attempts to change the narrative fell apart, the suspect was left facing multiple charges, including theft of service, battery, and resisting arrest without violence. Jumping out of a moving car wasn't even the craziest thing this woman did. On July 30th, 2025, officers responded to a distress call near a gas station after a man reported his partner had jumped out of a moving vehicle. Here's what happened when they made contact with the concerned individuals. >> I'm the one Well, I jumped. Well, the second time he pushed me out. First time I did my own will. The second time was a happy happy. >> It was a happy happy like half me out. Half he pushed me out. >> So, what happened? What's going on? >> She stopped out the car twice at 30. >> That's what's going on. >> Trying to reach here. >> Can't even speak straight. How fast were you going when she jumped out? >> The first time she jumped out at when I was on uh frog uh whatever city road. >> Is that what it was called? >> Road. Okay. >> Senior Frog. >> Okay. Okay. From Beach Road. >> Yeah. Blowing the speed limit 25. >> Okay. >> Can't go fast. Everybody's on there. She jumps out. I turn around >> doing She's just drunk. Perfect. >> So, I came back and go get her again. And then over here, I told her I was like, "You're not going to do that again, man. I'm going to start recording you cuz I'm not going to be >> the the brownkinned dude with the white girl getting trouble for this." >> She's like, she's like, "Oh, no. Get out. Stop right here. Stop right here." I was like, "All right, cool. I'll stop right here." >> Her the reason why she's down here is her boss died and she decided just to leave St. Louis. >> Okay. >> And then she asked me to come down here from St. Louis. So, I flew down two days ago to kind of like support her in this. >> Okay. Okay. She's going through a rough time, which is totally understandable. But >> where are you guys staying? >> Well, we were staying at um Ren Renaissance on Broadway or Park uh that that road, Panama City Road where all the stuff's at on the >> beach road, >> Fr. Okay. >> Um we checked out of that and we're going to our other the other hotel for one day. She wanted to stay here one extra day. Have another hotel like 20 minutes from here. That's where we were going. And before he tried to do this again. >> So where what is your plan for today? For tonight? >> Well, he bought my plane ticket home. I was going to fly out with him tomorrow. >> Tomorrow? >> Okay. >> He's surprised me down here because my best friend himself. This is supposed to be like an escape. >> He tells officers her behavior is tied to grief over her best friend. Though he makes it clear he doesn't want to get too involved. I think that when it you're grieving obviously, okay, and when it comes to grieving, >> you maybe overindul indulge >> on a little alcohol. >> Okay. And I think that's why we're in this position right now. >> Would you agree with that? >> Not completely. >> Not completely. Okay. Um why not completely? Because he has any if me saying completely will get us out of this and go home. Yes. >> Yes. Yes. Completely. Yes. Yes. I'm I'm an alcoholic. Yes. Sure. >> That's not what I said. It's not what I said. >> I want to go home. >> Okay. So, I can't take you home. >> I know that he can. So, whatever can make it so I can just go with him and deal with it when I get back. That's fine. >> I can't have you jumping out of the car. >> I fell out accidentally. Well, >> oh man, report this. I don't have a full report. I want her to get out of this. No way. >> I can't have you. >> She's not responsibility. >> I can't have you acting out. >> I didn't I fell out on accident. It was like really frustrating when I like my elbow and I fell out. Okay. Are you >> I'm okay. >> I'm okay. >> That is my biggest concern. >> I'm okay. >> Okay. All right. Go back over there. Hang out over there. >> Okay. >> I don't want to be left. I don't want to be left. >> I'm not leaving you here. Go back over there for a minute so I can figure out what's happening. >> So, Abd's leaving. We can't hang out together like you, you or her. >> All right. because we're going to have an argument. Correct. >> See, here she is. >> Okay. >> So, >> the story she gives doesn't convince the officer who quickly sees through the deception. >> This is not helping your situation. Okay. >> I'll book her hotel, but I need this to be documented because I cannot let her control the narratives. >> Yeah, that's fine. >> I'm not going to allow that. I want a report. She is very intoxicated. So, she could either go to the hospital and get checked out or go to the jail for um protective custody because of the fact she is she is so intoxicated and this situation. She's jumped out of the car twice. Okay. So, I'm going to give her those options and we will see how that goes. You want to put that up? >> What? What up? >> Well, you just pulled out. >> Yeah. All right. >> Oh, this. No, I just found this right here. >> You just pulled it out of your bag. >> No. Nope. I p >> I literally just saw you pull it out of your bag. >> I put it here and I found it. I was like, "Oh, this is fun." I was like, "Yeah, let's just use this." >> Yeah. I literally just saw you pull Go ahead. >> What is this? I >> What is this? It's a pipe. >> What is >> Yeah. What you just pulled out of your bag. >> Is that illegal? >> Hey. >> Okay. I was smoking the that I bought here. I bought all that here. >> Pipe. It's not even >> It's a pipe. She sees it. She sees it. >> I see that it's a pipe, but I don't like people lying to me. >> I'm sorry. Okay. Hey, it scared me in the back. >> But I don't like number one. I do not like people lying to me. Number one. Okay. I literally saw you pull that out of your purse. >> I'm sorry. I pulled that out of my bag. >> And then you tried to say >> it was just there. >> I'm scared. I'm sorry. I lied to you and I'm sorry. Just as the officer begins to get the situation under control, the woman unexpectedly pulls out something that changes the tone of the encounter. >> Okay, it is that I thought at Haze Purple Haze. >> That is fine. But >> I'm sorry. I'm panicking. I don't like the lying. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I won't lie. I won't lie anymore. >> It It's all right. >> I don't like the lying. That's the thing. Okay. The whole bag. >> Is that stuff? >> I bought it at Purple Haze. Put it back in your in your >> I bought it at Purple H. >> Okay, put it back. Illegal. >> Put it back in your purse. You can test it. Put it back in your purse. I'm done with it. >> I'm sorry. >> Okay. >> Is there anything else in there that you should Anything you shouldn't have? All yours. Okay. You can even look through this whole back. This this I I'm done with that. Okay. So this point you are extremely intoxicated. Okay. And I am >> extremely intoxicated. >> I am in fear that if I was to leave you >> I I am not extremely Can I give you a um what do you call that? Do I just go? >> I am not extremely intoxicated. So, my fear is that if I leave you here, you will jump out of this car again and hurt yourself. >> Well, and I won't do it. >> I'm already worried that you have hurt yourself and don't realize it because you jumped out of a car that was going down the road. Okay. So, why don't we get checked out? >> I don't want to do that. >> Okay. >> Can you just let me go with him? No, because I'm not going to have my way out of this whole fight. What are my options here? >> I'm not going to have a whole fight again. >> What are my options? >> Your option your options are you either go get checked out or you get put in protective custody and go to jail. Okay. >> Getting caught in another lie puts her in a tighter spot. Yet she continues to plead her case to the officer >> because I'm not going to keep dealing with you fighting with him. And if I leave you here, I'm going to keep getting called back. >> No, you won't. I promise you though. >> I I will I will keep getting called back. >> We're leaving. >> So, it is those two options at this point. >> Tell me 25. >> Please. I can I I promise you I will go home. You will not get any more calls. >> It is those two options right now. Go to the hospital. >> Just go to the hospital. Get checked out. >> I'll wait for you. You need to sober up. Go to the hospital. >> Just It's no big deal. You'll be fine. >> You'll be fine. You're going to go to the hospital. >> Go ahead, please. >> No, you need to sober up. >> No, you need to sober up >> cuz I don't want I don't want you jumping out of the car again. >> You need to sober up. >> It's okay. Go. just sober >> because if you jump out of that car again, especially the fact that you jumped out and it was moving. >> What's wrong? There's nothing. There's no marks. I'm fine. >> I'm fine. >> I would much rather you get checked out. So, you're either going to go >> Hey, listen. >> It was a misunderstanding. >> Listen. >> No, it was not. >> Okay. >> Please. >> I'm not I'm not siding on you on this. >> Okay. Ju just go over there so I could try to >> Now both the officer and her partner stop holding back and clearly tell her how concerning and dangerous her actions have become. >> So listen, you're either going to go to the hospital on your own or I'm going to take you into protective custody. You're going to go to the hospital. >> How do I get out? How long am I going to be in there for? >> Until they check you out. Make sure you're good. >> You're going to wait for me. You promise. >> Come take you sir with me then. I'll go with you. You will take >> 54 pound. >> You cannot leave me here. Don't leave me here. You cannot leave me here. Please kiss your fingers. >> Jesus Christ. >> You cannot leave me here. >> We have EMS 1096 for being extremely sick, too. >> Wolf and expect. >> Can you just be nicer to me? >> Listen, if you're going to start yelling, you're going to go to jail anyways. >> Should I just get a second to collect my salt? >> Yes. Can I get ice water from >> Thank you. Get ice water from number 54. >> Not right now. >> I just I really need some cold water. Please, please, please. I need ice. >> I said no. >> Can I give you some cash or something? Am I >> You will sit there. You will sit right there. >> I need cold water. >> You have water right here. >> It's hot. >> That is fine. >> Sit in the car for 3 days. You will sit right here >> because my boyfriend threw me out the car. I can't get a ice water. >> How many times have I warned you? Sit down or go to jail. I didn't do anything wrong. I made a wrong choice in a man. Can I get an ice water, please? You can have my ID. You can have everything I have. >> You have water right here. >> It's hot. I want cold water. >> Why do you need water right this time? CUZ >> I'M OVERHEATING. THIS IS making my stress worse. >> You are perfectly fine. The ambulance is coming to check you out right now. Okay. If you don't if you do not straighten up, you will go to jail. >> I am straight. I would be more straight if I had ice water. If I wasn't overheating stress. >> You are fine. >> With the situation no longer in her favor, her reactions grow more intense. But the officer remains steady. >> I've been in this heat all day since 4:00 this morning. If I'm okay, you're okay. >> I'm just standing myself up. Relax. >> I'm just standing myself up. >> Put your hands behind your back. My boyfriend threw me out the car. I didn't do anything wrong. I didn't do anything wrong. I didn't do anything wrong, ma'am. I didn't do anything wrong. >> I'm about to throw you on the floor. If you do not cooperate, you're going to get thrown on the ground. >> Can I go back to where I was? >> Lean up against THE >> STOP ACTING LIKE aing idiot. >> Okay. >> I didn't do anything wrong. >> Lean up against the car. >> I didn't do anything wrong. I >> her nonsense ends now. In the end, the woman was arrested and charged with disorderly intoxication and resisting arrest without violence. Think they'll be back at it again?
