the other baby. >> Hey, is this just one kid or two? >> Bro, it's not no other baby. Go. Don't don't don't. Bro, stop touching me. >> You want me to be civil, but they have my stuff in there and they sitting here trying to play the police like I don't know the real that's going on. >> Okay, >> hide behind the police. Hide behind your mama. >> Relationships can be complicated, but these situations go far beyond the usual disagreements. Here's what happens when toxic girlfriends find out the hard way they're headed to jail. How a PS5 led to this woman's arrest. On May 18th, 2025, officers were dispatched to a residence after [music] a disagreement over a gaming console escalated. Here's what the officers walked into when they arrived. >> What are you doing? >> No, you're not. >> Walk over here with me right now. We're not playing this game. >> You're trying to get into their apartment right now? >> Yeah. >> Seriously? They have my son. You think that he's going to sit up there and play a video game that I freaking and then going to lie to the police like he got a receipt to it? >> Okay, >> please >> remember what we just talked about earlier. Go to small claims court and figure it out. Don't try to break into the Hey, >> knock it off. >> Give me my I'm not going to do nothing. But he not Give me my You know, he >> go that way. >> You're not doing this right now. >> No, they not doing it with me. They not put their hands on me and then take my then lie to y'all like they got the receipt. >> Keep walking. >> I'll pay for that >> again. Go to small flames court. They're not gonna do I don't want to go through all that when they can give me my >> you have the proof that you purchase it. You will get your stuff back with small things. You're trying to boot their door and count on their door after we told you not to do that is not the way to handle this. It's only going to cause more issues. All right. So, we need to get you in your car and we need to get you out of here. You're most likely >> can slow down. >> That's totally fine. >> That's fine. >> I'm going to go talk to >> Okay. All right. So, light off your side. Knock it off. The stop yelling at them. Other people here right now with kids. Stop swearing. Stop yelling. At least do it for them. Okay. I understand it's heated right now with them, but going about this is not the right way. The way you're doing it. >> They They're doing this me. She's sitting there. Why is he not coming up to talk to the police? Is there a 25 year years old hiding behind me? >> Knock it off. >> What? >> While the officers sympathize with her concerns, they repeatedly explain that causing a disturbance won't solve the problem. >> Yeah, I know. Give me the keys >> here. That's fine. All right. want me to be civil, but they have my stuff in there and they sitting here trying to play the police like I don't know the real is going on. >> Okay. >> Hide behind the police. Hide behind your mama. >> 25 years old. >> Stop yelling. Knock it off. >> Okay. I'm sorry. >> Okay. Like I was saying, it's heated. What happened earlier was heated. You got a busted lip. He's got cuts on him. Busted lips. All that type of stuff. It got heated. Okay. Earlier, none of it we can do. We already told you that. Okay. Trying to take it into your own hands and kick their door down. >> I wasn't kicking it. I had the keys. I didn't touch I didn't kick their door. But I know what you mean. I'm not even going to do that to you. >> Yeah. So, regardless, even if you weren't physically kicking it down, you're trying to get in there. Okay. Don't do that. That's not okay. All right. >> It's not okay what they doing to me. >> Look, you can feel that it's not okay what they're doing, >> but it's not. It's just bluntly not. But right now, looking at this, when this goes into court and everything, if it goes into court, they're going to pull all this in and they see what's happening, it's going to look bad on you. Okay? So, I'm going to strongly recommend wait a day, text him, call him. >> No, I don't I don't I want to get my stuff now and then leave him alone. I'm not about to sit here and blow up his phone to try to see if he's going to get something that I bought back. Okay. So, once again, can you just go in there? If I can bring it up, bring up all the receipts on my Chime card that I have >> to them right now. Okay. But if they still give you the PS5, that's that. That is it. Okay. We don't want to see you back over here again or else you will be going in handcuffs most likely. Okay? We don't want to do that. We don't want to put anybody in handcuffs right now. Okay? There was nothing we can do earlier. We don't want to put you in handcuffs because you're coming over here banging on their door trying to get into their apartments. Okay? The officer offers guidance on how she can address the issue moving forward. But she doesn't seem interested in listening. We don't want to put them in handcuffs for something that might happen on later on. Okay? Cuz that will really screw up everybody's life right now. If we have to arrest, we will arrest. But as of right now, we're not going to arrest anybody cuz we can't do anything right now. We're trying to keep the peace. We're trying to do all that. But you coming over here doing what you're doing is going to ruin everything. It's going to ruin your life. It's going to ruin their life. It's going to screw everybody's lifetime. Okay. So, acting the way you're acting right now, think of the future and keep looking at the future because what you're doing right now is publishing it. Okay. >> Yeah. >> All right. So, my partner's talking to them right now. If they do the PS5, great. If not, tough luck. That's where we're at. Okay. I'm going to strongly recommend again, small claims court or give us some time. Figure something out where you guys can meet and he can give it over to you. want to talk to him. >> Okay. Then then maybe >> and I'm not going to blow down his phone. He does not like my mom. Just like I don't like his mom. So I'm not going to sit here and blow down his phone. If you want to tell him that we can meet up somewhere or whoever to drop it off, then that's totally fine. >> Okay. >> But they're not going to sit here and lie and be like, "Oh, we have the receipt know that I have the text, >> bank statements, the picture of the receipt. He's saying he has the receipt. I sent him a picture of the receipt coming [clears throat] from me to him. I have all of those text messages and all the so I'm trying to do just give him my leave you so I'll ever have to talk to you again. them doing all this and sitting here talking lying to y'all like, "Oh, we bought it." Especially his broke. So, just give him my make driver all over the road. Make your own. >> Yeah, I gave it to him. >> Awesome. Okay. So, you know, you can't just barge into people's places and try to go in there, right? >> Yes. >> Like without consent. can't just open their residence and try to push it away. Yeah. >> Right. >> So, why are we doing that? >> Because he has my stuff. >> Okay. So, you're trying to bust into his mom's apartment. >> Once again, the officer explains the proper avenue for addressing her complaint. >> He has my stuff. He already knows the situation, >> right? >> I'm sorry. >> So, we told you go to small claims court, right? That's the only way to handle this. >> We don't get involved in civil disputes. All right. That's a civil dis >> because you both use it. >> I don't use it. I don't use it. It's at his house. >> Okay. Yeah. So, it's something that he uses. We can't determine who owns the property. >> I can't cuz I have the receipts that say on my car. >> Okay. >> You don't get to push into people's houses, especially a little old lady. >> While she's trying and terrified that you're going to push in there. >> She's notified. She knows how to play the police. She's not dumb. >> Okay. So, they want to push your charges for us. One, you're trespass. Two, you're under arrest. Put your hand on your back. Can you guys call my mom? And my car is parked right there. >> It's right there. Uh, >> it's No, no, no. It's right there. I can show you. >> It's idling in front of my squad. See? >> Yeah. And my phone is also there. Can you guys call my dad? >> How about this? >> Well, here. >> Okay. >> Well, how about this? >> Well, how about this? Are you okay if we just drive it over to our PD? It's right down the street. Okay. >> Yeah, that's fine. >> And we can just park it there. And >> Yep. Right right outside the neighborhood here. >> What? >> We'll park her car over at RPD so that way she doesn't come back over here. >> Yep. >> So, >> I have a question. >> So, I'm in nursing school. Is this going to pop up on my >> It's a possibility. >> Okay. like my partner. Like I said, >> huh, >> if it doesn't like just >> The encounter ultimately concluded with a woman facing charges of domestic battery and disorderly conduct. Girlfriend discovers her boyfriend was cheating, then does the unthinkable. On June 8th, 2025, officers in Ohio responded to a report of a domestic disturbance involving a woman and her boyfriend. Here's what the woman told officers when they arrived. >> Am I involved? >> You call? >> Yeah. >> Okay. What's going on? Um, pretty much is um so I've been living here for almost like a year >> and pretty much is they um is I just found out that my ex-boyfriend um was cheating on me. >> Mhm. Did you lose consciousness at all? >> Um just a little. Like I feel dizzy. >> Okay. Do me a favor. Look up for me. >> 24 >> like um and also he dragged me. So like there's like marks on him like on me. >> Are there any bruises on your stomach where he hit you? >> Um I'm not sure. I didn't really think about it. >> Okay. >> It was mostly like lower. >> Okay. >> But my throat really hurt. >> Um >> and he like so like um if there and I'm going to the doctor, but he took a pin and like stab it like in my jaw like my area. >> Okay. >> According to the boyfriend, the woman started the confrontation. [music] The woman however insists that's not what happened. >> Do me a favor. Pull the Don't expose yourself, but just pull your neckline down for me. >> Okay. I was trying to like protect myself, so that's why um there's marker on him. >> Yeah. >> And um his brother like recording me going like crazy, like crying and stuff and like telling him to open the door. The reason why I did open the door is because I was trying to like grab my like grab my stuff. >> Okay. Where is he at right now? >> Um he's in the house probably hiding. >> Does he live here with you? >> Yeah. Um, I have a text message saying he took 200 out of my wallet too. >> Okay. >> Ouch. >> Like he was like punching me >> on the side of your legs. >> Like on like over here like on my >> Are there any marks on the other side? >> I don't think so. It was like marks right here and then pretty much I'm not sure. He like started like punching me and like I was trying to get out and stuff and pretty much is they were like videotaping me like trying to grab my stuff and I was like why are you filming me? I'm just gave my stuff where he like didn't have nothing like the trash bag pretty much is there's all my applian like all my food and stuff that my mom bought them. >> Okay. >> And then there's a table like in the closet. >> Okay. Um like my >> Okay. We're going to need a 32 for a female stating she lost consciousness. >> All right. You want to sit on here with her? I'm going go ahead and talk to him. >> Yeah. >> He's in 2011. >> Yes. >> All right. >> There. Is he with anybody else? >> His brother's up there. I'm not concerned. >> The boyfriend. >> All right. I'm going to talk to you, Chief. >> Huh? You take your father you father. >> With conflicting stories on the table, the officers now turn their attention to the boyfriend who appears to have visible injuries. >> Yeah, she called her father or something. >> You mean walking? >> What? Oh, you got scratches on you. >> This is here. >> You mean walk? You mean stop? Stop. Stop. That's good. Right. >> I say human here. Here. Here. I said stop. Stop. That's good. Yeah. Relax, right? As you father is coming, you fire. >> He's not coming to fire. I got him. >> Yes, he's coming your father. >> All right. Can I Can I take pictures of you, man? Take pictures. >> Yes. >> Stop. Stop. Stop. Yes. You don't respect. >> This is everything. Stop. Stop. This is everything. No. No. Relax. Your father is come on your father. >> It's everything. Come on your >> Let me take pictures. So she said she was upset you she there's an argument and then >> yeah stop coming stop right everything no stop is today in your restaurant you full everything stop >> so how did she so she started to >> yes everything I said stop please stop me sleepy no you're not sleepy I use everything you know everything now are you are you one second you your friends. >> Mhm. >> Yeah. She discom I don't know. >> It's just everything. >> So when you came when she came home, >> she started yelling about >> Yeah. >> cheating or something. >> Yeah. You you you text your mom. >> The officers are finding signs that the confrontation may have become physical, but they still take the time to hear the woman's side of the story. >> Is he intoxicated tonight? >> No. Okay. So, this was because you caught him cheating and then what happened after that? >> Um, pretty much is he started throwing my phone like if you can't see it's like scratch like break like breakage through my phone and I was trying to videotape it and he's like took and then he took my phone and then and then he threw it and then he got mad and like telling me I'm adopted so he's telling me that my mom and my dad love me. Okay. So, he's telling you that your mom and dad don't love you because you were adopted. >> And he's telling because um and telling me that my dad isn't my dad. >> I'm literally struggling cuz I just found out that my mom was >> Okay. >> So, she did all that to you? >> Yeah. >> Did you have to fight back at all? >> Not in the torching me. Yeah. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. >> Did your brother see all this? >> Yes. >> He saw her hitting you, too? >> No. Not in the be or not in nothing. >> He didn't see her the fight. Okay. He just he just saw that part. >> I mean nothing to be a >> All right. Cool. Did you you got an ID on your >> ID? Okay. >> And then he started and then he started like um like um started just like started like fighting me. >> Okay. Walk me through that step by step. So pretty much is he So pretty much is the last time that I remember is he literally um is I said stop looking at Peneli which is my friend cuz he I just found out too that he has a crush on a 17-year-old too. And um so I was like why you looking at her like that? And then he and then pretty much is I went to the door and I shut it and then he pretty much telling me that um I was trying to call my mom and stuff about the Vber and stuff and then he was and then I went up to the door trying to block him just to try to talk to him and stuff. >> As the woman continues her account, the female officer examines whether she may have been harmed during the altercation as well. >> So you So he was in a bedroom. Okay. Okay. And he shut the door on you. >> So you went up to the door to try to talk to him. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> And then he pulled me back into the into the into the door to the enter like the um the main like the main floor like the hallway to like the entrance. >> So he pushed you or he pulled you? >> He he pushed me. >> Okay. Pushed you into the hallway. >> He pushed me into the door to like enter that hallway. >> Okay. After he pushed you, you guys had moved this argument into the bedroom. >> Yeah. >> Okay. And then you shut the door >> and then >> and then that's when everything break loose. [clears throat] >> Okay. >> He's like, "I have to pee." I was like, "No, you don't." So, I decided to go in the front like trying to like have a conversation in front of the door. He like dragged me and that's when like I have rib and stuff on my hands and he was like pulling me which I'm a light girl. So like pretty much is you can pull me and I can just move. >> Yeah. >> And then pretty much he pulled me and then pretty much is he that's when he grabbed my phone and like threw it on the bed. He's like Luna, which is my dog's name. And I was like, I'm not a dog. You don't need to talk to me like that. >> Okay. When you mean break loose, what do you mean? >> Like pretty much is that's when he started swinging and stuff. Started dragging me to the bed. Push me like up and down. Like when I got up, he pushed me. When he pushed up, I kept on doing it. I was like, "Stop." So I swing because like I need to get up. I was trying to get my mom and my dad which they work like three jobs. So like they're trying to get >> trying to call them. Okay. >> And then he threw my he took my phone threw it through the bed again and saying stop like come get your phone. Like I was like no like you bring me the phone. >> The officers finally receive an admission regarding the physical altercation but the conversation is far from over. >> Like please just give me my phone. I kicked him because he was like close to me. So I started kicking him trying to let go of him and I was like swinging. I was doing everything like trying to like get out of the way. He pretty much picked me up like he literally like grabbed me and he grabbed like right here. >> Mhm. >> And then like started like pushing me on the bed and stuff. I was like get off of me. Get off me. Like my high like I was like Ariana Grande. Like pretty much is like my high point. >> How's it going guys? So, he speaks primarily uh Spanish. He's got like marks all over him. I think he's going to be okay. Um but she she got him pretty bad. Then she's in the back saying the opposite. >> That's fine. >> What's up, man? I >> got some scratches on you. >> No, you miss him. >> Okay. >> So, there's a bench on the side. I literally opened the door. Did not even know that he was there. So, it bumped him in the head. >> Okay. And so he used his fist to literally bop me on the [ __ ] head, like punch me. He grabbed my throat again. And then that's when I literally like felt dizzy and like everything was numb. And he has scratches because I was trying to get off of him cuz he was on me like this. And I was like, "Get off of me. Get off of me." Like I was like, "Yeah, there's scratches because like trying to get off of him like off of he's a heavy dude. Like I'm trying to like get off of it." >> Were you trying to get out of the room at any point? Yeah, >> you were. Okay. And then pretty much just that's when his like his brother started recording and stuff. I was like, "Sabador, I'm literally trying to get my >> Would his brother have any video recording of the flight itself?" >> No. Okay. >> He just has like everything that I said, which is I need to get myself like pretty much just I'm the one who got containers. I'm the one who got a table. Like my parents got a table for you. My mom gave me $200 and then disappeared. Concerned about the allegations and potential injuries, the female officer calls for medical personnel to assess the couple. Okay. >> Out of my wallet. Now I have money because my dad gave it to me. >> Okay. So, I'm going to have EMS come and check you out. Um, in the meantime, >> my dad's on the >> Okay. >> He also is trying to like pin my best friend against you. >> Okay. >> All right. So, our next patient's back here, guys. >> Yep. So to speak. >> All right. You said your dad is on the way. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Can you let him know not to go up to the apartment? >> Don't get involved in any way. Okay. We don't need this. We don't need him getting himself into anything. Okay. >> Let us do our investigation first. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> What's up? >> Hi. All right. Say it for me. >> Dad, I'm going to jail. >> What? >> I'm going to jail. You >> were going to jail? >> Yeah. All right, I'll be there in a minute. >> I don't want this here. Stop trying to put this on. Double cuff. >> Give me your car keys. I'll be there in a few minutes. >> They're taking me now. >> They're taking you now. I'll be there in a minute. >> All right, my dear. >> I'm just going to have you step over this creeper. Okay. Off to the back. I'm just going to have you face this car. Is there anything on you that's going to stick you? All right. Do me a favor. Just spread your feet for me as well as they go. >> Just have a seat for me. Just watch your head. Be careful of that seat buckle. That'll hurt you in your head. How those puffs feel? Do they feel okay? Are they too tight on you? Are they They're fine. Okay. All right. Give me one second. Okay. After hearing from both sides, the officers wrap up the investigation. However, not before reviewing the footage of the altercation one last time. >> Hey, man. Can I grab a video real quick from you? >> Can I see the video? The video on your cell phone? Yeah. Can I see that real quick? >> All right. Can I have >> You don't respect my family alone. >> Just say you don't respect yours. No, cuz I [ __ ] over this. You don't respect my family, my mom, my dad. Just cuz you know I have relationship with your parents. >> Why? >> You don't relationship. But you sound stupid. You don't have a relationship with my parents. >> Papa, you don't leave my parents alone at [screaming] all. Like I said, leave my family alone. They just lost their family member. Just cuz you guys don't have a relationship with my with your own parents doesn't mean you need respect by your dog. So don't throw my phone all the way across the room. >> Look at my father works three jobs. didn't even have time to spend time with the family and all you do is interrupt those. >> All you do is that. >> Yeah. >> Shut up, Luc. I'm literally trying to You won't leave my family mying my family alone just cuz you don't have family. >> Just your right here. >> Thank you, man. >> Have a good night. >> The investigation ultimately concluded with a woman being arrested on a domestic violence charge. Jealousy leads this woman to make a terrible decision. This next case takes us to a holiday in where officers are called to investigate a domestic dispute between a couple. Upon arrival, the officers wasted little time gathering information from the complainant. >> Hi, >> what's going on? So, um, the person that I, you know, traveled with, um, we had him, we came down here for a vacation with my baby. >> Okay. >> It was a guy standing right here and I had asked him a question and it didn't look like he, you know, his mind was all the way there. So, he was like smiling and stuff out of the face. So, she saw me talking to him thinking >> who who is she? >> My fiance. >> Okay. >> Saw me talking to him thinking that we had something some type of, you know, going on. So she want to get outside calling y my name screaming hooping and hollering. They're trying to calm her down because she came in here being a loud. So they trying to calm her down. So they like you talking to me for a second. They like he sitting there all the time. There's something wrong. I mean I don't give a about them. Call you outside of these get in the elevator. She's still being locked. I'm like can you just leave? Like can you just go just so it can be a piece of me? I'm not leaving. [ __ ] the police. No. She was like I'm not leaving. What you going to do? Just stand there so I can hit her. I'm not about to hit you. My baby's right there. I just want you to leave. Who's uh you guys staying here? >> Yes. >> My name. I will hurt you both. I don't not want to be around. >> Okay. Uh give me You got your ID on? >> Yes. >> I'm going to go talk to them real quick and I'll come back and talk to you. >> Who you guys coming from? >> Michigan. God. >> All right. Yeah. Just give me a second. I can write that to you. >> The officers have heard one side of the story. [music] Now they want to know what hotel employees witnessed. source work. >> Um, she came in, her partner came in yelling at her and she was cursing. It was like really loud. I asked her to come to the front desk for a second so I could talk to her, try to like calm her down. She was like, "No, FBI left me. She was calling her and all stuff like at the front desk. We were going to like get them out, but then she came out before we came in and she asked her to call the police, but >> and she's the one that stays here. >> She's the one who has a room here in her name." I just checked her. Are you guys willing to uh Well, she has a visitor. So, how does that work with you guys? If if she wants her out of her name and then she didn't add her as my company, so the other guest would have to leave. I can go up there and tell her. >> Can you guys trespass the other guest? >> We can trespass her. >> So, I'm going to take her stuff and then when my partner gets here, we'll go up and talk to uh the other party. >> Okay. Daddy arguing about that. I'm trying to argue. >> Go your way and I'm going go mine. >> So you want her out of your room? >> Yes. I'm not dealing with her tonight or no more? I >> did. You guys travel together? >> Yes. >> Who drove? >> Who d I drove. So she will be stranded. I don't care. >> Uh there's kids in that room. >> Yes. who they who they belong to. Me you left them up there with her. >> Yeah, cuz I because I just knew that um she was going to lock me out and I didn't know how I was going to get back in. So I was like I I know she's not going to do nothing for me. >> Did she lock you out? >> I know when I left off she was going to lock me out because she know that she know I called the police cuz I said, "Oh, you don't want to leave?" I said, "Okay, I have something for you." So I went downstairs. She thought I was going to put my hand up. I'm like, "What do I do?" >> 224 2:59. >> I'm tired of her. She just been angry all day. I'm sick of that. So, the key for the room is upstairs. >> Yeah, >> the key. The key is upstairs. >> Well, yeah, I know that. But the key >> I have the key. >> Oh, okay. >> Having gathered initial information, the officers now speak with a woman at the center of the [music] disturbance. >> So, um, we'll go up there. We'll keep you down the hall. We'll talk to her and see what's going on. >> I want her out the room. >> I got that. I got that. We got to talk to her first. >> I do not want to kill her. I'm not playing. I just had Hey. >> Yeah. Come on. >> Come outside. >> I don't have to come out. >> We can We can take you out if you want. >> So, hey, check it out. >> This is not your room. >> Let me talk to you real quick. The one that rented this room wants you gone, right? The the hotel wants you. >> You don't have me gone. And I paid for this. >> Hey, check it out. The hotel also wants you gone. Okay, mommy. So, >> either come with us and we don't take you to jail. You go out and that's it. Or you don't come and we take you to jail. What? Hey. All right. >> Come on. Get your stuff. Let's get going. I really don't want to take you to jail today. >> You can't. You can't take me to jail. >> Yes, I can. I can. I can't take me to jail, bro. >> Out of here, bro. >> If you don't leave, you going to jail, >> man. Shut up. >> All right. >> You see me? >> The other baby. >> Hey, is this just one kid or two, >> bro? It's not no other baby. Don't Don't Don't Bro, stop touching me. >> Don't touch me in there, bro. >> Don't touch me. >> Go in there. Don't touch her. >> Hey, >> so it's just one kid. >> Don't look like it. >> All right. Is you stupid? >> We going downstairs. >> My kid in there, bro. >> The escort. Don't touch my daughter, bro. You some Where's uh >> with a child involved? The officers need to understand exactly who she is for the couple. >> Hey, do you have her information? Cuz she decided to uh hurry up and leave. >> As long as [clears throat] she gone, it's it's okay. I don't >> So, whose kid is up there? >> That's my kid. I'm about to go >> cuz she said it was her kid. >> That's our kid. >> Do you know her name and everything? I'm I'm not going to give y'all her name. I'm not because >> Okay. >> She's out the room. >> Okay. >> So, >> hey, you said two kids. >> Just the one. Okay. >> So, she heard the left. She's not providing her information, so she's not going to be trespassed at this point. >> Well, she was warned. If she does come back, even if we don't have it, we will we have it on her that she was warned. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> So, that's good. >> Don't let her in the room. >> Give me a high five. >> If she comes back, If she comes back, just call us. >> All right, friend. >> Do not open that dare door. Okay. >> You got You got the key, right? >> I gave you the key. There you go. >> Thank you. >> Yeah, she was quick. >> It appeared the incident was over once the woman left the area. Moments later, however, another call brought officers right back. >> Didn't we tell you to leave? >> Yeah. Let her know I need to get on my phone. >> Hey, go ahead. Put your hands. Go ahead. Take this off. >> Let her know that I need to get on my stuff. Take this off. I need to get all my stuff out the car. >> What the [ __ ] Get all my stuff off the car. >> Let go. Let go. Bro, you could have did it. Anybody else could have did it. >> Where are you getting loud now? Nobody else is getting. >> No, I don't have to. Let me go, bro. Let me go. >> We don't have to. We already >> Let me go, bro. >> We getting this morning, >> bro. I just want my coat. >> It's not that hard. >> Y'all told me to grab all of my stuff. Y'all just straight coming trying to act like y'all know what y'all talking about. >> All righty. >> Where's your wallet? In your coat. >> I'm just trying to get my coat. I'm >> just trying to get my car. She pulled away. >> I'm just trying to get my >> All righty. So, we're going to get your stuff and we're going to take it to the Ocola County Sheriff's Office. You're going to the jail without it. All right. But I'm I'm not feeling your wallet in here. You got >> I just said I got my wallet and stuff. I just needed to get my coat. So, you want to jail for this? Crazy. >> The encounter ultimately concluded with a woman facing charges of resisting arrest without violence and trespassing. This wife took things too far. Then, police got involved. On July 14th, 2024, officers were called to an apartment after a man reported that his girlfriend had assaulted him. Here's what they found when they arrived. >> Dad's going to be 684. I'm sorry. No, I'm not talking to anybody. I'm sorry. >> Get out of the window. >> Ma'am. Ma'am, >> I'm not talking to anybody. >> I'm not talking to anybody. Georgie, follow me. >> Get off of me. Get off of me. Get off of me. Get off of me. >> Okay. >> Okay. Andrea, what happened? >> Should I do >> Okay. All your clothes are downstairs. >> You're trying to make your way into the balcony where he's trying to hide from you. Just >> hide from me. Get the out of here. >> Being recorded. Okay. >> Okay. >> How about that one? >> Okay. Go yourself. >> All right. Fair enough. >> Andrea, don't go anywhere. You cannot lock yourself in here. Anywhere. Stop. >> That's not how this is going to work. >> I don't give a about what this work. >> Fair enough. Okay. So no problem. >> At any point did anything get physical? >> Yes, of course. >> What happened? >> Did you not see this? You're getting physical with me. >> What happened between you and him? >> Go yourself. How about that one? >> You don't want to help? >> No, I don't. >> Nothing at all. >> No. >> Okay. >> All right. I see why he wants. >> No. You know what? you go speak to. >> With tension still high, the officers asked the man to walk them through what happened. >> He was about to leave. He just wanted her to leave. She said >> she lives here or >> No, I live here. This is my house. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> Did she doesn't live here at all? >> No, but I mean she she's of course she spends the night with me, >> but like I'm asking her to leave. I found some messages. I just don't agree with them. And her mom is on her way from Elizabeth to come and get her. Like her mom's on the way. Like I can give you the mom's phone number. >> Um, did anything transpire like physically? Cuz she's saying it did get physical. >> When? No. Oh, I mean, listen, as far as like about to get physical, I thought it might have, but I came right out here and I like asked my mom's um boyfriend to help close the door and like I I called at the help desk because like I was trying to avoid that to my to the utmost like possibility. >> Yeah. >> Was she hanging out here and then like the dispute kind of like happened that way or she came already? >> So, no. So, she came to my job cuz I was working in Newark. So like she came to my job and she was like here, you know, I'm dropping this off. And then she says, "I'm going to caucus. I'm going to meet up with my home girl, Raina." >> And then I called her an hour later and she was like, "I'm in Carney." And I'm like, "Okay, what do you mean you're in Carney?" She's like, "I'm lost in Carney." >> And I'm like, "That's very abnormal." I'm like, "Do me a favor. Just go home cuz I already know you drink." Like whatever. >> Um and then um thank God she made herself she she made her her way finally home. Um, and then yeah, I guess when she came home, she kept drinking more wine and more wine and then she got a little bit more turned up. >> Did anything else happen? >> Okay, so here's the difficulty, right? I asked I'm sorry. >> I asked your mom to call her mom. >> Hopefully she could come pick her up. >> Yes. Maybe uh try to convince her to go with her cuz we can't force her to leave the house. >> She lives here. I was 11:30. >> You can't force it to me. >> Um, >> at this point, all the officers need for the woman to leave the apartment. Unfortunately, she's making it clear that it won't happen without a fight. >> You guys are grown up. >> All right. All right. Stop. >> I have Okay. You're not going that way. You're going to make things worse. >> Please, please, please. I beg you. Please put them on. Put them on. >> I don't want to do that. >> I have no respect for any of you guys. >> That's fine. It's fine. I'm just keep >> I'm telling you not to go. >> Go ahead. No, no, no, no, no. >> Being aggressive. >> Oh, yeah. I'm going. I'm going. >> I'm down. >> Push the other officer. We're just going to sit you down right here. Okay. >> I need to talk to you. >> All right. Come here. >> There we go. >> Don't touch me. >> Don't touch me. Yeah. Yeah. Wait, wait, wait. Take her to the car. You can transport to Hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on. I have resist Steve. Steve, please. Steve, >> open that door. >> Steve, >> the arrest may be over, but getting her out of the apartment is proving to be easier said than done. Hold on. Hold on. Steve, >> watch yourself. Come on. >> Don't be that way. >> Don't be that way, please. >> Why are you pushing me? Why are you pushing me? >> Walk. Walk. I have to walk. No, I'm trying to, but you're not >> aggressive. >> Steve. Steve. Steve. Steve. Steve. All right. Christine. Ow. You be like a human being. >> You threw yourself. >> No, you don't. Don't. You You threw me. >> You threw me. You threw me. You're being aggressive. You're being aggressive. >> You're being a child. Get in the car. You're being aggressive. The officers are ready to leave, but the woman still isn't making things easy. >> You're being aggressive. >> The word isn't going to come out worse for you. >> I need to talk to him. Andrea, Andrea, Andrea, don't go away. Excuse me. I need to talk to Steve. >> I'm trying to talk to Steve. >> I am. >> He was the one that put you on this problem. I am these problems. >> Oh, no. Why? Why you're taking You're taking the milk? >> No. You're being aggressive. >> That's it. I need you to take it. Okay. I need to visit the univer. >> Andrea, we're not going to keep trying to force you into >> I don't care. I need to talk to Steve. >> We're not going to keep trying to do this. You have to behave. You're only here because you started to kick me. That's it. There's only >> What is it? What is it? >> Started to kick me. That's it. >> Oh, yeah. >> There's the only reason why. >> Steve, I need to talk to you. Babe, >> there's no other reason. >> Babe. Babe, >> there's no other reason. >> Get off of me. Yo, you're being aggressive. You know that, right? >> Stop pushing toward No, you're being aggressive. >> Stop pushing toward >> what? You can't handle a female? >> Steve. Steve. >> Steve, please. >> All right, >> Steve. Babe, they're hurting me. Babe, they're hurting me. >> Okay, >> Steve. >> Hey, get in the car. >> Babe, >> get in the car. >> Babe, they're hurting me. Beam. >> What happens next only makes the situation worse. >> Get in the car. I'm telling you. >> Yes, they are. >> You're making the situation worse. >> I'm telling you, he's trying to help me in the car. Can you please get in the car? >> He's going to open a window for you. He's going to open a window for you. He's going to open the window for you. Just sit in the car. It's fine. It's fine. There's nothing wrong going to happen. Just sit in the car. >> You're wrong. Whatever it is that you think that you're wrong, babe. >> I just think you can [ __ ] it in. >> Okay, I'll go. But please haven't taken my cuffs off. I'll go. I promise. Babe, >> I don't know if you could do that. >> I don't know if you could do that, >> babe. I promise. I I will never be back here. >> Listen. Listen. I don't >> No, come on. I know. You know I love you. Please be >> a Please put your legs inside the vehicle. Put your legs inside the carpet. >> Why can't you put your legs inside the parkour? >> Please, >> why can't you put your legs inside the parkour? >> Please. >> I'm having I'm talking to you, right? >> No, babe. You know this is enough. [crying] This is not the way work. I guess they are. >> Why? >> Babe, come on. Please, babe. Please, puppy. Please. Come on. You know this is not me. Please. I'm drinking alcohol on, right? >> I told you the alcohol zone, right? I told you not to drink, right? >> I told you not to drink. >> I know you're mad at me and that's fine. >> Why would you drink? Like, like I told you there's a limit. You have to You have to have a cut off limit. You have to have a cut off limit. Like it's just over, right? You're going to lose a job because of the alcohol, right? Like you're not going to lose a job because I drinked you when you when you >> That's fine. But I stopped, right? >> No, not I protected you. I >> protected. When's the last time I had a drink? When was the last time I had a drink? You >> protected Steve. Don't >> you protecting me. That was four years ago. That's fine. And you had multiple opportunities, right? This is not the first time you've been here. >> Listen. >> Andrea continues pleading with her boyfriend, but at this [music] point, there's little left to discuss. The officers are taking her to the hospital whether she likes it or not. >> Go to the hospital. >> Please, Steve. Please. I beg you. Listen, I I I'll leave you >> go to the hospital. >> You took my bag already. >> No. Okay. No. Go to the hospital. Drea, I'm telling you, if you go to the hospital, it's going to be better for you. Just go to the hospital. Drea. Drea. Drea. Listen. The only thing if if there's one thing that we're going to do for for our relationship if you should go to the hospital. Just go to the hospital for Can you just go upstairs, please? >> Please, Steve. Please. Please. Steve. I would never do this to you, baby. Please, Steve. Please, please, please, please, Steve. I'm begging you. Steve. Steve. Steve. Please, babe. I'm begging you. I will leave you. I will be back. I promise. Please don't do this to me. Babe, please. Steve. Steve. Steve. They're hurting me. Please don't do this to me. Steve, I beg you. Please, Steve. Steve, please. I beg you. I will leave you after. Don't do this to me, babe. Please. I beg you. I didn't do this to you when you cheated on me. Steve, please. Please. >> Please, baby. Please. Please, please. I didn't do this to you. I would never. Please. >> Please. >> For everyone involved, the situation is about to become even more complicated. >> Yo, you don't know. Please. And I beg you, please. >> Please. >> Okay. >> Please don't touch me. >> No. Nobody touch me. >> The night ultimately ended with Andrea facing a charge of aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer. After a trip to the hospital, she was processed and released on a summon. Husband reaches his breaking point with alcoholic wife. In our final case, officers responded to a residence after a husband reported that [music] his wife had physically harmed him. Here's what happened when the police arrived. >> Hello. Hi. >> Hi. >> Hi. >> What's going on? >> So, my wife's a recovering alcoholic and she's relapsed 2 weeks ago. Don't listen to anything my mother-in-law has to say here. >> Yeah, she wasn't here. Call her away. So, there's been an issue for the last two weeks. My wife made it 145 days sober and relapsed. >> Last week, she had a seizure. You know, she's like all these bruises are from all of uh the IVs that Ja did during the seizure. She was strapped down into a bed. Anyways, fast forward to today. I'm at baseball for like 6 hours today. Come home, find a bottle of wine on the counter. She's yelling and screaming. I I tried grabbing the rest of her plastic cup and she jammed it into my face. I don't know if I'm bleeding, but it feels like I have a mark somewhere up here. >> Yeah, you got a little boy up on your upper lip. >> So, I said this. I'm calling cops. Fair enough. >> She's on court supervision. She's not supposed to be drinking. >> She's in violation of her court supervision. >> Okay. >> And she's claiming that I've been hitting her, but there's nothing. She had six public safety guys holding her down just last Wednesday when Thursday. She was strapped to a bed. >> What kind of cup did she shove in your face? >> A plastic orange count. There's a plastic orange cup. >> Can I see it? >> You mind if I come in with you? >> Yeah, for sure. So, I found this in the garbage can. get home. I'm at baseball with my son. He's downstairs. He's playing video games and watching movies. >> Grab this thing. She has this and she jabs me in the face. >> Yeah. >> And obviously there's this whole mess. That's it. I've been trying to avoid having to call the cops cuz she's on court supervision. And we agreed to get separated, but she's like her parents are so on a power trip because she's like freaking out about losing this house. And I was like, "Listen, I'll just we're going to dissolve the house. So, we're going to move on. I'm at baseball all day long. Come home. She's drinking. And she was So, then she pulled this actually. It was sitting here full of wine and when I tried grabbing it, uh, and I was like sitting here and we were like, and she went, >> "So, wine splash all over you, too." >> Yeah. >> The man continues his account filling in the gaps about what led to the altercation. >> During this, when I was trying to grab it, I mean, she was here. I tried grabbing it and she jabbed me and I went like this across her face. >> There was no open hitting or anything like that. >> So she tried to hit you with like a while you had >> this had the cup. She had the cup >> and I tried grabbing it and then she just said it and she spilled it all over me which is kind of dry but if you were to smell me I smell like wine and this way hit me in the lip and I was like get away. So I guess my question is were you guys fighting over the cup or did she intentionally shove the cup in your face? >> Intentionally shove it in my face. >> Well, actually I tried. All right. So I don't know how the terminology. I tried to grab it >> and once she was like realizing that she couldn't drink it, >> she just said you and like tried to spill it on me, but I'm right here and it hit my face. >> And so do you think that she tried to hit you with the cup or do you think she was trying to splash the alcohol or just give up and dump the cup? I think I think she tried to dump it into my face as hard as possible intentionally possibly hitting me in the face. Um, but it did hit me in the face. I remember initially touching my face and having I don't have look in the mirror, but this has been like 2 weeks and I'm like she's been saying her appearance and then coming back during the day. She's walking around. She's begging me for booze, but literally she got she had to be held down during this seizure. I mean, there has to be pictures or uh evidence. None of this is >> No. I mean, if it's bruised already, like she's already healing. >> She had to be strapped down. She had to be detained. She got strapped down ankles, arms. They She was wiggling around so much that and she goes to her parents house and she's like, "Oh, he's hitting me. He's hitting me." But I'm like, "That's from they they tried six times to put IV in your arm because you're so up." As the man continues speaking, officers learn more about the relationship dynamic surrounding the situation, including the man's relationship with his in-laws. >> And you just had a seizure and now her parents are like, "Oh, you must be kidding my daughter." And I'm like, "Are you kidding me? Do you know what?" And then my father-in-law didn't tell my mother-in-law why she was in the hospital until yesterday I I told her yesterday. I was like, "Listen, she was she had a grandma seizure on our back porch here because she tried with um detoxing here in the house solo." >> Depending on what she says, she might I'm not going to lie, she might be getting arrested today because there's obvious signs of injury. My hands are kind of tied. So, today it's going to be documented no matter what. There's a good chance she's getting arrested today. So, after after she hit you in the cuff or the face with the cuff >> I've been putting this off for so long cuz I don't want my wife to go to jail. >> Actually, we've actually just talked about separating. Um, but I don't need the mother of my child going to jail. I was like, I can't deal with this anymore. >> All right. I'm going to go talk to her and then um I'll get back to you if I need anything. Okay. >> What's going on? >> Um, I got hit in the face. >> Where? >> In the right eye. And then um and well it's probably it just happened about 30 minutes ago >> by who? >> Husband immigrant sex which is about the first time he's hit me. So I called my parents that's my mother to get picked up to be brought somewhere safe. >> Sorry. How did all this start? >> I was at home today um alone. I did not do anything and I got I get hit a lot. So >> you what? I'm sorry. >> I get hit a lot. >> Okay. But what happened today? what triggered and obviously there had to be some kind of an argument. >> Um he was mad at me just because um I'm an alcoholic but I'm fine today. Well, if I'm not fine, I don't feel great. But I didn't do anything today. I took a shower. I stayed home. I was resting. >> Say you're recovering. Is that what you said? >> Yes. >> Okay. So, what again? What stemmed an argument between you two? If you're recovering, you're not doing anything wrong. That's that usually a start of an argument. >> No, it's not. No, it's definitely not start of an argument. [music] >> At this point, the couple's account begins to tell two very different stories. >> He was gone at a baseball game with my son. >> Okay. >> Yeah. And then he came home and then got very angry with me and I said, "Why are you angry with me? I didn't do anything." >> Anybody injured here? >> Um >> I'm trying to figure out why my par thetics are staging here. So, obviously, they're check. >> I don't other than getting hit as hard as I could in the right eye. Um I don't think so. Well, there's two sides of the story. She's reported >> there. She's reported domestic abuse and >> we're her parents and and >> I just wanted to get picked up. I didn't want police called. I wasn't even planning on flying police on him. I just wanted to get to a safe space. >> Got it. >> You know, that's what's going on. It's a It's a hook and tap. Hook and tie. Still wrapping this up. >> Okay. I think the reason you guys were originally called for her, but she's not making any statements that would require you. But >> yeah, >> I'm just going to go do the assessment now. The party's not injured. >> That's what Andy's going inside for you. >> You guys live around here. >> I went in the house. I heard him telling somebody on the phone my name. He said, "You can't go in the house. My grandson's in there. I just wanted to make sure." So, I did go in to the basement. The child's watching video games. Can you see any of this? was quite fine. I didn't ask him and I just said, "Hey, are you doing okay, buddy?" And he said, "Yeah." Well, cuz obviously I'm my husband's in the car. We were panicked when her parents said, "Somebody just hit me." But there's been things going on that she wouldn't tell us about. She's had bruises. >> Uh so they just checked her out. I guess she doesn't want any treatment, so they just got to fill out the paperwork. They came out and that's it. >> Yeah, it's an unfortunate situation getting, you know, she's been recovering after so he blames everything on that. Oh, she fell down. She ran into a door. You know, all that stuff. And And some of that may be true, but it's not all. So, there's an advantage here to someone who wants to travel in my opinion. >> After being medically cleared, the woman is once again asked to explain her side of the incident. >> Yes. >> Is that right? >> Yes. >> This is my area. I'm the reporting officer. So, I know like you probably already told him what happened. I need you to tell me again. Okay. >> Yeah. Um I was at home alone today and then my husband came home. We got upset. I do not know why, even though I know that sounds unusual and I got hit in the right eye as hard as possible. >> So, I called my parents to get some mercy and then he just said, "Okay." >> Okay. Is there anything else that happened that you're leaving out? >> No. >> Okay. So, what about the wine? The bottle of wine and the cup full of wine. Well, I that's not true. >> Well, I mean, there's wine all over the counter and there's an empty bottle of wine. He's got a cut on his face where you said that you jabbed the cup into his face. >> I didn't jab a cup into his face. >> Okay. So, why would he have a cut on his upper lip? >> Um, my husband drinks a lot. >> How did he You said he hit you in the face. How did he hit you in the face? >> Open the palm to the right eye. >> Which hand? I believe either was I guess it would have been his left hand and my right eye. >> So what happened after that? >> Um I called my parents immediately and he just said I want to get out of here to be in the safe space. >> All right. Did he hit you anywhere else? >> Not today. >> Okay. All right. Please do me a favor. Turn around. Put your hands behind your back. You're on a rush for the battery. >> What? Hold on. Hold on. >> Please just tell me. Can I ask you a question? >> Sure. We're going to go in the car first, though. Okay. >> Can I Could I ask >> No, you cannot ask me a question. >> All right. Have a seat for me, please. >> Yes. >> Thank you. >> The woman has plenty of questions about why she's in handcuffs, and the officer is ready to answer them. >> How did this happen? >> So, right now, based on the circumstances, you're leaving out parts of the story that are very obviously true to me that where there's wine involved and that you had been drinking. He's got obvious signs of injury on him and you've got signs of injury that appear to be healing already, but that doesn't appear that this happened to me today. He told me that you were in the hospital before and had to be strapped down. Oh, that's what the bruising has caused from all the IVs in your arm. >> So, this is the third time that I've been in trouble for getting hit. >> Okay. And that's that's also taken into account like all the previous issues. Okay. However, given the circumstances, somebody has to go to jail. >> There there's obvious signs of injury. I don't have a choice. I'm mandated by the state of Illinois to make an arrest. I don't have a choice in this. This is something the state says we have to do. Um if there's any previous >> Please don't put me in jail overnight. Unfortunat I >> Can you put my handcuffs at least in front? I guess >> we're going back to the station right now. Okay. All right. So, give me a few minutes. All right. We'll be on the way. >> You have the DB sub, man. >> You got the DB sub. Thank you. >> Involved in a domestic related incident. Yes, there is a mandated arrest. That's first Steve statue. >> But for him, not me. >> Wow. This is wild. >> Sorry. >> I said this is wild. >> Based on her questions, the woman still sees herself as the victim. Unfortunately for her, the officer sees things differently. >> Did you take his call? >> No, I don't. I'm not going to. And it's not really relevant in this case. >> Why is that? >> Because somebody being paired or having a few drinks does not dispute or enhance anybody's side of the story. I have to go based on what you guys said, what my observations are at the scene. >> I guess I'm just wondering why getting hit results in when I just tried to get out of the scene >> and I it's going to be documented what you said. I'm not like dismissing that altogether, but basically >> because it feels really confusing to have been ignored for three times getting hit. Anyways, I hear you. I didn't mean to cut you off. I'm sorry, sir. >> No, no, no. It's it's like I said, I'm not dismissing what you're telling me.
